The food and service are great, but you feel like you're in a club - the music is so loud that you can hardly understand yourself. When I asked the waitress, she said the volume was set by the franchise.

One of the few burger joints. We liked it so much that we looked for the equivalent on our way back to Munich. Fantastic and delicious burgers in a beautifully designed space.

Burger very good, service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the burgers and side dishes are a little too small, so you won't get full. The caps of the sauces that were on the table were also dirty.

Racist treatment by the existing chef, especially the order taking group

I've been to this restaurant 3 times, it's very tasty. But there is a problem with the staff. The manager of this restaurant, a woman (at least she behaved like the manager and manager), did not allow me to sit on the first floor, citing the lack of waiters... (I don't know what the problem was of a waiter is to go upstairs) and told me to sit on the ground floor. She told me to wait until she ALLOWED me to sit down and to stand at the bar and wait. I would like to point out that many tables were free. She just likes to feel like a ruler. She was rude. I didn't tolerate this and left the place and saw that the lights were on on the first floor and people were sitting at some tables by the window. It was very frustrating, I was very hungry and such an unkind attitude made me cry. Very tasty burgers, my favorite with avocado. It's a pity that you don't want to come back to such good places after such treatment :(((

Went to the restaurant on Epiphany around 9:30 p.m. To my surprise it was very empty, which was good for us as we were served very quickly and the food came very quickly. The “thirst quenchers” were a change and very tasty! The avocado fries were also a change from the normal fries or sweet potatoes...absolutely recommended! Our burgers were just as delicious and there was nothing to complain about! Personally, I expected something different from the chocolate cake, it was just a cake with vanilla ice cream. Nothing big. But we came for the burgers and they were delicious!

Employees are treated really badly by their bosses. Not recommended!

So first of all: the service is top on almost every visit! I also think it's great that the sauces are at the table and you can take as much of them as you need! (I hate it when you only get one dollop of ketchup and have to pay for each additional dollop) The burgers and fries also taste good. I eat the “Cheese & Bacon” or the “Wild West” burger and the regular fries every time. There used to be the iced mint fruit salad with it, which was sooo good. Unfortunately it no longer exists, as I see it. During my last visit, I had the feeling for the first time that Hans's taste had diminished in happiness. Let's see how the next visit goes in terms of taste.

Hans im Glück is worth a visit every time you want to enjoy a delicious burger. The food was delicious as always! The large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes is particularly positive. There is something for every taste. Can only recommend the restaurant!

Food (burgers and fries) were only lukewarm. I ordered an iced tea 0.5l without ice. Just got a 0.4l glass. If you ask, you can only get it WITH ice cream. But it doesn't say anywhere on the menu that you ONLY get 0.5l if you order WITH ice cream. A cocktail was also ordered at the table (also 0.5l). This was made with so much ice that after 2-3 pulls on the straw, the drink was already empty. What was left was a glass full of ice and mint. And that for almost 10€?!

Cool restaurant ! The decorations are great and the food, although nothing spectacular, was really good. Plus service was polite and speedy. Prices are acceptable. Really nothing to complain about!

Dining in with 5 people , the beef burger were very dry, the beacon felt like was cooked a long time ago cause it was very hard and were poor in taste. Other people suggested to go there. Maybe it was a fluke. When we asked for a glass they forgot it

Estuvimos 6 personas para comer. LOCAL: los asientos y disposición interior muy juntos, la música muy alta y poco agradable. SERVICIO: Muy corriente y no muy atento, estábamos casi solos y venían poco por la mesa. COMIDA: las hamburquesas sí estaban bastante bien al igual que las patatas fritas con las salsas (recomendable). Seguramente en la terraza se hubiera disfrutado más.

We chose this place a bit at random... the restaurant is nice and well-kept, it's a shame that the boy who received us was arrogant and not very inclined to help those who, like us, didn't know German... instead of helping by smiling he was annoyed and hasty. The burgers are pretty good, but not spectacular. You cannot choose the point of the meat but they make them all the same, fully cooked. So if, like me, you like them just right, you won't be able to eat them like that. Hamburgers can be included on the menu, although it is not very clear on the menu. The best: the sauces on the table and the waiters

Nous nous sommes arrêtés en raison de la terrasse dans un secteur pas trop bruyant de Ratisbonne. Le choix des burgers est intéressant : pains différents et garnitures. Ils étaient correctement cuisinés. La sauce mayonnaise truffée a été appréciée. Le service était agréable. Bref, un dîner sympathique

I really enjoyed the food and drink.

