El-Hoggar in Trier

2 einhalb Stunden wartet man auf seine Bestellung, Pizza kam falsch an. Angerufen und sich beschwert und nachgefragt. Man wurde von einem Ausländer blöd angemacht und am Ende wurde frech aufgelegt. Bei so einem PACK bestellen wir nichts mehr. Keinen Stern wert !!!!!!!!!!

Geschmacklich leider fern von Realität und weit aus über schlechte Qualität. Am liebsten - 0 auf der Skala

einmal und nie wieder! Burger besteht nur aus Patty und majo. 1 welken salatblatt und 1 Tomaten Endstück. ekelhaft, 1 Tag später Bauchweh und Kopfschmerzen sowie Fieber! für 22 € sollte man eigentlich sauber arbeiten oder Gesundheitsamt rufen 🤢😵‍💫

Leider enttäuschende Erfahrung über Lieferando bestellt. Die Lieferung hat über eine Stunde gedauert, und eine Verfolgung der Lieferung war nicht möglich. Ich habe zweimal angerufen, bekam aber keine hilfreiche Auskunft. Stattdessen wurde die lange Wartezeit als normal dargestellt, was ziemlich unhöflich wirkte. So macht Bestellen keinen Spaß.

Essen kam kalt an . Ich weiß nicht ob die Sachen runtergefallen sind oder nicht aber wie man unschwer erkennen kann sieht das nicht mehr appetitlich aus. Dazu kam es über eine halbe stunde zu spät und eine Cola wurde auch vergessen. Nachdem ich angerufen hatte wurde gesagt das der Fahrer schuld wäre und bei meiner nächsten Bestellung es eine Cola gratis dazu gebe. Sehr enttäuschend werde dort auch nicht mehr bestellen.

Wir haben online bestellt und das Essen abgeholt. Der Besitzer gab uns sogar 2 extra Getränke frei dazu sehr nett und sympathisch. Allgemein war das Essen und die Beilagen sehr lecker gerne wieder wenn wir in mal wieder in Trier sind.

Wir haben bestellt , Essen kam unvollständig geliefert , was passieren kann und nicht das Problem darstellt . Die Lieferung war leider kalt , die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unhöflich , also wollten wir mit dem Restaurant lediglich Rücksprache halten und mitteilen , wie es abgelaufen ist . Und ihm mitteilen , dass die Fahrerin beim Nachbarn komplett im Vorgarten im Beet geparkt hat, das Telefonat wurde „beendet „ Also haben wir nochmal angerufen , die Lieferung hätte den fehlenden Salat vor Ort erstatten können, was sie nicht tat, da sie die Aussage traf „ über die Zahlart Paypal würde erstattet werden“ Ich traf die Aussage, nachdem uns entgegen gekommen war, dass wir eine Gutschrift beim nächsten bestellen bekommen „ ich sei gespannt „ Was ich zur heutigen Zeit leider sagen muss, da ein Wort in der Regel nicht zählt . Danach war auch die Aussage „ es gibt nichts mehr und das Telefonat wurde wieder seitens Restaurant beendet „ Für diese Art und Weise gibt’s einen Sterne und es war das letzte Mal !! So macht man einmal Geld und hat Kunden weniger , wir hoffen das es das wert war . Und auch neue Mitarbeitern sollten in der Regel die StVo und Freundlichkeit kennen.

Billos Chicken Buckets bestellt und mehr als positiv überascht worden. Im Vergleich zum Marktführer KFC ein muss!!! Freundlicher Fahrer, schnelle Lieferung und ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder gern

Richtig unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Einmal und nie wieder. Hatten total Lust auf Pizza. Und haben über Lieferando bestellt. Also So einen unhöflichen Mitarbeiter hab ich ja noch nie erlebt. Ich kann jeden abraten dort zu bestellen. Hab direkt Telefonisch meine Bestellung storniert. Was für ein Laden. Kein Wunder das er so schlechte Bewertung hat.

Also über Lieferando kosten die Beilagen auf einer Pizza nichts, man bekommt einen unhöflichen Anruf und man solle bei der Realität bleiben. Die Extras die wir angegeben haben würden 20€ extra kosten sagte man dann am Telefon. Als wir höflich sagten er solle die Bestellung stornieren sagte er unhöflich die wäre schon stoniert und legte einfach auf. 1 mal und nie wieder!! NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Lieferant hat viel gedauert ca.zwei stunden , essen ist nicht lecker bin nicht zufrieden.

