Food and drinks came quickly after ordering. My beer was not cold enough, and the French fries were partially very hard. Schnitzel was ok though.

Haben hier zwischendurch nur Getränke verkonsumiert. Die angebotenen Speisen welche wir an den Tischen sehen konnten waren üppig und typisch bayrisch. Das Personal war sehr flink und umsichtig, auch wenn wir nur Getränke bestellt haben.

The four of us wanted to go out to eat there. Two of us had to recharge our bike batteries there so that everyone could ride back with E. The woman at the counter didn't want to invest about 50 cents, so we didn't eat there. Very rude and incompetent!!! Unbelievable, we were really upset👎

The food was good and had a good price-performance ratio, and the furnishings also correspond to a Paulaner tavern, as you would imagine. It was clean and well maintained. Only the service left something to be desired. But this wasn't due to the two conditions, they were very nice. There were simply not enough staff, so some things took quite a long time. Basically highly recommended 👍

The Augustiner in the Ratskeller has changed hands. Now called Osnabrücker Ratskeller. So don't call the Augustiner in Ratskeller phone number, it's no longer active. Food was delicious, service was friendly and accommodating. The prerequisite is that everyone has the Corona Warn app or the Luca app on their cell phone to register. Is absolutely necessary for your stay in the restaurant. You will be logged out automatically after a good hour. Otherwise you have to move on hungry. Personally, I think it's a good way to register for possible tracking. Don't dismiss it either, help get a bit more normality. Local is worth a visit.
