L'Osteria Oberhausen in Oberhausen

I reserved a table by phone yesterday. Unfortunately, our reservation was lost and we had to wait 15-20 minutes on site. Very poorly organized by the on-site manager. The service was bad and not very solution-oriented.

Very nice L Osteria, great ambience and very friendly staff. Sometimes the drink service takes a little long. Still a clear recommendation.

We reserved a table for 10 people and unfortunately got one for 8, so it was correspondingly tight. In addition, our table seemed to be squeezed in between. We were sitting much too closely in the middle of the room. In addition, the music was too loud so we couldn't have a conversation at all. Our pizzas, although not labeled, were swimming in a damn spicy oil. I've been to a few other branches and we always really liked it, but we won't be visiting the branch in Oberhausen again.

We had the pleasure of visiting L’Osteria in Oberhausen and were completely impressed. The food was simply excellent - the pizza was huge, super fresh and tasted great, and the pasta was also completely convincing. The service is particularly worth mentioning: incredibly friendly, attentive and super nice!! You really feel welcome here. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and modern at the same time - a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed evening with friends, family or just as a couple. Overall: Absolutely recommended! We'll definitely be back.

Was there last night. The restaurant was very well attended. We were put at the counter for about 10 minutes until a table was available for us. A pizza 🍕 margarita, calzone, spaghetti ice cream and a lot of drinks later we went home. It was very tasty and our service was extremely friendly. Flawless. Our 2nd visit. It won't be the last either. 👍

I recently visited the restaurant L’ostaria in Oberhausen and was completely impressed! The Prosciutto pizza I ordered was an absolute delight - the base was wonderfully thin and crispy, the topping was fresh ham and mozzarella. A big compliment also to the nice service, who was always friendly and attentive. You really feel welcome here as a guest. The restaurant itself impresses with a cozy and stylish ambience, which is ideal for enjoying a relaxed evening. I can highly recommend L’ostaria to everyone and will definitely come back!

My great friends invited me there on my birthday and it was simply AWESOME!! Food, service, everything was great! I would especially like to thank Adis for the friendly and funny service and of course for the congratulations. It was an incredibly hot evening. And thanks for the dessert, I just have no idea what it's called, somehow the vanilla pudding with strawberry sauce was really awesome. Definitely coming back FOR REAL!!

Good food and great ambience. Pizza, pasta, salad etc. were all very tasty. Staff and service is very good and accommodating. The pizzas come close to a 22 inch rim, so they are very large. If you can't manage it, you can have what's left packed up. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable.

Been there 2 days in a row. Once with and once without a reservation. On the day without a reservation, despite the restaurant being full, I was warmly welcomed and given a good seat at the bar after a short wait. Staff were very nice and accommodating on both days. Food came with a normal waiting time. And extras were also implemented to our complete satisfaction. The only thing that deducts a point from the ambience is the volume when it's full.

Online reservation easy and practical. Parking spaces are in short supply, the winter garden is heated by radiant heaters, unfortunately the heat doesn't reach the corners, but condensation drips from the ceiling, the restaurant is very full and therefore the noise level is very high. Service staff tried to be friendly. Food and drinks good. Not everything went smoothly, but solutions were sought. Will plan a new visit there in the summer when the outdoor dining area is open.

Hello! We were there on Sunday with 15 people. Reservation made in advance, very uncomplicated. We were there 45 minutes before our reservation time and received a very friendly welcome and it was no problem at all. We were asked to wait briefly in the counter area so that the table could be prepared. The food and service was great, everything was super tasty and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food, even though it was very busy! The waiter was super friendly and accommodating, they even informed us that there would be a shift change and someone else would be responsible for the billing! We will definitely come back and recommend L'osteria!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the visit. We waited an hour for our food, which tasted okay and the service staff were visibly overwhelmed and didn't ask if we wanted any more drinks, even though it was seen that the glasses were empty or the empty plates Table cleared. Additionally, on-site parking spaces are in short supply!

The staff were without exception very friendly. Pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious, especially the mezzalune spinaci. It could be warmer in the winter garden.

First of all, the food was very good, even if you wished for a larger plate when cutting the pizza. We had a table reservation for 6 people and when we confirmed the booking we were only given a time slot of 1.5 hours. When we arrived we were informed of this again as the table would be needed again afterwards. Not a problem in itself if you don't have to wait almost 45 minutes for the pizzas. So we felt rushed while eating and therefore skipped dessert and espresso. What was also unpleasantly noticeable was the immense noise in the restaurant when it was full. You have to speak very loudly to communicate with the people sitting next to you, which further increases the noise level. Conclusion: Yesterday the restaurant wasn't suitable for us for a relaxed chat. 1. Time stress 2. Volume Even friendly staff and good food don't help to compensate for the above-mentioned inconveniences. Best regards Andrew

This is a review for the staff of this restaurant. From the moment we entered the restaurant the man at the front counter was extremely hostile and aggressive. Even though he had agreed over the phone a few minutes ago that he would extend our reservation, he simply lied to our faces about it. We were even earlier than our time. After we sat at a free table, he came up to us and asked us to get up. He then threatened us by saying, “He’s giving us another chance.” After all this discussion and waiting, he “kindly” asked us to sit at a table that was vacant for more than ten minutes. In addition, half of the restaurant remained empty because they didn't want to serve so many people. The entire staff was rude and NOT what befits a service and customer service industry. I think management needs to retrain them in dealing with customers and teach them manners.

