Since moving to Mußbach, the food has been inedible, the pizza no longer has anything to do with the pizza from Neustadt, and the pasta dishes were also absolutely not tasty. Would prefer a frozen meal at any time.

Well, to be fair, the food was okay. The service is unfortunately very poor, but that's because there's only one server on duty, and he has to serve the entire restaurant. The manager seems to be very stingy. I won't be eating there again.

We always ordered there, first via Lieferando, then from their website, and honestly it always was fast and delicious. Unfortunately, today something went very wrong. My husband (he's German, I am not, that's why my review is in English) made an order via a phone call for pick up. Instead of Pizza Parma that he ordered, he got Palermo, and I got my Döner box with French Fries instead of Salad. Well, my husband doesn't eat sharf food and olives, and I don't actually eat french fries. We discovered that the order was wrong already at home, and my husband called there to ask if we maybe just have been given a wrong (someone's else) order by mistake?.. After a discussion that took way too long, my husband was told that they hadn't understood him properly when he had ordered, but don't have delivery and what shall they do and literally "deal with that". Full stop. Not asking if we maybe could come again and get what we have ordered, no excuses, nothing. That's a pity. I really loved the place, but I don't want to be treated like that, so we'll find something else.
