Das ist kein amerikanische Lokal sondern eher Türkisch oder anders . Amerikanisches Lokal ist in Michelstadt Black Bull. Das Essen war unangenehm und hat nicht geschmeckt. Einmal und nie wieder. Der Laden gehört geschlossen..

The restaurant from the outside and the dining room made us want to have a nice evening. But that was it. It was supposed to be a nice end to our vacation in the Odenwald, but unfortunately it was a waste of money. We had the TexMex platter for 2, the pulled pork burger and the wings and ribs combo. The pulled pork burger was okay, but was served in a Greek pita-like bun, which doesn't fit at all. TexMex platter and the combo consisted of the cheapest, worst convenience items, all apparently cooked in the same deep fryer. Everything tasted like chicken somewhere and what breaded sheep's cheese was doing in it remains to be seen. The waitress was actually quite friendly, but spent most of the time sitting at the counter with her back to the guests and playing with her cell phone. In the end, she seemed aware and uncomfortable with what she was serving. Dogs barked almost all the time from the kitchen door. We can't say exactly where this dog was, but it came from the direction of the kitchen. Apparently there were technical difficulties that day, which meant that card payment was not possible and there was no invoice in the end. We'll just leave this uncommented for now. Never again for us.

We were really looking forward to the tasty (according to the menu) spare ribs, which we were really impressed with on our previous visit a little while ago. Unfortunately, what was on our plate was very bland, especially watery and not even cooked through. Some of the pork was still pink and I lost my appetite. The people at the table next door were also complaining. We were allowed to choose something else instead and then ordered a burger. Some of the topping that was on our son's burger was missing. The meatball was rubbery and questionable in consistency. My patties at home are better. Will be our last visit there. It's a shame because the atmosphere is really great. It just doesn't help if the chef can't cook

I've never experienced such subterranean food before. Great atmosphere man could turn it into a mega shop but if the food is bad the shop can't tear it down! It's a real shame.😔

We were on the way to Michelstadt, saw it by chance while listening past, turned around and stopped in and weren't disappointed. I would be happy again and can only recommend it.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr hier. Alles Mega gut. Jetzt sind wir hin und zurück 100 km gefahren um eine Katastrophe zu erleben. Schon beim betreten wurden wir muselmanischer Musik empfangen. Wurde allerdings nach 30 min. auf County umgestellt. Die Pommes waren lauwarm und blass. Der Cole Slow hat mit dem Original nichts zu tun. Das war einfach gekaufter Krautsalat mit iergenteiner Fertigsoße. Die Burger waren in zwei bleich Buns serviert und einfach ohne Geschmack. Das Fleisch der Rips war gut. An der Soße sind allerdings anscheinend alle Gewürze vorbeigegangen.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and there was water for our dog straight away, but that was about it for the positive things. I would have liked to eat corn dogs, they weren't available, so instead I ate onion rings as a starter, I find a portion with 4 rings very tiny, and there was a white cream at the bottom of my plate... after we got our starters , our empty plates were collected and then, even though the restaurant was only about 40% full, it took over an hour for the main courses to arrive and only after we had spoken to the staff, then they said that the note in the The kitchen had fallen down and the food wasn't made as a result. I think that someone from the service should notice that if you don't bring anything to eat to a large table for a long time. The taste of the food was below average. The meat on my burger was only lukewarm and the buns were rock hard.

We took a break there with our Mustangs about 2 weeks ago. The shop is very cozy, the service is attentive and courteous and the food is simply delicious. I myself had a sensational ribeye steak, which was cooked perfectly. It's a shame that the shop is so far away - otherwise we would be there more often.

Great food, great service, great ambience! What more could you want?! We'll definitely be back!

Hello, my comrade, this evening my Inge and I wanted to have a nice evening and thought we would order something to eat after the meal was eaten but we both lost our joy because it was terrible. Had a burger. The meat was a ready-made product from the freezer. The bun was some kind of flatbread (also ready). The bacon cheese fries had a sauce that left a floury taste on the tongue. Now I feel bad. I'd rather make "fresh" burgers myself.

Lots of parking spaces, service staff nice but not intrusive. Food is okay, but nothing special either Burgers okay. Fries are soft and heavily underseasoned.

