The burger joint impresses with its attractive design and cozy atmosphere. The burgers themselves also taste great – fresh, juicy, and well-topped. Unfortunately, the positive experience is significantly marred by the slow service. The wait times are extremely long, empty glasses are ignored, and it feels like an eternity before the food arrives. This is especially annoying with the all-you-can-eat offer – realistically, you can only manage three burgers before the time is up. Bottom line: If you have patience, you'll get good food in a pleasant atmosphere. However, if you expect fast and attentive service, you'll be disappointed.

The bowling center is happy to have a top burger in-house with Planet 16. Very pleasant, especially on Tuesday. The quality is top, the ambience from different eras of American advertising art. 50ies and 60ies, 70ies exhibits are cozy, amusing and worth seeing.

The layout and design of the place is really cool! It immediately creates an American diner atmosphere! We haven't been to Planet16 for a long time, but after the change of location we wanted to take a look at the new restaurant. After it was said that fresh minced meat patties were now being used and the sauces were revised... we were really looking forward to delicious burgers. Unfortunately, they still taste the same as before and couldn't convince us. There's just that certain something missing...meat is lightly seasoned. Best regards

We spontaneously went to Planet 16 on Saturday evening, the first visit for us after moving from downtown Moers. The new location is in the Moers Utfort on Rheinberger Str. and is located at the BowlingArena. After entering, we were warmly welcomed and were impressed by the furnishings with many original American items. There is additional seating outside which is available in better weather. The nice thing is that there are plenty of free parking spaces available. Many original American exhibits decorate the lovingly furnished restaurant. The bar, which was built on an old car body, is an eye-catcher. Depending on the time you have to put up with a higher noise level from the bowling alley, it didn't bother us. We chose different burger menus that evening and were not disappointed. Our burgers were extremely fresh and tasted fantastic. The fries and sweet potato fries were also crispy and very tasty. The dishes that were distributed around us also looked very tasty, we will try them next time. The new adapted menu has a lot to offer and there really should be something for everyone. You can also view these online. In the old restaurant you could still see how work was being done in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible here. It was always interesting for our kids to watch the preparation. Who knows, maybe that will happen (!?). The service that evening was attentive and we were served quickly, and the waiting time for our order was also completely ok. I also got into a conversation with the boss and was impressed by the nice conversation. All in all, it was a great evening and we will go there again often. Highly recommended. Maybe a round of bowling first 😊

Some tables weren't cleared for a long time, unfortunately you wait a long time for service and the price-performance ratio isn't right either. It's a shame actually, we had hoped for more.

We were warmly welcomed. Super nice 80s American decor, and a cozy atmosphere!:) I had the number 63 (chicken) with sweet potato fries and a small iced lemon tea. Everything super fresh and very tasty! The price is great because everything tasted really fresh. We waited 15 minutes for our food and that was completely okay. Nice waiter. I would come again and again. I've been going to Planet 16 for a few years now and it has improved from a 7/10 to a 10/10 since the new restaurant! I also recommend the shakes, especially the Yogurette Shake ;) . 4 stars!^^

If you sell hamburgers they should be at least slightly better than the ones from McDonald's or Burger King, which is not that difficult. The one from this place was actually worst. Also the staff was not following COVID restrictions, none of them were wearing masks.

Disastrous food! 36,- for the ton! The food was delivered cold, lying open and carelessly distributed in a bag. The burgers were completely stuffed. Absolutely inedible and unfortunately ended up in the trash after delivery!

Unfortunately I don't have a photo, I'll upload some here next time. I ordered via Lieferando and after 35 minutes my baguette arrived, really world class. I mean, I can buy tuna and lettuce and tomatoes myself, but the bread was really very good and left a very good impression. Absolute recommendation from me!

Ordered takeaway food. Waiting time was justified by high volume, ok Service employee ran around with our finished food for 5 minutes to support other employees. Pure chaos. Really disappointing in terms of taste for two burgers for €30. It no longer has anything to do with the previous restaurant in Moers city center.

I think the new location is better than the old one, very quiet, full and American, the burgers are huge and delicious, the service is very nice and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻

New location and quality has deteriorated, I have never had such bad food there and after complaining I had to pay in full, never again. You can't have your own corner and a bowling arena and the kitchen wasn't sufficiently staffed, so you lose quality.

