The Road House Downtown always impresses us with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the first-class service - the team is always friendly, attentive and competent. Even without a reservation, a solution is always found, and we especially appreciate being able to enjoy it here on quieter days. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for good food in a relaxed environment!

Convenient and frozen goods that are only fully fried, I have no idea why you should pay so much money for them

Currywurst wasn't quite cooked through but the burgers were really delicious! The portions are also really big.

My partner and I think the atmosphere here is great! Truly beautifully decorated for Christmas for the 4th weekend of Advent. We were here for the Christmas party with a group of about 12 people. All but one received our food quite quickly. Various bitchers were quickly added. Everyone was very satisfied with the preparation of the food. What irritated me personally was: 1. a person was forgotten and had to reorder their choice of food, can happen 2. We were not informed that the restaurant was not closing as stated on the Internet. We could have been made aware that the restaurant would remain open longer, and so the employees were irritated. When I asked the waitress I was dismissed with: but they know that! If they knew, I wouldn't have asked 3. At the end, even though everyone had drunk plenty, we were brought 3 Bitcher beers, which unfortunately had to be returned. Two full, one half. I understand that you want to drink a lot at a Christmas party and give this pleasure to everyone who wants to, but does that have to be the case? You also have responsibility towards your invited guests. These bitches had to be paid, even though I had canceled them and expressed my displeasure to the waitress. I was stifled with: I don't need such negative energy! 4. My partner was handed the bill and I had to tell the waitress that, as a friend, I managed to put the bill in his inside breast pocket and that she should please refrain from this assistance. Again I was dismissed as saying, I don't need that kind of negative energy before Christmas! That's correct!

It was our first time at the Roadhouse Downtown Paderborn and we really loved it. The online table reservation worked without any problems. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty, plentiful and nicely presented. The price/performance ratio is absolutely top. The decor is playful and absolutely cool. If we are in Paderborn again, we will come back. There are parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Clear 5 stars!

Been here many times, good food, I especially love the milkshakes. Unfortunately, the service almost always makes mistakes: they are slow in some things, something is missing from the order or cutlery, tables are mixed up. But it's usually just small things that are sorted out quickly and otherwise everyone is very friendly

We went there without a reservation and were lucky to get a seat, so I would recommend making a reservation if you want to eat there during the Christmas market. The food was very tasty, especially the burger was great, but unfortunately the fries weren't really warm, which is a real shame because I wouldn't expect this from a restaurant. I think the price is okay, for a reasonable burger, with warm fries it would have been perfect. The service staff were nice and helpful, but you could tell that they were under a lot of stress. On days like this, you might want to hire additional help, even if it's certainly not that easy to find someone.

Definitely a great place to eat but we couldn't get in because it was already reserved. However, it wasn't even on the tables anywhere so we had to get up from our table.

We spontaneously stopped by the Road House this afternoon. Very competent and friendly service 👍 Ordered the lunch menu, Burger 1 and chicken wings. The burger was very tasty and the chicken wings were simply great. Spicy and crunchy, just the way I like them. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, the Road House Downtown was a flop. The food was, like in Mönkeloh, super delicious, but in all other respects the downtown is far behind. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed on Saturday: wrong food, incomplete cutlery, the table next to us took 30 minutes to even be able to order, ... My feeling is that everyone who doesn't live up to Mönkeloh's standards works here. The best thing was that the (very large) queue was supposed to just wait in the middle of the restaurant instead of being told to please wait outside the door or just enjoy the Christmas market. So you had 20 annoyed and hungry guests watching you with every bite. Apart from the background noise. Overall, a surprisingly disappointing visit. Then rather Mönkeloh.

Here you can get delicious burgers at fair prices. The drinks also cost less than in other restaurants. A nice extra is the free fries refill.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Schon beim Eingang wurden wir ewig nicht beachtet, obwohl mehrere Servicekräfte an uns vorbeigelaufen sind – kein Hallo, nichts. Nach fast einer Stunde (!) wurden uns endlich die Getränke gebracht. Die Burger selbst waren wirklich schlecht: TK-Patties, billigste Supermarkt-Buns, und teilweise war das Pattie so klein, dass ein Drittel des Burgers leer war. Die Ofenkartoffel mit Chicken war ungenießbar – das Fleisch schmeckte nach Rind (weil im gleichen Fett gebraten wie die Burger) und erinnerte stark an die billigen Streifen aus dem Supermarkt, die Kartoffel war offensichtlich nur halbherzig in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Für diese Qualität sind die Preise absolut überzogen. Der Service war zwar freundlich, aber unaufmerksam – lieber macht man Selfies auf dem Kundenklo als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The burgers were not tasty at all. Frozen patties were probably used here(?). The waitress with the dark hair was very unfriendly and generally just very loud in the shop. A major disruptive factor. Not recommended.

Absolutely accommodating and fond of children. The food was great, we could have even had a second helping of fries if we hadn't already been so full from the burger. We were even offered unsalted fries especially for the toddler.

I ordered Mexican double and what was missing was tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and sweet chili sauce was replaced by tartar sauce, the drink order didn't end up on the table but was removed underneath.

During a trip to a football game, a colleague and I found this restaurant via Google Maps. The food was very good, there was a large selection, we were very satisfied. The service staff was a bit lazy but very nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food. If I am in Paderporn again, I will visit this restaurant again.

Very very friendly staff and very tasty food. As always, a pleasant, successful evening 😃. The eyes were bigger than the stomach again, but packing up is absolutely no problem. The only minor criticism is that this time the mayo and ketchup were together in a bowl and not separated. But that's also "complaining" at a high level 😉

Best burgers in Paderborn ! I've been there a lot with my friends and we've never been disappointed. The burgers are really good, the wings are spicy and even the cocktails are good. The "best of roadhouse" is so worth it ! And the employees are really nice everytime.

