Found hair in my food refused to remake it and claimed it was a feather but it was long an stringy

The food was okay. We had reserved and asked in advance whether there were gluten-free burger buns, which was confirmed by phone. When we got there and ordered, the waitress didn't even know what we meant and when we asked in the kitchen the rolls were no longer available. It's a shame because we depend on it for our health and had called in advance. The service wasn't good, we always had to get someone extra from the waitress, and no one came on their own. After sitting for 20 minutes, we were finally able to give up our drink requests. All in all, the visit wasn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend Chillers either

Unfortunately we had a bad day. There was a concert nearby that we wanted to attend and so the restaurant was very busy. After some guests left after waiting an hour for their food, we got our beer and cocktail after about 30 minutes. After about an hour then the food. This one was absolutely good and there was nothing to pass.

It's okay to sit, although it's quite loud. The service is friendly and checks in regularly and the drinks arrive in a reasonable time. But that's it for the positive aspects. The food took a really long time. Then the disappointment: out of 4 dishes ordered, 3 came wrong, in the sense of wrong ingredients on burgers, missing or wrong side dishes, etc. That wouldn't have been so bad if the quality and taste had taken it out - but far from it. Example: Burgers overloaded with cucumbers and onions, but only a single blob of sauce and the mushrooms, which were ordered for an additional charge of €1.50, were 3 tiny slices and came from a can. I find “Ceasar salad” completely carelessly prepared and with a very simple yoghurt dressing rather strange. There isn't a single drop of soap in the toilets - even after you let us know! After discussing the numerous topics, we received a 20% discount on ONE burger. No dessert or drink on the house, no apology either - just an explanation that the kitchen wasn't up to scratch today. With a bill of €130 I expect a lot more - thanks for nothing! How to successfully get rid of customers...

The ideal way to provide yourself with decent food at the main station. Always friendly and active but by no means intrusive service. The burger and fries were fantastic and filled even a 2m man, which also justified the price. Ambiance is functionally American, definitely has a certain charm. If I'm here again, I'll be happy to come back 👍🏼

Had a fantastic time at Chillers, the lovely wait staff made my day with a really nice conversation, she didn't have to, so the service staff here go the extra mile! Great atmosphere. I'll be back every time I'm in Wiesbaden! THANK YOU ❤️

10% surcharge on everything, just because you come as a group is a bit cheeky...

When we arrived in the group, we were informed that we all had to pay 10% more as an additional "service fee"

We had a drink and a snack there, it was very busy on Friday, September 20th, 2024. I had ordered a “Luisa”, actually with alcohol, but it was probably without. I didn't taste anything and when I asked, I was told that there was alcohol in it, which I still can't believe to this day. The Boneless Wings Platter was very tasty and is recommended.

I really enjoyed my time at Chillers with friends. The smash burger 🍔 I ordered was tasty and I loved the french fries. The service was great except for a short pause when our server was on break. It was nice sitting outside watching the world go by and having a good laugh with friends.

Friendly delivery person, however the food was cold and the portion was tiny. For over 20 euros it's an imposition.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good. In the half-empty restaurant, 2 people without a reservation were only supposed to sit at a high table with a bar stool or at the bar with a bar stool. Due to my disability, as I pointed out, no other place was offered. Can't recommend restaurant. I used to go there often because my workplace is nearby.

Very good burgers and sweet potato fries, quick preparation and generous portions. It's just that when it's a little busy, it quickly becomes quite loud indoors.

Staff super friendly, got a table for two straight away on a busy Friday evening. Food came quickly and tasted great! Hats off to the chef! Unfortunately, the interior is a bit noisy and when there are a lot of visitors it quickly gets loud... But otherwise NOTHING AT ALL to complain about!

Was positively surprised with this Wolt delivery! Ordered boneless wings with garlic parmesan flavor. They were really tasty with the extra teriyaki sauce I ordered! Presentation nice too. If there could be more sauce around the wings without the extra sauce I ordered it wouldn't be spicy/tasty enough for me. The wings taste very fresh. I didn't dare try the ranch sauce...

