The food was very tasty 😋 and the service was great. The prices are quite high but it was still tasty.

The food is good, but everything is very greasy. Lots of dressing on the salad. The mushroom burger is ok, but unfortunately it's swimming in sauce and is a bit too expensive for what you get. You can't taste anything except barbecue sauce. The service is courteous, quick and very nice.

Located in the Marriott Hotel, the restaurant is easily accessible by car through the underground car park. Of course, the price of €4.70 per hour is not without it. Unfortunately, I found the service and reception to be rather unfriendly and harsh. It is understandable that at a business meal with over 25 people, the attention of the guests is not directly on the service staff, as if there are two or four people eating there. As a business customer, however, you should be able to expect that the service will take this into account and not shout loudly into a conversation where a lot of money is at stake. A little more sensitivity would be great and a suggestion for improving the service. A no-go in my opinion is when you stand at the entrance with business customers and say that you have ordered tables and just because the name doesn't immediately create a reputation, you brush the guest off with a "we don't have anything" but then look at your PC and finds a reservation. The food was ok. Not bad, but not good for my taste considering the prices. The feeling of convenience food arose, which is generally OK if the quality is right. The ambience is good, although quite loud. For me, it's not the first port of call to invite you to a larger business dinner or to go out for a private meal.

Called to see if we could bring our dog, no one answered after waiting 15 minutes. Finally parked, got out in the rain only to be told by a waiter with a bun/ponytail that it’s German law that dogs aren’t allowed in all restaurants. Uhhhhhh??? We weren’t going to explain that he was wrong because I wasn’t too sad. As an American this place has previously served me one of the worst burgers I’ve had in my entire life. Try something else (or someplace else) just not the onion wings either.

I've loved this place for years! Top service. All nice and attentive service people. Good food, great ambience. For me, with this hotel entrance flair, it's always like a little vacation!

Our group had a very bad experience at their sports bar because we were aggressively insulted by one of their waiters. That's only because one of our colleagues only speaks English and was accused by the waiter of speaking German. When I told the waiter that my colleague only spoke English, the waiter went crazy and insulted us.

The ambience, service and food were what you would expect in such a house. Very attentive service. Priced in the higher midfield, the quality of the food was excellent. Come on!

The service I experienced at this restaurant was the worst service I have ever received. The staff seemed very stressed and could not adequately take care of the guests' needs. The waiter in particular seemed very impatient and seemed to want to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend the restaurant. 0 out of 5 points

For a quick meal before going to a concert i. O. Price/performance for food only 3* / drinks overpriced (minus) 2* >> normal Pepsi €6.50 Service very nice and helpful 5* Location is TOP / music too loud = therefore 4* CONCLUSION: €60 for two people is simply too expensive for a quick snack!!!

Maybe the best hotel bar I have been to. Great food and beer selection. Manager and other workers are friendly. Great place to watch a game. Get's busy but they will find room. I would come back for sure.

I met up with a friend who was passing through. The hotel can be reached quickly from the motorway. We sat in the Cross Bistro in front of the hotel. You can sit there very well and watch people or chill out in the lounge area. There is a shortened menu from the Champions Sportsbar, which contains very well selected dishes, burgers, salads, snacks and steaks. The service was first class, very relaxed, quick and friendly. We each had the traditional cheese burger. The burger comes in a brioche bun with fries and pickles. It was delicious. The prices are Frankfurt level. It was a very nice evening.

Although it’s difficult to book a place during big games, Champions remains the go-to Sports bar in Frankfurt. Big screens, beautiful atmosphere and amazing cocktails🤗

Only one star on the service concerning a fundamental error in customer relations, on the part of one of your servers: inappropriate irony when paying the bill compared to a tip that we did not choose to give. This server made us feel guilty and made us very uncomfortable. We pay the bill and I remind you that tipping is not obligatory. I am therefore speaking to the owner of The Champion bar, if tipping has become obligatory, mention it at the entrance or in a clear manner so that the customer can be informed. So, is tipping obligatory where you live? Doing many restaurants in Germany with generally pleasant and quality service, we have never had this bad experience.

Says its open until 1.00, but we couldn't enter anymore at 0.10. I had the feeling this was a bad excuse to kick us out. If not, please keep our opening hours up to date

They charge you for the tip saying it’s service, without any option to choose. 10% on a very expensive bar. Watch out.

Where is the hospitality? Champions offers a great atmosphere, but I will avoid the sports bar during big games (also in view of the upcoming Euro24). Here, meticulous order clearly takes precedence over atmosphere. It starts with the entrance, which is neither friendly nor professional, and the seating arrangement makes the location look so tidy that there is simply no mood. Perhaps the concept of reservations and strict seating allocation should be reconsidered in order to revive the bar character of a sporting event.

Always worth a nightcap - it's great for me to have a quick drink in the evening, but it's definitely also suitable as a place for the entire evening

The bar is well set up and the service is also nice. But unfortunately the burgers couldn't keep up with the burgers before Corona (remember). The price is so high that my colleagues don't want to go there anymore... it's a shame Why do you actually have to charge €7.50 for a water bottle? In return you get a whole box of the best quality (e.g. Gerolsteiner)!

You can do it very well: solid food (even if not exactly cheap) motivated waitresses. Rock solid.

A great bar in the hotel Marriot Frankfurt. The bar is huge with big screens and great drinks. It is amazing to see such place on the hotel making it easy to plan without the need to go out for a drink. Definitely recommend.

Best American sports bar in Frankfurt! All the important games on screen, always a good atmosphere, food is good too. My favorite dish are the chicken wings, especially the original sauces that come with them. Really good. Highly recommended also for large groups. We've also had a company party here and received great service. The bar makes very good cocktails - including non-alcoholic ones. Classy atmosphere with booths and tables but also at the bar is great. Cool experience if you want to immerse yourself in an American flair.

