Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und netter Bedienung. Die Qualität der Speisen war super und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit im Heimsetvic und komme bestimmt wieder.

Schmeckt Baba Lo macht krankes essen hier aber die Ratte in Größe einer Katze vergesse ich nicht

Essen ist top, wird schnell zubereitet und super Personal

Um 19:40 Riesengarnelen mit Kräuterbutter, Spaghetti und Pommes bestellt. Der Lieferdienst war katastrophal. 1 Stunde Wartezeit statt geplanten 30-45 Min. Dann hatte der Fahrer auch noch sein Kartenterminal vergessen. Also wollte er später zurückkommen. Er kam zurück gegen 23:10 ! Zum Essen kann man nur sagen: unterirdisch. Die Kräuter waren wohl eine kleine Messerspitze Kräuterpulver. Spaghetti waren al dente, aber die Gambas teils zäh und kaum rosa. Vielleicht nur gekocht anstatt in der Pfanne geschwenkt? Die Pommes hab ich nach Verzehr von 2-3 Sticks weggeworfen, da matschig und geschmacklos. Übrigens nachhaltige Verpackung kennt man bei Achim’s Pizza Heimservice wohl nicht. Pommes in der Styroporbox und die Spaghetti in Aluschale. Andere Gastrobetriebe können es mit Pappboxen doch besser anbieten.

Zum zweiten Mal wurde eine Online-Bestellung bei diesem Pizzadienst einfach vergessen – trotz Vorauszahlung per PayPal. Meine 90-jährige Mutter wartet extra, hat nichts gekocht, und dann kommt nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder Gutschrift/Rabatt. Absolut unprofessionell und respektlos. Wenn Bestellungen angenommen und bezahlt werden, müssen sie auch zuverlässig geliefert werden – besonders, wenn es sich um ältere Menschen handelt, die darauf angewiesen sind.So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren. Ich kann diesen Dienst auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

I ordered a hamburger pizza for pickup over the phone—I was able to pick it up 15 minutes later. No sooner said than done: I got there a little early, and the pizza was ready less than 5 minutes later, as ordered (with some adjustments) and piping hot. The pizza had a nice, thin, crispy base and was generously tossed. I'd be happy to go back :)

When I asked for sauce, Achim added it to my pizza. The owner is super nice and always helps!

Food was delivered quickly and friendly. The pizzas were hot and tasted very good as always.

We ordered a party pizza that supposedly had "still good broccoli" on it. It definitely didn't taste fresh! It was rather sour. And it gave us a real stomach ache. We reported this over the phone. But we were told the broccoli was in good condition and, of course, we didn't receive any compensation. The delivery person was also unbearable! We've ordered from there many times, but this has never happened to us! We don't recommend ordering from there again.

I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and loved it! The food was very tasty and perfectly seasoned. The delivery came within 40 minutes, everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Ordered today....The schnitzel was ok but the minced meat dish was inedible because it was more than just salty....so extreme that you couldn't eat a bite...you could only throw it in the trash can...very much annoying.

I ordered there today for the first and last time. Delivery time is given as an average of 30 minutes. Delivery should be there at 7:15 p.m. After the pizza was finally delivered at 8:35 p.m., it was neither warm, crispy nor tasty. What came there had nothing to do with pizza and Italy. It's a shame about the 30 euros. I would have been better off investing it somewhere else!

Since the original owner left, prices have more than doubled. Cheeseburger a few years ago was 4 euros, now it's 8.50€! It's just a shame to add travel costs too. Was a regular customer, but that's over. An order of 3 cheeseburgers used to cost around €15. Now almost 30! and then the burgers are burnt or ingredients are missing.

I orderd food through Lieferando. Restaurant accepted the order. After an hour of waiting they canceled it. In that period of waiting I could have order and finish eating my food from someone else. Really lousy service, there is absolutely no excuse for this. Of course I will never order again and I strongly recommend DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Ordered online, 3 out of 4 meals were delicious, the fourth was wrong. When a complaint was made, they said that it was extra because what was actually ordered was out. What was not communicated to us beforehand, but was simply decided. Unfortunately the person couldn't eat it, which is what she said on the phone. She was not given a refund. Or offered another alternative to the meal.

Super nice, pizza delicious, delivery time a bit long

The day before yesterday we ordered 8x party pizzas for 10 p.m. the following day, the pizzas arrived at exactly 10 p.m. to the minute, warm and delicious (according to the party guests). The base was crispy and, according to guests, the topping was well topped and seasoned.

