CHILLERS Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

Today was a disaster. The food was great as always! The drinks were really bad! Indian Summer and Palm Beach were topped up with sparkling water. Why? It doesn't say that on the menu! And the Lynchburg Lemonade was undrinkable. It felt like just 12cl of whiskey topped up with sparkling water and a dash of lime juice. You can do better than that! I know because I've ordered it from you many times. The service today was inattentive and slow. The door to the outside area was open the whole time; it was unpleasantly cold. When I asked to close the door or move us to another table, it was closed briefly – only to be permanently opened again two minutes later by a colleague. I politely pointed this out again, to which he said, "I'll close it right away, I just have to..." Ten minutes later, the door was still open – so we moved ourselves. Thirty minutes later, the door was still open. Overall, unfortunately, this time it was disappointing. Especially since it wasn't crowded (maybe four tables inside, two outside) or hectic. The tip was appropriate.

I was there with my girlfriend on May 17th around 6:30 p.m. We had even reserved a table and specifically stated that we were celebrating a birthday. Upon arrival, we were asked once which table it was, handed our menus, and that was it. From then on, we were completely ignored. Three members of staff walked right past us several times; no greeting, no "We'll be with you in a minute," no eye contact, absolutely nothing. Instead, three of them took care of another table, the one next to us was served normally, while we sat there like air. After waiting for over 20 minutes without even getting a drink, we left. Birthday ruined, atmosphere in the pit, absolutely disrespectful behavior. To the management: As I said, it was on May 17th around 6:30 p.m. – maybe they should keep an eye on the staff who were working there. That's not how you treat guests, especially when they've made a reservation and want to celebrate a special occasion. We definitely won't be coming back.

Service took a long time; even though we were shown straight to our table, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for the menus. It took another 20 minutes before we could order. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 arrived, although the one that came later came some time later so we couldn't eat together. The seat was directly opposite the entrance door, which made it a bit drafty. The staff weren't very open to changing tables, even though there were free tables that were supposedly reserved. At least the table we wanted was still free after we paid. Unfortunately, the tables aren't cleaned regularly. And the cleaning underneath the tables is even less good. The service staff aren't particularly committed and not motivated to provide good service.

Right in the middle of Wirsbaden's main train station - relaxed with a beer garden or indoor seating, super tasty and fast - burgers, QUESADELLAS simply delicious!

A great place also for dogs🐕 Delicious food, nice atmosphere, good service, especially the short blonde woman. Valeria is the best! A very nice and smiling girl! Super tolles Platz auch für Hunde. Essen schmeckt sehr gut , possitive vibe , service ist gut , besonders die Kellnerin Valeria sehr nette und professionelle Frau.

Very satisfied. Due to health conditions, I can only eat portions the size for children and I was willingly given the children's menu 🥰 I have rarely been treated with such understanding. I like coming to you anyway, but even more so now. Thank you 🥰

Wiesbaden is a beautiful city with tradition, and Chillers in the main train station is a wonderful location. We were there for a special event and everyone did their best. So good that we came back the next evening 😻 A varied selection of food and drinks will definitely make you want more, despite the many fast food options around. I'll be back in town next year and I strongly believe we'll see each other there again 😻😽🖖🏼

I tried their sweet potato burger with sweet potato fries which I haven’t tried before. It was very tasty and a very nice alternative if you don’t want to eat meat or try something vegan. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English. We sat outside next to a very lively street so atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend.

Good location (directly at the main train station in Wiesbaden, but unfortunately that also means a lot of hustle and bustle), delicious food (very large portions & quite expensive), very nice staff, vegetarian dishes

We ate at Chillers last week and were completely satisfied. The food was really tasty and the portions were quite large. For starters we ordered mozzarella sticks and a mango avocado tartare. For the main course a double smashbuger and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything was great and absolutely recommended! At the end we treated ourselves to a cocktail, which was also really tasty! We would love to come back :o)

Double Smash Burger was there after 10 minutes, really great taste, fries were simply very seasoned and cooked through super tasty! Salad was crisp and fresh, greetings to the kitchen!

I had the Crispy Tenders. Very tasty and a good portion. Unfortunately, my colleagues could not confirm this. The quesadillas were a joke and so small that they were ready after 5 minutes. According to the waiter, everything is made the same and even weighed. Well today the scale was probably set incorrectly.