For me, it's the best American place in the city. I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff is both friendly and professional. You don't have to watch any games. You can simply go to enjoy the food and drinks. Their chicken wings, especially with the spicy sauce, are excellent. I also like to order their nachos.

Overall a good place - an excellent football pub with large screens, super beer from a barrel - a large selection and great service. The food (highlight chicken wings) is not very memorable. Tasty, but I didn’t have enough zest/something special. In general, I will come again and try further :)

Es ist eine richtige Sportsbar. Als Fan eines bestimmten Vereins wünsche ich mir natürlich auch den Ton bei der Übertragung. Das leider nicht so. Ansonsten grosse Leinwände, das Essen ist ganz ok - Preis/Leistung passt für MICH nicht so. Die Bedienung ist professionell freundlich.

Order a ribeye steak medium rare it came way overcooked, I normally never send food back but the service people was very helpful to get me a new steak, 25 min later it came and once again it was way overcooked, show the staff again and they offered me to get a new one or remove from the bill, I was so hungry that i said I would eat and of course pay for it, 5 star for the staff who was amazing but zero star to the chef who can’t cook a steak, amazed they can have a staff at Marriott with so little skills, the bar is great with good atmosphere and service staff also good. So 5 star to them

Es ist die Sportbar im Marriott Hotel. Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung und auch die Einrichtung. Wir haben dort zwei sehr tolle Cocktails getrunken, auf Empfehlung und auch die Nachos mit Peperoni und Käse waren super. Das war auch die Empfehlung von unsere Bedienung, die sehr freundlich und vor allem auch sehr viel mühe gegeben hat.

Eine richtig tolle Sportsbar. Bis zu später Stunde kann man dort gutes Essen in amerikanischem Stil bekommen und leckere Cocktails genießen. Das Restaurant/ Sportsbar bietet sehr viel Platz und hat auf allen Seiten Bildschirme sodass jeder seinen Lieblingssport sehen kann. Als die Bar nicht mehr so voll war baten wir den Kellner auf einem der Bildschirm unser Lieblingsspiel einzuschalten was er dann auch tat. Sehr nette Servicekräfte,sehr kompetent ,schnell und auch mal für einen Spaß zu haben. Ein sehr harmonisches und schönes Ambiente, man fühlt sich wie zuhause

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Ambiente ist wirklich super. Das große Manko ist der Service. Unfreundlich, abgehoben und wirklich unsympathisch. Also daran muss gearbeitet werden. Ansonsten ist das Champions eine echte Empfehlung.

The staff was really nice and quick. The wings are AMAZING. They were cooked well and had a good flavor - not just your average buffalo wings. The cheese fries were decent. It’s cheese sauce so you can’t mess it up too badly.

Wir sind zu viert während der NFL Germany Spiele zu Gast dort gewesen und sind uns alle einig, dass die Champions Bar die bestmögliche Sportsbar Erfahrung liefert. Ein super stimmiges Ambiente mit vielen Leinwänden um Sport aller Art sehen zu können. Eine zum Konzept passende Speisekarte, die neben wahnsinnig guten Chickenwings und Burgern auch vegetarische Varianten wie Curry bietet. Cooles Servicepersonal, dass alles im Griff hat, egal wie (absurd) voll es ist. Ein Eistee, der Seinesgleichen sucht... Und und und... Alles in Allem eine exzellente Adresse - es wäre fantastisch, wenn es wirklich Vergleichbares in Berlin gäbe. In diesem Sinne nochmal ein Dankeschön an Eric und sein gesamtes Team. Es war der Hammer mit euch! Mashallah 😜

Seit vielen Jahren befindet sich in der Lobby des Mariotts die Sportsbar Champions. Nach einem Refresh vor einigen Jahren hat der Raum leider etwas von seiner Gemütlichkeit verloren. Dafür wirkt jetzt alles moderner und stylischer. Der vorher vorhandene Lokalkolorit ist leider verschwunden. Ob man in Frankfurt oder sonst wo auf der Welt ist kann man an Hand der Einrichtung nicht deuten. Geblieben ist die amerikanisch inspierte Speisekarte. Das bestellte wird zügig geliefert und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Zutaten sind gut abgestimmt und alles schmeckt. Etwas zu hoch sind die angesetzten Preise. Immer freundlich und auf Zack ist das Personal. Das Publikum ist international. Reservierungen am Wochenende und bei Spielen der Eintracht sind zu empfehlen. Parken im Umfeld mit etwas Glück möglich. Alternativ kann man die Hotelgarage für stolze 4,30 Euro die Stunde nutzen. Ein schöner Ort zum verweilen und Freunde treffen. Preise am oberen Limit.

Es ist schlicht zu teuer. Ansonsten ist ja das meiste ganz gut gemacht, wenn der Preis nicht so out of space wäre. Die Kabinentrenner stören auch etwas beim Fußball schauen. Braucht es die wirklich noch?

Good burger and food. Watched rugby world cup there. Nice renovation a few years back. It's part of Marriott and therefor the burger might 5 Eur more expensive, but food was great and staff was very friendly.

So grateful they accommodated our large group after the NFL game. Great drinks and food!

All around this bar saved our butts b/c we wanted to watch NCAA and NFL football. Service was top notch and had plenty of food options.

One of the nicer sports bars in Frankfurt, and consequently one of the quieter ones. Wet there for the Chiefs-Dolphins game, and I have to commend the staff for their amazing efforts with the massive crowds of people. Will definitely return.

Went to watch NCAA college football last Saturday while in town for the Chiefs game. The place was paced with Chief’s fans and soccer people plus NFL administration. The people there did a decent job of managing all of that while avoid chaos. Tip of the hat to them.