The store really looks exceptionally good, the ambience is amazing. Unfortunately the food is just mediocre. It all looks very pale and colorless. The quality is medium. All in all okay.

Seit dem Wechsel waren wir nun mehrmals dort zum Essen, aber ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war. War mal ein authentischer Saloon, davon ist nichts mehr vorhanden. Die Speisekarte ist mehr oder weniger geblieben und die Burger und die Spare Ribs sind m. E. auch so wie früher. Hatten zuletzt eine Ofenkartoffel. Das war so "viel", dass wir uns zu Hause noch eine Pizza machen mussten. Aber was dazu geführt hat, dass wir nicht mehr hingehen werden ist, dass kürzlich an einem wirklich heißen Tag ein Hund im verschlossenen Wagen des Lieferdienstes war und erst nach heftigster Intervention meinerseits und als auch andere Gäste darauf aufmerksam wurden, reagiert wurde. Mein erster Hinweis wurde - vielleicht auch kulturell bedingt - nahezu vollkommen ignoriert.

We arrived and had reservations, we wanted to eat outside but it was a birthday there and the music was so loud that you couldn't talk let alone think. We sat there for a while and no service came so we left. Man never again

I was very disappointed and, to my regret, my guests were too. The food was inferior for a 100% citizen's shop from which you would definitely have to expect more for the prices. I probably won't visit it again so quickly under the old conditions

Wild Bill's Saloon, unfortunately only the name is Wild and the burgers are a real disappointment! The burger wasn't worth the money, unfortunately it's at McDonald's level. The burger pattie was a ready-made one from Fegro, Selgros or Metro, unfortunately not homemade. Normal bistros can do that too. For a burger restaurant, I expect more quality, the white cabbage salad was unfortunately inedible and looked older and not fresh. Guys, if you want a good and fresh burger, drive a few meters further to Michelstadt, the burger restaurant has earned its name and is worth every euro in terms of freshness and taste.

A very nice destination with plenty of parking spaces directly at the restaurant. A very successful ambience where you actually feel like you are in a saloon in the Wild West. The restaurant is extremely clean and the toilets are also very hygienic. Maybe it's a quirk of mine, but I think if the toilet is clean, the kitchen looks clean too. You can choose typical American dishes such as the burger I pictured. The prices are extremely fair. There is plenty of seating and we had no problems getting a seat. The staff was very friendly and we had a really good time and will come back.

Very cool atmosphere and friendly service. The food was amazing. We recommend #42, spare ribs and chicken wings. Best ever.

Very nice restaurant with a great ambience / large portions at a fair price / unfortunately the staff is a little crazy

First: When asked which dishes I would recommend, I would have liked to have answered "maybe the side salad". But not available for selection. Although I stated what we had on the table, I would hold back on recommending it. Pulled pork tough and dry, buns quite pale, coleslaw at best average and literally EVERY sauce oversweetened. E.g. the burger sauce: After a touch of smoke aroma, onion and maybe tomato it becomes sweet, very sweet. The waitress came to our table quickly. Conversation rather brief and purposeful. Drinks round 1 came as ordered. For three dishes we were asked which sauce it should be. We were then presented with the selection in what appeared to be a single word rattled off. The third time I was able to finally figure out that there were three different sauces involved... When the food arrived, the waitress vanished into thin air. When we were clearing up, we quickly ordered a Hefeweizen and a non-alcoholic Pilsner. A pilsner and a non-alcoholic yeast came. And the best thing at last: we ordered the same nightcap for everyone at the table. After 15 minutes the same person came along with the bartender, who actually lifted every single glass and asked who it was for 😅😅

Cool saloon in western style. Unfortunately, the main dish - corn dog - was not available. Otherwise food, drinks and atmosphere good!

We expected more when we ordered the "big batch of pulled pork burgers". A normal sized burger came with a little pulled pork. In terms of taste, the burger was rather mediocre. Our comment about this was acknowledged with a smile.

