The atmosphere is really great and seems very American. It took a while until I had a menu in my hand to choose the dishes. The drink came quickly and was also fantastically cold. Unfortunately the burger and fries took a very long time and came with 7 other dishes for other tables on a robot, which was very funny, but perhaps also the reason why the burger was almost cold. Everything seemed ok in terms of taste, as far as you can judge from a cooled down meal. Since I was hungry and had already waited a long time, I didn't have the time to complain about it on site, which is why I still give it 3 stars. Everyone should form their own opinion about the prices.

What is unpleasant there, in the restaurant, while you are enjoying your food at the tables, a disgusting smell is emitted. This is very unappetizing, especially when you eat. The salad is missing from the dishes below. Which, in my opinion, also tastes very good. If you just look at the food, it's too expensive. For a Caesar salad 14.90 EUR is definitely too expensive. The large currywurst at EUR 16.90 is also too much in terms of price and not recommended! In addition, the dish was not served hot.

Nice restaurant like you would expect from a diner from the USA. I didn't like the taste of the beef in the burger or as a rump steak, but my companion did. So just give it a try or try the many other great dishes. The little robot doesn't necessarily go to every table, but you can certainly ask nicely. We were there on a Wednesday around 6 p.m. during the holidays and it was pretty empty. When we left, however, the parking lot was full.

We were there for the first time and we were immediately impressed. Highly recommended. Since we are also traveling to the USA, you immediately get that holiday feeling here again. Simply great.

The food is okay. The burgers are freshly made, but the rest seems more convenience. Unfortunately, the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed because there are simply not enough of them. The existing service staff are trying hard, but it's a losing battle - long waiting times are inevitable. However, the ambience is great!

We've been there twice for the all you can eat special chicken wings and spare ribs/salad. In my opinion, the all you can eat option is hardly worth it for the price, as you have to be very hungry and be able to eat a lot in a short time. Unfortunately, I was only able to choose between two salads during the special, even though there are significantly more salads on the regular menu. I found that very unfortunate and couldn't understand why this was the case. If necessary, this should be reconsidered. Therefore, if I'm there again, I'll just order normally from the menu. The American diner style ambience is very cool and appropriate and the staff is friendly. The restaurant cannot be reached by public transport, but there is enough free parking on site for those arriving by car.

Passing through for the holidays. I find that paying for the toilets when you consume is abusive, especially when the person responsible for maintaining the toilets is very very unpleasant, bordering on insulting and worst of all, its super dirty. Restaurants are a little expensive for the quality of the products but it remains correct.

We've been there several times, the food is delicious 😋 I simply ordered the steakhouse burger without the burger (I can't tolerate gluten, but I don't like burger buns either, you can actually get them gluten-free there), my husband got the original version. Both with sweet potato fries

Very tasty food and good portions. Good connections and large parking lot. We were there on Saturday evening and had made a short-term reservation for 7 people. Dogs were allowed to be brought along.

We had to wait a long time before we could even order drinks with the main menu being the same. There were two of us and the cost of hamburgers and drinks cost us almost 50 euros. The prices are high, but the portions are also large. Nice restaurant but service MA needs work. I couldn't see them at all even though the place was almost empty. cool thing with the robot.

nice staff, catastrophic food. nothing is homemade - low quality for high prices. Hot brownie with what felt like 50g of sugar and not fresh (probably not homemade either) Belgian waffle not homemade either. the pancakes were ok. You can buy all of this from the supermarket and put it on a plate at home and all for €45. never again

Very friendly service and delicious American food.

I expected more. We had to wait a while before we could even order drinks. It took a while until these finally came. The problem was that we had to wait over an hour for our food. I had the Turkey Deluxe Wrap but with a mixed side salad instead of fries, which I was not happy with at all. For a price of €15.90 you get a tiny wrap with hardly any meat in it - you really wonder what's supposed to be "deluxe" about it. What's more, I received the wrong dressing on my salad, even though the waitress asked me exactly what dressing I wanted. Unfortunately, the Bacon Cheese Angus Burger for a price of €20.90 wasn't worth our money either. The patty was cardboard dry on the inside but still incredibly oily on the outside. The meat tasted of nothing and the bacon was also tasteless. When we wanted to pay we mentioned this, they said someone would be coming soon. We waited for 30 minutes before I finally got up and went to the counter where I was finally able to pay within 5 minutes. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The only good thing about this restaurant is the decor.

Food ok, but I've had better burgers and fries (very dry). Service not very succinct. Selection OK, but standard. Extras or specials (like before) not on the menu. Update May 2024: Today our order was forgotten/brought incorrectly several times. We ended up waiting over half an hour to be able to pay (and it wasn't busy). The highlight, however, was when we were given a note when paying that was significantly higher than the amount we had to pay. Without a comment, the excess amount was withheld from both me and my colleague! When I asked, the change was thrown onto the table very reluctantly and with an ironic comment. I have never experienced something like that. Thumbs down!

