Road House Downtown in Paderborn

Super delicious food, very friendly service and great cocktails

During a trip to a football game, a colleague and I found this restaurant via Google Maps. The food was very good, there was a large selection, we were very satisfied. The service staff was a bit lazy but very nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food. If I am in Paderporn again, I will visit this restaurant again.

The fries were good. Unfortunately the burgers are a bit boring and the quality is also rather average. The children's burgers use frozen patties that are very firm and dry. It also works the same way with standard burgers. Deluxe citizens are fine. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

It was a very unexpectedly really beautiful and funny evening. We ate well and the cocktails were also very good. Of course we also took the happy hour with us in the form of a few pitchers of beer. Really delicious American food and large portions! We were served very friendly, the food came quickly and was delicious! I ordered the Chilli Cheese Fries and the fries were crispy and the cheese sauce was delicious!! A great atmosphere at the same time.

Very very friendly staff and very tasty food. As always, a pleasant, successful evening 😃. The eyes were bigger than the stomach again, but packing up is absolutely no problem. The only minor criticism is that this time the mayo and ketchup were together in a bowl and not separated. But that's also "complaining" at a high level 😉

The Roadhouse Downtown was packed when we arrived, ok short queue, then politely shown to the square. The food came quickly. Again and again

Best burgers in Paderborn ! I've been there a lot with my friends and we've never been disappointed. The burgers are really good, the wings are spicy and even the cocktails are good. The "best of roadhouse" is so worth it ! And the employees are really nice everytime.

As always, friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. It's nice that there are also gluten-free burgers for our son with celiac disease.

Yesterday I was at the Road House Paderborn for the first time, my friend recommended it to me. The menu overwhelms you, there is far too much choice of burgers, you can't decide (sometimes less = more). OK, then you decided on the All U CAN EAT, you can try several things. First disappointment they had no more SPARE RIBS, OK then burgers (the flagship) frozen patties!!!!??? I thought WTF??? not even fresh beef patties, just solid leather rags!!! then I tried the chicken wings, barely marinated and limp!!! I don't understand why the store is so highly praised, don't they know anything better? At the prices, just too expensive for the poor quality, if it had tasted it would still be appropriate but not for that. And the bench was broken and wobbling. Only the staff was very friendly but not well trained. Cutlery was only brought when requested and plates were not cleared away. From my side it was the first and last time there!!!

We have been to the Roud House many times and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today. The fries were lukewarm, the vegan burger was okay. The new map is actually good. And today for the first time I found the service to be negligent. I hope that next time will be better again.

When we were looking for a restaurant we found it here and didn't regret it. Very friendly service, the food was good, price/performance ratio is also okay. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back if necessary.

We have been regulars at the other branch for years. During our visit this afternoon we unfortunately had to witness how the service staff reprimanded the guests. First with a family with a child and then with a gentleman. She starts unnecessary discussions with the guests because they obviously took the easiest route into the restaurant and not through the inconspicuous entrance door on the side. Then the eyes are rolled towards the colleagues. Mind you, behind the guests’ backs. Even if it didn't affect us, we found this behavior extremely unpleasant. If I were the other guests, I would have left straight away. We won't come here again, but will go to Mönkeloh. And there are other great restaurants when visiting the city. Of course, the food was great as always! However, such behavior is not acceptable!

The five of us spontaneously looked in. Nice service, food was at the table quickly and very tasty. The onion rings are recommended.

Generous portions and great location! We ordered the Roadhouse special platter and a schnitzel with mushrooms, and both were simply delicious. "Best of Roadhouse" was great because it came with spare ribs, a small cheeseburger and hot wings. The portions were so generous that we were able to eat it the next day. The Limoncello Spritz that we had with it was also a highlight: delicious and very generously poured. The service staff was attentive and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location of the restaurant right on the market square in the city center is particularly nice, where you can wonderfully enjoy the atmosphere and the view. Overall, a great experience that we can only warmly recommend.

Wir [eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen der Pfarrei Göllheim-Hl. Philipp der Einsiedler] waren am 23. August 2024 beim Bonifatiuswerk Paderborn einen neuen BoniBus abzuholen. Da dies für uns eine lange An- und Rückreise bedeutet, wollten wir vor dem Antritt der Heimreise noch eine warme Mahlzeit einnehmen. Reserviert hatten wir auf 16:30 Uhr, weil wir nicht genau wussten, wie lange die Übergabeveranstaltung des neuen Fahrzeugs dauern wird. Nun waren wir aber schon kurz vor 14:00 Uhr fertig. Wir fragten höflich nach, ob wir denn auch schon so viel früher unsere Reservierung wahrnehmen dürften: Es war überhaupt kein Problem. Sehr schnell wurden wir auch bedient. Getränke und Speisen standen sehr schnell auf dem Tisch und es war alles sehr sehr lecker und vor allem reichlich. Wir waren alle sehr dankbar, dass die Dame vom Service einem aus unserer Gruppe, dessen Augen größer als der Magen waren, deutlich machen konnte, wie viel Fleisch er da gerade bestellt hat und ob er denn nicht lieber die Hälfte wolle. Er hat dann die Hälfte bestellt und selbst das hat er nicht alles aufessen können. Im Roadhouse Downtown wird man definitiv satt! Da geht niemand mit Hunger nach Hause. Die Qualität der Speisen ist klasse. Die Speisen sind frisch, lecker, aromatisch perfekt abgestimmt. Ich hatte das Schnitzel Tiroler Art mit frisch gebratenen Champignons und Käse überbacken bestellt. Da man bei den Schnitzeln wählen kann ob Schwein oder Huhn, bestellt ich Huhn. Es war ein Traum! So lecker! Alle in der Gruppe waren vom Essen angetan. Die Dame vom Service ist nochmals extra erwähnenswert: So eine tolle Frohnatur, so nett, engagiert, eifrig und versteht auch Spaß und Humor!! Wir hatten so einen tollen Nachmittag im Roadhouse Downtown, das werden wir nicht vergessen! Es war alles perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank dem Team vom Roadhouse Downtown für die tolle Zeit in Eurem Restaurant!

