It couldn't be fresher – the fish was of the highest quality, perfectly prepared, and presented with lots of love. The herring is particularly noteworthy: tender, aromatic, and simply delicious. The side dishes were also delicious and rounded off the whole experience perfectly. The service was warm, attentive, and absolutely authentic – you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and maritime, with plenty of charm and attention to detail. A must for all fish lovers in the region – I'll definitely be back! I had the pleasure of trying a fried fish sandwich on a sunny day right on the coast, and I have to say it was absolutely top-notch! It was super delicious and the value for money is excellent. For a fair price, you get a generously filled sandwich that's served fresh, hot, and crispy. The service was friendly and quick, just as you'd expect. No long waits, no rush, just relaxed and welcoming. The garlic sauce is absolutely amazing. We'll definitely be back! ☺😍

The food was delicious. The crab sandwich was fresh and good. Everything was freshly tossed, too. The sandwiches were also delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, no card payments! The cash register was also keyed in, but opened with a key. So, no cash register system, and no receipts were recorded. When I asked for a receipt, I got the slip, as the gentleman said. The receipt was okay, see picture. But no VAT shown, and no receipts from the till. Please take a look and ask for a receipt. It's mandatory! But it was delicious and good. I'll be back, and this time with VAT 😁

Absolutely unacceptable. Never heard of hot or cold smoked. The roll was touched by hand, which also meant touching the cash. Cash only. Very poor taste. Cheapest quality, high prices. Stay away!

The sauces (garlic and remoulade) are fantastic 🤩 We would like to eat here more often but unfortunately we are only here for vacation! It's a shame we only discovered it on the last day.

Wir haben uns hier Fischbrötchen geholt, super belegt und sehr lecker. Man kann aus verschiedenen Soßen auswählen und bekommt ein gut schmeckendes Brötchen mit viel Salat, Zwiebeln und natürlich auch Fisch. Zudem haben wir auch gebratenes Dorsch- und Rotbarschfilet probiert. Dazu gibt es eine ordentliche Salatbeilage sowie - bei uns - frisch zubereitete Bratkartoffeln. Wir haben die Portion kaum geschafft und es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das Fischhuus können wir wirklich empfehlen!

Fish and all the ingredients have apparently been there all day at least. Unfortunately I didn't go back because I was hungry. Fish rolls (matjes-in view of the color had probably not even been inserted) for 5 euros had to be completely thrown away. What is offered here is an absolute disgrace and inedible.

The Fischhuus on the promenade in Kellenhusen is a real insider tip! The location right by the sea and the relaxed atmosphere make the visit a highlight. The friendly staff and the fresh fish dishes completely convinced me. I can highly recommend the Fischhuus and am already looking forward to my next visit to the promenade in Kellenhusen. It's a fast food joint on the promenade. There are a few tables on the side of the building. There are already pictures. Mostly walk-in customers. For food: gladly again. Compared to a well-known fish restaurant in Husum or Sylt, it is inexpensive. Great: herring platter with fried potatoes.

Had fish and chips The fries were so hard that you could hardly eat them. And too much seasoning. The fish was hard to taste because of the thick breading. I think the price for a small cola is a disgrace. But maybe the fish rolls are the best.

I like fish sandwiches. If they're offered somewhere, I'll try them out. There are good ones and there are not so good ones... But here are the very, very best ones I've eaten so far. So delicious, my mouth is still watering as I write this. My favorite: herring with horseradish! Everything is fresh, from lettuce, tomato and cucumber to the herring to top it off. Plus the very friendly service and the nice conversations with the owner: everything was PERFECT. By the way, we were also in Dahme, where there is also a Fischhuus. Quality and rating also apply to this business.

Street sales were quite busy at the moment. The process seemed a bit uncoordinated, we had two dishes to take away, one was already ready, the other half, then the rest (fish) was added to the fat. That's probably why we had to wait a long time compared to the other customers. Fries were really great, but I was rather disappointed with the fish.

Now I finally tried the new “Fisch Huus”. I still think it's a shame that the old kebab shop gave way to the fish stall, but change is sometimes unavoidable. I've tried both fish & chips and various fish rolls here. Overall, the quality is really good, and the prices are also appropriate for the promenade. It's definitely always tasted good so far.

We were in Kellenhusen last week and ate different fish rolls here several times. All were very tasty. What was just a bit sad was that on our last day we wanted to eat fish sandwiches again in the evening, unfortunately it was already closed at 9 p.m., which wasn't the case the previous days. SHAME. But still 5 stars for the quality and good service.

Very very tasty. Have eaten there several times in the last few days. Among other things, small fried fish in a roll or kibbelinge with fries. It was simply very tasty and the portions were absolutely fine. In our opinion an absolute must if you are in Kellenhusen :)

I got a neck steak in a bun with coleslaw and dressing, 7.50 euros. 😅 The steak was absolutely tough as leather. Thrown into the pan like it was frozen. Was money wasted. Struggling to take a bite of the steak.

Hello, we spent our vacation in Dahme and visited Kellenhusen. In the afternoon we ate here and I can only say that everything was fine here and we would come back!

We had rolls with Bismarck and stremella salmon. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're worth every cent. Both rolls rank high on my list of the best fish sandwiches. Really tasty! Fresh salad, everything is prepared directly on request and is not already lying around. The rolls are probably from a bakery and not baked rolls, really delicious!!

Baked fish rolls with lettuce, rocket, onion, tomato, cucumber and tartar sauce - was awesome - fresh, hot and delicious. Baked potato with quark and side salad I think honey mustard dressing (fresh) also delicious, smoked salmon rolls (4 reasonable slices), the atmosphere corresponds to a snack bar but the food was great.

I have rarely eaten such delicious fish sandwiches. Great selection and everything fresh. The employees were super friendly.

€2.80 for 0.2L drinks is really excessive, €2.60 for a 0.25L water is also too much but otherwise the prices are good and the food is great

We were in Kellenhusen for a week. And every day led us to Fischhuus. We ate delicious fish in all variations. Whether a fried fish roll from hand, or a crispy fish fillet, natural pollack fillet, fish knibbling. Simply delicious. Always freshly prepared. And also fries, potato salad or fried potatoes. All highly recommended. Service staff super nice.

We celebrated our wedding at the pier and bought our fish sandwiches here. No comparison to some fish stalls. Rolls had plenty of toppings and were super tasty. The feedback from guests was consistently positive. 30 rolls in one go, served precisely, deliciously and hot. One of the best fish sandwiches!

The five of us made ourselves comfortable in the next room, with a view of the sea in the best location in Kellenhusen, right next to the pier. As fans of fish rolls, we have tried a lot. The fish rolls at Fishhuus Kellenhusen surpass anything we have eaten before. We had herring rolls with a very delicious homemade garlic sauce. I would also like to mention the very friendly service. We will be back definitely.

Baked frozen fried fish in the deep fryer. Fries, the wide ones, correspondingly not very crispy. Service, on the other hand, was very friendly!
