Had a small worm in the burger, absolutely disgusting..

3 slices of onion, dry patty, soggy fries (and small portion), order was messed up and rather expensive for what you get.

Food is ok. In our opinion the price is too high for the quality. Delivery very fast, but it would be great if the drivers finally took the message "Please call, child is sleeping" seriously. It's happened repeatedly now! And then quickly making a call after the bell has already rung, it seems as if you can then say that you called. Is clear…

I ordered food ahead of time because I had to go to work It was delivered over 30 minutes later after I called. I work in sales myself and we also have express orders that have to be ready to the minute. Nobody asks us whether it's busy or not, but it has to be ready. We've ordered there often so far and I find it sad that we didn't even get a voucher as regular customers for the hassle and the fact that I drove to work without food. The one star is for the delivery person on the bike

Unfriendly boss and delivery driver 1 hour late despite pre-ordering

The food is really very good, both the taste and the size of the burgers. Unfortunately, the price looks a little bad, although the price is now normal.

Burger was tasty and good. But their service is bad, i had to wait 1 hour to get my order and one of my burgers is wrong. So after waiting 1 hour i got 50% of my order. Very disappointing

It's a matter of taste. This restaurant serves a variety of burgers, as well as fries and other side dishes. It's tastier, healthier and more in the burger than at McDonalds, for example. Unfortunately it is not very well known, which is why it is always a bit empty. You will then be served straight away and have your food freshly prepared and reserved to your table within 10 minutes. I think it's a better alternative to McDonalds or BurgerKing.

Unfortunately the quality of the food, the burger, is decreasing more and more. Patty was totally charred and tasted bitter. The finger food box is also getting smaller and the food in it is getting smaller.

Burger is ok, although the cheese tastes of lower quality. However, the side dishes, whether normal fries or sweet potatoes, are outrageously small. The portion is not even a handful. I thought it might have been an oversight and then ordered it twice more. The same ridiculous amount of fries every time. Over €5 for 18 strips of fries is more than a rip off. Since there are now menu offers where the fries are cheaper than individually, I am revising my rating. The portions of fries are still ridiculous, but you can ignore that in the menu. The only thing that bothers me with every order is the delivery. The drivers don't speak German and explaining to them exactly where they have to go is always a challenge. Burger is otherwise ok for the price, I hope that the deliveries work better and that we can communicate with the suppliers in the future Ordered again and no delivery possible without communication problems. That was clearly the last time I will order here

The food is always of the same high quality and ready on time when agreed (I prefer to pick up my food). So far I have only had to wait two minutes once; I've had different experiences with other snack chains. The employees are also very friendly and accommodating (once I had just parked my bike in front of the store when the paper bag with my finger food box was brought to me)

I'm actually always very happy with the food and the delivery time. Unfortunately, minor errors have repeatedly crept in recently. I can no longer eat the chicken wings because there were often broken bones. Burgers used to be much better topped and tastier

Super tasty burgers (Angus and Cheese Vegan) and the best fries. Unfortunately it's a bit expensive, but it's reasonably good, quick and you'll feel full. One star deducted because of the price (30 euros, two burgers and fries)

The meat is dry, the toppings have become less and the prices have become higher. There were a lot of hard lumps in today's meat that you bit on. Plus, they arrived cold, even though we live next door to you. Only the fries arrived warm and crispy. It's a shame you've been so slacking off. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from you anymore. I ordered for the first time today, February 5th, 2024, and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the burgers and fries! Never before has such an excellent quality burger product touched my palate...I got goosebumps with every bite of the burger! Thank you for the excellent quality you deliver. Respect and honor to the entire Burgerme team and Lieferando who bring their products to the customer as quickly as possible. THANKS !!!!

I used to enjoy ordering here, but now the quality has absolutely gone downhill, burgers are slapped together carelessly and taste very strange, the fries are lukewarm and simply not good despite being delivered again, and that with the now very high (overpriced) prices. I can only advise against ordering here. The only positive thing is the fast delivery and the really good delivery drivers who really make an effort, but unfortunately that can't make up for the bad food.

Absolute impudence! I ordered at 10:15 for 11:45. Food is still not here at 12:30. Also, I was on hold for just 20 minutes and still no one answered.

Der bestellte Burger war innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferzeit da, der Fahrer freundlich und das Essen noch mittelwarm. Geschmacklich vollkommen in Ordnung - zwar nichts wahnsinnig überdurchschnittliches aber durchaus lecker. Achtung ist aber dennoch hinsichtlich der Bewertungen geboten: Zumindest bei meiner Bestellung habe ich den Hinweis erhalten, dass gegen eine Bewertung ein 5€ Gutschein gewährt wird. Ich finde solche Aktionen haben immer einen faden Beigeschmack (wenngleich keine 5* gefordert werden...)

A nice collection of burgers. They also have a nice variety of Vegetarian Burgers. This has quickly became our go to place for burgers. Mostly used as delivery or take away.

The food is good. Chicken wings a bit too salty. Great selection of vegetarian and vegan burgers. The restaurant itself is very small and it the smell of frying oil is very strong. Would recommend delivery or take-away is instead of sitting in.

In der Regel sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und der Lieferung. Aufgrund eines Termins um 13.00 Uhr hatten wir vormittags bereits das Essen für 12.15 vorbestellt. Leider wurde das Essen lt. Statusmeldung erst um 12.20 zubereitet und Punkt 13.00 Uhr geliefert. Der Fahrer entschuldigte sich mehrmals und es gab einen großen Cookie als Entschädigung dazu. Ich hoffe, dass das nächste mal die vorbestelle Uhrzeit eingehalten wird. Essen war trotzdem okay, obwohl ich es erst gegen 13.30 Uhr essen konnte.
