Bistro Mordloch in Pirmasens

We just had a drink here and found it very nice. You can sit outside, although simple, but very nice. The innkeepers were very friendly, the mini golf course is new and nicely designed.

This store doesn't deserve a single star and should be closed. Absolutely not recommended. Unless you don't like someone and haven't let them know. Then this is the perfect opportunity to recommend the Landen to your new best enemy. The woman behind the counter lets her new best enemy show how much he is unwanted from the food, let's not even get started.

The landlady is very unfriendly! At a birthday party, all the salad bowls that had been brought in were thrown away without asking. I strongly advise against renting the venue for a party. Unfriendly remarks were made throughout the entire evening, which immediately ruined a lively atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there was no menu today. The staff behind the counter could have been a bit friendlier. The restaurant was empty again; there was no one there except us.

We were invited to a baptism ceremony today, June 19th. When we arrived (outside temperature 35 degrees Celsius), we were greeted by an overheated hall and a very incompetent, rude hostess. When we asked if a fan might be available, she replied, "Nobody needs one." That's somewhat understandable. However, when we wanted to order a beer mixed drink to cool off, we were first ignored and then told: "The food has to be served, we should be patient." During dinner, 20 of the almost 30 guests noticed pet hair in their food. This became clear to us when we left the venue early, and the reason for this was obvious as we walked out. A fly screen was moved aside so that the landlady's dog could go through the kitchen to the terrace. After dinner, we went to the mini-golf course and provided the children with ice cream, which we then had to pay for in the bistro. One child took a bottle of water and an adult a bottle of Fanta to refresh themselves. You might think it's only fair that I have to pay for my ice cream from there in the bistro, but shortly afterwards, the landlady from the bistro came to the mini-golf course and very rudely and loudly informed us that the drinks could not be taken away. I then told her that with a little communication beforehand, this would not have happened. Back at the bistro, we were informed That we should leave the cakes and pies at home; it would be too warm. I can understand the stress when two people are serving a group of 30 people in what feels like 40 degrees Celsius, but the rudeness and the abundance of pet hair in the food, dirty cutlery, whether knives, plates, or glasses, when you're asked to pay for it, are outrageous! I will never go to this or any other location run by this landlady again.