I think, as you can see from the photo, the food here is really good. Even if a train station is always a bit intimidating, the food was really good. If I'm in Wiesbaden again, I'd love to come by again :)

Gladly again and again. So far (FRA Airport before/now Wiesbaden Hbf) has never been disappointed. Always eat the Traditional Wings, good every time.

We’ll definitely be back when we’re craving California-Mex food. This was the best quesadilla I’ve had outside the states. The burgers were good too!

Food was good and plenty. No problem there. But when you order an apetizer and get your apetizer and whole meal all together, then you don't understand what an apetizer is. Sorry. The girls serving didn't write our orders down and of course forgot an order. Oh well, they tried to do their best.

Chillers is a great place to stop in and eat and throw a few back. Thomas and the crew of Mary, Valeria and Joyce were very friendly and held good conversation. The bacon cheddar fries were really good and a hearty portion!!! Let Mary serve you a beer with banana. You won't be disappointed!!

Good atmosphere, attentive service and good offerings

In my opinion the best burger shop in Wiesbaden. But the other dishes are always delicious too. I always enjoy going there! 🔝

As a waiter, I have to say that there are always super friendly waitresses there and the food there is always good. I can always recommend the cheesecake as a dessert, in my opinion everyone there definitely deserves a raise 💯😁

I was there for the first time yesterday with friends and we were very excited. A young blonde lady served us in a super friendly and attentive manner. The food was also really tasty, we each had a burger. Chicken wings and onion rings arrived for the three of us. Very good portions. Definitely again soon.

Food was very good. It was also visually very inviting. I was missing decorations when serving the drinks or at the tables. Everything is a bit “bare”. But conditions are very friendly, proactive and communicative.

The waitress was rude taking my order then she came back to the table with our drinks and spilled it all over me and my 6 year old son. She did not try to fix the situation at all. All I got was a meaningless sorry and some paper towels she did not even try to compensate me for one of the meals or nothing the food was ok.

Unfortunately, the heavy traffic directly in front of the train station is annoying. But super nice and capable service. Plus delicious food and unexpected sunshine. It was great with you.

I always loved going to Chillers. However, I think it's absolutely wrong to take 1 euro of toilet money for a child if they're not a customer. I can see that there's more for adults. But children are children. think about it.

I found the restaurant through the Youtuber named BeardMeatsFood where he did this Monster Burger Challenge and I have never heard of the restaurant. Yes, I have to say that the food there is really tasty, the atmosphere is also very good but would I ever treat myself to this burger challenge... well, maybe if I haven't eaten anything for over 26 hours but otherwise it would definitely be impossible . When it comes to staff, I haven't had any bad experiences today. My boyfriend and I were definitely very happy with the whole experience and when my cousin comes to visit me, I will bring him here too so that he can discover something delicious for himself too

I had coffee at Chillers 3 and was treated politely. Always politely asked if I could use the toilet, which I was allowed to do. Then we sat there with colleagues who didn't want to eat or drink anything and we were treated rudely - they weren't the table where one person pays and everyone can help themselves. We were sent away even though our colleague had paid for a coffee there. We could have been kindly pointed out and the situation would have been resolved without any further problems. Instead we were threatened. He was rude, assumed that we, as customers, hadn't asked nicely if we were allowed to use the toilet even though that wasn't the case and threatened to complain to our employers because we work at the train station.

Super nice team, extremely fair prices, great selection of food and drinks and great taste. We absolutely didn't expect it to actually be that good. We'll definitely be back!

Great service and great food. Always busy so call ahead and make reservations. I have traditional Buffalo hot wings and sweet potato fries. My son had the kids burger with curly fries and he destroyed it. He said it was delicious.

We liked the burgers. Were at the table very quickly. The mixed fries - mega! The white wine and the rose......o.k. , unfortunately the tank was too warm. The service staff very attentive. Friendly. Conclusion: gladly again.

Never again, there were twelve of us, we all ordered burgers. 3 of them were raw inside and the waitress was very nice and said she would let us prepare new ones straight away. 30 minutes later I asked how long it would take and two waiters answered with an arrogant tone that it would be the other orders first and then ours 🤷‍♀️ Everyone had already finished at our table and 45 minutes later the citizens arrived unfortunately not as we initially ordered them!!!!!!