ORDERED YESTERDAY ON 10/06/24 and moved on 6/06/24 and wrote down the address exactly as it says on google maps. The driver, an older man with a gray beard and well-built hair, was very nervous and totally stressed because he thought he had driven the wrong way even though he was in the right place. He started shouting in the area where I lived. When I asked him about being more respectful, he drove away and started screaming and cursing... BUT PIZZA WAS VERY AWESOME! IF IT COME AGAIN WHEN I ORDER IT WILL GET A NOTIFICATION :)

Ordered online using Uber Eats. After half an hour the order was cancelled, with no reason given why. Seems to match up with the bad delivery experinces that others have reported. Very disappointing as it is now late in the night and difficult to find places to eat. If you can't make or deliver an order, please don't accept it to begin with.

We ordered something last night (03/24) and it was very disappointing. When ordering, the delivery time was estimated at approx. 20 - 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours the food came. The food was cold and delivered completely wrong. Due to my intolerance, I ordered the potato casserole without mushrooms and with broccoli instead. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account. (See image) I ordered the salad with corn instead of beans, which was also not taken into account. (See image) I am at a loss for words!

A huge thank you to the honest driver who brought back the 80.00 euro tip I accidentally gave. By the way, the food has been very good for years. I can recommend this delivery service without reservation.

Just ordered 2 pizzas delivery time very good, Pizzas were really dry and had very little toppings and anyone who had any idea noticed that the dough was being saved. And I've never seen green olives used before. The price and the tip are definitely wrongly invested. I would give it another chance, but you would have to understand it and optimize everything. There's room for improvement, I hope you get the hang of things!!!!!!

Really very very good delivery service. Food always hot and tasty. The man on the phone (always the same) is extremely friendly and always takes the orders correctly. Deliveries are always quick and friendly.

Food is really delicious, praise to the kitchen. Problem: Very unfriendly driver!!! Totally rude, I've never experienced anything like that! The driver couldn't find our front door, so it took a long time to place the order. When the order arrived he uttered a grumpy “I’ve been off work for an hour and I’m still on the road”. He wanted to blame us, even though he told us on the phone at 11:00 p.m. (he should have been off work by then) that he delivered 2 orders before us and it was delayed (ultimately 2 hours). My friend was still so nice and still gave him a tip of €2, which was definitely not!!! It's a duty, but the driver probably saw it differently because he then grumbled loudly about whether that was all. My friend said yes, at the moment he doesn't have any more. The driver said that he had supposedly driven 50 kilometers for us and that he was now calling his boss. They were talking on the phone in a different language and the driver is laughing on the phone and embarrassing my friend!!! Suggestion: Terminate the driver, otherwise you will unfortunately lose customers, which I think would be a shame because of the delicious food. We won't have anything delivered to us anymore!

Salate sind immer frisch und lecker ich bestelle ihn mir sehr oft, da Preis und Leistung einfach stimmt. Pizza und Pasta haben wir ebenfalls probiert und waren immer super zufrieden😊. Der Inhaber macht alles richtig!! Allerdings muss ich anmerken da ich bei der letzten Bestellung bei Giovannis nicht so zufrieden war 🙈 aber ich befürchte das liegt Wohl eher an der Filiale. Die Gerichte waren im Vergleich zu Pizza Mafia sehr enttäuschend. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte würde ich immer bei achims pizza bestellen!!

Wie immer ein super tolles Erlebnis, dass Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Portionen üppig! Wir waren mit Freunden aus Luxemburg hier essen und diese waren ebenfalls sehr angetan. Das Essen dauerte aufgrund des gefüllten Restaurants etwas länger, was ich aber bei einem frisch zubereiteten Essen nicht schlimm finde. Frisch und lecker braucht halt seine Zeit. Wirklich mit Nachdruck nur empfehlen, toll und lecker! Die pizzen waren wirklich sehr lecker, wir kommen definitiv wieder! Unsere Gäste aus Luxemburg sagten dies übrigens auch :-). Preise sind völlig angemessen und in Ordnung!

Grundsätzlich mag ich die Pizzen vom Geschmack her und über eine zu lange Lieferzeit kann ich mich auch nicht beschweren. Aber zum wiederholten Mal fehlen bezahlte Zutaten auf der Pizza (siehe Foto: wo sind die Kapern???). Das ist nichts anderes als Betrug am Kunden, erst recht, wenn es häufiger passiert.

Hatte vergangenen Sonntag hier einen Salat und eine Pizza bestellt. Die Bestellung hatte fast 2 Stunden gedauert. Geschmacklich kann Achims Pizza nicht mit dem vorherigen Pächter Freddy Fresh mithalten. Freddy Fresh war um einiges schneller und viel viel besser von der Zubereitung und Geschmack. Leider war es das erste und letzte Mal, das ich hier bestellt habe. PS: Bitte den anderen Kunden die Pizza warm liefern.

Die Pizzen von Achim's Pizza Heimservice sind wirklich sehr lecker. Vor allem der teils fluffige und dennoch knusprige Pizzateig ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Mein Favorit ist definitiv die Pizza Korfu mit Creme Fraiche. Die Lieferzeit ist angenehm im Rahmen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne bestelle jederzeit wieder.
