Delete reviews as soon as you express criticism. I just wanted to eat a delicious burger, after a very long wait it came and was burnt and anything but delicious!

After we were shown the door and almost forgotten, we were not informed about the €5 service fee. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Been there for the first time - certainly not the last time. Friendly, attentive employees. The burgers tasted delicious and special requests were taken into account without any problems. We were very satisfied and we think it's great value for money.

As always, the food was delicious, but the service was a bit overwhelmed because the journal was full.

Were there with a large group. The menu sounded good and the food was also very good. The prices were sometimes a bit "excessive", you had to order and pay for side dishes separately for burgers and a portion of "Loaded Fries" was clearly too small for almost €10. The ambience also left something to be desired. There were still old birthday decorations hanging and on the way to the toilet you could look into the messy scullery. The most unpleasant thing was the service. We waited about 90 minutes for our food, orders were forgotten, a waitress suddenly walked around with a down jacket. In general the service was rather cold towards us. It was also announced to us when we made our reservation that card payment was not possible (according to the restaurant for a short time, according to the reviews for a long time). We definitely wouldn't come here again.

3 hours for a small order???can understand some of the reviews 100%. I can't recommend it at all. First and last order. You are lied to on the phone and told that the order is already on the way. I never actually write reviews, but something like that is just plain cheeky. I would actually give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible.

It was definitely something special that will be remembered. Spare ribs tender and delicious. Beer tasty, although I would have expected American beer or something other than Astra. Ambience something different, not run-of-the-mill. The only drawback is the high price of the food. So you can do it sometimes, but €30 for the spare ribs doesn't work that often. Portion could have been a little bigger for me.

Food tastes great (I've been there twice so far and ate something different both times) Atmosphere seems authentic, Even the music is real USA country music! I can only recommend it!

The store offers a wide selection of fast food dishes. The many varieties of corn dogs are especially great. Filled with cheese or sausage, different types of breading. Very tasty and somewhat special, as there are not yet corn dogs on every corner in Germany. Highly recommended from my side, even if it looks more like a sack, a corn dog like this is also quite filling. Therefore the price of 5-6 euros is absolutely okay.
