Overall a great restaurant. Service is super good. Some dishes are overpriced like soups. PLEASE also write down that it is cream soup and not soup. I also ordered enchilada with chicken, where was the chicken?? There was only sauce, mushrooms and corn. And unbelievable prices. I had high hopes for the jambalaya, but what I got was swollen rice with a shrimp. Very weak for a restaurant that presents their regional cuisine. I was looking forward to the coleslaw and got a small bowl full of tears. A little more side dishes than salad, please. I liked it as such, but failed miserably when it came to local dishes.

A cozy atmosphere that leads to a very fun evening with friends. The drinks are delicious and the waiters make recommendations. We all enjoyed the food very much. Gladly again!

There were eight of us and we enjoyed the evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the joy of the ambience was quickly dampened as three of the eight dishes we ordered were served cold. However, the other five dishes were fine. After we raised the issue, it seemed like the cold dishes were simply put in the microwave and served to us again. Our disappointment grew when the food was still not warm. We ended up having to eat the cold food even though we had mentioned the problem several times. We hope that the restaurant will pay better attention to the quality of the food in the future.

I like visiting this place when I’m in Osnabrück. It’s a cozy atmosphere with tasty food. My steak and mashed potatoes this past trip were great.

Food top. In any case, just to be on the safe side, reserve a table. I asked the waitress if there was a happy hour for the cocktails, she would ask, I didn't get an answer.

Always happy to go there, service is super nice and quick and easy, great if you want to eat timely and delicious American food.

Still a good address for American cuisine in the Osnabrück region. Not for gourmets, but if you're expecting burgers, wings and the like, this is the place for you. Be sure to make a reservation on Saturdays, as it only became noticeably emptier after 9 p.m. Service attentive and good

Very tasty BBQ ribs. The standard fries are potato wedges (not fries), which are only good on some days. Also a very good selection for vegetarians.

Always worth a trip. My friends and I regularly visit this place to dine together. In addition to a huge parking lot, you can expect friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere and a huge selection of inexpensive dishes at Tennessee Mountain. Only recommended!

Were here several times in the past, but now we've been here again after a long time, it wasn't worth it! Very long waiting time, service almost non-existent. If you wanted something else to drink you had to shout at the waitress because they didn't ask the whole time. We even had to go to the waitress to order our food, otherwise we would have had to wait forever (it was already 30 minutes later after the drinks arrived). The food itself came a good 45-60 minutes later after ordering.

Was a customer from the beginning, since the one chef left (Joey?), in my opinion it has gone from a 1 down to a 4-. Unfortunately, staff isn't really motivated these days! Always out there looking for their customers! Go back empty, so empty glasses and plates remain on the table for a long time. As an apology, we unfortunately have to say that this is not an isolated case, it is now the case all over Germany!

The food was very tasty and well prepared. The burgers were juicy and the fries were spicy. The starters were also delicious. The atmosphere is unique and very relaxing. It is furnished the way I would imagine it to be “typically American”. The meal took about 30 minutes for 5 people which is also good. In general, I think it's a very cozy restaurant and you should definitely visit it if you're nearby!

Something for everyone. If you think that things are very "meat-heavy" here, you're wrong - different dishes were also offered for our two "vegans". The selection was varied and of very good quality and everyone found it very tasty. Our six people were looked after in a friendly and quick manner. Attention was paid to the order of starters and main courses. We'd love to come back!

Great atmosphere! We tried the ribs and the wings. Of course all you can 🤭 We were constantly brought supplies and we drove home after great service, a nice evening and a full stomach. We will be back definitely! If our dog can still sit under the table, I would like to give bonus stars ♥️

I was there many years ago from time to time and always loved it. I went there again after years and was disappointed with the food. The bruschetta was soggy and the hamburger had no sauce at all. I told the friendly waitress that too. Unfortunately I won't be eating there anymore.

A top class restaurant. I had probably the best steak in my life (Argentine Rib Eye 200g). It tasted incredibly delicious. I will most likely visit this store again. One star deducted from the service because we had to wait an hour. But I can understand well in times of staff shortages. Otherwise you should definitely make a reservation as the restaurant is very busy.

