Unfortunately, the positive experience is significantly marred by the slow service. The wait times are extremely long, empty glasses are ignored, and it feels like an eternity before the food arrives. This is especially annoying with the all-you-can-eat offer – realistically, you can only manage three burgers before the time is up. Bottom line: If you have patience, you'll get good food in a pleasant atmosphere. However, if you expect fast and attentive service, you'll be disappointed.

We really liked it here, the ambience was simply fantastic The food was good. The spare ribs could have been a little lighter or not so dark. We had to wait a very long time for the food, about 1 hour, and even after we ordered the bill, we had to wait a very long time for it. We were there on a Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

Reserved a table online. Closed on site. No clue anywhere. Very annoying when you're looking forward to dinner and then find yourself in front of a closed door.

Ich bin kein uneingeschränkter Fan von More, werde es aber zunehmend. Ich hatte gestern eine Herbst Pizza mit Kürbis und muss sagen überragend! Der Service war auch Klasse und sehr nett. Als Dessert hatte ich mir Bananen Brot ausgesucht dass auch super war. Leider bin ich nur kurz zu Besuch in Köln, sonst wäre ich sicher öfter hier. Es ist halt einfach so... Eiweiß macht lange satt und ist wichtig für den Körper, da bin ich voll dabei. Macht weiter so...

The patty could have been cooked a bit more, as others have mentioned. Very tasty cocktails. Yes... the prices aren't exactly cheap, but that's the way it is everywhere these days. We'll be back. Addendum: We were there again today, April 12, 2025. The Louisiana Burger was very tasty and the patty was also cooked well. Both cocktails, Banana Joe and Touch Down, were also very tasty. As it got busier, we had to wait a little longer for the server, but then you just have to make yourself known. Nothing to complain about.

Yumbo cocktail very good. Double cheeseburger good, fries very tasty. Reception and service very friendly. Ambience very nice. We were there for “Running Appetite” and it was the best stop.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. The store was very busy and we didn't have a reservation. After a short wait we were assigned a table. But that was almost the only positive thing about our visit. There was no "hello" or "good day" to greet us and when the food was brought to us after a three-quarter hour wait, it was just put down without a word! Not very customer friendly....! There was also no question as to whether everything was okay during the meal. No one preferred to show up. Unfortunately the food was only mediocre. It arrived lukewarm and the meat from the lamb burger was fried to death. Even with a knife it was almost impossible to handle. What a shame! We are very disappointed with this visit and hope that the service staff will be trained in what proper guest service should look like. Something can always go wrong when preparing food, and I understand that, especially when there's a lot going on. But that's exactly when the service staff is needed and can sort things out with a smile or a kind word!