Nach 1,5 Std erfährt man auf telefonischer Nachfrage, dass die Bestellung noch nicht mal zubereitet wurde. Geht gar nicht.

Ein tolles Lieferservice und die leckersten Pizzen

Einfach nein. Selbst verhungern ist nicht so grausam, als dieses Essen.

Haben schon mehrmals bestellt und waren immer zufrieden! 2 Schnitzel mit leckerer Rahmsauce, dicke Fritten und Salat. Oder Thunfisch Salat mit Cocktailsauce. Oder Pizza Salami, Pasta.... war immer heiß, nach 45 Minuten da und der Lieferant war sehr nett.

Nie wieder. Über 1std später als angegeben. Dazu Spaghetti statt penne. 1 Scheibe Salami auf einer Pizza für eine Vegetarierin. Dazu sagte der Besitzer kann ja mal passieren. 7 statt 12 wings bekommen. Keine Anzeichen dafür gemacht das eine Ersatz Lieferung kommt. Als ich angerufen habe um mich zu beschweren wurde immer wieder aufgelegt. Diesen lieferdienst kann man definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ein Laden es schafft, über ein Jahr hinweg fast jede einzelne Bestellung zu verhauen – aber dieser „Betrieb“ toppt wirklich alles. Wartezeiten, vergessene Artikel, falsche Bestellungen… und ich habe mich trotzdem nie beschwert. Doch der absolute Höhepunkt kam jetzt: Der sogenannte „Chef“ persönlich macht mich an der Kasse zur Sau, obwohl er selbst den Fehler verursacht hat. Keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung – stattdessen heißt es einfach „hinnehmen“. Der Ton? Unterirdisch. Arrogant. Respektlos. Und als wäre das nicht peinlich genug, fühlt er sich plötzlich „angegriffen“, weil ich angeblich der „typische Deutsche“ sei, der sich alles herausnimmt – obwohl ich nicht einmal ein Wort gesagt habe. Das muss man sich mal vorstellen: Ein Chef, der seine eigenen Fehler nicht erträgt und dann Kunden mit aus der Luft gegriffenen Vorwürfen abfällt, um sein Ego zu schützen. So ein Verhalten ist nicht nur unprofessionell – es ist geschäftsschädigend, respektlos und einfach nur beschämend für jedes Unternehmen, das sich selbst ernst nimmt.

We ordered two meals, and yet it took three phone calls and 1.5 hours for the food to arrive cold. First call after 1 hour: supposedly the food was being freshly prepared. Second call after 1 hour and 20 minutes: the driver had just left. Third call after 1 hour and 35 minutes: the food was on its way – but the restaurant is only 4 minutes away. Apparently, this was all because they were very busy. The "fresh" food arrived cold.

The food didn't arrive even though I was told twice on the phone that it would arrive shortly; this seems to happen very often, not recommended.

I drove all the way from Ehrang to Trier to pick up the food. My girlfriend only eats rice, but they simply made fries as a side dish without saying anything. I wouldn't have had a problem with it if it had been an oversight, but on the phone, they just said, "We were out of rice." When I replied that they could have communicated this, they cheekily replied, "There wasn't time for that." An absolute joke—that's not how you treat customers. First and last time I order from there.

We order from here often, and it's always been delicious, except for the fact that they constantly forget the sauces. Today, the wrong pizza arrived, or rather, it was incorrectly described on Lieferando. A new one was ordered, which took a good 40 minutes, so all the others were already finished (the cocktail sauce was missing, and the chicken burger had no sauce). The second delivery was again missing, and the pizza was again delivered with the wrong toppings and was cooked much too black and dry. The only positive thing about this delivery were the two nice drivers who brought the food each time. Thank you very much for your kindness.

More crust than topping on the pizza!!! After waiting for over an hour and calling to ask where the pizza was (2 pizzas on a Monday night?!), the driver rang a stranger's doorbell late at night despite a warning. The toppings were very questionably distributed, and the outer 5cm consisted of crust. 2 stars for the price and the taste, but the rest? Bottomless.

