Snack Time in Velbert

I ordered a vegetable pizza, which wasn't tasty at all.

I've ordered from this restaurant twice now via Lieferando and had a very bad experience both times. The first time, part of my order was simply forgotten. The second time, the food never arrived at all. After I called to inquire, I was told I wouldn't receive my food until the next day without any compensation. When the order finally arrived, the quality was a disaster: Everything was greasy and didn't seem fresh at all. The fries and burger patties were neither homemade nor freshly prepared, but more like cheap convenience foods from a discount store that had simply been heated up in the microwave. For an order of just under €25, I ended up with a lackluster burger, some fries, and a drink – completely overpriced and disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Food was ordered via Lieferando at 6:15 p.m. and confirmed at 6:17 p.m. The stated delivery time was 55 minutes. At 7:44 p.m. we called the store because our order still hadn't arrived and Lieferando had been saying "almost with you" for 15 minutes. We were greeted with an annoyed "Hello" and quickly fobbed off with the words "it's on its way". The food finally arrived at 8 p.m. As compensation, we were given two sauces that tasted strange and were unidentifiable. The food was slightly warmed over, as if it had just been put back in the microwave. The bottom half of the burger bun was completely soggy, making it impossible to eat properly as it simply fell apart. The meat patties were tasteless and dripping with grease. The fries were okay, but the curly fries were also tasteless. And on top of that, we're now sitting at home with stomach problems. For a total of €50, I find that simply cheeky. Since this is already the second time we've ordered something so large, it will be the last time we order from there.

We ordered from them via Lieferando. The food was supposed to arrive at 12 p.m. because of our break. I called and sent a message because we were already on our break and our break was over. I didn't get a response... I then went outside to see if anyone was there, and then I found a receipt and the ordered food on a windowsill. I think it's so cheeky and impertinent that they didn't even let me know. If I hadn't seen it, I would still think the order was on its way. The food was cold and tasted bad. I'll never order from there again. I would have preferred to invest my money better...

Completely wrong order, communication failed

Three zatars were purchased on June 12, 2025. Upon inspection, it was discovered that two of them were burned on the back. Photographic documentation is available. I request a refund of the purchase price.

Very good food and excellent service

American diner with ambience. The burgers are great, the fries are just right, but the milkshakes are awesome. For these you end up needing a spoon rather than a straw (my favorite is the Kit Kat shake). The guys on site (including the boss!) are always friendly, but never intrusive. I've ordered from Snack Time several times and never had anything to complain about. Conclusion: Delicious food, reasonable prices, nice team - recommended!!!

Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. The burger was cold, the driver would have forgotten the shakes if I hadn't asked... well, he was also very busy with his cell phone

We ordered at 4 p.m. for 6 p.m., and the food arrived at 6:40 p.m. The entire meal was cold. The fries were soggy and unsalted. The nuggets were hard and dry. The small pizza was more like a mini micro pizza. The burgers were OK, but not great, at €12, and that was without fries. The schnitzel was €10, also without fries. The prices were exorbitantly expensive. You have to order side dishes separately. I can't recommend it; actually, 0 stars. I won't order from there again.

We had to wait over 2 hours for our delivery order. If you have too much to do, you could set up an order stop. It wasn't done here so it gets a star. But the worst was the crispy chicken burger, it was so crispy that if I had eaten it I would have lost my front teeth. Unfortunately I really have to say there was a loss of quality, I remembered the store much better! Never again

Fast and super friendly service! The shop has a nice atmosphere and is very nicely decorated, you feel comfortable. It was probably recently renovated. The food is great value for money. It's quick to prepare, the portions are very generous, it tastes very good and it's anything but expensive! (French fries under €3 is all I say!) I definitely got full! Can only warmly recommend the store!

The employees are very disrespectful and the interior is not clean. There are also racist comments.

Have ordered here several times, unfortunately the quality gets worse from time to time, last time the chicken burger and the cheeseburger and also the chicken wings were completely burnt beyond the cooking point. The salad was very tasty. It's actually a shame because we've always been happy so far. Please don't let up!

Far too expensive for the price, the price for food and sauce is simply not justified... very, very long waiting time and raw chicken for the chicken fingers!

Salad without dressing. Pizza rolls rock hard. Order was not complete. Not recommendable

We often order things through Lieferando, otherwise everything was always great. (Usually a normal cola instead of vanilla, but not bad) The last two times the food was very late, later than stated. The last time the driver brought up a completely wrong order, this time the delivery only took place after opening hours and the small Margarita pizza, which was supposed to have spinach on it, which we paid extra for, arrived without spinach. Unfortunately, no one could be reached by phone after work.

Placed an order via Lieferando. It was left in the system for 40 minutes and then simply cancelled. So we waited the whole time for nothing and then had to look for another delivery service. Very well done.

The atmosphere was very nice, especially the Arabic songs that took me back to my hometown, not to mention the friendly treatment.

The shop is very dirty and looks like it is only roughly swept once a week. You have to wait a long time before you can place the order. The food took a long time to arrive and then it was cold and didn't taste good. I will never see this store again and I will never order from it again because I now know what it looks like in there.

Want good burgers? Go there! Pizza is also good, service - great!

Disaster delivery took 2 hours because the driver had the wrong address. Food arrived cold and absolutely not tasty for the price. We ordered a thirst quencher but got a cola and the extra sauce wasn't delivered either. I wouldn't recommend it.

You can get cheap frozen goods here. The chicken wings and chicken fingers were a complete disappointment for the price. Unfortunately, the cleanliness behind the counter wasn't the best either.