We have been to the Roud House many times and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today. The fries were lukewarm, the vegan burger was okay. The new map is actually good. And today for the first time I found the service to be negligent. I hope that next time will be better again.

Yesterday I was at the Road House Paderborn for the first time, my friend recommended it to me. The menu overwhelms you, there is far too much choice of burgers, you can't decide (sometimes less = more). OK, then you decided on the All U CAN EAT, you can try several things. First disappointment they had no more SPARE RIBS, OK then burgers (the flagship) frozen patties!!!!??? I thought WTF??? not even fresh beef patties, just solid leather rags!!! then I tried the chicken wings, barely marinated and limp!!! I don't understand why the store is so highly praised, don't they know anything better? At the prices, just too expensive for the poor quality, if it had tasted it would still be appropriate but not for that. And the bench was broken and wobbling. Only the staff was very friendly but not well trained. Cutlery was only brought when requested and plates were not cleared away. From my side it was the first and last time there!!!

When we were looking for a restaurant we found it here and didn't regret it. Very friendly service, the food was good, price/performance ratio is also okay. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back if necessary.

We have been regulars at the other branch for years. During our visit this afternoon we unfortunately had to witness how the service staff reprimanded the guests. First with a family with a child and then with a gentleman. She starts unnecessary discussions with the guests because they obviously took the easiest route into the restaurant and not through the inconspicuous entrance door on the side. Then the eyes are rolled towards the colleagues. Mind you, behind the guests’ backs. Even if it didn't affect us, we found this behavior extremely unpleasant. If I were the other guests, I would have left straight away. We won't come here again, but will go to Mönkeloh. And there are other great restaurants when visiting the city. Of course, the food was great as always! However, such behavior is not acceptable!

Generous portions and great location! We ordered the Roadhouse special platter and a schnitzel with mushrooms, and both were simply delicious. "Best of Roadhouse" was great because it came with spare ribs, a small cheeseburger and hot wings. The portions were so generous that we were able to eat it the next day. The Limoncello Spritz that we had with it was also a highlight: delicious and very generously poured. The service staff was attentive and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location of the restaurant right on the market square in the city center is particularly nice, where you can wonderfully enjoy the atmosphere and the view. Overall, a great experience that we can only warmly recommend.

Wir [eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen der Pfarrei Göllheim-Hl. Philipp der Einsiedler] waren am 23. August 2024 beim Bonifatiuswerk Paderborn einen neuen BoniBus abzuholen. Da dies für uns eine lange An- und Rückreise bedeutet, wollten wir vor dem Antritt der Heimreise noch eine warme Mahlzeit einnehmen. Reserviert hatten wir auf 16:30 Uhr, weil wir nicht genau wussten, wie lange die Übergabeveranstaltung des neuen Fahrzeugs dauern wird. Nun waren wir aber schon kurz vor 14:00 Uhr fertig. Wir fragten höflich nach, ob wir denn auch schon so viel früher unsere Reservierung wahrnehmen dürften: Es war überhaupt kein Problem. Sehr schnell wurden wir auch bedient. Getränke und Speisen standen sehr schnell auf dem Tisch und es war alles sehr sehr lecker und vor allem reichlich. Wir waren alle sehr dankbar, dass die Dame vom Service einem aus unserer Gruppe, dessen Augen größer als der Magen waren, deutlich machen konnte, wie viel Fleisch er da gerade bestellt hat und ob er denn nicht lieber die Hälfte wolle. Er hat dann die Hälfte bestellt und selbst das hat er nicht alles aufessen können. Im Roadhouse Downtown wird man definitiv satt! Da geht niemand mit Hunger nach Hause. Die Qualität der Speisen ist klasse. Die Speisen sind frisch, lecker, aromatisch perfekt abgestimmt. Ich hatte das Schnitzel Tiroler Art mit frisch gebratenen Champignons und Käse überbacken bestellt. Da man bei den Schnitzeln wählen kann ob Schwein oder Huhn, bestellt ich Huhn. Es war ein Traum! So lecker! Alle in der Gruppe waren vom Essen angetan. Die Dame vom Service ist nochmals extra erwähnenswert: So eine tolle Frohnatur, so nett, engagiert, eifrig und versteht auch Spaß und Humor!! Wir hatten so einen tollen Nachmittag im Roadhouse Downtown, das werden wir nicht vergessen! Es war alles perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank dem Team vom Roadhouse Downtown für die tolle Zeit in Eurem Restaurant!

It's good that there are now other burger shops so you can compare what a good burger should taste like. Our order of various burgers was really disappointing. The buns were pushed cold onto the patty. Even the amount of sauce didn't manage to cover up the dry, untasty patty. The meat seemed to have been prepared in the deep fryer. It's also a shame that there are places right next to the toilet door where you can easily see who needs to go to the toilet. For the quality of the food, 4 euros or more for a burger would be appropriate. There are actually a few snack stands that offer better burgers.

Had a delicious Roadhouse gluten-free hamburger. Tasty, I could have used a little less salt, but still delicious.

On the whole the food was okay. Unfortunately the Coelslow from my grill plate had already expired. The notice was ignored by service and no further action was taken. We were also ignored when ordering another drink, even though we even pointed out that we wanted to order another round. That's why I won't visit the restaurant again in the future, even though I like the American concept.

The place was fantastic. With the kitchen team great. Even in the rush Friday hour 2 weeks ago. i asked them to make it totally vegan for me and for others without being touched with bacon( religious ground for my friends) not to fry in the place as i wanted it to be totally vegan. The indian koch talked to us personally saying he would require a bit time to clean it. He came himself front talked to us and delivered our burger at finest. We girls enjoyed our time. With different items. We had best evening in the town.