The ambience of the saloon in Erbach is great and the service was very nice. "except for the older gentleman who cashed in at the end. This man collected 2 euros more per person and per dish. When we asked him about it, he wanted to explain to me that the cheaper prices were "supplier prices" and that the dishes were in the restaurant At first I believed it and even gave a tip, but then it seemed somehow wrong. I had the man come to the table again and asked for the original menu from the restaurant He left us sitting in the restaurant and studied the menu himself. Maybe he was just waiting for us to leave! After 10 minutes the gentleman came back, threw the menu at us and wanted to leave discovered that the prices were the same in the original card. When we asked for our money back, he just said that he couldn't pay us out because it had already been accounted for. He would have to talk to the boss about it. We then got our money, but that was the last time I had been in the store.

DISAPPOINTING!!! We had only ever heard positive things and now this! The food was "okay", as was the price BUT : One salad came raw without any dressing, one was NOT good. They did NOT take the burger back (not touched, billed for. Because that's how it was ordered! Huh? Who?), but they ordered it again. Spare ribs served WITHOUT fries! , the onion rings almost ONLY breading (ONE tough, unbitable ring in it), the ribs relatively dry...More? Gladly! The hammer: We didn't even get cutlery/napkins! We had to get it ourselves from the next table! Standing around, fully stocked. Impudence! And the service...relatively uninterested in everything and annoyed with so many complaints. Boss apparently not there. Nobody really needs something like that!!!

Viel viel zu kleine Protion für das Geld! Wir hatten 1x Ofenkartoffel mit Pulledpork und 1x Cheese Fries. Bei den Fried war kaum Käse drauf und bei der Ofenkartoffel war die Kartoffel so winzig und das Pulled Pork so wenig, das wir nicht satt geworden sind.

Burger great, spare ribs perfect

We used to be very happy here, but now things have unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. I wanted to give it another chance, but unfortunately I was disappointed again. Staff here seem to change every few weeks. Orders are carried out incorrectly because the staff apparently barely speaks German. An extra side salad was requested with the meal, it was served on the plate where the food was and the fries were forgotten. The price was then added extra again. Meat smells very strange, as if it had been reheated several times, everything was swimming in fat, overcooked and oversalted. On the last visit, the wishes for dessert were not taken into account and the portions were reduced. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. We don't go here anymore either. This used to be a place where you had to make a reservation in advance because it was so good. Unfortunately now it is no longer the same.

Simply fantastically beautiful. It's so different...you can switch off and be amazed. Class. I've been there a few times...always satisfied. Had a lot of fun, laughed a lot. Unfortunately no photos were taken. Eating out of sheer happiness.

Very nice service, the food came very quickly, the burgers are large and very tasty. The fries were fresh and crunchy, unfortunately the spare ribs were kept warm and therefore completely dried out.

The location is very nice and a few years ago the staff fit the store. The conditions were cowboy hats and bandanas and the food was really good. It has been in Indian hands for a few years and you can tell that in both the staff and the food. It's a shame for this extraordinary location.

The food leaves a little to be desired. The salad tasted like the forest and the salad dressing saved a lot. Fries were very salty But at least there was an espresso 😎

Always good for a short stop on a bike tour

Food is very good. I don't like my burgers medium rare. (right through) it was medium as it should be. The chef has already done everything right. I like to hold on. Nothing against the kitchen. I don't eat fish or game at home either. Everything was good 👍 food was still delicious. Service: very nice staff, hardworking, helpful and courteous. Retain the employees well. Otherwise I'll poach you. Ambiance: From the terrace to the toilet, the restaurant is really well equipped. Keep it up and you'll put Pullman City in your pocket or look old. My sister raved about this to me when we passed it from a day trip and we quickly decided to have dinner here. Unfortunately, that wasn't a good idea. Of 3 tables that were occupied, the kitchen managed to lose our order: Tex Mex platter for 2 and cheese and bacon fries (both starters). This only became apparent after about 35 minutes. Service super slow, boss apologized. When the food came, the fries were soggy and the sauce was wrong. The staff smoked in the outside dining area. Unfortunately, apart from the ambience, it wasn't a nice experience. There's probably a new owner there... We won't be coming back.