HANS IM GLÜCK is always a fantastic place. We visit frequently. Today's visit was different as I ordered to go. And although I did have to wait a bit, I received the best service ever. And like always, the food was amazing.

Ich war schon viele Male im Hans in Glück und wollte auch was leckeres bestellen. Aber als ich mein Bürger mit dem Hähnchenbrust bekommen habe, war ich tiefst enttäuscht. Das Fleisch hat komisch ausgesehen und war offensichtlich, dass es kein frisches Fleisch war, sondern irgendwelches abgepaktes Fleischaus Tiefkühltruhe vielleicht. So künstlich hat es ausgesehen.

Hunger und Burgerlust hat uns hier her gebracht. Man wartet am Eingang und bekommt einen Tisch zu gewiesen. Wir haben das Abenden genommen, dh. Burgerpreis plus 11,90 Euro für einen Burger, Beilagen und einen Cocktail. Waren dann bei ca. 25 Euro fürs Abendessen. War sehr lecker und wir sind beide satt geworden.

Food and ambience were great. Service was quick despite the store being packed. There were 6 of us there and everyone had their food within 15 minutes despite the store being full. Service great. Burger selection top. The price was 30 euros per person for food with 2 drinks. Absolutely okay.

So the location is really nice and the waitresses are very friendly! I had a "Kraftprotz" burger, it was very tasty! However, the side dish was a bit of a letdown and didn't suit my taste at all and even with the best of intentions I couldn't finish it. Fries with garlic oil, sounds delicious and actually should be, but I think the cook probably ran out of oil here because I don't think that could have been normal.., there were four people at the table, everyone tried it and had the same opinion. Portions of the side dishes could also be larger for the money. Basically I can recommend the store 👍

I tasted the frozen meat straight away and then politely let the food go back. The waitress came out 5 minutes later and said that the boss would still charge for the food. It's easy to scare away customers. Difficult to find good management. Greetings to the boss. It's unbelievable what people are used to eating now.

Das Hand im Glück in Regensburg kann man definitiv empfehlen. Das Restaurant sieht von außen und innen wirklich ansprechend aus und man hat am Fenster einen schönen Blick. Die Bedienung und der Service war super schnell und auffällig freundlich. Das Essen, sowohl der Burger als auch der Salat, haben wirklich gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt finde ich den Preis im Verhältnis zu den Portionsgrößen ein wenig zu hoch.

Positiv: - die Burger sind geschmacklich echt super. Viel Auswahl von verschiedenen Patties und kreative Kombinationen mit schmackhaften Toppings - die Bedienungen sind flott und nett Negativ: - Leitungswasser gibt es leider nicht, stattdessen mussten wir die 0.75l Flasche stilles Wasser für 7,20€ nehmen (es wird echt Zeit, dass Leitungswasser normalisiert wird in deutschen Restaurants) - die Portionen sind echt lachhaft. 7,70€ für eine Beilagenportion Süßkartoffel Pommes kaufen dir gerade einmal eine Handvoll Pommes. Während die Burger lecker sind, fühlen sie sich aber auch eher wie eine Kinderportion an Fazit: Nichts für den großen Hunger oder jemanden, der auf Preis-Leistung achtet. Wenn das keine Rolle spielt, allerdings schon zu empfehlen.

Die Burger waren qualitativ gut, einzig in scharfe jalapenos könnte man mal investieren. Mit dem Service waren wir hingegen unzufrieden. Die Bedienung war unmotiviert, tauchte nie am Tisch auf und hatte sichtlich keine Lust

L'hamburgeria Hans Im Glück è una catena su cui fare affidamento per una cena veloce. Gli hamburger sono molto buoni e soprattutto con ingredienti vari e non scontati; c'è anche la possibilità di scegliere il contorno e il tipo di pane per il panino. Le salse vengono presentate nel tubetto grande (cosa secondo me poco igienica). Il prezzo tutto sommato è un po' altino perché i piatti vanno ordinati separatamente tra panino e contorno. Mancia consigliata dai camerieri, ma ci sta perché sono simpatici.