We were there several times and had delicious meals. But when I wanted to order a table again yesterday, no one answered the phone at all, and on the second attempt, after a long dial tone, they came across as unfriendly to me. We would have left a lot of money...But then we reserved a table somewhere else. Even in my job, I can't be unfriendly when I'm stressed!

We discovered the restaurant on vacation and were really impressed. Delicious sumptuous food. Large portions and good taste. The staff was friendly and accommodating. American cozy. If we're in the area again we'll come back.

Eat American style. Great citizens, mighty rips, delicious whiskey. You can get all of that here. You should definitely make a reservation otherwise it might not work out if you visit spontaneously. Everything great and a great location.

After a long time we had dinner in Tennessee again. Our feeling is that the food has gone down a lot. The burgers tasted like nothing, the food was served lukewarm, that was different in the past. I've never had such a tasteless burger. It's a shame that the kitchen used to be really recommended.

2 hours was quite a long time for a main course

The food was good, the service was good, it wasn't clear whether one or all of the waiters were serving you. Unfortunately, one thing and another was forgotten when we ordered, e.g. Dips. The table for four was simply too small for five people. The parking situation is very good. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The audience is typically American, mixed old and young, and the waiters try to make everything perfect. What struck me personally is that if a woman wants to pay, this right is viewed sparingly. But that doesn't have to be negative

An absolute disaster, I was there with my wife and my two children. I ordered a T-bone steak for just under €60.00. It arrived really ice cold and was very dry and stringy at the same time. When the waiter told me he would bring me a rump steak, I asked for it to be medium + and it really came half alive, I felt like I had to stick my fork into it quickly so that it didn't run away from the plate. To top it off, the waiter tells me he tried the t-bone steak and liked it, which I think is very rude because it wasn't edible. To put the cherry on top of the cake, he brings me the bill with the t-bone steak on it and says I've given you €30 off. Well, this is probably the last visit to this store, it's a shame it used to be better! Definitely not recommended.

Great restaurant, food tastes great and the ambience is great.

We ate there today and had ordered a table at 8 p.m., arrived at 7:56 p.m. and then we were told that there was no table available yet, after all we were way too early! Once we got a table, we were allowed to wait another 30 minutes until we were even asked if we wanted something to drink, then we ordered drinks and food straight away. The food was good and tasty, but unfortunately we had to wait another hour and a half for it... In the past, there was at least a small appetizer on the house, but that wasn't available either. A pity. And unfortunately you didn't really get full... I used to really enjoy eating there... It's a shame...

Die Preise sind eigentlich in Ordnung. Am letzten Wochenende war es sehr voll, eng bestuhlt und eher kalt. Die Cocktails können wir nicht empfehlen, zu klein und geschmacklich eher Fruchtsaft als Cocktail. Bestellt Burger, die können die richtig gut.

Sehr angenehmes Lokal für alle die den amerikanischen Stil zu essen mögen. Die Speisekarte ist vielleicht ein wenig unübersichtlich, aber das, was dann aus der Küche kommt, ist sehr lecker

Freundlich, lecker alles in Ordnung. Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen sind sehr reichhaltig. Die Einrichtung erinnert an eine Amerikanische Ranch. Man muss einen Tisch vorbestellen. Das Restaurant war am Freitagabend sehr voll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Filetsteaks waren auf den Punkt zubereitet und sehr zart. Die Preise sind angemessen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Essen war super, sehr lecker und reichlich. Service hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wirklich schön eingerichtet, man hat viel zu schauen. Leider stehen die Tische sehr eng zusammen so das es u.U für ältere oder Menschen mit Hörgeräten durch die Umgebungslautstärke schwer ist Gespräche am Tisch zu verfolgen. Was ich mir auch schwer vorstelle ist unfallfrei mit Gehhilfen oder Rollstuhl an den Tischen vorbei zu kommen. Aber nichtsdestotrotz werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Es war einfach klasse ! Kompliment an Küche und Service! Kommen gerne wieder, zumal auf die Service Hotline innerhalb kürzester Zeit sofort geantwortet wurde !

Seit Jahren gehen wir regelmäßig zum Essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.