So this was our third time there, always with 6 people. The last time was 2 to 2.5 years ago. The first 2 times we were so excited. Great ambience, top food, everything with country and western flair. Country music inside and out and even the employees wore cowboy boots and cowboy hats. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work in this great saloon, even if they had to wait a few minutes longer because there was so much going on. Now we were there today with the next two friends whom we had enthusiastically told about it and, to our horror, we discovered right from the start that there was no music, no one with boots or hats and nothing going on on a Saturday evening. The two girls really tried to make an effort, but they were definitely neither cut out for the job nor for this kind of atmosphere. There was a delivery car in front of the door with Milano "Indian cuisine" - yes, that could actually be the new tenants. The food wasn't great, some of the spare ribs were really dry. We were served quickly and regularly over a period of 4 hours, which was completely ok since in other restaurants it's always best to leave immediately after eating. Unfortunately, I don't think the new tenants fit into this atmosphere, at least not if the appearance remains as it is today and the food doesn't regain its quality for these prices.

Nice western style saloon. Been here 3 times, very satisfied each time. The service is always there quickly and tries to read your every wish. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained outside, inside and also in the toilets.

Really very nice and completely styled western salon. The food came quickly and was very tasty.

Let's start with the positive. The food was very tasty. We ate Staeck there. The cooking point of this steak was exactly what we wanted. As far as the service is concerned, it wasn't exactly what we expected. Unfortunately it took a long time to place our order. A pity. I also placed a second order which unfortunately didn't come at all. Sorry, that doesn't work at all.

The citizens weren't bad, but they could have been fried more spicy. Unfortunately there is no real gas/coal grill either, according to the staff. The farmer's salad was almost all cabbage and almost no carrots, but it still didn't taste bad. It's harmonious and you can definitely look forward to a weekend evening.

Unfortunately not like it used to be, not recommended.

The last time we were there was shortly after it opened and we were very impressed at the time. Accordingly, we reserved a table on Saturday evening in anticipation. As soon as we entered the saloon, we were surprised that almost all the tables were free. We were served at the table relatively quickly and friendly, but after a while the staff began to argue loudly at the counter in English and other foreign languages, including various insults, which the entire restaurant witnessed. They spent the rest of the time typing and bored on their cell phones, all in front of the guests. The food is in the below average category, every snack bar could serve burgers like this or better. It was also a frozen pattie with a strange smell that was definitely past its freshest days. When my husband went to the toilet, he found damaged doors and broken fittings. All in all, there no longer seems to be any value placed on the care and preservation of the then remarkable ambience. It's a shame about the store's potential, it was definitely our last time there!

Nice little western saloon with plenty of parking. Very atmospherically furnished. Food was good.

We had to wait forever for the food, even though there was nothing going on at all. The spare ribs were dryer than dry. Kids had to wait forever for fries and wings. An Indian man at the counter kept picking his nose. The service staff I had constant discussions with him (no one spoke German). Normally we are really pain-free, but this was really an experience of a higher kind🙈

The food is really nothing special. The service is so-so. We had to wait a long time after eating until someone came (we had to make ourselves noticed with hand signals). We were immediately asked “pay?” and we wanted to order something else. I would recommend the service to be a little friendlier and, above all, more attentive. What bothered me most was the smell of cigarettes - I find it disgusting while eating. How about ensuring that smokers DO NOT smoke in front of the tilted window? The prices are fair and the atmosphere is cool too. Would I come again? Probably not.

Wannabe Diner. Not authentic from cuisine to decoration and staff.

Conditions and staff hardly speak German, which makes communication difficult. Especially they are annoyed to the point of being unprofessional and unfriendly. The quality of the food was, to put it mildly, more than inferior. Our child said it was better at MC D. The atmosphere was ok so far, but it stops when you go to the toilet, as there is also little hygiene there, and you probably save on the lights. A check would be desirable.!

