Price performance is absolutely right. The food is always fresh and delicious! Service is always very quick and always very friendly. The only feeling you get as a young man is that you get lost among older people and you want to "handle" the younger people quickly! Still a very nice restaurant with a nice location and good food at a reasonable price! I would be happy to come back.

We had dinner at Louisiana and the lemon garlic chicken , tom mozzarella chicken and the chicken wings were delicious 😋 The ribs were okay - the BBQ sauce was not so good as expected.. overall good place, with big portions regardless of the price xexexe . Would recommend to anyone to come and have lunch/dinner here ✅

It definitely wasn't our case, the burger was still rumbling inside me the next day. Very young staff who, although inexperienced, are very friendly and helpful. All in all, not a complete disaster but also nothing that would trigger me to go there again.

The food consists entirely of very poor quality food. With each additional bite of the hamburger I would feel more sick. If you tell the waiter that the food was terrible and explain it in detail, he always tries to put it in a nice way. Absolutely bad service. I would advise people with weak digestion not to go to this store. From ketchup that only consists of highly processed sugar to meat that has simply been shredded and pressed. The only thing that tasted halfway good was the spiral potato, but even that consisted mostly of fryer fat. Absolutely poisonous food. The prices were way too high for such inferior products. I just looked at the reviews of the other guests and you get the impression that they are either employees who have given their reviews or people who are friends with the owner or employee. The store is a chemical factory, I'm telling you. Terrible food and utopian prices. Don't eat there, don't ruin your day, dear ones.

Hello, we have been coming to Louisiana regularly for over 20 years. Often also for lunch. It's a shame that this lunch menu isn't online.

The food is no longer what it used to be, the meat of the cheeseburger had a fatty taste of a chip shop, the cheese wasn't melted, the ketchup had a skin and the salad (which obviously came from a ready-made package) had brown edges on it. It was freezing cold in the lower part of the restaurant, I kept my jacket on (and I don't get out quickly). The price-performance ratio is no longer what it used to be.

You will always receive a very friendly welcome here. The food is always very tasty. And the price is right too. We say thank you for that.

We really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, things have been disappointing lately. The burger looked very bland and didn't taste good. Frozen meat? A lettuce leaf? Ready-made BBQ sauce? Plus coleslaw - also a ready-made product? I couldn't get it all down and in the morning we both had an allergic reaction to food - our eyes were completely swollen shut. It's a shame - it's always been very tasty. Maybe you can rethink the preparation here and use fresh products? Service was good for the first twenty minutes, then there was no service for an hour and then someone came again. We looked around (Saturday evening) - everyone had empty glasses. Unfortunately, the cocktail was so full of alcohol that it was undrinkable. Some people will definitely be happy about it 😅 We didn't find it tasty. We kept refilling it with water and then it finally worked. We'll be back and just hope that the impression isn't repeated. We think it's a shame - the Louisiana was always a good address.

Some incompetent waiters because our reservation for an event was placed on the wrong table, where you only have a view of a pillar instead of the stage. The original table could not be exchanged, but other waiters had to take care of it and we were left standing there for 40 minutes, so that after a lot of back and forth the management of the whole thing came and was absolutely unfriendly and unmotivated towards us... very bad experience when it came to problem solving and friendliness.

I ate here twice. The first time I had chicken wings with a few sides. The chicken wings are quite good, 4/5 the side dishes are standard but tasty. The second time I had a burger. Went there today, Saturday at 6:00 p.m. It was busy, but not crowded. Everything is free at the top. I wanted a place to myself, a small table just became available. At reception they looked at me as if I were an alien: “A person?!??.”. “Yes, a small table just became free.” “No, I need the tables for 2 people. Das 'Jägerschnitzel' der Mittagskarte war zwar günstig und in Ordnung, konnte mich aber geschmacklich nicht begeistern. Das gleiche Gericht würde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen. Aber es standen ja noch viele andere Speisen auf der Karte.

Ok, so the staff are great, and the place has great ambience. Now, I am a very proud Cajun from Louisiana, and was very excited when I saw this restaurant. I was hoping for some good Louisiana food. However, NONE OF THE FOOD IS CAJUN OR LOUISIANA FOOD. This was insulting to me and my culture. Why? Just Why? A simple Google image search for Cajun food and Louisiana food would show that we Cajuns and Louisianan people DO NOT EAT BURGERS AND FRIES. That is German and American. NOT CAJUN/CREOLE. PLEASE STOP USING OUR CULTURE FOR ADVERTISING YOUR GROSS FOOD! Louisiana food (Cajun and Creole) is LOTS OF RICE, SEAFOOD, FISH, and ALWAYS SPICY!

We were there on a Friday around 6 p.m. It was moderately full, but there is plenty of seating. The service was great, friendly and always there if you had any questions. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as great as I had hoped, I had a burger, the patty was frozen, as was the BBq sauce, so I would have liked to cook more and defrost less in the roast. All in all too expensive for what is served there.

