Pizza Roma in Neustadt an der Weinstraße

So the delivery time to Lieferrando was terrible, I then called to have me pick it up, it worked out perfectly at the time specified. I even got a call saying it was ready. I found the 3 pizzas to be good, the cheese crust was well filled and actually tasty. Gladly again but pickup only 😅

Ordered today for the first and last time because our favorite delivery service is closed. I've never experienced anything like that! The two pizzas were tasteless, the base was dry (like ready-made dough) and very expensive. I was still generous with the tip, but was forced to give even more because the unfriendly, dubious driver could only give 50 cents back. If I had known what a mess it was, he would have been allowed to take the pizzas back with him and I could have gotten two frozen pizzas for €19.50 that tasted better and still had money left over. “I just have this. I forgot. Next time!” said the driver as he gave me the 50 cents. Impudence! There won't be a next time for us! Minus 5 stars from us for bad food, expensive money and audacity!

Simply terrible once and never again, expensive as hell, children's portions received everything wrong, the peppers without garlic were not grilled and the chicken wings were completely raw, the shop, the boss and his wife or employees were snotty cheeky 😡

So we ordered today and it arrived quickly. We ordered chicken wings, gnocci with spinach and cheese sauce, vegetarian rice, and pepperoni with garlic. The chicken wings were not cooked through and were still raw, just as the garlic was missing from the pepperoni and the gnocci was mistaken for a children's portion And the vegetarian rice had chicken in it. This shop was a disgrace, because we then tried to call and someone answered after 5 minutes who didn't understand us, the boss would call us back which didn't happen, then we called and he didn't let us talk to him and just hung up . So everyone who eats there best not do it, the sauces there are all expired. So I will also add pictures for you of what kind of store this is

It's almost impossible to order by phone because you can't understand a word of German on the phone... Delivery took almost 2 hours and then a hair was baked into the pizza for the second time. Never again.

The food is always really good! But I recommend ordering online due to massive understanding problems. House number 45 is often written down as 54... and yes... I know... it's only so complicated in Germany... instead of forty-five you say forty-five... but ordering by phone is also an adventure in other ways... so order online and done.. 🙂

The shop smells like rancid fat from the outside, I would never order anything there 😂

Ordered lasagna and kebab plate, both tasted very good. I would like to explicitly praise the quality of the French fries, they were crispy, well seasoned, exactly what you wanted. The first delivery service in Neustadt to do this. THANKS

Ate on site, pizza and salad were good, criticism of the food was still incomprehensible. However, as has often been mentioned, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Small reorders, no chance, even with few guests. Service drinks all the time with guests at the next table, I've been working in the restaurant for 8 years and I've never seen anything like that. 4 stars because the food and the prices are really good.

Habe nun bereits mehrfach bestellt. Das Essen finde ich gut /hochwertig. Aber jedesmal dauert es mindestens 10 Minuten, bis der Mann am Telefon versteht, was man bestellen möchte. Heute hatten wir eine Gruppen Bestellung, welche gescheitert ist am Straßen Namen. 7 mal buchstabiert - er hat es nicht verstanden - was nicht schlimm ist - ich wäre froh, ich würde eine Fremdsprache so sprechen !!! Aber bestellen konnten wir trotzdem nicht

Chinesiches Essen konnte mann nicht essem und gegrillte Peperonie waren die meisten verbrannt die Nuggets und die Pommes gingen

Trotz Verspätung Sehr lecker!!!!!

War einmal persönlich da und habe einmal geliefert bekommen. Bei der Lieferung mussten wir 1 Stunde warten aber der Käserand ist mega geil.

Habe schon öfters pizza bestellt, sie kommt immer recht flott an,außer sonntags,aber das ist ja normal.die Lieferanten sind immer sehr freundlich und die pizza ist noch sehr warm. Die Pizzen sind dick mit Käse belegt und ordentlich durchgebacken.wer "original italienische pizza" mag,sollte wohl woanders bestellen. Doch wer auf etwas heftig-deftige,gute gesalzene Pizzen für die abendlichen munchies steht,ist hier an der richtigen Adresse ;) ab und zu wird mal die pizza mit anderen Bestellungen vertauscht,aber man kann ja direkt in die Kartons schauen.für die verwechselten Pizzen ein stern Abzug.

Diese Pizzeria ist zu meiner Stammpizzeria geworden. Ich war zwar noch nicht vor Ort, bestelle aber recht regelmäßig seit knapp Ende 2016. Probleme hatte ich persönlich nie. Extrawünsche in Sachen Zutaten wurden jedes Mal vollständig und korrekt erfüllt. Auch über die Lieferzeit kann ich nicht klagen. Als ich eine Wunschzeit angab, kam die Pizza tatsächlich auf die Minute genau bei mir an. Wenn ich keine Wunschzeit angebe, wird die Lieferzeit ziemlich genau eingehalten und meistens kommt das Essen sogar früher an. Mit dem Geschmack der Pizzen bin ich auch voll und ganz zufrieden. Objektiv kann ich in der Hinsicht definitiv sagen, dass der Belag immer knackig und frisch ist. Persönlich noch eine Empfehlung: Probieren Sie die Gnocchi.

Bestelle hier öfters. Das Essen (Pizza, Burger, Salat, Schnitzel) ist gut, aber nichts besonderes. Die vielfältigen und einfallsreichen Pizza Variationen kann man empfehlen. Bestellungen sind fast immer richtig und sehr schnell. Die Lieferanten sind immer freundlich.

Pizza war extrem fettig. Nach den Belägen musste unter einer dicken Käseschicht gesucht werden.