Im Restaurant selber war es viel zu kalt. Die Nachfrage danach die Heizung anzumachen wurde verneint. Mein Burger war geschmacklich ein Reinfall. Das Fleisch kaum gewürzt, dazu noch nicht mal richtig durch. Kaum Soße auf dem Burger die es hätte noch rausreißen können. Wir hatten 2 Bedienungen, eine sehr nett und höflich, die andere machte eher den Eindruck das wir eine Belastung statt Gäste sind. Eine Portion Pommes für 4,- Euro die auf dem Teller eher als kostenlose Deko aussah. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Leckeres Essen und gute Steaks!!!

Wir sind dort regelmäßig und finden, dass hier die besten Burger in der Umgebung serviert werden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Stammpersonal! Immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Absolut zu empfehlen. Salat würde ich hier vielleicht nicht unbedingt bestellen, ist aber Geschmackssache.

War sehr gut, ist halt für Leute die das amerikanische mögen

Eine gemütliche Lokalität, sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, die Getränke und das Essen kamen sehr schnell. Vorspeise und Hauptgericht waren äußerst lecker und frisch. Wenn man etwas nicht schafft, bekommt man eine Box um es mit zu nehmen. Wir kommen gerne erneut zu Besuch.

Wir waren am11.11.2023 da gewesen.Es war ein gelungener Abend. Es war sehr voll gewesen aber man Verstand jedes Wort. Essen, Personal,Ampiente auf hohen Niveau wenn man es Amerikanisch mag. Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt!! Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist Parkplatz könnte mehr Licht sein. Sonst alles Spitze.👍👍👍👍

Der Service ist einfach schlecht geworden. Der Laden ca. halb gefüllt, dennoch 40 min auf Getränke gewartet. Nur ein kleines Sorry als Entschuldigung. Das war’s. Zu wenig Personal. Da muss dringend dran gearbeitet werden. Das Essen ist wie immer super gewesen Würde trotzdem noch einmal wiederkommen.

Das Tennessee Mountain Steakhouse beeindruckte uns mit: • Einem stimmungsvollen Ambiente • Hervorragendem Service • Authentisch amerikanischem Essen. Ein Muss für Liebhaber amerikanischer Küche. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Essen war nur lauwarm. Das Essen kam nicht zusammen. Der Burger den ich hatte, war Geschmacklos. Mache beilage waren nicht die Richtigen. Die Mozzarellasticks und Onienrings waren gut. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich hat aber nicht vernünftig zugehört.

Da essen war echt lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, leider dauerte es sehr lange, wir haben länger gewartet als gegessen. Der Service war sehr nett, nur leider auch lange gewartet bis man Getränke bestellen konnte, kamen dann aber zügig. Ambiente war schön aber leider sehr sehr voll und laut

Warum die Bewertungen nur 3,5 Sterne waren, ist uns ein Rätsel. Freundliche, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, die auch schnell kam. Dann ein wirklich reichhaltiges auch schnell serviertes Essen, dass uns allen gut schmeckte. Zuvor noch ein leckerer Gruß aus der Küche. Die Preise waren such angemessen und wir werden dort sicherlich nicht das erste und letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Die Service-Aushilfen sind absolut mangelhaft geschult, lange Wartezeit am Counter, Samstags keine Cocktails „weil das zu lange dauert“, Vorspeisen mit 8 Minuten Zeitversatz geliefert, nach der Vorspeise kein neues Besteck (nachdem man das Besteck mitgegeben und auch darauf hingewiesen hatte), „Rumpsteak auf dem Wyatt-Earp-Teller“ 8mm dick, kalt und totgebraten, Schweinefleisch ebenfalls kalt… Der einzige Lichtblick war das zur Wiedergutmachung gebrachte Rumpsteak, das war wirklich sehr gut! Wir sind erstmal bedient…

Der Service im Restaurant war absolut super. Die Getränke sowie auch das Essen wurden schnell gebracht. Das Essen absolut frisch und das Fleisch vom Burger war sowohl saftig als auch gut gewürzt.

Nach mehrmaliger Empfehlung dieser Lokalität , haben wir es dann mal geschafft und haben dort gegessen. Vielleicht waren die Erwartungen zu hoch, ich muss sagen gemütlich ist was anderes und die Qualität des Essens ließ zu wünschen übrig . Irgendwie sah alles sehr leidenschaftslos aus. Das Personal gab sich Mühe . Preis Leistungsverhältnis war eher höher angelegt wie es wert war .