The service, the drinks and the menu were initially convincing. However, my food was probably not good because I vomited heavily at night and developed an extremely severe rash all over my upper body with unpleasant itching; I also had circulatory problems and aching limbs. My GP finally confirmed it was food poisoning, so I'm really upset about it. So far we've always had a good impression of this restaurant, but this experience makes us have serious doubts about the quality of the food! It remains questionable whether we would like to eat here again.

Enjoyment in Louisiana In the middle of the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, right next to the Elisengalerie, Louisiana is a top place to always eat and chill. The view of the theater, the fine shops and now the Christmas market make it particularly atmospheric. The burgers, cocktails and snacks are delicious, and the terrace is a hit for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a break while strolling through the gallery. If you're hungry and lust for flair, then there's nothing like it! Top for students and city dwellers!

Burgers and more at fair prices. We had BBQED chicken which was well seasoned and a good portion with the onion rings and fries. Can be recommended. We also really liked the porter.

As always, I ordered Cajun Fries. The employee then brought me half a portion that was left over at another table and also scattered the few fries on the table. I wanted to leave again, but my companion was probably starving and pounced on the fries that had spilled in front of her. So I stayed.

We have eaten at Louisiana restaurants many times in various locations and have never been disappointed - including this time! After many years we ate there again. However, the staff really let up. It wasn't even possible to reserve a table in advance over the phone, which is why we were given a bad aisle seat. The service staff on site was simply "unfriendly", the Asian colleague with the glasses... very impatient both when taking the order and when paying at the end. It's also very shameful if you want to insinuate to the customer that the card doesn't work due to poor technology. That was enough for me for the next few years, thank you.

The food is super tasty, large selection & fresh ingredients. “Inside” it is quite loud and “outside” you sit at the feet of the guests sitting inside. You automatically feel like you are being watched. There is no privacy protection of any kind.

Ate at Louisiana again today. G2 plus rule. We boosted without testing. Very tasty spare ribs and chicken legs with Cajun fries. Although at a distance, we can finally enjoy life among people. From now on all prices will go up again because of the fairy tale tax, then less often. I I can already hear everyone complaining about how sales have gotten worse.

Finally Louisiana has a view :-) The expansion was really necessary, you have always been well attended, the space is really needed. Great service, delicious food, delicious beer, everyone was friendly.

We had dinner with friends at Louisiana Aachen and were looking forward to a relaxing evening. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed, especially with the food. As a starter we ordered the mixed plate with wings, chicken breast and other snacks. Unfortunately, the food was completely “fried to death” and therefore neither particularly tasty nor appetizing. For a price of €17.90 we definitely expected more - the quality of the food just doesn't do the price justice. The ingredients seemed to come from the frozen section and lacked freshness and quality. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was cozy and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly, which we really appreciated. But ultimately the service alone cannot save the overall impression. For the prices charged here, we would have simply wished for better quality food. It's a shame - we had hoped for more!

Now a long-established restaurant in Aachen, over 20 years old. And the last time I was there was over 15 years ago. Luckily the quality hasn't changed at all. Delicious!!! The service used to be very good, if not better.

Unfortunately I didn't find the food all that exciting. That used to be much better, but has decreased significantly. However, the service people in the evenings are very nice and very quick.

We are a group of five people who regularly attend Grenzlandtheater. Ift we went to this restaurant afterwards and ate and drank. Unfortunately I can only give 1 star because some of the service staff don't pay enough attention to people with intolerances. Unfortunately, my wife has an irritable stomach and some of the staff refuse her a glass of tap water. You're probably worried about sales... .... after the performance, five of us go to another restaurant where none of the people have any problems with a glass of tap water.

I have been coming to Lousiana in Aachen for more than 17 years now. It has some of the best food in Aachen (I tried the entire menu (the new and old ones)). Recently, however (almost 2-3 months), the restaurant no longer gets its drinks from Coca Cola Company but from Pepsi, so of course they are different drinks, the problem has been over since exactly that point in time, we noticed several times that the drinks had expired are, especially the juices and iced teas. To be exact: - We ordered cherry banana (Kiba) 3 times in the same week and each time it came out expired (because it was very, very sour and recognized by the smell). When we declared it, they promptly removed it and brought something else in its place, but we overheard the barman at the counter (skinny blonde guy) saying "that's completely normal, they have no idea". Another time the waiter even came back after we mentioned it and said "yes, our banana juice has actually expired". - We ordered iced tea 3 times in 2 weeks and it always arrived tasteless. The third time we spoke to the waiters and they said, "We have a new machine, why doesn't it taste good?", then we said, no, it tastes like water, worse than McDonald's drinks when their syrup is empty. Since these incidents we have been somewhat disappointed with this store as they have always had high standards. I hope this criticism is taken to heart and perhaps the drinks department will be looked at again.
