Nun ja - wir hatten nicht viel erwartet. Aber auch das wurde unterboten. Die Karte war eigentlich ok, nichts wildes, aber für jeden etwas. Aber dann. Der Service eine Katastrophe - das ganze Team hatte wohl seinen ersten Tag. Das Essen kurz vor ungenießbar und definitiv das Geld nicht wert. Kurzum, ein kompletter Fehlgriff.

It used to be better. Unfortunately quantity instead of quality. The nachos as a starter were a loveless affair. The burger was good, the California Bowl was a sticky disaster with mayo. It was a concert evening and therefore very crowded. It feels like a lot of untrained, unmotivated staff. But there is a toilet man and a plate for cash. Why? I haven't seen him in Germany for a long time. We probably won't come back again.

It has been around for 28 years now. The quality of the food is consistently good, typical American cuisine, the best chicken wings I know. And the burgers with steak fries are still excellent. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is right. You always have to think about what to expect. For me it is still one of the best American restaurant concepts in Germany.

The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to sit together and relax with friends or family. What's particularly great is that you can also watch live football games here, which makes the atmosphere even more lively. The service is super friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. Definitely a place you'll want to visit again and again!

Great sports bar. No matter where you sit, you have a good view of various screens. Table reservation on Wednesday is recommended. It was very busy and unfortunately the service wasn't quite up to par, but it was very friendly and helpful. The food is exactly as you would expect in a restaurant like this, very solid. It was a nice evening here.

The waiters are simply rude... I work in the restaurant industry myself and was a regular customer at Louisiana and was insulted by the waitress. First of all I had to wait 30-40 minutes for my bill and when I asked about it they said “then don’t come eat here if you can’t be patient”. There was an argument and when I went back there the blonde waitress grabbed me and started an argument and said I wasn't allowed to come here anymore and that I was being rude. She said every waiter would gossip about me and told lies, she said she wouldn't serve me and that's why a boy came especially to take our order. My sister then also had an argument with her. Very bad there, can't recommend it at all, I loved it there but the last 2 visits were a disaster.

Yesterday I ordered chicken baked with mozzarella and tomatoes with fries and a side salad. You had to look for the chicken on the plate and the generous salad was put on the plate. It tasted good but the ratio didn't work for me. Service was friendly and the food came quickly despite it being full. The Lillet I ordered for 8.20 euros was a ready-made Lillet, meaning it wasn't freshly mixed. Quite steep for the price.

We always enjoy coming here. The food is great, the cocktails are delicious (especially during happy hour) and the service is nice and quick. Everything is currently decorated for Halloween, a lot of effort has been put into it, we really liked it.

After an event we went over for a quick meal and spontaneously managed to grab a seat for two. Super friendly waiter served us quickly and drinks and food were brought out in no time. Really crispy fries and decently sized portions, you can have the leftovers packed up and have lunch for the office the next day. I can recommend it, gladly again!

After a long day of shopping in the Centro, we had a good and tasty meal here. Children will also find something in the selection of dishes. For us it was burgers and salad. Even though it was a Friday afternoon and the outside terrace was full, we quickly received the menus we wanted.

Very nice tent! Good prices, great food and nice staff! From 5pm to close (2) cocktail happy hour, always fun 😉 Eating for 3 of us and some drinks cost us 68 euros. Went back later in the evening for some drinks (2 cocktail, 2 mocktail, 2 half liters of beer, 1 whiskey and a large nacho dish) we were surprised that it was only 55 euros 😅 Also surprised that food could still be ordered so late in the evening.

The ambience was quite nice, the Halloween decorations were very atmospheric. The food was okay - the price was definitely fair, but the taste wasn't necessarily such that I would have to go there again (my baked potato was quite small, which was compensated for with a lot of sour cream, in which it sank a little ). Maybe it was because the store was busy - it was always difficult to catch a waitress throughout the entire visit, even when something was forgotten.

Waren gestern da. Empfang sehr freundlich. Hatten uns etwas zu Essen bestellt,nach 15-20 Minuten war das Essen auch da. Das Essen von meiner Partnerin war lauwarm,meins ging so. Ich hatte einen Burger mit Fritten,meine Frau einen Auflauf mit Fleisch. Essens Bewertung eine glatte 4 ausreichent,kann man Essen,muß mann aber nicht essen. Meine Frau hatte nicht alles aufgegessen und bad die Kellnerin den Rest bitte einzupacken. Sie sagte kein Problem. der Teller wurde auf der Theke abgestellt,und nach 5Minuten kam der nächste Kellner mit Abfällen auf den Tablet und unser Essen was wir mitnehmen wollten ging Richtung Müll...... Das kann ja wohl nicht sein .so geht mann mit Lebensmittel um.Ein absolutes No Go.....

Treated very rudely! Me and my daughter sat here to have a nice drink and snack. When we received the food (the flatbread) it was not cooked properly and cold inside. We sent this back to the kitchen (it had barely been eaten) and then asked for the bill. The waitress asked if we wanted to tip and we kindly said no, to which she said “do you understand me?” in a kind of compelling tone. Repeated again that we did not want to tip, she suddenly said in German that we did not have to come back! Probably thinking that we wouldn't understand this. And the icing on the cake is that as she walked away she gave my daughter another thumbs up to show her dissatisfaction! Ridiculous! We have spoken to management about filing a complaint about this. During our conversation she came rushing over to blame us again. This blonde woman (30-40) with her thin eyebrows does not belong in the catering industry. Shame about this experience. We won't be back again...

One star is actually too much because we simply weren't served. I have never experienced such amateur organization in a beer garden in my entire life. There were 5 employees walking through the beer garden, 4 of whom kept waving off. They wouldn't take orders or collect money. So the 4 employees stood around or walked around aimlessly with fake drinks. One waitress tried hard, but was hopelessly overwhelmed by the number of guests. We were only able to order from her after 20 minutes and after another 30 minutes without any drink delivery we left. The neighboring table 1 received a beer even though 2 people were sitting at the table. Neighboring table 2 received a plate of fries for four without the rest of the food and without drinks. It's unbelievable how a shop like this can survive.

The photos on this site of the food looked good. That was the case with us too. The pictures looked better than the food was. Not really bad but aimed at tourists. The spareribs were not so soft that the meat fell off easily. And the membrane behind the spare ribs was still there, making it difficult to remove the meat. Three people with us left their food. The meat of the hamburger was better, but not recommended in terms of taste and quality of the meat. The presentation of both was very good. The menu is the same at most restaurants on the outside of centro. Better choose a local restaurant just outside the shopping center.

We sat in the great outdoor area of ​​the restaurant in the beautiful weather. This was nicely protected with trees. There are great drinks to choose from and happy hours for cocktails from 5 p.m. I had the Bahama Mama, which was very tasty and the stout also tasted great. Update: we couldn't avoid the restaurant this year either. It was absolutely amazing again. I had poutine with pulled pork and my wife had a Caesar wrap, both tasted great. For dinner there were classics, chicken wings and ribs with Cajun fries. They were super seasoned and beautifully prepared! Highly recommended, my wife had poutin with pulled pork, this was also great. The service was very friendly, you could really feel at home. The restaurant is also suitable for wheelchair users! 👍😃

The staff is friendly but a bit overwhelmed. When a complaint was made, 3 employees wanted to take care of the matter but no one came back and solved the problem. The price is a little higher, so the competition in Alex is a little better on the ball. But all in all ok.

everything we ordered was very salty, sparerib was hard and chewy. Hand disinfection that was at the entrance had an expiry date of 2021!!!!