Worst service I've ever experienced I wait with my son for 5 minutes no one serves you then you want to go somewhere else and they don't get out of the way and stop you for fries not tasty and service catastrophe not recommended!!!!

The delivery was 10 minutes late, so the milkshake that I ordered with my meal was only slightly cool and already very melted. I had also ordered a dessert, but the wrong dessert arrived, so I called them to ask why I got the wrong dessert. On the phone they told me that they had tried to reach me by phone and that, according to the employee on the phone, the supplier should have told me, neither of which was the case. I wouldn't have had a problem with the whole thing if it weren't for my intolerance to the replacement product I received and the difference in price between the two desserts. The replacement was cheaper than the actual dessert, and I still haven't received the money for the difference in price, despite talking to the employee on the phone. That's why I'm not really lucky to have ordered there if I don't get the price I paid, nor do I ever receive the difference despite the agreement. Due to empty promises and failed delivery, this was the last order there.

Ordered today via Lieferando I would have preferred not to give it a star, but the delivery time wasn't long, which is why I gave it one star. But I have to say that the food was very, very bad. We ordered three Chrispy chicken burgers and an Anatolia burger, plus fries and chicken nuggets. The only good thing about the meal were the fries. The three Chrispy burgers were burnt and way too dry, bread was just limp and falling apart. The Anatolian Burger was completely over salted and inedible. We paid 53 euros for the garbage and will definitely never order from it again.

Nette Mitarbeiter, hat sogar Romantische Musik angemacht für uns. Essen war super, schmeckte alles frisch. Leider waren die Tische etwas dreckig, aber das ist jetzt kein Drama gewesen.

Wir haben heute das erste mal online bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war wie angegeben und völlig ok. Allerdings fehlte auf einer Pizza Rukola und Grand Padano- die 4 halben Kirschtomaten waren auch ein Witz. Die Pizza wurde nach telefonischer Beschwerde nachgeordert. Nach 1 Std ist sie jetzt noch immer nicht da. Der Süsskartoffel Bohnen Burger war 100%ig ein McDonalds Burger. Absolut kein Zweifel!!!! Weder Süsskartoffel noch Bohnen waren in dem Patty bzw Burger enthalten. Nach weiterer telefonischer Beschwerde meinte der Chef nur: die kommen mit der Bezeichnung so hier an. Er kenne sich nicht mit vegetarischen Burgern aus. Das muss man sich mal vorstellen!!!!!! Beruf verfehlt würd ich sagen. Eine absolute Frechheit! Nie wieder! Nachtrag: die Pizza wurde mittlerweile nachgeliefert- der Rukola ist definitiv nicht mehr frisch. Essen wollte ich diese Pizza so nicht mehr. Einfach eklig.

Das Essen is wirklich sehr lecker! Auch am Service kann man nicht meckern. Es ist schade, dass der Laden sehr leer ist wo er doch gut eingerichtet ist (andererseits kriegt man dann auch immer Plätze). Schon allein für die Milchshakes ist es das wert mal vorbei zu schauen!

Von außen unscheinbar, aber das Essen war spitze. Sehr freundliche Bedienungen.

Haben heute über Lieferando bestellt. Top einfach nur top. Sehr leckere Burger und Nudeln. Das war sicher nicht unsere letzte Bestellung. Lieferung nach Wülfrath war auch sehr gut.

Leider war bei der Bestellung einiges fehlerhaft. Zu trinken wurde eine Cola Vanille bestellt und eine normale geliefert. Die Sonderwünsche bei den Burgern wurden ignoriert, was ebenfalls sehr ärgerlich ist, da man erstmal Zeit damit verbringen musste nicht gewünschte Zutaten (z.B. Zwiebeln) vom Burger zu kratzen und auch nicht alles erwischen konnte was den Geschmack sehr beeinträchtigt. Die Lieferung ging dafür zügig.

Die Burger sind dort sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich, würde immer wieder zum Essen hierhin kommen!

Weiter so ihr seit echt lecker… Ich freue mich schon wenn ich die Burger mal alle probiert habe 👍🏽

Netter kleiner Laden. Leckere burger. Die Pommes waren auch sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Hammer Burger. Preis Leistung ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung.

Haben bei Snack Time bestellt und waren nicht ganz zufrieden. Lieferzeit war bei 60 Minuten angegeben und waren sogar in 30 Min da. Burger waren ganz ok, daher noch auf 2 Sterne gerettet, auch wenn etwas angebrannt an der einen oder anderen Stelle. Süßkartoffelpommes waren leider wabbelig und haben sich zu einer Masse verschmolzen. Konnte man leider nicht essen. Was ein Cesar Salad ist wissen die Herrschaften wohl leider auch nicht, war letztendlich ein gemischter Salat mit Hähnchen. Bestellter Milkshake wurde vergessen mitzunehmen, immerhin wurde dieser nachgeliefert auf telefonische Nachfrage. Leider etwas abgestanden... frisch wurde er jedenfalls nicht nochmal gemacht. War gespannt auf den Nutellamilkshake, letztendlich war es aber eine Enttäuschung. War wohl Vanilleeis mit irgendwelchen gefrorenen Karamellstückchen oder so... wo die Nutella war blieb mir ein Rätsel. Leider allgemein eine Enttäuschung und nie wieder.

Die Pommes waren spitze, Service und Lokalität auch der Hammer. Preise völlig in Ordnung. Nichts hinzuzufügen außer absolute Empfehlung. Sehr freundlich Bedienung. Weiter so…

Came from the US and couldn’t find a good burger here in Germany. After a month my found this place and it’s amazing. It tastes like real American burger. I highly recommend this place.
