Were here at 2 p.m. The dishes are very good. The service was super friendly and attentive. Visitation will probably be heavier in the evening. The waitress was very friendly with the children. I don't have one myself, but I really liked it.

Yesterday we had dinner with 9 people. We are often in the restaurants in Düren, Aachen and Cologne. Yesterday we had to wait an hour and a half (!!!) for our pizzas and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Unfortunately the pizzas all came at different times. I'm not used to this from other restaurants. A friend was brought the wrong dish twice. When everyone else was finished, the right dish was finally brought to her. It's a shame, I'm not used to other restaurants.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes at the bar for a table. The only request was no direct sunlight (due to a surgical procedure on the face). Several tables were free and set. We were able to leave the store after 2.5 hours because the food (two salads and two pizzas) were only served after almost 60 minutes. The tables, which were empty and set from the beginning (which we had asked for), remained unoccupied until the end. The waiter who led us to the table identified himself as the “manager”. Another waiter told us that the “real” manager had to organize things in the kitchen. We asked for a conversation and were promised it, but it never took place. It's a shame about this process.

The two of us had dinner there today on Mother's Day around 4:30 p.m. We had reserved in advance. You will be welcomed directly at the entrance. The waiter tried to get us a table outside in the shade, but we ended up sitting comfortably in the area just in front of the terrace. In the meantime we waited at the counter and got our drinks there. The waitress at the table was quick, friendly and attentive. Even though the restaurant was full, the food was served relatively quickly. Delicious 😋 pizza that is huge but has a deliciously thin base. Vitello Tonnato also very delicious. Thanks to the team.

Super tasty, great and friendly service. The music was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. This was done immediately after being asked to turn it down.

Apart from the fact that the various dishes unfortunately didn't come at the same time (two of our guests' salads came much later than the pizzas), the quality of all the dishes was really very good. The waiter who served us (unfortunately I don't know his name, has dark curly hair) was really outstanding! Super friendly and, although he obviously had to serve a larger area than usual, he was also very quick. It was probably busier than usual during the week. All in all, a really good experience!

Very nice shop with good food at good prices! If you want to eat pizza/pasta with a larger group, you're in good hands here!

Unfortunately, one star is still too many because we didn't even get to eat! After we had to wait over 45 minutes for our pizzas every week and were late for the second shift, we discussed with the manager of the restaurant that we would pre-order our food based on the table reservation by email. Unfortunately, today we didn't get any food delivered on time, despite our food pre-order being confirmed by phone. Instead of an apology, we were met with “We can try, but we won’t be able to do it in under 45 minutes.” fobbed off. 45 minutes at a half-empty restaurant?? They could have given us the reason for the pre-order and communicated this to other guests so that they would understand. But no. With your head against the wall and completely inflexible! No matter how we tried, this place doesn't seem to want to serve us in a customer-friendly manner. We went to another restaurant and finished our food before we probably would have had it on the table at L'Osteria!

Unfortunately we didn't get to eat because we had to wait at the bar for a quarter of an hour until a table became available. The only problem was the place was only a quarter full. So empty. We then left. Unfriendly seat assignor.

More than disappointed. Unfortunately the staff was more than restructured. And in the end you were only interested in tips. Of course you give a tip, although the service was not a tip.

We were there with 9 people - of course we had booked in advance, and a nice table was reserved for us. The staff was very friendly and we even took a photo with the waiter. However, the service was a bit chaotic and the food took a little longer - even though the restaurant wasn't that full... All in all we spent a lovely evening there...

Very nice atmosphere and everyone was very polite but we waited 1 hour for our food and 15-20 minutes for the drinks we ordered. The waitresses were all super friendly but very understaffed. People have already gathered in the entrance and must have waited 30 minutes for a table to be assigned.

The lasagna and the pizza marina were very good 😀. Our waiter was extremely nice. The service deduction is for the long waiting time for food >50 minutes. Tip for musical goers to the Metronome Theater: Food is great, drinks are delicious - allow 1 hour more time to wait for your food. According to the service staff at the Metronom Theater, the Osteria is not exactly known for its speed.

Had a delicious meal in this restaurant after a day of shopping in Centro. Fast service by friendly staff. Even though it was quite busy we got our food quickly. PLEASE NOTE: A green environmental sticker is mandatory for all Dutch cars!!! Without this environmental permit you are NOT allowed to come to this restaurant with your car!!! Fine currently €100

The place has a good atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and the food is delicious and cheap.

Four of us ate here yesterday. Unfortunately we didn't get our orders together. First 2 pizzas came quite quickly, the two pasta dishes only came 20 minutes later after I asked again!!! The first ones had already eaten!!! I completely forgot to add a side salad, so I forgot about it.... By the way, there were the same problems at the next table.

Pizza very tasty, risotto not quite done. Service was nice, but unfortunately you had to wait 5 minutes at the entrance before you were noticed. Atmosphere like a train station hall, loud and reverberant. The “cozy” tealight candles at the table were lit after paying...

No, one of the waiters was really rude. He denied us "common sense" because we wanted to order after a long wait. And as is often the case at L'Osteria, they pretend that all tables are reserved so that, for example, three people don't sit at a table of four and when you leave, all of these tables are still free. There are better locomotives.

