At first glance we were a little surprised. As expected, this was not a restaurant but a small pub. But as hoped, the food was really great. The fillet steak was a poem. The meat was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. The pepper sauce with it was good to die for. The service was super nice and the prices were fair. We will definitely come back and hope for the recipe for the pepper sauce 😜. Tip: The small restaurant is very popular. A reservation is therefore recommended.

Unprofessional handling of reservations We had reserved a table, but when we arrived no one knew anything about it. Instead, we were told that two people must sit at a group table - a completely unacceptable concept that ruined our entire evening. Something like this shouldn't happen in a professional restaurant. Very disappointing.

Yesterday, Sunday January 19, 2025, I was there again for a long time with a lot of anticipation. The hut is full of tourists. Table assignment to a table that is already occupied. So far everything is OK. Our meal "onion roast" came quickly for 10.90 euros each and a large bottle of water. In the end it made 29.40 euros. Unfortunately, the portions were micro, as we have never experienced anywhere before, so it was like a kind of appetizer. So unfortunately we won't be coming anymore.🦋

We ordered roast pork to take away and it was sensational. One of the best crusts I've ever tasted. They were also very large portions for a decent price. You also bring your own bowls/containers in which the food is packed, which I think is great. Saves a lot of packaging waste!

Service is Bavarian friendly. The food is great. Could almost be the best Bavarian restaurant in the village…

My children thought it was the best schnitzel in town!!
