Ate very tasty and took advantage of the cocktail happy hour

As always, the food was very tasty 😋. The waiter was very friendly until we paid. We paid by bank card and paid a little more than tips. Apparently it wasn't enough, we didn't get a "thank you"?? We've noticed several times now that the waiters can never say "thank you" when they get a tip. We don't see that we have to tip €10 to receive a thank you. We are not obliged to tip. Otherwise everything is very good. Food and also ambience. Best regards

The food was really good. We had a BBQ burger and a pulled pork wrap. The service didn't notice the entire time that the table was very dirty, even after we pointed it out to them. The beer mats were then simply placed on the stains when served before the main course.

A bit too greasy for my taste...appearantly no vegetables so I asked but no saus...but it came with a lot of sauce😆 anyway I told them ...they just took it back and left it at that

We were there around 6 p.m. on a Saturday. The store was full, but there were enough staff. The meal itself took a while, although I see that as a positive. Preparation takes longer than microwave. 😉

In my opinion, the best cocktails and very, very good food are served here. The service is always friendly and seems very familiar from the outside. I also personally hope that the homemade salsa sauce, locally, will never change. This one is just awesome ☺️😋.

We’re from the England 🇬🇧 and staying in Aachen for the Belgian F1 Grand Prix. We found this restaurant whilst exploring and decided to try. Radhwen was lovely and and attentive. They are lucky to have him there. The food was also delicious. We will definitely be back before we go back home!

In my opinion, low-quality “meat” is being served in the burger here: The “meat” of our burger had a very soft, almost sausage-like consistency. The taste was correspondingly so that we had to leave the restaurant feeling disgusted after two bites. Our complaint about the burger patties was not a surprise to those responsible. The hefty price of around 15 euros for the cheeseburger was disproportionate to the quality. So, in my opinion, the question here is not whether it was tasty or not - it wasn't for us anyway - but rather it's about whether such a product can be sold to customers.

The daily menus are a good addition to the standard menu with a very good price-performance ratio. The sauerbraten was surprisingly tasty and for €8.80/large! Hard to beat for the price. Plus attentive and friendly service. When the weather was good today we went outside under the plane trees - we really enjoyed it. We will be back.

The food is delicious There is outside under the tree in summer. I think something like a terrace is very nice to sit on when the weather is nice. The shopping arcade is a bit less busy and I find it cozy in the restaurant.

Wir sind inzwischen mehrmals im Louisiana gewesen, entweder zum Frühstück vor dem Stadtbummel oder danach, um einen Happen zu Mittag zu essen. Wir sitzen gerne in der Passage oder, bei schönem Wetter, auf der Aussenterrasse, die eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt ist. Das Essen war immer gut und frisch, die Servicekräfte immer freundlich. Sehr wichtig ist für uns auch, dass bei bestehenden Unverträglichkeiten kompetent informiert wird. Wir werden sicherlich wieder dort hingehen und empfehlen es guten Gewissens weiter.

Great store, I always enjoy going there, but today (4:05 a.m. 8 p.m.) it was an absolute disaster. A cocktail was ordered that did not contain alcohol, even though it was requested. When the waiter was called, we said that and the answer was just unfriendly, “Now what? What should I do there? “I don’t know if that’s true” and after consultation, he filled it with alcohol at some point. Next time he's there, we'll definitely go somewhere where the waiters are nice.

The food is very tasty and the prices are also completely reasonable. Service is also excellent, but every 5 minutes you ask if you need anything else and if everything is OK, very accommodating but too often for me personally. I'm an adult and can let you know if something happens, but it's different for everyone. 😄 I'd love to come back when I'm in town again.

After a hard day as a tourist, I stopped at this restaurant with my wife. Been here in the past and wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately I made the mistake this time and still had a 0.3l can of Fanta on board that was intended for my son in the hotel room. After ordering the drink, we were firmly asked to remove the can (closed). I then took care of the food order, follow-up drink, etc. It's a shame, but the staff probably had instructions

Located in a mall in the city center, quite crowded and noisy, difficult without a reservation. Food is standard, always a bit too salty.

This my favourite restaurant and also bar in Aachen. I am from Sri Lanka last year I came German to study. I am also a bartender and bar waitress in Sri Lanka and Maldives where I worked in 5star hotels. after I experience food,drinks, service and atmosphere (songs as well) I can give 10 out of 10 for all. Very friendly staff,Good quality cocktails, tasty food all is perfect, I was 2 times in this bar with my friend. For sure next month also I will visit to you Highly recommend.

After we ate burgers there for the first time and they were absolutely inedible, we wanted to try there again with other food. So this time I tested the chicken wings and the spare ribs. Again, absolutely terrible. Completely dry and disgusting marinade if you can even call the blob of honey that was smeared on the ribs that. Never again!

Yesterday, after a long time, the two of us were at the Louisiana in Aachen again. The food was very tasty! We had the BBQED CHICKEN and the CAJUN STICKS AND STRIPES. Our waitress was awesome, put all the tables in our area in a good mood and provided quick service, she sang happy birthday for the "neighbors" and gave us advice on drinks. After the meal we each had 3 different cocktails, we can't confirm the reviews about "less alcohol in the happy hour" 😀 Very successful evening, the only point deducted for the "ambience": it is already loud when it is full and in In the corner where the toilets go down there is a large trash can that seems to be often missed because there was paper etc. on the floor. Since many guests go to the toilet every now and then, you could either move the bucket or aim better 🙈

Last night me and my sister went to the Louisiana Restaurant. Since we were hungry, we each ordered a burger. What surprised me was that the food was served after 10 minutes.
