If they had also messed up the nachos, the place would probably have to close. One of the worst experiences in years. The service staff were completely overwhelmed and uncoordinated. Four waiters should really be enough for two men at the bar. The Pornstar Martini was a multi-tasking juice with Prosecco. And the Espresso Martini was a shaken Baileys with coffee (liqueur). If you can't do it, don't offer it. All the employees were constantly stressed. They were always referred to another colleague. You couldn't expect any friendliness or even a smile. Sorry, unfortunately, no longer available.

Cool atmosphere, but the food is at best average

The name says it all 😎 and yes, quality comes at a price, but that's perfectly acceptable for this bar with its ambiance and style. A clear recommendation 👌

We watched the DFB Cup final there. We found a seat without any problems. There was the option to order 3 liters of beer right away, which was perfect for a group of five and also very reasonably priced.

I watched the Europa league cup final here and I had steak and chips which was the best steak I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is great. The service was on point.

Well, a nice sports bar. It's average, but the prices are as high as those of a multi-star restaurant. The service is sometimes friendly and engaging, but then unpleasantly dismissive and wickedly lazy. The food is just okay. For the price, it's terrible.

The bar is located in the Marriott Hotel and is beautifully decorated in the style of an American sports bar. We watched the 2nd DEL Final between Cologne and Berlin here. The service was fast and the prices reasonable. They also serve my favorite beer on tap. We'll be back for more games.

Nice ambiance. Great decor. Friendly staff. But the food shouldn't be the main focus for anyone here. It's more for the undemanding American palate.

Had ribs with fries & coleslaw - was pretty average for my taste. Very friendly service. Quite suitable for larger groups. Wasn't on the ground floor before, so there was a loss in ambience.

We just kept coming back to this place on our trip to Frankfurt. Good food options, good service and servers, and cold beer! At the end of a long day & no one would make a decision on where to go, we’d just go there. It was usually busy, but we never had to wait for a table. We weren’t even staying at the Marriott! Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for a good burger or quesadilla.

Table for 8 Person, 3th time eating here together. One Drink has took like 20 minutes to arrive while all my colleagues were already drinking…. We had 12 hours of work behind us at the messe FRA …. and with the food the same problem… only one order arrived and then almost 10 minutes later for everybody… not nice 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Good food, although the starters were more impressive than the main course. Somewhat small portions, 200g of beef or salmon doesn't quite fill you up. The screens hanging everywhere are very bright, but otherwise a nice facility. I can highly recommend the baked cauliflower, and the espresso was great.

A quaint sports bar in the foyer of the Marriott Hotel. The service was very courteous, professional and friendly. The three of us sat at a niche table and enjoyed the delicious fruity cocktails, Guinness on tap and enjoyed the snacks. Various football and rugby games were shown on some large screens. The atmosphere was great, the volume was moderate, you could have a wonderful conversation at the table. The bar was open until 1am and we stayed until the end. It was a wonderful end to a great day and the cocktails were outstanding!

Nice sports bar in a good location. Atmosphere is classy, but nothing too fake-fancy (which is a compliment). Next time we will be grabbing a burger here, too. Updated review may follow then. Prices are maybe a tad too high though: Two drinks and single portion of nachos ~40€. Means, no place for a quick “Aperitivo”… 🥲 The drinks were good, the nachos so-so.

This is a sports bar located at the back of the lobby on the first floor of the Marriott Frankfurt. Since it's a sports bar, you might think it's just light snacks, but you can also order decent meals as well. It was very crowded, but after the soccer game, it was deserted. I realized that he really loves soccer. Although it's not German food, I think it's a good choice.

The food at Maria Champions was excellent, the atmosphere was, as always, very appealing and the service was top notch. All in all, a successful visit with a perfect balance of quality and atmosphere.

Regular visitor to Champions Bar. Food, drinks and ambience are always great. Price is a bit on the higher side, but you get the quality you pay for. Bartenders and service personnel are super friendly.

This is hands down the tastiest burger joint I’ve tried in Frankfurt. Located inside the Marriott Hotel, you don’t have to be a guest to dine here. The vibe is that of a classic sports pub, with games playing on multiple TVs. I’ve been several times, and every burger I’ve had was fantastic. My favorite is the vegetarian mushroom burger—it’s absolutely amazing, even without meat. The beer is also excellent. The prices are slightly higher than the average burger spot in Frankfurt, but the cozy atmosphere makes it well worth it. Great for group dinners or even a solo meal. Highly recommended!

The food was very tasty 😋 and the service was great. The prices are quite high but it was still tasty.

The food is good, but everything is very greasy. Lots of dressing on the salad. The mushroom burger is ok, but unfortunately it's swimming in sauce and is a bit too expensive for what you get. You can't taste anything except barbecue sauce. The service is courteous, quick and very nice.