Zero customer service if you don't make a reservation

I can understand that the catering industry is having a hard time. However, given the ratio of price to portion size, I can only complain. I ordered Quesadilla Queso with Chicken. Not only was the portion smaller than that of many other customers, but it also contained a maximum of 50g of chicken. At a price premium of €3.90, this is an absolute disgrace. In addition, it is far too loud and the service does not seem to feel responsible due to the criticism made.

Not satisfied. Portion was a joke. I ordered Chicken Caesar Quesadilla and was finished before my colleagues had their dishes. No trace of meat or cheese. The “guacamole” is like water. When asked, I was told to write an email if I had a complaint - then why do you have waiters? Sorry, save yourself that kind of thing. The other food, however, looked okay. But that doesn't comfort me much.

Got a place in this atmospheric building without a reservation. Attentive and friendly service with a brilliant recommendation of a modified dish. Taste really delicious, price absolutely right. Recommended. Directly at the main train station. The much better alternative to the usual fast food producers nearby. It's worth it. Also great for bridging waiting times at the train station.

We really liked and enjoyed the creative and authentic American cuisine with great burger creations, spare ribs and wings in all variations. The large hall, which takes up most of the space in the restaurant, looks great, but creates a corresponding amount of noise, which is why we would have liked to sit in the slightly more comfortable side room, which we had also reserved. But when we arrived we were told there was nothing left there. Too bad! Unfortunately, the two gentlemen from the service only came to our table when we drew attention to ourselves by gesticulating wildly; empty dishes and empty glasses were ignored. The dessert menu was only brought after the main course at our request, then no one came back until they said that the kitchen was already closed and only a few dishes could be prepared. We would have liked much more initiative and care from the service staff here. Since we enjoyed the food so much, we will definitely come back again.

The online map doesn't come close to doing justice to the actual map. You can put together the burgers yourself and there is a huge selection. Service was great and the burgers were good too 🍔😊

I ordered a Traditional Wings Platter, half spicy chicken wings (I think Buffalo Soldier) and half garlic and parmesan. Both were very tasty, as were the fries. Only the chicken wings marked as spicy weren't spicy. This is probably more German spicy. So if you're used to something spicy, you should choose the variant that is marked as "extremely hot" so that some spiciness comes through. But otherwise the service is super nice, the atmosphere is great and everyone at the table found the food very tasty. And boneless chicken wings are not wings with the bones removed, these are chicken breasts. I have no idea why the Americans call these boneless chicken wings.

If you are looking for an actual American style breakfast, please find somewhere else. This place looks nice and the staff are nice, but I bet they never had breakfast in America.

This place is worth a visit as the food is really delicious. Especially recommended for wing lovers. The number of hot sauces and their very spiciness 🌶️ is also surprising. A little 🤏🏻 long service. Interesting design. I recommend checking out the restroom 😉

Unfortunately, the spare ribs are not recommended. Normally they should fall off the bone... here you would have to gnaw them off. They were also very greasy and chewy. The advertised coleslaw on the menu was a small, maximum tablespoon size, blob on the plate. Unfortunately pulled pork was almost cold and too dry. Unfortunately, no pleasure for 28 euros. Too bad!!! But the service was great and always friendly!!!!

A great restaurant with delicious food and excellent cocktails, which are prepared to perfection. The happy hours are particularly recommended, where you can enjoy drinks at a great price. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive. Everything is just right here – good food, delicious drinks, great service and a dignified ambience. I'd love to come back!

Actually a fancy shop but very poor service. We sat outside and after 30 minutes we still weren't served even though the shop wasn't busy. After we went in to ask for the menu they said it would be brought to us straight away. 15 minutes later it still came none...the food was only seasoned with a lemon and a very mild salad dressing that tasted almost neutral. The parsley that was included dominated the taste. On the whole, the look was the best thing about the meal Unfortunately it wasn't tasty for people who like to take photos, but the shop is good for people who are passionate about food. Unfortunately, the bartender was fine, he mixed fresh ingredients independently and the cocktails were 1A. The bartender earned two stars on his own.