It's good that there are now other burger shops so you can compare what a good burger should taste like. Our order of various burgers was really disappointing. The buns were pushed cold onto the patty. Even the amount of sauce didn't manage to cover up the dry, untasty patty. The meat seemed to have been prepared in the deep fryer. It's also a shame that there are places right next to the toilet door where you can easily see who needs to go to the toilet. For the quality of the food, 4 euros or more for a burger would be appropriate. There are actually a few snack stands that offer better burgers.

The place was fantastic. With the kitchen team great. Even in the rush Friday hour 2 weeks ago. i asked them to make it totally vegan for me and for others without being touched with bacon( religious ground for my friends) not to fry in the place as i wanted it to be totally vegan. The indian koch talked to us personally saying he would require a bit time to clean it. He came himself front talked to us and delivered our burger at finest. We girls enjoyed our time. With different items. We had best evening in the town.

Food good, service very friendly.

On the whole the food was okay. Unfortunately the Coelslow from my grill plate had already expired. The notice was ignored by service and no further action was taken. We were also ignored when ordering another drink, even though we even pointed out that we wanted to order another round. That's why I won't visit the restaurant again in the future, even though I like the American concept.

Unfortunately I didn't like the meat of the burger! You had the feeling it tasted like frozen goods. The lemonade was delicious but the rest was actually not my thing.

There are various vegan dishes on the menu. I had (all vegan): the Little Garden Salad with vinegar/oil, plant nuggets and a “Green Hero” burger with double dip. The salad came with plenty of well-seasoned dressing and a large roll, already sliced. Nuggets were crispy. The burger was great and very large, nice and hot, well seasoned, the fries too. Extra plus point: The dip had a really nice mayo consistency. Often you just get ketchup in vegan dishes. Clear recommendation. Service was also nice and the atmosphere was something different :-)

We visited Road House Downtown for the first time and were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made our visit very pleasant. Unfortunately the chili cheese fries were served in a cardboard box, which I didn't like. Otherwise the taste is very good. 5 stars for the kitchen.

All You Can Eat and Drink is recommended if you arrive really hungry. Wings are delicious and the service was good. Burgers weren't my taste. Schnitzel was also tasty, but a bit dry.

Delicious American food. However, I have to say it's a little overpriced for what you get. The buns are the standard burger buns that I feel like I can buy in any supermarket. And the meat doesn’t taste very “special” either. I have to say that unfortunately I had to wait a long time for my second helping of fries even though it really wasn't full.

Wir waren mit 30 Leuten zur Feier der Erstkommunion da und es war wunderbar. Wir waren im hinteren Teil und so relativ ungestört. Alle Gerichte kamen tischweise gleichzeitig, so dass gemeinsam gegessen werden konnte. Der Service, insbesondere Rebecca, war sehr aufmerksam und hat sämtliche Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Das Kommunionkind bekam sogar ein Dessert mit Wunderkerzen aufs Haus. Alle waren begeistert! Wir können das Roadhouse, nicht nur für Familienfeiern, nur weiterempfehlen.

Depending on the dish, the food was ok to good. When we were there, the cash register system failed, so the workforce was challenged accordingly. It's clear that everything will take a little longer. The three service staff in our area failed to clear away empty dishes/glasses, even if their hands were empty on the way back to the counter. Our filling was not taken properly - regular burger was brought instead of premium burger. Toilets partly without toilet paper or dirty and the sink area flooded. Of course it could also have been due to the time (9 p.m.). In terms of price-performance ratio for the selection and quality of the food, it's a bit too expensive compared to other locations in Paderborn. If you are very hungry, the 'all you can eat' offers are probably a good option.

We only went in because we were hungry and couldn't find anything suitable for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and the good food. The next time I visit Paderborn, I would stop looking and go here straight away.

I think you can sit very well both inside and outside, the terrace is covered. The waitress was very nice and the service was really good. Food came within 10 minutes and was delicious. Price performance ratio very good in my opinion.

I've eaten there twice now and ordered several times, unfortunately something was often missing and it usually arrived soggy. Unfortunately it doesn't come close to the quality of the Borchener roadhouse

My visit to the Road House Downtown in Paderborn was entirely positive. My wife and I spontaneously decided to visit on Sunday and were pleasantly surprised that we got a table straight away without a reservation. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our food came to the table quickly, which made us very happy. I would particularly like to highlight the homemade lemonades, which were not only refreshing but also tasted great. The Texas burger was large and extremely tasty, and my wife was also impressed with the salad. The restaurant's ambiance is cool and inviting, and the staff is consistently friendly. I highly recommend Road House Downtown. Great atmosphere and delicious food - a great combination! 😊

Very cool waitresses and the burgers are top notch

Today we were at the Road House in PB on Domplatz. We ate in the restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The benches were consistently dirty. The service was tried hard, but completely overloaded. People don't swear loudly behind the counter when guests are sitting in the dining room. The food was served late and was lukewarm at best. The portion of fries was extremely measly. Even if you can reorder, the eye is important and the first impression counts. There was very little sauce on the burger. This made it very dry. So Road House, opportunity missed. We definitely won't be coming back. Thanks for nothing. You can't sell more than that.