Wir (Gruppe von 6 Personen) waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder im Saloon essen. Leider war der Service unterirdisch! Die Bedienung kannte die eigene Karte nicht und reichte die gerichte von der Stirnseite des Tisches über den ganzen Tisch,ohne den Namen der Gerichte zu kennen. In einem der Essen, Ofenkartoffeln mit Salat, fanden wir einen Gegenstand der definitiv nicht Bestandteil des Essens sein konnte. Die Spareribs rochen nicht, nein sie stanken nach gammeligen Fleisch. Die Reklamation der Essen war nicht sofort möglich, da das Personal für mehr als 20 Minuten verschwunden war. Erst als der Großteil der Gruppe mit dem Essen fertig war kam eine Servicekraft und nahm die Beschwerden entgegen. Es wurde uns Ersatz angeboten, dies haben wir wegen der Geruchserfahrung dankend abgelehnt. Wir hätten gerne noch mehr getrunken, allerdings wurden wir nur zu Beginn gefragt, was wir trinken möchten. In den weiteren 1 1/2 Std kein weiteres Mal, obwohl nur weitere 8 Gäste im Restaurant waren. Die letzte halbe Stunde (ca 20:15 Uhr) wurde auch die Hintergrundmusik abgeschalten.

Waren das erste Mal dort. Auf dem Heimweg von Weinheim Miramar -Zwischenstopp, da alle hungrig waren. Angekommen, wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ambiente, netter Service, sauberes und sehr gepflegtes Lokal (auch Toiletten und ich bin da wirklich pingelig) - auch das Essen ( div. Vorspeisen, Burger, Spare-Rips, Salat) war sehr lecker. Preislich ( bis jetzt noch) top! Trotz 60 km Anreise werden wir wieder kommen....und dann etwas länger verweilen - in der Hoffnung, dass es so gut und lecker bleibt!

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Viele neue und selbstgemachte Limonaden als Alternative zu Cola und Co. Große Auswahl, Wartezeit OK, Personal sehr freundlich.

Seit langer Zeit mal wieder im Saloon essen gewesen.... Das Essen war gut und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt auch. Leider war der Service unterirdisch! Die Bedienung kannte die eigene Karte nicht und wusste nicht mal was ein Ginger Ale oder ein Lillet ist! Dann wurden wir während dem Essen gebent bereits zu zahlen da die Bedienung Feierabend machen wollte! Unfreundlich, kein Lächeln.....sollte nicht als Bedienung arbeiten!

Wo fang ich an ? Hin gesetzt es war nicht viel los . Getränke bestellt wo schon nicht alles da war was auf der karte stand . 30 min wartezeit bis jemand zum essen aufnehmen kahm . Das Essen was dann an unseren Tisch gebracht wurde war nicht unsere Bestellung sondern von einem Tisch der nach uns eingetroffen ist . Unser Essen war dann 15 min später dann auch da . Süsskartoffelpommes waren nicht durch . Burger war ok aber nicht weltbewegend . Die bedienung kahm an den Tisch und fragte ob wir zahlen wollen und nicht ob es noch was sein darf . Im ganzen war das mit der schlechteste Restaurant besuch den ich jemals hatte . Nie wieder! Schade es war mal so gut

Dort ist sehr gut Essen. Der Saloon ist schön auf Western gestylt und gut besucht. Eine Reservierung wäre empfehlenswert

Essen war gut und ausreichend. Der Service war sehr gut, es war immer sehr schnell jemand bei uns und das Personal war sehr nett ! Auch den Kids hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sehr lecker. Für Vegetarier ist auch etwas dabei. Ambiente und Deko ist perfekt.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen... 1. Wir warten 30minuten bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wird (bei einem halb vollen Restaurant) 2. Ich bestell ein 30€ Steak mit Pommes... ich bekomme 5 Pommes wo meine Freunde einen Halb vollen Teller mit Pommes bekommen 3. Ich habe mein steak medium bestellt es war komplett durch... nach Reklamation bekam ich ein Steak das an manchen Stellen komplett durch war und an manchen Stellen medium rare 4. Ich war auf Toilette und wollte Hände waschen beim öffnen des Wasserhahns fiel der Wasserhahn ab Schlussstrich: NIE WIEDER WERDE ICH DORT ESSEN!!!

