Uncle Sam´s Burger Bamberg in Bamberg

Absolutely not recommended. I ordered on September 29th for €38 and only got a call two hours later saying they wouldn't deliver anymore. I haven't gotten my money back since then! Absolutely disrespectful, they don't respond to calls. Please read the other reviews; the store should be closed down.

Delivery service: For the price of the burgers, one should expect all the ingredients to be included as stated. Delivery took almost an hour longer than indicated. The avocado burger arrived without avocado. Instead of the ordered cola, a Mezo Mix was delivered that expired last month.

Unfortunately, the food cannot be rated because the delivery took over two hours and there was no end in sight. No one was reachable by phone. I do not recommend ordering from here; it's an absolute disgrace!

I can't rate the food or atmosphere as I've been waiting for my food since 6:54 p.m. I would never recommend it. It's just not acceptable, especially on Lieferando it showed that my order had been delivered since 7:54 p.m. I called there several times but nobody answered. The place should be closed down!!!!!!

Absolutely awful, anyone who orders from here has only themselves to blame. The burger patties (Angus) seem to have been made from garbage. Phone? Nobody answers. I honestly can't understand how anyone can, with a (good) conscience, send their household waste so far beyond the city limits. In other countries, illegal dumping would at least be illegal, but here in Germany, well, you just eat what's put in front of you. Lol. You're the owner? Listen, buddy: would you eat your own burger? Definitely not. You don't want to get sick. And I'm definitely getting my money back from Lieferando, got it? If you're pregnant, the chef doesn't have your best interests at heart.

Absolute scam – no Angus meat, even though it was ordered – the bacon was half-raw (no one who cares about their stomach flora should eat that) – I advise everyone not to order from there! In case of problems, the number is unavailable – the ambiance cannot be rated, I wasn't there.

Ordered via Lieferando and waited over an hour and a half; no one was available by phone. The food arrived two hours later. The delivery person was unfriendly and offered no apology for the delay. The burgers were lukewarm and dry.

The food was really great 2-3 months ago, both in terms of quality and taste. Everything has gone downhill since the last three orders. The food ALWAYS arrives cold. The quality of the meat has deteriorated so much that you'd think it was bought straight from the compost heap. I really wonder what happened? Extremely disappointed, please bring back the old quality!

Ordered large, delicious burgers with fries. The price was reasonable. We walked by on a whim, and the place wasn't very inviting for eating in. So we got it to go. The wait time was okay.

Super tasty burgers, nice service, we ate there spontaneously and were very satisfied. The burgers and fries are highly recommended! Not a luxury atmosphere, but everything was clean and the food and service were a lot better than any "classic" fast food restaurant. :-)

I placed my order more than 1½ hours ago. According to Lieferando, my order should have been delivered at 7:37 p.m. But now it's already 8:11 p.m. and there's still nothing there. Nobody answers the phone either. I tried calling them twice but no one answered. Actually you should give 0 stars. But one thing is certain: once and never again!!!

I called twice and nobody answered when I was in the branch. Unfriendly staff when I asked if the phone wasn't working. Two of them ran away and the other said that he wasn't responsible for it. The food was worse than at McDonald's and was messy and unhygienic. I would rather starve than eat there again. I don't recommend anyone to starve instead.

For those who could be mislead by the American name as well as menu items - beware. This joint has no ties to American kitchen. We got the double bacon cheese burger, chili cheese fries, chili cheese nuggets and buffalo wings. The portions are generous, the patties are pre made (probably frozen) and have a strange grey color. The ‘chili cheese fries’ are fries with cheese sauce and jalapeños. Same goes for the the chili cheese nuggets - they’re just deep fried premade jalapeño poppers. There’s a concerning lack of dipping sauces for all those finger foods. The atmosphere is lacking a bit.

Extremely tasty burgers and nice, fast service! We keep coming back!

der leckerste burger, den ich seit langem gegessen habe!! der fahrer war auch total lieb und hat mir ein lachen ins gesicht gezaubert!!

Wir waren vor Ort..keine lange Wartezeit. Das Essen war sehr sehr lekker und der Preis war voll in Ordnung! Jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

Also ich habe mir einen Tomahawk Burger bestellt. 40 min Lieferzeit 👍 der Burger 🍔 war noch heiß und hat mega lecker geschmeckt

Sehr lecker. Für 3,50 Euro (Stand September 2022) eine RIESIGE Portion Pommes die auch sehr lecker waren. Alles war noch gut warm als es geliefert wurde. Der Lieferant war außerordentlich Nett. Gerne wieder

Wer richtig leckere Burger sucht ist hier richtig! Wir haben den Laden eher Zufällig entdeckt, sind aber glücklich über unseren Fund. Wir haben jeweils Burger mitgenommen, einmal den Angus Funghi und einmal den Crispy Chicken Burger, dazu haben wir uns eine Portion Pommes geteilt. Wir beide waren total zufrieden, tolle Qualität zu einem angemessenen Preis. Wir finden absolut nichts negatives und kommen definitiv wieder. Ich finde es auch schön, dass es verschiedene vegetarische Burger gibt, die klingen sogar für Fleischesser richtig super und werden beim nächsten Mal probiert.

Salat mit Fertigdressing von Knorr. Burger waren auch nicht so gut - Paddies wirkten wie Fertig-Paddies. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Telefonkontakt wirkte unprofessionell.

Gute Burger! Das Brot ist bisschen anders wie die anderen, aber schmeckt besser meiner Meinung nach.