The food is okay, but the unpunctuality and long delivery times are unacceptable – and on top of that, the very unfriendly manner on the phone.

They don't know anything about service here and the food is very bad, better off spending your money somewhere else!

Everything we've ordered so far has been fine. I like ordering here because I like the Jägerschnitzel. The pizzas are okay. My wife always orders the Mosel salad, which always looks quite nice.

I don't know how to eat something like that

I would advise everyone against eating anything that was delivered cold and was anything but smoked. Furthermore, they systematically try to cheat their customers. If you confront them about it, you'll be insulted severely.

The pizza arrived cold after two hours and multiple calls. Each time I called, I was told the pizza would be here soon. It didn't taste particularly good. Once, never again.

We didn't get to eat. After more than an hour we asked where the food was. That man on the phone was the worst. He got cheeky and told us to shove our food up our asses. He would cancel it. I should write my complaint in the newspaper, he said it didn't matter to him whether we wanted it or not. If you want to argue instead of eating well, then you've come to the right place. Neither we nor our relatives or friends will order from there again.

Great place, everything is halal. I love ordering, and the owner is very friendly. Schnitzel dishes always come with double sides. Very good :)

The quality of the food has not decreased for me for years. I'm surprised by the bad reviews... I will continue to order there... We ordered pizza rolls with cheese and herb butter, which ended up being (partially burnt) pizza bread that didn't taste good at all. It simply tasted disgusting. We also ordered a Spinacci pizza that didn't list any other ingredients. We assumed the pizza would only have spinach on it. Instead, it also had black olives on it. We weren't expecting that at all. And this (also partially burnt) pizza didn't taste good either. The cheese and ham pizza rolls were okay, but not great. I didn't take a photo of them, but they were also partially burnt. The driver also didn't know that the order had already been paid for... Overall, an absolutely poor service. We won't order again.

Pizza was only lukewarm and soggy because it took the driver over an hour for a route that takes me 20 - 25 minutes. Not recommended for me.

My mailbox says "no advertising," but I've still received advertising from them several times.

I ordered a gypsy schnitzel. Came in 20 minutes. I got a frozen schnitzel that was so soft that I could have eaten it without any problems without my teeth. There were also mushrooms and no peppers in it. On top of that, you forgot the ice cream you ordered. I can positively mention that the food was at least hot. And the driver was friendly. This was the 2nd time I was disappointed. That's why I definitely won't be ordering there again.

Firstly, delivery time is far too long, no feedback as to whether food is even delivered. then food partially burnt lasagna looked like someone had pooped in the bowl and then baked it with cheese. Not far off in terms of taste either. The consistency of the sauces was reminiscent of a clogged rest stop toilet. My recommendation is never to order your food there. starving is healthier. My recommendation to the delivery service is to clean the toilets visually since you are already doing well.

Very unfriendly staff. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews. Pizza not cooked through, pizza rolls burnt, delivery took almost two hours. A culinary mishap.

I have to wait over 2.5 hours for the pizza. Ordered via Lieferando app at 7:49 p.m. and still none arrived at 10:22 p.m. Very sad.

I ordered via Lieferando and after 1 hour 20 minutes the delivery was canceled, absolute disgrace... you could have canceled straight away if you had too many orders that weren't delivered.

I ordered there via Lieferando and also paid through it. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I called where my food was. I was told that no order had been received. (But I had received confirmation via the app and email) I was then informed by phone that they had send me a new order and I don't have to pay for it. Shortly afterwards I received an SMS message saying that my order had been cancelled. After another hour of waiting, I called again and was told the food was on the way. When the food finally arrived after more than 2.5 hours, I was told that I had to pay when I said that I had already paid. Which didn't cause any problems. The food itself was OK. The fries were lukewarm and soggy and the pizza rolls didn't blow me away and were all burnt on top. Will not order there again.

I would prefer to give no star at all. I have never experienced such an unfriendly “boss”. Ordered 2 hours in advance, for EXACTLY the time I wanted. 15 minutes late. Called to inquire. The answer was: “Why are you calling directly here?” The receiver was hung up. Sorry to the poor drivers who you can't tip because their boss is so... PS: You definitely lost two customers. Didn't taste good. Things used to be much better. It's a shame about the money 🤷🏽‍♀️

Absolutely not recommended and should be enjoyed with caution!! The driver scraped the food out of the black transport box as everything seemed to fly through the black transport box and did this with his bare hands back into the plastic bowls, and more etc!! no more!!

