Schloderer Bierstüberl in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Best chef in GAP, excellent quality, everything fresh and whether meat, fish or vegetarian food, everything tastes delicious. Always happy again :-)

Chose this as it’s been highly recommended. Walked to the door then saw its cash only so had to double back after visiting the atm! But the meal was delicious and the best bratkartoffel I’ve tasted so far! Tender breaded pork schnitzel and a decent helping of cranberry sauce!

Step 3: I sat to the left of the birthday child. Unfortunately, I had to pantomically explain to the waitress that I would like to drink a dark wheat beer next. Thank you friends of the sun. Continue to the peak hiking trail viewpoint.

We came and saw 2 seats at the bar. The atmosphere was for only locals vibe. We just wanted a beer and they did not want to serve us.

The schnitzel was incredibly tasty. Service great. The restaurant inside is quite small but the terrace seems to be recommended when the weather is good.

We only visited the Schloderer Bierstüberl because of good reviews and were not disappointed. The friendly waitress offered us a seat outside: all the seats inside were reserved. The food was delicious and there was even a schnapps afterwards!

The Schlodi is always a must!!! The steak completely convinced me, the ice-cold Tegernsee goes really well! Service is also great!!

A very nice little restaurant, the service was very nice and always had a friendly, relaxed saying on her lips. The salad was incredibly tasty and the main course was also very tasty and very tasty. The price was also great. I think that a reservation would make sense as we were also lucky enough to get a seat.

More than a commercial activity, it seems like a non-profit association: they don't issue receipts and don't accept payments by debit or credit card. Amazing in 2024... Unfortunately it was the only one open and we had to eat something...

After more than 50 unsuccessful attempts to make a reservation, we walked there shortly after it opened. There we were asked if we had reserved. We had to “deny” this. When we shared how many times we tried it and showed it to the innkeeper, he said we were lying!!! Hello??? That's probably not possible! We saved ourselves further insults and left. Doesn't fit at all...

Wurde mir empfohlen, unbedingt reservieren wurde gesagt! Nach 20 Versuchen und 45 Minuten habe ich aufgegeben. Passt nicht ....

Probably one of the best places in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you eat well there for a very reasonable price. The waiters are very friendly and the wait only confirms that this is real cuisine. I particularly recommend the pulled pork.

Loved this place. Very German. Super friendly staff. Delicious steak, though a little under cooked for medium. Great pepper sauce and hashbrowns. Two large beers, including a nice NA. The large side salad is huge! Probably need reservations. We were lucky to get a bar stool table For two.

A really nice place with English menu (scan QR code), food is decent with large portions and quite tasty. A place to chill, highly recommended. Note that you need to pay in cash so be prepared.

Small restaurant with excellent food. There are only a few seats inside and a few tables in the rear outdoor area. The menu offers a wide variety, from steak and burgers to Asian noodle dishes. The service was very attentive. Almost all tables were reserved. Highly recommended.

Fantastic atmosphere and food! I absolutely love that they have Tegernseer on draft, and I really enjoyed all the food they I ordered. Everyone was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by when you’re in the area!

Vom Wirt persönlich begrüßt worden und mit Tipps für die nächsten Tage versorgt. Wir hatten Salat mir Scampis, Wiener Schnitzel, Rinderlendensteak und Pfeffersteak und waren begeistert. Und dann hatten wir noch einen traumhaften Nachtisch (Apfel - (Name vergessen) mit Vanilleeis.

Got recommended this place for local food from a coffee shop down the road, and man did it not disappoint. Had the menu of the day: Spinat-Knödel which was outrageously good. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and even though tables were only tended by 1 person we didn't have to wait for a refill etc. And that for crazy good prices. Definitely get why we got recommended this place, and would recommend it myself as well

We had a great time at Schloderer Bierstüberl! Best Schnitzel I had in Garmisch. Great value for the food and lovely staff… we look forward to returning! I would recommend you reserve your seats since the place has only a few tables inside in the winter.