Only 2 stars from me. The ambience is very nice, but the service and offer are not up to par. The order really took a while, even though there wasn't that much going on. Special requests, although offered, were not passed on, the coleslaw was "out" but an attempt was made to cover that up. An alternative was only offered upon request. Overall disappointing. I won't eat there again.

Unfortunately I can't write anything about Planet 16's food because after 15 minutes of waiting at the table we still couldn't place an order. There were only four people present. This number brought the service to a standstill. Then we got up and went next door to Café del Sol. Order was taken quickly after 3 minutes. Burger was there after 10 minutes and delicious. I hope that Planet 16 will improve in the future.

We went bowling on site and ordered, among other things, the FingersMix starter for €12.90... Directions, quantity, taste and quality are really very critical for the price! ... The rating is based on Planet16 in the bowling arena and not on the bowling arena.

Nee location in Moers situated in an entertainment building. Food is delicious and the service attentive. One can have salads, all kinds of burgers and other types of food. The interior is inspired by the years 1950 American diners. Beautiful!

I had dinner at the new address today. As before, I was not disappointed. The staff came up to us and gave us menus. An apology was made that the cards didn't look that "convincing", but that wasn't necessary. The map was extremely well structured!:) Even though there was a lot going on, the waitresses and waiters always tried to serve us! The food was delicious and the portions were great! The only point of criticism: I would sign the route from the bowling alley to Planet16 a little more :) In a big sense, I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately not recommended. Food was ordered by phone. The milkshakes arrived completely buried and the prices were increased by almost 50% without notice (our reference was the online menu). Unfortunately, after several calls, there was no response.

Dirty shop, with luck you get 1 out of 10 orders right. Even though they clearly pack the food by chance and can't manage it after ordering, it still takes well over 2 hours. So if you want to wait 3 hours for a meal that is then chosen at random, Planet Chaos is the right place for you

We visited Planet 16 again after a long time and have never been so disappointed. We waited a total of over an hour for two baguettes, a sandwich, side dishes and milkshakes. At the beginning we had hope that it would be as good as it always was, but we were extremely disappointed. While we were waiting, two other visitors complained about the long wait and one family asked for their money back and left. When we (finally) got our food, it came every 10 minutes, so my friend had to wait. And things got even worse. When I asked the employee when our food would finally arrive, I saw the finished guacamole coming out of the bucket and unfortunately that's exactly how it tasted. Paprika was bitter and guacamole on the Acapulco baguette was tasteless. And €9.40 for that? In my opinion, a disgrace. Nothing can be said about the mozzarella sticks or the fries, very tasty. The same couldn't be said for what I thought would be an easy-to-make cheese sandwich. As soon as you picked it up, it was dripping and the cheese was running out and everything was falling apart. Which is of course partly to be expected, but not that it is dripping with milky sauce. Generally a big disappointment and an absolute waste of €49.70 worth of food that I could have prepared at home. We won't be back any time soon.

Unfortunately, with all you can eat you are completely ripped off; the first order takes 1 hour and 10 minutes so that a maximum of 2 orders can be made. So it's more like twice you can eat. Then you order Chingswings with sweet and sour and get chicken nuggets with ketchup. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately really bad service. When I ordered three times, something was always forgotten in all three deliveries, but what was delivered later twice. On the planet16 website it clearly states the menu if you order a burger: +4.95 € = fries + drink. Today they refused to deliver the Coke because that would no longer be right according to the employees. I ordered directly there and not through Lieferando. You can eat great on site but definitely not recommended for ordering! Especially if websites are out of date or the customer is withdrawn.

It's been an extremely long time since I've been to Planet 16. The last time was probably 10 years ago, so the store has been around for a while. The result was disappointing, but one after the other. The ambience and presentation is really nice and follows the idea of ​​an American diner ala Dennys. The decoration is also really successful with the bumper cars and jukebox. The menu also makes a comparison with the USA, but does not hold true. However, the visit is marred by an unpleasant smell of grease that gets deep into the hair and clothes. The food was a failure. There are burgers everywhere these days and also very good burgers. First we waited about 45 minutes for the burgers and fries. It was already clear to us when we were preparing it that the food was being prepared by untrained workers rather than qualified staff. The fries lived a lonely life on the counter, waiting for the burger. When it was finished 3 days later, the fries were cold. After complaining, new ones were prepared for us. The burger was nothing special in terms of taste or appearance. The cheese wasn't melted, the toppings were sweet - and unimaginative. The price for a soft drink and fries is 16 euros, so I can expect more quality in preparation, service and creativity. Sauces were available from a plastic bag for 0.50 euros. So if you want ketchup twice, you'll have to pay another 1 euro. Conclusion: We were full, we finished the burger, but we won't be visiting again anytime soon. The overall picture is simply not right.