I was there last Sunday and had a huge disappointment at Miss Pepper. We ordered a burger with rump steak and it was inedible. The only larger piece of meat was a huge tendon, the meat was not seasoned and fried tough. When we gave this to the very personable waiter, he immediately took it back, only to have this inedible food brought back to the table by a manager or something similar a short time later and told there was nothing wrong with the food and it couldn't be done be canceled. This has nothing to do with customer-oriented service or anything like that. The only thing that couldn't be faulted was the waiter.

There is a world of difference between what is shown in the advertising photos and reality. Instead of real American pancakes, we had something thawed and warmed up. Staff was nice, ambience seemed a bit shabby.

Well, I wouldn't go there again for the food, everything else is really nice but you have to pay. I had the spare ribs and they weren't good at all, too firm and the taste was far too sweet for me. I was very disappointed. The burger and the nachos were really good... all in all very expensive in my opinion. But the atmosphere with Elvis is something!! ..

Unfortunately the food was sometimes cold and things were forgotten. Almost 2 hours of waiting time because the kitchen was apparently understaffed. If we had been told this directly it would have been ok then we could adjust to it, but this was only communicated when we had already been waiting for over 1 hour. Service was still very friendly The atmosphere is great, you feel like you've been transported back in time.

Typisches amerikanisches Burger Restaurant.Uniform und auf einheitlich getrimmt. Es wird in jeder Filiale gleich aussehen.Der ausgewählte Burger wurde in der mittleren Ausführung gewählt, sollte zum Sattessen sein. Leider kam der Burger ertränkt von den Pommes Frites an.Für mich optisch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig Hätte mir weniger Pommes gewünscht, oder einen extra Teller oder eine Schale für die Pommes.Leider schmeckten die Pommes sehr nach Fett. Alles zusammen war für mich zu üppig, ein Teil des Burgers und ein Teil der Pommes konnte ich nicht essen. Es gibt sicher bessere Burger Restaurants, da muss man nicht bis Bornheim fahren.

I have to admit, I've been there several times a while ago but the food was never that impressive. This is different now, lots of little things show love for the product, I was very happy.

It's best to reserve a table on the weekend. Service is really important there, really great. The waiter was sooo attentive, super friendly and really quick. We will go there more often.

We discovered this diner by chance and we are thrilled. We even drive a few kilometers to eat here. It's child-friendly, great burgers and the other dishes are great too. And a highlight is of course the robot that brings the food :-)

I have to go here more often. ‼️‼️Update from May 24th, 2024‼️‼️ Happened for the second time today. Went there in a group of about 10-15 people. Little by little, some people said goodbye and had to go to the checkout to pay. We (two couples) drank our drink in peace and when we came to the cash register to pay, there were still two drinks open that we were 100% certain that we hadn't consumed. We then also paid these 10 € under protest. In Germany there is the good old beer mat, with that nothing like that would happen. My conclusion for the future: Anything served to me on future visits will be paid immediately. And the best thing was, I also gave a tip when I paid my bill. It won't happen again in the future😡

Food was rather below average. The burger didn't taste like much :/ I kept getting hit by a robot like that while I was eating, and it wasn't until 5 minutes later that someone came by and reset the thing. Is it too difficult for you to hire and pay decent staff?

Hello, We stopped by yesterday spontaneously and were there for the second time. This time in great weather and accompanied by our lab retriever Poldi. Nice seats outside and our sir was immediately brought a bowl of water to the table without asking ❤️👌great! Our burger was super tasty and, given the medium portion, very sufficient. The service was extremely nice and on the ball, despite two larger groups that had to be served at the same time. What struck me very positively was the willingness to help among the staff. Colleague immediately supported and helped colleague with XL tray of drinks!! We'd love to come back!

The food is always very plentiful and delicious. The waitresses are always quick and in a good mood.

Very tasty and well eaten. The burgers were great. Meat juicy and tender, rolls crispy, fries just right. The chicken wings were very tender and the breading was deliciously seasoned. The drinks were well chilled and the iced tea was simply very good. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Parking directly in front of the restaurant. The atmosphere is simply unique. We'd love to come back.

We ordered 3 x AngusBurgers and a schnitzel with fried potatoes and Bernaise sauce. According to the wife and in-laws, the burgers were not worth the money. The meat and the roll were probably very dry and overall not satisfactory for the price. The schnitzel was completely okay for me, but the fried potatoes were not good. Very dry and hard. We wouldn't eat there again. The service was ok.

Completely overpriced and rock hard patties!!!