Great place with a cool atmosphere. If you want to feel the atmosphere of a real German bar, this place is perfect. The service is pleasant, the waitress is attentive but not intrusive. The menu is large, there is plenty to choose from. The portions are quite large, you definitely won’t leave hungry. Payment only in cash.

Absolute recommendation. I rarely give five stars, but here it is absolutely deserved. The service is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is really cozy (only a few tables) and the food was incredibly tasty and great value for money. We liked it so much that we went there a second time during our vacation and it was great again. To top it all off, there was also a schnapps on the house. Simply cozy and beautiful!

This is a wonderful, cosy, local find. Book in advance and enjoy great service, very large portions and super delicious menu options with gorgeous FRESH ingredients. We had the side salad first then the barbecue steak with potato hash browns and chicken salad and it was one of the best meals we have in a week of being here. The salad itself was one of the best I’ve had this year, the salad dressing is phenomenal.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try Schnitzel. Typical Bari restaurant, excellent service and food. Excellent value for money.

Super Essen, sehr freundliche Wirtsleut wer in Garmisch-Partenkirchen zu Besuch sollte sich dieses Restaurant gönnen. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit noch groß geschrieben und das zu sehr fairen Preisen. Hier gehen auch die einheimischen hin, aber bitte reservieren.

This is a fantastic local family run restaurant. Do not pass this up. Make reservations or go early like we did it’s small and all the locals love it. The steaks were out of this world tender and the herb butter sauce and the peppercorn sauce were exploding with flavor. Highly recommended! PS get the garlic bread!

Das Schnitzel war super lecker und eine super Größe. Das Ambiente war urig und sooo gemütlich. Anfangs saßen wir draußen, aber wegen dem Wetter sind wir doch nach drinnen gezogen. Alle haben angepackt und flexibel reagiert. Tolle Stimmung dort und sehr freundliches Personal.

Favorite place in the region. The food was really good (even if Bavaria dishes are all above my salt standards). The staff was lovely and found me a spot on the counter. The restaurant is decorated in a cool way and there’s a terrace with view on the mountains. It seems the place is very popular, also by locals.

Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll aber starten wir mal beim Anfang. Wir haben uns spontan entschlossen dort essen zu gehen und zum Glück noch einen Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen und reservieren sollte man dort definitiv, denn das Lokal ist anscheinend immer gut besucht. Gerade wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, wo man einen super schönen Blick auf die Zugspitze haben möchte. Sowohl der Wirt als auch unsere Kellnerin waren super lieb und zuvorkommend, die Gerichte waren ein Traum von Köstlichkeit und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gepasst, wir haben bei zwei großen Gerichten und zwei Getränken insgesamt 29€ bezahlt. Auch unsere Labradordame dürfte ohne Probleme bei uns sein und bekam neben lieben Komplimenten auch etwas zu trinken. Alles in allem ist es definitiv ein Besuch wert, wenn man in Garmisch-Patenkirchen ist! :)

Schöner kleiner Laden mit Terrasse. Nettes Personal und top Essen. Ich kann das Rinderfilet mit Pilzsoße empfehlen.

Ein super nettes Wirts-Ehepaar die in diesem kleinen Lokal ein hervorragendes Essen in einer tollen Atmosphäre täglich präsentieren. Mit soviel Liebe in Ihrem Tun sich um die Gäste kümmern und dann kommt so ein Gast, der einem die miese Laune um die Ohren haut, weil auf einem nostalgischen Plakat von 1932 ein Hinweis, 5mm größe, aus einer längst vergangenen Zeit vermerkt ist. Schämen sie sich und ersparen sie jedem Wirt ihre Beurteilung.

One of the best steaks in town, hands down! They have a really cute patio with an amazing view. It’s a small place and quite popular with the locals, I highly recommend making a reservation.

Sadly no outside tables available, but the steak was superb (with not a hint of fat, and a terrific pepper sauce. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cosy, tucked away place that was great value.
