We ate a fish sandwich,... no, enjoyed it! You'd think a fish sandwich is just a fish sandwich, but no! Besides the lettuce with remoulade, there's also a tomato slice, a cucumber slice, onion rings, and arugula. Simply deliciously different 😋

The fish and fries were nice and crispy, and the salad was crunchy! I've rarely eaten such good fries! The salad dressing, remoulade, and fish are also delicious. Thanks to the Fischhuus team! Unfortunately, one point deduction because the dining area wasn't that great! Some tables and chairs were dirty. This urgently needs to be improved; at least the tables should be wiped down after each guest!

We ordered four plates for adults: two fish plates and two cod with potatoes. The portions were OK, but everything except the potatoes and prawns was overly salty.

Yes, definitely a great recommendation. The fish sandwich is really a little different. It comes with remoulade, tomato, gherkin, and salad—all fresh. Like a good kebab, but with fish. The fried cod in a sandwich is also really great. Highly recommended.

This is our first time in Kellenhusen with our children and we've been to Fischhuus several times now. It's delicious, fresh, and very plentiful. Visually, it's very appealing and a feast for the eyes. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back. :-)

We can't say anything about the food, except that it looked delicious. Card payments are only accepted for amounts over €20. This is better in Scandinavia. The atmosphere is typical of a beach snack bar.

The food was truly delicious, the fish superbly seasoned and well-cooked. BUT If you want to eat there, you first have to line up outside at the window to place your order. It's advisable for someone to find a seat and sit down while someone else takes the order. You then pay at the window, and the food is then brought to your table. It might work well for just one or two dishes, but with several, it gets chaotic. The waitress can't bring all the plates at once; she just calls out to the crowd what she has. Whether it's the food for us or for another table who might have ordered the same thing is a guessing game. You don't get a number, slip of paper, or pager to identify it. Then, something completely went wrong with our order, which had to be reordered—so there's more of the "drama."

We were in Kellenhusen for a week. And every day led us to Fischhuus. We ate delicious fish in all variations. Whether a fried fish roll from hand, or a crispy fish fillet, natural pollack fillet, fish knibbling. Simply delicious. Always freshly prepared. And also fries, potato salad or fried potatoes. All highly recommended. Service staff super nice.

The food was delicious. The crab sandwich was fresh and good. Everything was freshly tossed, too. The sandwiches were also delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, no card payments! The cash register was also keyed in, but opened with a key. So, no cash register system, and no receipts were recorded. When I asked for a receipt, I got the slip, as the gentleman said. The receipt was okay, see picture. But no VAT shown, and no receipts from the till. Please take a look and ask for a receipt. It's mandatory! But it was delicious and good. I'll be back, and this time with VAT 😁