Food was very tasty. I had a vegan birger with avocado and lye party. The service was quick (ordering time was around 10 minutes) and friendly and the atmosphere was bright and inviting. The price was also really reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. It wasn't too loud despite the high ceilings. -1 star because there was only the Fanta brand from Pepsi.

We had lunch here at 12pm just after opening time. There were only a few people there and the service was quick. The waitress was polite and had a good attitude. The last time I was here was in 2019 and they now have new menus. But we enjoyed everything.

The food is good. However, the service is super unfriendly, I quote "yes, bad luck then".. we always enjoyed eating here or picking up to go. However, this will be the last time for the time being, you shouldn't treat guests so rudely.

We had reservations for 7 p.m. this evening. It was already quite full, but we were served quickly and very friendly. The food was served together, it was hot and attractively presented. And the best…. It tastes super delicious!! The portions are really big. Price-performance fits. We will be back definitely!

Located in the old part of Wiesbaden main station, very high ceilings (therefore sometimes a bit of a high noise level). Very nice staff and good service. Good American style food, also great children's menus. Also highly recommended is cask appler.

Bar in Wiesbaden main station. Quite fine with a beautiful stucco ceiling. Good for a drink before the next train.

The food is just okay, but the cocktails are good.

I've eaten there many times over the last few years and can't complain about the food. However, the “boss” is the last thing a restaurant needs in any respect. She screams throughout the entire store, makes the staff cry in front of the guests and screams constantly, and she also constantly gets loud in the kitchen. We were served the wrong food several times and what we ordered sat on the bar long enough until it finally arrived at our table cold. It has to be said that we only ever got the wrong food when we were served by the “boss”. I can't tell whether she's the boss or not. At least that's what she says out loud. I really hope that this lady is not the boss, because I have never experienced such an incompetent manager in my entire life.

Wir waren ganz zufällig und spontan diese Woche dort. Bei Google Maps etwas zu Mittagessen gesucht und das Chillers gefunden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war lecker. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Gute Lage, netter Service, Burger - Ok. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und schnell bedient. Die Portionen sind groß und für den Preis angemessen. Wer jedoch höhere Ansprüche an einen Burger hat ist hier falsch. Burger Patty ist TK Ware und für mein empfinden auch eher die günstige Variante. Gleiches gilt für die Zwiebelringe die sich auf dem Burger befanden. Für ein schnelles Mittagessen ok, für das ultimative Burger-Geschmackserlebnis der falsche Laden.

Tische nicht sauber , haben draußen gesessen , alles total verschmutzt, dann auch noch ein Haar im Salat und mußte noch mal 20 Minuten warten, keine Entschuldigung…die anderen waren dann schon fertig mit dem Essen, die zwei Herren im mittleren Alter auch nicht gerade sehr freundlich… auch innen , wo wir genau drauf schauen konnten, am Sessel der Lehne der ganze Kaffee runter gelaufen und auch noch alles zerrissen was runter hing . Alles im allen sehr enttäuschend.. Der Salat, den ich bestellt hatte, hatte welken Salat, unglaublich, aber die Avocado war gefroren, der Burger roch schlecht.schade!!!

Ein Restaurant mit eine Maus ist ein absolutes NEIN! OMG!!!!Wisst ihr überhaupt was Hygiene ist? Bestimmt nicht! Dass müsstet ihr euren Mitarbeitern aber beibringen! Die Kellnerin statt uns entgegen zu kommen, hat einfach gesagt dass es ihr leid tut 😤🤬Ich werde da nie wieder essen!

Tolles Burgerrestaurant direkt im Hauptbahnhof Wiesbaden. Der Service ist sehr nett und schnell. Unser Essen war sehr lecker. Man kann die Burger selbst zusammenstellen oder der Empfehlung der Karte folgen. Für Kinder gibt es spezielle Gerichte und die Wartezeit kann man mit Ausmalbildern und Stifte verkürzen.

