I received an expired drink from October 19th, 2024 and when I asked, the employee called me and assumed that it wasn't right! It's outrageous to the point where it can't be done anymore. I will never order from you again.

A few days ago we were visiting the pizzeria "Holzofen" when my wife, I and our daughter were driving by and my daughter said she was hungry. Inconspicuous from the outside but great from the inside. You could watch the pizza maker baking pizza at the stone oven. Very great atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Greeted our daughter with “ciao Bella” 😄. They prepared their spaghetti before our meal so that the little one could eat it. At the end my wife and daughter went to the car because the little one was tired while I paid. The waiter quickly ran behind the counter to give our little one a lollipop before they left the pizzeria😄 TOP ambience, super tasty food and good portions, TOP price-performance ratio. Absolutely recommended. A thank you to the “wood stove team” 👌

Don't understand the negative reviews. Absolutely great for a snack.

I have now ordered several times at large intervals and the goods I ordered always arrived correctly and always very hot, even despite the distance from Trier West Filsch. The quality of the food has not decreased for me for years. I'm surprised by the bad reviews... I will continue to order there... This store doesn't deserve a single star and should be closed. Absolutely not recommended. Unless you don't like someone and haven't let them know. Then this is the perfect opportunity to recommend the Landen to your new best enemy. The woman behind the counter lets her new best enemy show how much he is unwanted from the food, let's not even get started.

Zero stars actually, completely loveless food and way too late. It was the worst meal I've ever had and I've tried a lot.

The food is absolutely okay in terms of price and quality. However, the (mostly younger) waiters often seem overwhelmed and stressed. It would probably be appropriate to give newcomers an introduction to their tasks and how various things work. The poor employees no longer know how to help themselves and you can really see their desperation. I wouldn't like to work there, everything seems pretty unfair and unorganized...