The layout of the premises is phenomenal, the food was very good and tasty, my burger was filled with love. The service was good a young dynamic good looking man with glasses brought me my food with love. All in all, I would recommend the store. You have to know for yourself. LG

El Hoggar used to be the best supplier in the area. It was actually always fun to order from there. However, this has decreased significantly in the last year or so. The delivery times are now really incredibly long. Waiting 60-90 minutes + is now not uncommon. The food has also become significantly worse now. For example, the burger buns are now smaller than they used to be. The pizzas are just that. Sometimes there's hardly any cheese on it. If you order extra Schniken, you often get several slices thrown into a pile and the rest of the pizza goes almost empty. In terms of price, El Hoggar is still okay and at least one star + because the people were always nice when I called. But I really have to say that ordering there is simply no longer worth it. Can't recommend it. If the experience gets better again, I'll of course be happy to update the whole thing.

Food not received!!! Ordered via Lieferando. The food wasn't delivered and after 1.5 hours I called where the food was, the answer I got was that the driver couldn't find the bell and called my cell phone, which wasn't the case! Customer since 10 Years. Communication with the boss (allegedly) on the phone was catastrophic...if it continues like this you will lose a lot of customers (hence my tip for the future: communicate properly!!!) Conclusion: it's a shame it used to be very good there...

We often order pizza for pickup and have always been satisfied here :) We recommend pizza offer 2, where you can put together 2 pizzas in size L with 3 toppings. You're super full afterwards and there's usually something left over for the next day. Great value for money!

Ich habe einen Nugget Salat bestellt und Nuggets mit Pommes bekommen. Zudem hab ich Tortellini mit Lachs und Spinat in Sahnesauce bestellt. Es kamen weiche penne in geschmackloser Sahnesauce an. Das ganze wurde vor 15 min gegessen und mir ist schlecht. Kann ich also nicht empfehlen.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Wir haben zwei Pizzen bestellt und es waren mit die besten die wir beim Lieferservice je bekommen haben. Angegeben waren 45-60min, essen kam nach 35. Wir werden hier gerne wieder bestellen.

Wir haben schon sehr oft bei El-Hoggar bestellt (ca 1x pro Monat) und waren bisher immer zufrieden. In der Nähe gibt's leider nicht viel Auswahl (Nähe Irrel), daher sind wir sehr froh über das Angebot. Die Lieferzeit ist immer sehr lange... 2h muss man da schon einplanen. Heute wurde ich um 21:40uhr darüber informiert, dass der Fahrer in ca 20min da ist. Um 22:55uhr ist er dann eingetroffen. Vermutlich schaut er nicht auf den Ort, sondern nur auf die Anzahl der Leute die vor einem sind. Ansonsten waren die Fahrer bisher alle sehr freundlich und sympathisch! Das Essen ist jetzt nicht glühend heiß, aber noch ausreichend warm. Pommes sind entsprechend trocken. Vieles davon wird eh morgen nochmal gewärmt. Die Qualität ist für uns auch immer super! Das Essen schmeckt gut und der Salat war frisch. Uns persönlich ist es immer zu wenig Soße, aber dafür gibt's die Kommentarfunktion! Werden wieder bestellen ☺️

Ich kann die vielen Negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen unser Essen war sehr gut. wir hatten 2 Rauschmittel mit Pommes und Salat Die Soße war mit Frischen Kräutern und Champignons Lediglich mit Pfeffer etwas verfeinert Die Wartezeit war mit 30 Minuten angegeben in Wirklichkeit waren es 35 minuten Auch die Pizza Bällchen waren top Wir bestellen wieder waren sehr lecker

Super lieferdienst😃🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. Das Essen war mega lecker. Der Mann war ganz lieb und auch pünktlich vorm Mutterhaus, er sagte ich soll bitte kurz warten ein Kollege war sogar unterwegs um mir schnell sie 2vergessenen dips zu bringen. Hawai Salat und pizzabrötchen waren mega gut.

Wir bestellen oft bei El-Hoggar Salate und Pizzen. Sie liefern super schnell und das Essen schmeckt ganz gut. All die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