Bacon Cheese Fries - mehr braucht ein Mensch nicht zum Glücklichsein! Jedenfalls nicht bei Schneechaos vor der Tür... ;-)

Essen war trotz vollem Restaurant zügig da und hat super geschmeckt! Der Service war eher mittelmäßig - kein Hallo, kein Tschüss und man hat das Gefühl, dass die Kellner überhaupt nicht gerne dort arbeiten..

Update 2023: Der Service wurde zwischenzeitlich zum Glück besser, aber lasst manchmal trotzdem nichts wünschen übrig. Die Preise sind schon recht happig, aber am Hbf auch einfach sehr gut erreichbar und zentral gelegen. Das Essen ist gut. 2018: Super lecker und auch eine tolle Atmosphäre. Hierfür würde ich eigentlich gerne 5 Sterne verteilen. Allerdings kam es bei mir nun schon des Öfteren vor, dass der Service wirklich extrem schlecht war und muss deshalb 2 Sterne abziehen. Wir wurden erst gar nicht richtig beachtet, haben dann ewig auf unsere Bestellung gewartet und nach Bescheid geben, dass wir gerne zahlen möchten hatte es nochmal gefühlt Jahre gedauert. Wir wurden auch echt schon richtig gut bedient, aber das ist eher die Seltenheit.

Fast perfekt im Chillers. Die uralten Spinnweben im Treppenaufgang zu den Toiletten kosten hier einen Stern. Die Bedienungen und das Essen sind super.

Schönes Ambiente, nette Menschen und leckeres Essen! An einem Freitag haben wir auch ohne Reservierung zu zweit noch einen Tisch bekommen, für mehr Leute ist eine Reservierung aber sehr zu empfehlen. Die hausgemachten Getränke sind sehr zu empfehlen. Beim Essen ist für jeden etwas dabei und auch auf Sonderwünsche wird ohne Probleme eingegangen. Der Service war top: sehr freundlich und in einer angemessenen Zeit. Hier spricht jeder Englisch.

Toller Ort fürs Mittagessen. Für 23€ hab ich einen leckeren Burger mit Pommes und ein Karamelmilkschake bekommen. Es gab viele freier Plätze am Donnerstag um 15 Uhr. Ein -, dass das Klo auf dem 1. OG ist.

Übergart und unterer Durchschnitt Burger: Die Hähnchenbrust war völlig trocken und zu lang gebraten. Das Bun schmeckte nach nichts, den Käse habe ich gesehen, aber nicht geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren ok, aber mehr nicht. Bedienung war schnell, hat häufiger was vergessen und falsche Getränke geliefert. Die hausgemachte Limo war hingegen sehr lecker. Auch gut, dass es alle Speisen auch vegetarisch und auch vegan gibt. Ein panierter Süßkartoffel-Patty klang aber nicht gut. Klar, ist im Bahnhof, aber man muss sich ja nicht fühlen, als ob man mitten in der Bahnhofshalle sitzt. Sorry, Qualität ist nicht viel über manchem Burger King

Es ist innen sehr freundlich und hell und die decken sehr hoch, schöne Atmosphäre. Preislich ok, service gut. Beim Burger wurden leider die Avocados AUF dem Burger vergessen und nachträglich im Schälchen angereicht. Die chicken bowl klang auf der Karte gesünder als sie letztendlich war (viel Käse und viel Reis). Quesadilla war lecker und sehr reichlich.

Chillers, sehr professionelle Bedienung, man merkt das einige Fachkräfte sind, dies sollte man unterstützen, jedoch sind es bei mir 3 🌟. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten, darüber könnte man sich streiten, der eine mag harte Bänke, die anderen nicht. P.S. Das was aufgetischt wird ist absolut klasse, ich empfehle die Buritos und die Burger. Mein Favorit sind die Hausgemachten Eistee sorten

Closest option in the area to a BDubs in the States when it comes to wings. A family favorite. The staff is super friendly.

Wir hatten hier Chicken Wings und einen Burger, beides war super lecker. Der Service war schnell und wirklich freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich das Chillers sehr weiterempfehlen.