We had pizza, and it was huge and well-filled. The staff was very friendly and the prices were great.

Right now when you order drinks here you are told that there will be no pizza for another 30 minutes to an hour because there is no dough. That's a bad joke. But it gets even better then you want to order desert piccolo duetto nothing there but tiramisu. Well, I've never experienced anything like that before.

Absolutely disastrous service! We were completely ignored, no one cared about us, and the staff was extremely rude. It seemed like they didn't care that we were there. The service was just catastrophic - I've never experienced anything like it. Never again!

One of the best Losteria experiences I've had so far. We were there very early on a Saturday (11:45 a.m.), so the shop was still almost empty. But the service was very attentive and super friendly the whole time (2 hours). The food was also prepared quickly but not too quickly and very tasty. Even as the store got busier, the service didn't slow down and all in all it was a great experience. I've had a different experience with Losteria.

Thanks to our incredibly child-loving waiter Ismael, we had a super relaxed and funny evening with quickly served, delicious food. We have never experienced such excellent service and treatment of a child.

Chosen as an alternative restaurant to Ash on Saturday evening. Despite the fact that we didn't make a reservation, we were quickly assigned a table by the friendly staff. Service was quick and friendly, food was good as usual.

We celebrated our Christmas party at L'Osteria Oberhausen. Everything was great, great waiters and a great manager on site. Thank you for the wonderful experience and see you next year.

The reservation went smoothly and we were at our table relatively quickly. The waitress Elena was very accommodating and nice. The food came quickly and was also very tasty. Plus, the mirrors in the toilet are great for pictures. Gladly again!

Went here for dinner with a friend and we weren't disappointed. I already know L'Osteria, but have never been to the restaurant in Oberhausen. The ambience is very nice, despite its size, it's not overwhelming and even when it gets busier, it's still pleasant to sit. Our waitress was happy to accommodate special requests and we had a wonderful time. Prices are good, food fantastic. We didn't wait long, despite the restaurant being full. For those who complain that the toilet is on the upper floor (which is extremely clean and fragrant, just as a note, how awesome is your soap please?! :-D), there is another toilet on the ground floor that is barrier-free. So everyone is taken care of.

The food was good. As you would expect from this chain. The waitresses were very warm and polite. But I just found it too loud.

All three of us had a pizza. Quite a large flat pizza but few toppings and hardly any taste. In addition, as 3 men with three huge pizzas, we were seated at a small round table despite having a reservation. Much too cramped seemed very uncomfortable despite the nice furnishings and ambience.

We were at the restaurant very early recently and were warmly welcomed. We're from Düsseldorf and we also have a L'Osteria there, but of course we don't have a service that's always smiling and very friendly. She does her job with a lot of love. The best in the store, we will only come back to Oberhausen again and again because of the service. It is mostly only there in the morning. Thank you dear Naz for the nice conversation!

The new restaurant manager is really great :) I love these mega pizzas, especially because the dough is thin and the edges are crispy. The service staff is mostly friendly, but unfortunately often stressful. The noise acoustics sometimes louder. Nevertheless, we always enjoy going there to eat.

Until now we only knew L’Osteria as part of a large building complex, but this free-standing location surprised us positively with its appealing ambience. The restaurant was pleasantly decorated, but on-site parking was somewhat limited. The food was excellent and was served quickly within 15-20 minutes. The service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Overall, this visit left a very good impression - we would be happy to come back.

We had the food delivered. We were called that the delivery was delayed by 10-20 minutes (happens with a driver) every Friday. That turned into 40 minutes. Food was cold and it was an embarrassment to send something like that out to the customer for a lot of money. The spaghetti bolognese was dry and had nothing to do with bolognese at all. And that for a Losteria 🙈🙈🙈🙈 The herb butter was missing. We won't be ordering there anymore because the price and quality don't match. I found it underground.

Was very nice, attentive waiter. Very neat and the food was also very tasty. One pasta and one pizza. We'll be back.

The shop is really pretty and exudes the usual L’Osteria charm. Unfortunately the staff was absolutely not attentive. We had to wait longer at reception, even though 4 employees were standing at Theresen and chatting. We were seen too. After waiting, we were seated and told the employees twice that we would like to order. Both times we were told that the colleague would be informed. After 15 minutes still no one came. It's a shame that we had to leave the store without food or drinks because we were simply ignored. Hence the one star and no recommendation.