The food was okay. We had reserved and asked in advance whether there were gluten-free burger buns, which was confirmed by phone. When we got there and ordered, the waitress didn't even know what we meant and when we asked in the kitchen the rolls were no longer available. It's a shame because we depend on it for our health and had called in advance. The service wasn't good, we always had to get someone extra from the waitress, and no one came on their own. After sitting for 20 minutes, we were finally able to give up our drink requests. All in all, the visit wasn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend Chillers either

Found hair in my food refused to remake it and claimed it was a feather but it was long an stringy

Unfortunately we had a bad day. There was a concert nearby that we wanted to attend and so the restaurant was very busy. After some guests left after waiting an hour for their food, we got our beer and cocktail after about 30 minutes. After about an hour then the food. This one was absolutely good and there was nothing to pass.

It's okay to sit, although it's quite loud. The service is friendly and checks in regularly and the drinks arrive in a reasonable time. But that's it for the positive aspects. The food took a really long time. Then the disappointment: out of 4 dishes ordered, 3 came wrong, in the sense of wrong ingredients on burgers, missing or wrong side dishes, etc. That wouldn't have been so bad if the quality and taste had taken it out - but far from it. Example: Burgers overloaded with cucumbers and onions, but only a single blob of sauce and the mushrooms, which were ordered for an additional charge of €1.50, were 3 tiny slices and came from a can. I find “Ceasar salad” completely carelessly prepared and with a very simple yoghurt dressing rather strange. There isn't a single drop of soap in the toilets - even after you let us know! After discussing the numerous topics, we received a 20% discount on ONE burger. No dessert or drink on the house, no apology either - just an explanation that the kitchen wasn't up to scratch today. With a bill of €130 I expect a lot more - thanks for nothing! How to successfully get rid of customers...

The ideal way to provide yourself with decent food at the main station. Always friendly and active but by no means intrusive service. The burger and fries were fantastic and filled even a 2m man, which also justified the price. Ambiance is functionally American, definitely has a certain charm. If I'm here again, I'll be happy to come back 👍🏼

Das Lokal ist wie ein American Diner eingerichtet und befindet sich im Hauptbahnhof,aber der Eingang ist außerhalb des Gebäudes neben dem Haupteingang zum Bahnhof. Die Location war zwar ein wenig laut,aber das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Wir hatten Burger,Wraps,Chicken Wings und frittierte Zwiebelringe. Alles sehr lecker !

10% surcharge on everything, just because you come as a group is a bit cheeky...

When we arrived in the group, we were informed that we all had to pay 10% more as an additional "service fee"

We had a drink and a snack there, it was very busy on Friday, September 20th, 2024. I had ordered a “Luisa”, actually with alcohol, but it was probably without. I didn't taste anything and when I asked, I was told that there was alcohol in it, which I still can't believe to this day. The Boneless Wings Platter was very tasty and is recommended.

I really enjoyed my time at Chillers with friends. The smash burger 🍔 I ordered was tasty and I loved the french fries. The service was great except for a short pause when our server was on break. It was nice sitting outside watching the world go by and having a good laugh with friends.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good. In the half-empty restaurant, 2 people without a reservation were only supposed to sit at a high table with a bar stool or at the bar with a bar stool. Due to my disability, as I pointed out, no other place was offered. Can't recommend restaurant. I used to go there often because my workplace is nearby.

Staff super friendly, got a table for two straight away on a busy Friday evening. Food came quickly and tasted great! Hats off to the chef! Unfortunately, the interior is a bit noisy and when there are a lot of visitors it quickly gets loud... But otherwise NOTHING AT ALL to complain about!

Was positively surprised with this Wolt delivery! Ordered boneless wings with garlic parmesan flavor. They were really tasty with the extra teriyaki sauce I ordered! Presentation nice too. If there could be more sauce around the wings without the extra sauce I ordered it wouldn't be spicy/tasty enough for me. The wings taste very fresh. I didn't dare try the ranch sauce...

I think, as you can see from the photo, the food here is really good. Even if a train station is always a bit intimidating, the food was really good. If I'm in Wiesbaden again, I'd love to come by again :)

Gladly again and again. So far (FRA Airport before/now Wiesbaden Hbf) has never been disappointed. Always eat the Traditional Wings, good every time.

