Das Essen war gut und preiswert. Auch für Veganer ist was leckeres möglich ! Verschiedene Biersorten vom Fass vorhanden. Auch der Wein war prima. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Our anticipation of a fried fish in a roll and fish & chips were rounded off with very tasty food. Everything is freshly prepared in front of the guest. The sauces are also super tasty. Thanks

Nice location, spacious, nice service but... Our child has been full of every children's plate that we have ordered in different restaurants - here the pasta portion was simply ridiculously small and more intended for a 2-3 year old child. My GRILL plate was fried in a pan with plenty of fat. Update: yes, the visit was a while ago. Maybe I had too high expectations and chose the wrong dish (if it's no longer offered), which is why the visit was rather disappointing.

The food wasn't hot enough, but otherwise very tasty.

Watched half-time football and drank two soft drinks... You can't complain at 3.20 euros...

We regularly get something from the beach snack bar. The fish is always super fresh and delicious. The staff very friendly. Prices are really fair. We'd love to come back.

Went to the anchorage for lunch. With friendly and courteous service you get excellent food at a reasonable price. We had zander fillet and panfish. It's rare to get such a great preparation. If we are on the Baltic Sea again, we will definitely come back there.

Definitely recommended. I have known the restaurant since it opened 40 years ago. Went there again today after a long time. Great, ambience. Nice, polite and fast service. Well-structured menu that has something for every taste. Fish, meat, vegetarian, there is something for everyone here. The taste of the food was perfect. The wine selection was great. In summer there is also a beautiful terrace, directly on the promenade with a view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Definitely highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were not particularly satisfied. The pizzeria is of course beautifully located right on the promenade in Kellenhusen with a view of the sea, which we really liked. But there is criticism of the food we ordered. Our son had a salami pizza, which was OK, my husband ordered the spare ribs, which were listed on the menu as being around 400g, but he received 200g at most, if that. The 15 or so fries had probably been ready for a while and had to wait for the spare ribs, and you could taste that. My dish, spaghetti al limone, was listed on the menu as having a cream and pea sauce, among other things. I looked for the peas in vain, however, and even asked a waitress about them, who wanted to ask in the kitchen but then didn't show up again. The whole dish was VERY lemony. Of course you expect a lemon note from "al limone" but the whole thing was just sour, I could have just bitten into a lemon. It's a shame, we definitely expected more after the many positive reviews.

Maybe it was because the new year had just started and many guests had left, but I still don't like waiting forever for a waiter. The waiter was wearing a wrinkled, stained shirt, especially since it was only 1 p.m. The flowers on the tables had long since passed away, the candles had long since gone up in smoke (sometimes less is more, at least putting them away helps) and our little meal was somehow quite expensive. One ! ! Waffle with cherries, not even cream or a scoop of ice cream, no! and a small cup of coffee, two of which were totally inadequate for 21 euros. No matter what others think about it. I also come from the catering industry, but the look has to be right and sensible recommendations and the warmth...we had the feeling that we were disturbing the beautiful peace and quiet. So I was disappointed. I will also spend my money elsewhere during the season. The toilets should also be cleaned, especially the floor.

I went for dinner here with my sister and her husband after we unfortunately accompanied our brother and brother-in-law to their final rest in the Baltic Sea that day. We felt very comfortable in this restaurant. The menu offered a lot of variety but wasn't too big. The nice woman who served us was very friendly. My sister and I decided on fish. My sister for salmon and I for cod fillet from the Baltic Sea with mustard sauce, salad and potatoes. It was absolutely delicious! My sister also thought her dish was very good and my brother-in-law, who chose a schnitzel with crab, was also very satisfied. The only negative point for me was that there were no good wines from Germany.

Highly recommended. Friendly service, very flexible with special requests regarding food selection. We are there every year👍