Located in the Marriott Hotel, the restaurant is easily accessible by car through the underground car park. Of course, the price of €4.70 per hour is not without it. Unfortunately, I found the service and reception to be rather unfriendly and harsh. It is understandable that at a business meal with over 25 people, the attention of the guests is not directly on the service staff, as if there are two or four people eating there. As a business customer, however, you should be able to expect that the service will take this into account and not shout loudly into a conversation where a lot of money is at stake. A little more sensitivity would be great and a suggestion for improving the service. A no-go in my opinion is when you stand at the entrance with business customers and say that you have ordered tables and just because the name doesn't immediately create a reputation, you brush the guest off with a "we don't have anything" but then look at your PC and finds a reservation. The food was ok. Not bad, but not good for my taste considering the prices. The feeling of convenience food arose, which is generally OK if the quality is right. The ambience is good, although quite loud. For me, it's not the first port of call to invite you to a larger business dinner or to go out for a private meal.

Called to see if we could bring our dog, no one answered after waiting 15 minutes. Finally parked, got out in the rain only to be told by a waiter with a bun/ponytail that it’s German law that dogs aren’t allowed in all restaurants. Uhhhhhh??? We weren’t going to explain that he was wrong because I wasn’t too sad. As an American this place has previously served me one of the worst burgers I’ve had in my entire life. Try something else (or someplace else) just not the onion wings either.

I've loved this place for years! Top service. All nice and attentive service people. Good food, great ambience. For me, with this hotel entrance flair, it's always like a little vacation!

Our group had a very bad experience at their sports bar because we were aggressively insulted by one of their waiters. That's only because one of our colleagues only speaks English and was accused by the waiter of speaking German. When I told the waiter that my colleague only spoke English, the waiter went crazy and insulted us.

The ambience, service and food were what you would expect in such a house. Very attentive service. Priced in the higher midfield, the quality of the food was excellent. Come on!

The service I experienced at this restaurant was the worst service I have ever received. The staff seemed very stressed and could not adequately take care of the guests' needs. The waiter in particular seemed very impatient and seemed to want to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend the restaurant. 0 out of 5 points

Maybe the best hotel bar I have been to. Great food and beer selection. Manager and other workers are friendly. Great place to watch a game. Get's busy but they will find room. I would come back for sure.

I met up with a friend who was passing through. The hotel can be reached quickly from the motorway. We sat in the Cross Bistro in front of the hotel. You can sit there very well and watch people or chill out in the lounge area. There is a shortened menu from the Champions Sportsbar, which contains very well selected dishes, burgers, salads, snacks and steaks. The service was first class, very relaxed, quick and friendly. We each had the traditional cheese burger. The burger comes in a brioche bun with fries and pickles. It was delicious. The prices are Frankfurt level. It was a very nice evening.

Although it’s difficult to book a place during big games, Champions remains the go-to Sports bar in Frankfurt. Big screens, beautiful atmosphere and amazing cocktails🤗

Only one star on the service concerning a fundamental error in customer relations, on the part of one of your servers: inappropriate irony when paying the bill compared to a tip that we did not choose to give. This server made us feel guilty and made us very uncomfortable. We pay the bill and I remind you that tipping is not obligatory. I am therefore speaking to the owner of The Champion bar, if tipping has become obligatory, mention it at the entrance or in a clear manner so that the customer can be informed. So, is tipping obligatory where you live? Doing many restaurants in Germany with generally pleasant and quality service, we have never had this bad experience.

Where is the hospitality? Champions offers a great atmosphere, but I will avoid the sports bar during big games (also in view of the upcoming Euro24). Here, meticulous order clearly takes precedence over atmosphere. It starts with the entrance, which is neither friendly nor professional, and the seating arrangement makes the location look so tidy that there is simply no mood. Perhaps the concept of reservations and strict seating allocation should be reconsidered in order to revive the bar character of a sporting event.

Always worth a nightcap - it's great for me to have a quick drink in the evening, but it's definitely also suitable as a place for the entire evening

The bar is well set up and the service is also nice. But unfortunately the burgers couldn't keep up with the burgers before Corona (remember). The price is so high that my colleagues don't want to go there anymore... it's a shame Why do you actually have to charge €7.50 for a water bottle? In return you get a whole box of the best quality (e.g. Gerolsteiner)!

A great bar in the hotel Marriot Frankfurt. The bar is huge with big screens and great drinks. It is amazing to see such place on the hotel making it easy to plan without the need to go out for a drink. Definitely recommend.

Best American sports bar in Frankfurt! All the important games on screen, always a good atmosphere, food is good too. My favorite dish are the chicken wings, especially the original sauces that come with them. Really good. Highly recommended also for large groups. We've also had a company party here and received great service. The bar makes very good cocktails - including non-alcoholic ones. Classy atmosphere with booths and tables but also at the bar is great. Cool experience if you want to immerse yourself in an American flair.

For me, it's the best American place in the city. I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff is both friendly and professional. You don't have to watch any games. You can simply go to enjoy the food and drinks. Their chicken wings, especially with the spicy sauce, are excellent. I also like to order their nachos.

Perhaps THE BEST sports bar in town for decades! They also have, among other things, perhaps the tastiest spare ribs I have ever eaten.

Overall a good place - an excellent football pub with large screens, super beer from a barrel - a large selection and great service. The food (highlight chicken wings) is not very memorable. Tasty, but I didn’t have enough zest/something special. In general, I will come again and try further :)