Food was good and plenty. No problem there. But when you order an apetizer and get your apetizer and whole meal all together, then you don't understand what an apetizer is. Sorry. The girls serving didn't write our orders down and of course forgot an order. Oh well, they tried to do their best.

Chillers is a great place to stop in and eat and throw a few back. Thomas and the crew of Mary, Valeria and Joyce were very friendly and held good conversation. The bacon cheddar fries were really good and a hearty portion!!! Let Mary serve you a beer with banana. You won't be disappointed!!

As a waiter, I have to say that there are always super friendly waitresses there and the food there is always good. I can always recommend the cheesecake as a dessert, in my opinion everyone there definitely deserves a raise 💯😁

I was there for the first time yesterday with friends and we were very excited. A young blonde lady served us in a super friendly and attentive manner. The food was also really tasty, we each had a burger. Chicken wings and onion rings arrived for the three of us. Very good portions. Definitely again soon.

Food was very good. It was also visually very inviting. I was missing decorations when serving the drinks or at the tables. Everything is a bit “bare”. But conditions are very friendly, proactive and communicative.

The waitress was rude taking my order then she came back to the table with our drinks and spilled it all over me and my 6 year old son. She did not try to fix the situation at all. All I got was a meaningless sorry and some paper towels she did not even try to compensate me for one of the meals or nothing the food was ok.

Unfortunately, the heavy traffic directly in front of the train station is annoying. But super nice and capable service. Plus delicious food and unexpected sunshine. It was great with you.

I always loved going to Chillers. However, I think it's absolutely wrong to take 1 euro of toilet money for a child if they're not a customer. I can see that there's more for adults. But children are children. think about it.

I found the restaurant through the Youtuber named BeardMeatsFood where he did this Monster Burger Challenge and I have never heard of the restaurant. Yes, I have to say that the food there is really tasty, the atmosphere is also very good but would I ever treat myself to this burger challenge... well, maybe if I haven't eaten anything for over 26 hours but otherwise it would definitely be impossible . When it comes to staff, I haven't had any bad experiences today. My boyfriend and I were definitely very happy with the whole experience and when my cousin comes to visit me, I will bring him here too so that he can discover something delicious for himself too

I had coffee at Chillers 3 and was treated politely. Always politely asked if I could use the toilet, which I was allowed to do. Then we sat there with colleagues who didn't want to eat or drink anything and we were treated rudely - they weren't the table where one person pays and everyone can help themselves. We were sent away even though our colleague had paid for a coffee there. We could have been kindly pointed out and the situation would have been resolved without any further problems. Instead we were threatened. He was rude, assumed that we, as customers, hadn't asked nicely if we were allowed to use the toilet even though that wasn't the case and threatened to complain to our employers because we work at the train station.

Super nice team, extremely fair prices, great selection of food and drinks and great taste. We absolutely didn't expect it to actually be that good. We'll definitely be back!

Great service and great food. Always busy so call ahead and make reservations. I have traditional Buffalo hot wings and sweet potato fries. My son had the kids burger with curly fries and he destroyed it. He said it was delicious.

We liked the burgers. Were at the table very quickly. The mixed fries - mega! The white wine and the rose......o.k. , unfortunately the tank was too warm. The service staff very attentive. Friendly. Conclusion: gladly again.

Never again, there were twelve of us, we all ordered burgers. 3 of them were raw inside and the waitress was very nice and said she would let us prepare new ones straight away. 30 minutes later I asked how long it would take and two waiters answered with an arrogant tone that it would be the other orders first and then ours 🤷‍♀️ Everyone had already finished at our table and 45 minutes later the citizens arrived unfortunately not as we initially ordered them!!!!!!

Food was very tasty. I had a vegan birger with avocado and lye party. The service was quick (ordering time was around 10 minutes) and friendly and the atmosphere was bright and inviting. The price was also really reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. It wasn't too loud despite the high ceilings. -1 star because there was only the Fanta brand from Pepsi.

We had lunch here at 12pm just after opening time. There were only a few people there and the service was quick. The waitress was polite and had a good attitude. The last time I was here was in 2019 and they now have new menus. But we enjoyed everything.