Neuer Besitzer. Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig . Der Burger war lauwarm. Das Patty war zäh. Die Pommes auf dem Teller konnte man mit einer Hand abzählen. Der Preis ist eindeutig zu teuer. Wir werden dort nicht mehr Essen

Mal so, mal so. War schon oft dort und teilweise war es einfach der Hammer. Mega lecker und so gut, dass ich gleich die Woche drauf wieder hin bin. Aber teilweise leider nicht der „burner“, die Qualität ist nicht immer auf einem Level. Deshalb war ich auch schon lange nicht mehr dort. Aber alles in allem kann ich es aber empfehlen, daher 4 Sterne.

Ja war ganz ok, Bedingungen waren nett, essen war gut nichts außergewöhnliches. Die Onion Rings mit der Käsesauce und den Tortillachips naja die Zwiebeln im Teigmantel konnte man nicht durchbeissen war wohl noch die Zwiebelhaut mit dran. Burger war ok .

Ambiente war cool,Essen war lecker, hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Bis die Bedingung kam dauert mir zu lange obwohl das Lokal fast leer war. Die Mädels waren bestimmt keine bösen aber sie kamen mir total überfordert vor. Fazit von mir,kann man mal hingehen muss aber unbedingt nicht öfter sein. Speisekarte ist aber top

Der Service war Super die Speisekarte war übersichtlich das Essen kamm Recht schnell nach der Bestellung das Fleisch war auch super genau so wie die Pommes. So im ganzen war das ein super Ausflug und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich möchte mit dem guten zum schlechten übergehen. Wir waren heute dort essen und ich kannte das Restaurant noch von kurz nach seiner Eröffnung. Da war es Super lecker! (Betonung auf war). Also gut war der Service, schnell und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist nett, könnte aber noch ein wenig mehr Wilderwesten vertragen, aber OK. Das Essen ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Als erstes eine Wahrnung bei allem rund um Huhn. Bereits am Nachbartisch war der Chickenburger kalt und nicht ganz durch. Unser Enkelchen hatte "Chicken Finger" Kindergericht und die waren auch innen roh. Nach reklamation kamen die dann nochmal in die Friteuse und waren zwar dann durch aber auch außen sehr dunkel mit harter Panade.... Mein Schwiegersohn hatte einen Pullpork Burger, welcher zur hälfte auf dem Teller verblieb und bei mir war es der Classic Cheesburger mit doppeltem Fleisch. Er war hoch aber das war auch schon alles. Also er hätte gut noch etwas von der "Hauseigenen" Sauce vertragen können und die "frisch aufgebackenen Brötchen" schienen das frisch schon lange verloren zu haben ... Doch das schlimmste waren die Paddies! Haben sie jemals ein Fleischpaddie nach dem Grillen oder in der Pfanne übrig gehabt, welcher dann zulange warmgehalten wurde und tod war? Diesen dann abends in den Kühlschrank gelegt und am nächsten Tag mittels einer Mikrowelle versucht ihn aufzuwärmen? davon zwei übereinander ohne Sauce (denn die war nur unter dem Salat und Brötchenboden). Es war hart und zäh und einfach nur tod und der Geschmack war zum erbrechen. Ich habe ihn zurück gegeben und einen Austausch Burger dankend abgelehnt. Es war schade zu sehen, dass ein Lokal nach einem super Essen zu beginn nach einem Besitzer wechsel so nachlässt und dass die Qualität des Essens so überhaupt herausgegeben werden kann.. Das war das letzte Ma(h)l dort!

Best Steak in Town, frische Salate und sehr nette Bedienung.

Was soll ich sagen? Haben bis auf die Pommes alles auf dem Teller liegen gelassen. Spare Ribs haben sehr streng gerochen und waren innen rot. Der Burger ist einfach mit einem Tiefkühlpattie belegt gewesen. Der Salat aus der Tüte. Trotz Beschwerde den vollen Preis bezahlt und der Grund, warum wir überhaupt eine Rezension schreiben: Kind und Frau haben Zuhause beide erbrochen und ich kriege den Magen nicht beruhigt, obwohl wir einfach nur eine "Kostprobe" hatten. Am Frühstück heute morgen kanns nicht gelegen haben, Magendarm haben wir nicht, weil nach dem Erbrechen alle wieder wohlauf waren. 40€ und die ganze Familie hatte Spaß. Gerne wieder.