Waiting for over an hour in a moderately full restaurant is clearly too much

Unfortunately, the restaurant's manner completely ruined our visit. I've known Planet 16 since my youth and we came here especially from Cologne today. As you can see from the pictures, I had the worst experience ever today, the last table next to the entrance when entering was completely covered in fruit flies. In the end, this was exactly what the food looked like: the food was full of flies, hair was found in the food three times, and flies were also found in the drink. When the staff complained, there was no real response to the issue and nothing happened. What a shame actually! The taste was okay, as long as you could try it, over 30 euros for a meal with flies and hair - who doesn't like that 🤣🤣 Google doesn't allow pictures with hair and flies in the food, apparently they don't want a bad review 🤣🤣🤣

Unfortunately I didn't try any burgers but only the baguettes, everything is fresh but the quality really leaves something to be desired. Baguettes weren't particularly tasty and the bread was dried out. Unfortunately, the ambience and service is much better than what comes on the table.

Sehr schönes Ambiente was den 80ern in Amerika anlehnen soll. Die Burger schmecken wunderbar und der Hund vom Besitzer hat das Essen direkt genießbarer gemacht. Musik wird von einer Jukebox gespielt was das Ambiente wie gesagt sehr an die 80er anlehnt.

Es ist nicht sauber! Die Toilette läuft über. Die Speisenkarte klebt. Das Personal wirkt ungepflegt und läuft mit Zigarette im Mund durch das Lokal um davor zu rauchen. Das Personal ist allerdings freundlich. Der Burger war ok. Jedoch das Brötchen war etwas trocken. Die Mozzarella Sticks haben leider nicht geschmeckt.

Super Lokal für alle Altersgruppen. Das Ambiente ist im Retro Style gehalten genauso wie auch viele der Gerichte. Das Essen ist immer lecker und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Dür Schüler und Studenten gibt es auch Rabatte. Meine Favoriten sind die Milchshakes. Sie sind Lecker und nicht nur aus 90% Milch wie bei vielen anderen. Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich und einladend fast sogar Freundes gleich. Immer sehr nett begrüßt und beraten. Ich liebe dieses Restaurant und würde jedem empfehlen es mal auszuprobieren oder auf die Liste zu setzten falls man mal in Moers ist. 5+ Sterne mit reinem Gewissen

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Burger kreativ gestaltet und gut zubereitet. Preislich liegt es auch in einem guten Bereich, da es die Burger Menus gibt mit Getränk. Die Milchshakes sind etwas heavy aber auch mega gut. Eben eher Eiscreme, als Milch. Ich mag es bei Planet 16

Dauert zu lange , nach 40 Minuten wird einem gesagt „wir fangen gleich mit eurer Bestellung an“. Und dann brauch der Mc‘s fraß eine weiter halbe Stunde später. Nie nie nie nie wieder! Im Leben nicht! Und im nächsten auch nicht!!!

Waren zum ersten mal da.Nettes Personal,zügig und der Burger mit Pommes war auch super. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren heute erste mal da und es hat sich gelohnt.Hab ein Curryburgen mit Hähnchenstreifen und Frites gegessen.Mein Mann hat Hähnchenburger Barbecue und Pommes gegessen.Beides war super lecker.Also das machen wir öfters und der Preis war auch ok.Was ich gut fand alles wurde frisch zubereitet.

Die knusprigen Falafel im Falafelburger und das Bun waren genial! Die restlichen Bestandteile der Burger waren gut, aber es hat bei uns einfach nicht klick gemacht.

Ein toller Diner mit netten Personal und leckerem Essen! Preise völlig akzeptabel! Das einzigste was ich nicht so toll finde ist das es sehr eng ist und ich schwer mit dem Kinderwagen rein bzw raus kam und die Toilette im Keller sind was natürlich so garnicht behinderten freundlich ist !