The food is mediocre. The service is even worse. Impersonal, cold, unprofessional. No smile, no proper greeting. With one exception (a lady who seemed more experienced), the rest of the staff really didn't cut a good figure. As far as the menu is concerned, there is practically nothing, not even a (pure) steak without preservatives, phosphates, etc. And 18 euros for a schnitzel drowned in oil… oh well.

A really great burger place, we went there based on a recommendation. Since it is so full, I recommend reserving a table in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to get one there spontaneously. The ambience is great, you feel like you are in an American restaurant. The burgers are of an acceptable size and the prices are also very manageable! Me and my family really enjoyed it and it is also very child-friendly. At the beginning, children are given wax crayons and a sheet to color in👌 I can really only recommend it, it was worth eating there ☺️

An American diner almost like in the movies. The decoration is a bit overloaded but something different. The menu is very extensive and varied. The price level is high. The quality of the dishes is average. Our service girl yesterday was top notch, friendly, a smile, gave good advice. A robot helps in service, the children were thrilled and so were we.

Maybe I've been to too many (in my eyes) really good diners, but in any case I can't understand the hype surrounding Miss Pepper. In my opinion, the vanilla shake just tastes like milk with cream, the chili con carne like it comes from a can. It's not a problem, tastes are different and while I can only be amazed at the prices, if you look beyond the presentation of the restaurant and just look at the food itself, many others obviously find this understanding of fast food delicious. Since I worked in the catering industry myself for over 10 years, I think it's a shame if you have to pay in full for a dish that returns to the kitchen almost exactly as it was served (you would still have good sales even minus these almost 11 euros had). Bellabot is a funny gag, but after the first smile it is rather disturbing or annoying, so a guest almost tripped over this waiter robot. The bot does not contribute to an authentic diner feeling. Instead, it would be worth investing in technology that works (ordering via the advertised QR code didn't work - so why don't you remove the advertising?!) or train the human staff cleverly (cutlery is provided or at least included to the table at the same time as eating). You can tell there is a lack of competition in the corner.

Ich war des Mittags vor Ort. Schönen Platz gehabt, alles sehr sauber. Essen richtig gut: hatten einen Angus Burger, Rippchen und Dessert. Werde ich definitiv nochmal besuchen. Hab es jetzt erst entdeckt, nachdem ich bei Porta war. Noch nie eine Werbung o.ä. gesehen.

Even one star is too much for the food. Unfortunately it really isn't what it was anymore. My husband and I were here in 2010, back then everything was authentic, we had Argentinian beef steaks with baked potatoes and salad. Today we couldn't find it on the menu and our question was answered with: "No, we don't have anything like that." We ordered rump steaks with fried potatoes, herb bread and cabbage salad plus Pepsi and homemade iced tea. Fried potatoes were too dry and not seasoned, the steaks were, according to taste, the cheapest meat. Conclusion: For €75, which is what we paid, next time we will get two steaks from the premium butcher shop.

We were just there. Without reservation. There were about 20 guests there. Everyone was put in one area so that about 75% of the store was empty. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes of waiting, no service employee came to take our order. We weren't even asked for drinks, even though there were 3-4 service people at the counter. Since we were very hungry, we got up and left without ordering. I would also like to say that the food was brought to the tables by a robot, so that no service was necessary. It's a shame because the store is actually great, but the service needs to be worked on...

I support American food. Nevertheless, I didn't particularly like the visit to MissPepper in Bornheim. The burger was not a feast for the eyes, which is what the price had previously promised me. The ambience is great, the staff does their job well. I think I won't come back.

I know the chain from my vacations in Lower Saxony and whenever I have the opportunity, I stop here. The service is great and there is this cute service bot with a cat face, which makes the children very happy. The selection is sufficient and the burgers are always delicious. A milkshake at the end is always a must. The whole thing is lovingly and stylishly furnished. Top!

Tasteless, greasy, cheap frozen goods, finished products, far too expensive, hardly any staff, has nothing to do with America Never again... Can't understand the good reviews, can't you all cook?!?

Quite a nice restaurant. But price performance doesn't quite match. Any traditional country inn is better. The very expensive schnitzels, for example, are only thawed and fried. The burgers are rather average. The ribs are ok. but also anything but cheap. Overall, it's not necessarily my favorite for the next restaurant visit.

The burgers are very good. The ambience is supposed to recreate the 1950s Drive Thru, but unfortunately the right music isn't playing. There is an untimely serving robot that constantly gets stuck on the pillars, which is quite entertaining. For a half-full shop, two people in service are a bit small, but they were very helpful and friendly.

Hamburger was very tasty and prepared in a typically American way. Despite the fact that there was a lot going on, everything happened quite quickly! The ambience conveys the American vibe very well. As far as the service is concerned, I can only say: Malik the best man!!
