We ate very tasty and because we made a reservation we didn't have to wait too long.

It was totally dirty. We were given a place near the toilets, which is why it smelled that way. I didn't like food. Prices way too exaggerated.

It was delicious again!! The meat, the fries and side dishes. Not to forget the friendly service.. A well-rounded thing 🍽👏

My hamburger tasted good, but the payment process was anything but pleasant. The amount for my order was just under €14, and I initially handed the cashier €24. To my surprise, he then asked me for another €5 note. At first I didn't think anything of it and gave him the note, but all I got back in change was a €10 note. Only later did I realize that I had actually paid €5 too much. I understand that mistakes can easily happen in stressful operations, but this situation seemed unusual. Especially in a restaurant, a smooth process is important in order to give the customer trust. It would be helpful if staff communicated more clearly why this was needed when making requests such as an additional €5 note to avoid such confusion. It's a shame that this detail spoiled my overall impression, even though the hamburger was really good.

We reserved online and received a very friendly welcome. Ambiance is very cozy. The drinks and food we ordered came very quickly. The lady from service was very friendly. The burgers were really phenomenally tasty and the cat robots were an absolute highlight. We would love to come back!

We were thrilled again. The ambience is good, as is the food. Our waiter, unfortunately I don't know his name, was absolutely great, polite, friendly, answered all of our questions really well and even made a few jokes. If we could we would give more than five stars.

The gluten-free rolls are a bit too dry. But otherwise everything was great.

I've been a guest there for a long time and was only there again a few days ago. I ordered a burger with salad, followed by a Belgian waffle and a pot of coffee. As always, everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is courteous and friendly, it's a pleasure to be a guest here.

A super nice team and delicious food. We would have given 5 stars anywhere, unfortunately we were placed in the middle of the children's paradise, right in the play area, which was unfortunately a bit uncool for us. But no one could have known that when making the reservation online. If it hadn't been so full, we would of course have asked for another table.

Friendly staff and delicious cheeseburgers

It was great, it started with a very friendly welcome. The atmosphere is very nice, you automatically feel comfortable. We were also given good advice when ordering the food. There's only one thing you can say about the food itself: it's simply very tasty. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crispy, it couldn't be better. So a clear recommendation.

The food is great, the ambience is great, but in the evening hours after 10 p.m. nobody wants to be served anymore. Despite hardly any customers, we waited 25 minutes for someone to come to take their order, but no one came... Afterwards I called the Roadhouse from table 2 and asked if there was anything else to eat, we would like to order something from table 2. The waiter then looked at us confused, then came and apologized and then everything went smoothly...

Nice staff. The ambience is simply great and the fries and finger food items are great. Unfortunately the burgers weren't our thing. But it could also simply be a matter of taste.

I like to go there for dinner every few months. The service is great. Everyone there does a really great job, even though it's often really busy. Always nice, friendly and absolutely attentive. I'm not surprised that the house is well attended. In any case, I was always satisfied when I was there.

We had to wait 20 minutes until we got a seat. Despite booking a table. The prices are ok, the food is good and the service staff was nice.

Great food, fries until you drop and even as a vegetarian (vegan) I find a decent offer here! The waitresses are always nice! And the 50s/60s flair also comes across well. What I would actually like to see is a vegan mayo on offer! And maybe a vegan dessert, then I would be absolutely and 1000% satisfied <3

All in all very good. What left something to be desired is the waiting time at the front door. Tens of employees were running around, but no one took care of us 🤷‍♂️ Waited 10 minutes even though there wasn't much going on, not good!!

We already know the Roadhouse from several visits. The food and service is always great. We had a birthday child at the table and unexpectedly the little service robot came and belted out "Happy Birthday" with a small piece of cake. Very nice and tasty.

I've been a regular for ages and appreciate the friendly, professional and calm service of the entire team, most of whom have been working there for many years. An unmistakable sign that the employees feel comfortable, which they also show to the guests. Speed, special requests and of course the quality of the food receive a maximum star rating.

Nice diner style place. Drinks and food arrived at the table super quickly, especially great if you're just passing through. The restaurant is located directly on the entrance to the A33 and is therefore easily accessible. You shouldn't expect star cuisine, but we enjoyed the burgers and side dishes.

Very tasty and beautifully decorated. Child-friendly with a play table including building blocks in a corner with tables nearby. This means parents can eat in peace while the child plays. Staff also very friendly. In no way comparable to a “normal” truck stop!

We had strawberry and wild berry lemonade and a chicken burger florida for dinner which was very tasty and the peach on it is something different, I liked it, the Riad high best of was with fries, salad, mini burgers, chicken wings and ribs Good selection, it was tasty, but the ribs were very fatty and the smoki wasn't quite to our taste. It's a shame that only one type of ribs is offered. What's nice is the selection of sheep sauces and of course a highlight is the little robot that brings drinks and food to the table it's fun to watch him. Service was very nice and would be happy again

Unacceptable behavior!!! The waitress (name: Vanessa, black hair) was hit on the bottom several times in front of the entire customer by another waiter (name unknown, black hair, medium height). My children were distraught... Never again!!!!

The food there is really delicious. The employees are always very nice and respond very well to the customers. All in all, we can only recommend it 100%.