Essen ist in Ordnung, nicht weltbegend, aber okay. Aber ich muss gestehen, dass ich beeindruckt bin, wie sehr man mit privaten Dingen beschäftigt sein kann, um die zwei einzigen Kunden im Laden zu ignorieren, so dass sie sich ständig „dazwischen" drängen müssen, um etwas zu bekommen. Und das über einen längeren Zeitraum. Dips wurden komplett vergessen, man hatte aber tatsächlich keinen Bock sich wieder ranzukämpfen.

Ein sehr schönes lokal. Qualitativ und quantitativ absolut genial.. war damals bei der Eröffnung vor Ort als ich noch in der Gegend gewohnt hab und alle Jahre wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin. Echt verrückt und genial.. weiter so und noch viele weitere Jahre!

Sehr schönes American Diner, mit guter Burger und Baguette/Sandwich Auswahl. Genau das richtige für den Mittagstisch oder eine schnelle Burger Stärkung. Die Zubereitung ist frisch, die Patties sind KT, geschmacklich sehr gut und überzeugend. Neben dem klassischen beef Burger, gibt es auch Chicken Burger 👍 Das Lokal setzt auf Selbstbedienung, tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Milchshakes sind zu empfehlen, alles in allem ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis 😃🍔

Wir hatten überlegt, ob wir uns etwas von Burger King holen oder uns mal etwas von Planet 16 gönnen wollen. Ich sag' mal so: Wären wir mal zu Burger King gefahren ... Die Pommes waren eine Katastrophe. Gut, ich hab' die Bestellung abgeholt und musste ca. 7 Minuten zurück nach Kamp-Lintfort fahren. In der Zeit werden Pommes aber üblicherweise nicht eiskalt und labbrig; vor allem nicht wenn sie von warmen Speisen umgeben sind. Neben teilweise überwürzten Pommes wurden also auch kalte Pommes untergemischt, die schon länger lagen. Der Burger ... na ja. Ein billiges Bun von Aldi sieht in der Verpackung schon besser aus, als das helle Ding, was wir da hatte. Das Fleisch war gut und auch nicht zu viel oder zu wenig (man muss ja fair bleiben). Der Rest des Burgers wurde überlagert von Unmengen kalter Zutaten (Salat & Co.) und Jalapenos (wir mögen scharf, aber es hat eben nur scharf geschmeckt ... nichts anderes). Mein Fazit: Die Kohle wäre bei Burger King definitiv besser aufgehoben gewesen.

Sie stehen auf in uraltem (gewissermaßen prähistorischem) Frittenöl zubereitete, pampig-pappige Pommes Frites, die zu allem Überfluß auch noch maßlos überteuert sind? Dann sind Sie hier richtig. Alle anderen machen einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden und lassen sich nicht von der gediegenen (oder auch nicht) Inneneinrichtung blenden -- American Diner ist hier nichts.

Für Fastfood sehr gut gewürzt und auch schmackhaft zubereitet. Sehr freunliches Personal hinter der Theke. Leckere Dips. Hervorragende Datteln.

Kleine Preise und leckeres Essen. Leider riecht sämtliche Kleidung anschließend nach einer Fritteuse. In Moers besonders für junge Leute ein guter Anlaufpunkt, jedoch nicht für alle Altersgruppen.

Mit viel Liebe und Engagement führen die Betreiber diese Lokalität. Einfach, ähnlich einem Diner eingerichtet, findet man hier Fastfood der etwas besseren Qualität.

Sowohl die Burger als auch die Sandwiches, Fingerfood oder die Shakes: Ich gehe hier sehr gerne essen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Ambiente einzigartig in Moers!

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen lecker. Wir hatten Kartoffelecken und Frozen Yoghurt. Das Essen holt man sich an der Theke ab und den Frozen Yoghurt kann man sich selbst zapfen und die Toppings an der Toppingbar drauf tun. Alles in allem ganz gut.

Früher war auf jeden fall viel besser, offen Kartoffeln nicht ganz durch, Sandwich haben die früher schön dekoriert jetzt einfach nur hingeklatscht, Fleischqualität vom Burger hat nachgelassen. Gleiche Preise schlechtere Qualität. schade

Wir wollten nur eine Kleinigkeit essen und waren zufrieden. Die Burger und Sandwiches sind lecker, das 50er Jahre Konzept ist stimmig und wirklich eine schöne Alternative für einen kurzen Stop mit leckerem Essen