Leckeres Essen und große Portionen, freundliche Bedienung

Was hat mir sehr gut gefallen? - schönes Ambiente, einfallsreich und kreativ eingerichtet, coole Musik in einer Lautstärke, die Tischgespräche in normaler Lautstärke zuließ - nette Bedienung, aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich verkaufsorientiert- sehr angenehm - Das Corona-Bier war eiskalt- so wie es sich gehört! Was war OK? - Das Essen war gut, hatte aber nichts besonderes- ein guter Burger wie man ihn an vielen Stellen in Wiesbaden bekommt. Was kann man besser machen? Was gar nicht geht, ist die Preisgestaltung: Die Pommes oder ein Salat sind immer dabei- wenn man aber die durchaus leckeren Chili Cheese Fries oder Bacon Fries haben möchte, muss man die ZUSÄTZLICH for knapp 12 Euro ordern. Das macht keinen Sinn und den Burger mit Pommes 30 Euro teuer. Gerne 5 Euro Aufpreis und an Stelle der normalen Pommes die special fries, aber nicht so.... Sehr schade und unnötig

Leckere Burger, aber nicht günstig. Bedienung war nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben Mittags draußen gegessen, dort war es sehr laut vom Straßenverkehr. Wie es im Innenraum ist weiß ich nicht, Vermutlich essen wir nächstes Mal drinnen. Kann aber sein, dass es Abends draußen auch ruhiger ist, jedenfalls komme ich gerne wieder.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Wir sind seit 5 Jahren regelmäßig als Gäste im Chillers. Selbst als der Service und die Qualität nachgelassen haben, hielten wir die Treue, weil wir wissen, dass es nicht leicht ist gute Mitarbeiter zu finden und zu halten. Umso erfreuter waren wir bei unseren beiden Besuchen letzte Woche da der Mitarbeiter im Service wirklich etwas von seinem Job versteht und wir rundum zufrieden den Laden verließen. Kaum Wartezeit, leckeres, warmes Essen. Alles top, top, top. Deshalb war unser Besuch gestern mehr als ernüchternd. Wir wurden nicht nur mehrmals vergessen (Platzierung am Tisch, Essen, Getränke und Getränkebestellung) wir wurden regelrecht ignoriert. Trotz Augenkontakt, zögerlichem Winken und Nachfragen sind die Mitarbeiterinnen oft einfach vorbeigegangen. Wenn wir dann doch mal jemand an den Tisch kam hieß es: "Ich gebe der Kollegin Bescheid." Hat halt nur niemand Bescheid gegeben. Nach 45 Minuten vor leeren Gläsern entschieden wir uns dann schlussendlich gegen weitere Getränke und ein Dessert und bestellten die Rechnung als endlich mal jemand an unseren Tisch kam. Ich komme selbst aus der Gastronomie und es war das erste Mal, dass ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe (was die Mitarbeiterin sehr verwundert und ärgerlich gestimmt hat). Natürlich kann es mal stressiger werden, wenn mehr los ist. Jedoch entschuldigt das in keiner Weise diesen Umgang mit Gästen. Wären wir bedient worden, hätten wir locker das doppelte ausgegeben. Wenigstens war das Essen gut.

Wir sind schon lange Stammgäste im Chillers, jedoch muss ich leider sagen, dass der Service sehr stark nachgelassen hat in den letzten Jahren. Man wird teilweise ignoriert und muss ewig warten, bis man bedient wird. Der Laden hätte wesentlich mehr Umsatz machen können, wenn sie uns bedient hätten. Das Essen ist trotzdem gut.

Ich hatte dort auf die schnelle chicken wings to go bestellt , ratz fatz waren die fertig . Mitarbeiter waren sehr Nett und die Wings waren der Hammer , sehr zu empfehlen ... Nächstes mal werde ich mir auch etwas mehr Zeit nehmen um dort zu Essen

Essen war bei gleichzeitig gestiegenen Preisen enttäuschend. Ich habe das Chillers lange Zeit wegen der guten Burger weiterempfohlen. Davon ist leider nichts mehr übrig. Burger lieblos, trocken und gefühlt keine gute Qualität mehr. Service war okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Sehr schade!!!