The food was quite good, but it's just system catering and one system is that in a half-filled restaurant you have to wait at the counter for 10 minutes because you haven't made a reservation. Then you are seated at a table that is only moderately clean and you are allowed to order. When you want to pay after the delicious meal, the reserved sign is thrown on the table - my heart almost stopped 😅 I was so shocked. No reaction to my displeasure - it certainly has a system. Oh and the restaurant was still half empty or half full when we left. That's how the system works.

Like every Osteria so far, really good food and delicious wine at fair prices. Service, as always, was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

My daughter and I were completely satisfied.

First of all, after the miserable search for a parking space, we were greeted by a sign at the entrance stating that card payments were not possible. So get back in the car and go to the ATM. When we arrived again, the three of us were given a two-person table. After a long wait we received a very tasty bruscetta. The Vitello Tonnato we ordered wasn't served and didn't make it to the table until the barely warm main course was served. If the three of us hadn't been very hungry, the food would have been returned. Dessert couldn't save it either. In the end, card payment was possible. The service was friendly and did its best. You have to admit that much. I think that as a restaurant you can deliver much better...

My wife's absolute favorite store. Try the BBQ chicken pizza, it's super awesome. All the employees I have met there so far are always courteous, helpful and nice. The atmosphere in every store is simply great. It's a bit loud, you have to admit, but not too loud that you can't hold a conversation.

Super friendly staff and very good food! I was there today on my birthday and, in addition to the good service, I received a serenade and a delicious cake on the house! All in all a top recommendation!

Not usual for me but unfortunately a bad review. We had to wait 50 minutes for our food, although 2 others who came after us got their food before us. Then there was the fact that the food didn't arrive as expected. LG

I ordered a pizza to go, received it and ate it on the way. The pizza was good and the P/L ratio was good considering the size. While waiting, I noticed that it was quite loud.

Really delicious food at fair prices! The bruschetta was fresh and crispy, the pizzas were huge and super tasty – really unbeatable for the price. Something small was forgotten when ordering, but we were sincerely apologized and we all received a coffee/cappuccino on the house as compensation. Super nice! An extra thank you to waitress Naz, who was super friendly and gave us a really warm welcome. We'll definitely be back! 🙌🍕☕

Unfortunately it was not possible to get two pizzas on the table within an hour. We immediately ordered drinks, pizza rolls and two pizzas, and mentioned that we had to be at the Metronome Theater in 80 minutes. When the pizza rolls arrived, I said that the pizzas would come promptly, after asking several times, we were told 65 minutes after arrival that our pizzas would now go into the oven - whereupon it was clear that this would not be possible in time. We then stole and didn't eat, even though the restaurant was busy but not full. That was nothing, L'osteria.

We had reserved and asked for a table that was as quiet as possible. That was taken into account. Class ! Pizza, as usual from other branches, delicious!!

An unfortunate experience overall. We waited over half an hour for our food, and the starter was served together with the main dish. We had to chase down the waitress just to place our order, and my husband ended up getting salt and a knife himself because there was no one around to ask. The spinach ravioli wasn’t tasty—I didn’t like it. The bruschetta was okay, though it could’ve used some garlic. My husband really enjoyed the salsiccia piccante. However, the water was surprisingly expensive. The outdoor seating was lovely on a sunny day—I just wish the service had matched the setting.

Very tasty, huge portion, reasonable prices. Our cellar was very friendly and has a good sense of communication with guests. We had a lot of fun that evening.

To recognize differences in the individual L'Osterias. The service here last night wasn't as good as we were used to. OK, it was a Saturday evening and we were there at peak time, but you shouldn't wait too long for the drinks. The food was great, the portions of the noodles were a bit small, you could expect a bit more. We were pleasantly surprised by the pizza, otherwise the base is greasier depending on the topping. This time really good and not so greasy. Despite everything, a relaxed evening.

Otherwise the L'Osteria in OB was our favorite restaurant, always full despite reservations but we knew that. Last time, however, we were supposed to squeeze in somewhere despite having a reservation. When we asked, we were offered a table for 4 for 5 people. Our reserved table was given to a reservation for 6 people. I would have liked more effort from the staff...

We had made a reservation and requested a quiet table. This was accommodated. Great! The pizza, as usual from other restaurants, was delicious!

Despite the full house, the service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious, typical L'Osteria quality. For dessert, I recommend the panna cotta. There's a small playground outside for children.

Definitely recommended. The pizza is great and reasonably priced. One pizza for two people (each side can be chosen separately) costs around €15 depending on the type, three wheat beers: €30, and you'll be completely stuffed...

Ordered as self-collection. Got there on time. It was noted that I am waiting for my order to be picked up. Afterwards nothing happened for 10 minutes and then I was handed two really cold pizzas and lukewarm pasta. Unfortunately, I only noticed it on the way to the car and didn't have time to complain.

We were at a table for 2. These tables for 2 are squeezed so close together that the person behind me was constantly pushing and touching me. Other than that, my food was cold. The waiters seemed very overwhelmed, but at least nice. The store is extremely loud. It was okay. But not worth recommending. I'd rather go to Ash next door. Everything works there.

Can be easily combined with a walk at Haus Ripshorst or after a shopping trip in CentrO. The pizza was delicious, the service was very good and the overall stay was very nice.

Very nice staff on site, we were there with a group of 20 people. The service staff was on their toes and the food was served on time. Recommended lunch offer. The only slight negative point is the pasta dishes on the lunch menu, as the quantity of them is disproportionate to the pizza (which is very large). The food is great, the atmosphere is great, the management seems to work very well there, as the employees are always friendly and motivated.