Great concept, completely unexpected in a truck stop that looks inconspicuous from the outside. Highly recommended Belgian waffle, the chocolate cake was also rich and tasty. Good value for money.

The service generally makes an annoyed impression. What a shame, it was definitely better in the past. They offer all you can eat, but that seems like too much work or something. As a guest you actually expect better treatment.

The burgers and home fries are delicious. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks are ok. Service staff look nice. Ambience ok. Free parking directly in front of the entrance. If you want, you can also sit outside if the weather is good.

For a quick meal with American flair. The burgers always come with fries, and mayonnaise and ketchup are also included. The whole thing is included in the burger price!

We always enjoy going to this burger shop with business partners and feel very comfortable there. The food is very tasty and the service is very quick and very friendly. Overall, you can say that as a guest you are treated well here and can always eat well. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door and also high-voltage charging stations for electric vehicles. The connection to the motorway is great. Very centrally located for people who are mobile.

The food is always great and to your complete satisfaction. Very stylish atmosphere. Reservations are definitely recommended during peak times. Star deduction because there were cucumbers and onions on the burger - despite the express cancellation. The wish was ignored. The service is also a little better and friendlier at the Road House Downtown.

The spareribs were only lukewarm. After the ribs were in the oven again, the temperature was okay, but the fries were cold. Service great. But when the robot comes, you have to make sure that no arm, leg or clothes are in the way.

Food great..... As a hotel guest, we went to the restaurant after check-in where we were somewhat rudely told that the hotel had nothing to do with the restaurant and that we would have had to make a reservation like in a normal restaurant. We were kindly given a temporary table. . Unfortunately, in the end, several people apparently felt this way. Very unfortunate if you're looking forward to a cozy evening in the diner after a strenuous day.

Very nice shop, a bit hectic as it is very crowded. But what speaks for the quality. And robots are a highlight for the children. Burger was one of the best I've ever had. And I really had to fight because of the size 😅 And the onion rings 🤤🤤 Will definitely come back

Very good burgers, in my opinion the best in all of OWL! Thanks to the motorway connection it is also easy to reach and you can park in front of the door. The staff are very friendly and the food is generally great!

Wasn't here just to eat today. I can recommend everyone to eat burgers and the like here. Friendly staff, good food and the ambience is just great despite the truck stop around the corner. The motel is also great. Nothing wild but enough to stay overnight. Clean bathroom and good bed

We found this by chance on our trip back home because they are open until 00:00. We ordered 2 hamburgers and they were delicious! Service is great in English as well and the American road house Diner look is perfectly executed as well. Total recommendation!

Great experience. Happy all around. There are small burgers for the kids (100g pattie), various vegan burgers and also something for meat lovers. The burgers were all great and the service responded to the special requests and presented different variants. With a play area for the kids, parents can also eat in peace. The highlight for the children was the operating robot, which even speaks.

A recommendation and of course a check on Google led us here. A little disappointed at the entrance that we weren't allowed to sit in the outdoor area despite there being free places, but this was quickly resolved. When we asked to speak to a couple at the outside table, who then agreed to let us sit at their table, the evening was saved. A great selection of food and interesting servers, powered by human power and battery power. The burger 🍔 was delicious and absolutely filling. We'd love to come back here, preferably outside.

The food is good, but also a bit expensive, in my opinion. However, the prices have increased everywhere ;) ... Otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Definitely worth a visit. Above all, the robot waiters are awesome.

5 years ago it was good, no complaints, today a total disaster, done Chrispy Classic wrong three times. Last time, despite being told specifically that there shouldn't be any onions on it. Unfortunately just taken down! This is an absolute no-go. Good: A young man apologized after the first time. It's a shame that the other young man didn't even apologize after the third time the burger was wrong and he was explicitly told. It would have been nice if management had taken care of this situation.

On the long way back home we actually wanted to eat at Miss Pepper's, but then we saw the Road House Diner and according to Google reviews it was rated better and the photos looked really good. We decided to go to the Road House Diner instead. If only we had gone to the other side of the street. At the entrance there was a sign saying "Please wait here, you will be escorted to the table". Read, done... stood there for a few minutes while about 5 employees chatted at the counter. Then someone came and it was as if he didn't know the sign. The shop was pretty empty, but fully reserved, but we had it for 1½ hours. got a table inside. Our waitress (Mr.) was super nice, we were served quite quickly, you can't complain. Also KITTY, great invention. I was just wondering why around 6 human employees (and 2 robots) are still working or standing around there. The food... well... the spare ribs were dry, hard and reminded me a lot of the ones from the supermarket. The burgers also... Patty tasted strongly of frozen, the buns were partly dry. Salad partly old and no longer crunchy. Whole meal arrived lukewarm. BUT the onion rings were super delicious 😅😄 crispy and fresh! Overall, quite a disappointment 😕 We have now paid €57 for two dishes and two lemonades, although I left more than half behind. There wasn't much question as to whether something wasn't right. Either most of the bad reviews will be deleted or we just had a stupid day. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Good american diner with good range of food. Service is always fast, in the evening can be slower because of the large amount of customers. Price could be better. In the evening it would be better to reserve a table because the diner is extremely crowded. Appetizers, main course and desserts are all good
