The prices are absolutely fair and the quality is consistently excellent. Delivery times can occasionally be a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait. If it does take significantly longer, they often include a free drink, an ice cream, or another little something extra – truly fantastic service! I always enjoy ordering from here!

We ordered five pizzas there on October 9, 2025. They tasted great and were delivered nice and warm. Very friendly drivers. Delivery took about 65-70 minutes. However, they had to travel a good 5km. Everything was perfect, we'd be happy to come again.

The delivery man took two hours to deliver, then forgot the sauce and tried to convince me that was okay and there was nothing he could do. When I called them, they took another 40 minutes to bring the sauce. For reference, I live a six-minute drive from the store. The service set a new standard for the worst delivery service. I didn't even get an apology or compensation.

Acceptable pizza is full of cheese, you don't feel the taste of pizza

A delivery time of just under 2.5 hours is beyond debate and simply a failure of service. ...even on a Friday. It's especially frustrating when the app shows an arrival time of 55 minutes, and after 90 minutes we call to ask if there are any problems. Personally, the communication, speed, and ultimately the quality of the food are just worth one star for me. At least it was still lukewarm when it arrived.

The food was very good, as always. Unfortunately, the advertised delivery times have become less reliable lately. Today, 60 minutes turned into over 90 minutes.

I've organized graduations for my youth soccer team several times now, and Pizza Mafia always provided excellent service and delivery. The food was delivered on time, friendly, and always hot. Kids are often picky, so we've always had a wide selection of different pizzas to choose from. The next graduation is sure to come soon👌

I ordered takeout from the place after hearing about them on Lieferando. The service and friendliness were truly top-notch, and the specified delivery time was perfectly met and more than acceptable. I ordered the pizza burger. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell from the product photos that jalapeños were used, and I didn't see any indication of it either. That's the only negative I can give; otherwise, everything was to my satisfaction.

I can't say much about the food, but what I do know is that all of the Pizza Mafia employees need to go back to driving school. ABSOLUTE NO PARKING means NO PARKING and NO STOPPING. JUST because your employees don't follow the traffic rules every day, everyone else has to suffer. There is a parking lot 50 m away, but parking is always prohibited on the street. I would like to give 0 stars for such arrogant behavior!!!

We ordered from Pizza Mafia Trier today and were completely satisfied! The party pizza with salami and ham was really tasty and generously topped, juicy and perfectly baked. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as they should be. We were particularly impressed with the Pizza Vulcano, it was spicy, nice and spicy and had really rich toppings. The delivery also went flawlessly: super fast delivery time and a very friendly driver. Everything is just right here, we will definitely order again and can only recommend Pizza Mafia!

Tasted great and delivered promptly

Tried the fitness pizza via delivery service - super tasty! Super good taste and plenty of toppings - all without a guilty conscience! Just don't expect a traditional pizza taste - more like a dumpling with pizza topping! But it tastes really delicious :) And if you prefer a traditional pizza, no problem - Pizza Mafia offers both and much more:)!!!

It was my first time ever ordering a spaghetti alla panna there. Had to wait 15 minutes longer than the 70-80 minutes stated when ordering for delivery. The food was still very hot, but : The spaghetti "drowned" in the sauce, i.e. there were far too few spaghetti with too much sauce! Was there any savings on the spaghetti here?? I know the dish rather the other way around! There were also too many cubes of bacon and too little cooked ham! Sorry, but I can only get a grade of satisfactory to sufficient at most!

For my birthday, I ordered party pizzas for 50 people and was very satisfied! The selection was very varied (exclusively vegetarian and vegan), the delivery was on time, and the communication beforehand was uncomplicated and quick. Thank you very much!

We have already ordered several times - so a very good review was due: The pizza is always very rich. In our experience, the ingredients are always very fresh and tasty (see also pictures). The normal pizza base is already fluffy and cross on the side. Top! The Fitness Pizza is a great alternative if you feel like pizza but don't feel like cheating. Class! Here the wholemeal dough is usually not that bad (also makes sense because of the quark) but absolutely delicious for a healthy pizza! It's certainly not cheap but in our opinion it's worth the money because of the good ingredients. Food: 5/5 Except for one Sunday evening, the delivery time always worked out well. To compensate, last time we got a mountain of pizza rolls for free. Both contact and driver are always very nice! Service: 4.5/5 Good opening times and great lunch options. Other: 5/5 Overall 14.5/15 Keep it up!

Actually you shouldn't be allowed to give any stars here. On Saturday I ordered 2 medium pizzas, tuna with onions/jalapenos and a salami. Both pizzas were so burnt that they couldn't be eaten. Both pizzas for almost €30 are outrageous. Never again ! 🤮🤮

Hi can only recommend Pizza Mafia in Trier! The entire team is courteous and extremely nice. The dishes are always great, big praise for the kitchen. Unfortunately, since the ambience is so small, I mostly order. Up to now they have almost always arrived after ordering in around 45 to 60 minutes. I would be very happy if a second branch could open where there would also be the opportunity to eat there

Unfortunately my experience with the food was not satisfactory. The topping of my pizza (salami) was partially stuck to the box when it was delivered, and I found hairs in the pasta with tomato sauce. Unfortunately, the margarita didn't taste great either, so I couldn't finish it - which has never happened to me before.

I ordered a pizza home without cheese because I'm vegan. Halfway through the pizza I realized that there must have been some cheese on the pizza. Very unfortunate...

I ordered 2 pizza burgers and was informed when ordering that I had a Schlemmerblock voucher. When I picked it up it was said that this didn't apply, only for pizza. But in the block stands for quick meals. There is no indication that it only applies to pizza. The pizza burgers tasted good but were topped with jalapenos which were spicy. There was nothing about this in the description either. Sorry, that was the first and last time I order something there.

It would be nice if individual delivery service drivers would also adhere to the permitted speeds in the evening hours, as pedestrians do not feel safe. Just like on Saturday evening when a driver rushed past me at an estimated 60 km/h in the 30 zone. Of course, customers don't want cold pizza delivered, but that can't be the solution. I can't judge the food because I don't order from the pizzeria due to the driving and parking behavior.

We came across “Pizza Mafia” just through the gourmet block, ordered it online and thought nothing of it. We were then told when we wanted to pay that the gourmet block only applies if you call or eat there (could you also note it somewhere instead of turning away customers, otherwise you would be in the red?). However, the food is not always so tasty that you can ignore it. The herb butter only tastes like butter, the pizza rolls don't seem to be completely cooked through, which can happen sometimes but overall it's worth mentioning. My pizza tasted like popcorn and generally not good, not again. You should ask yourself why you are represented in the gourmet block if you do not accept it when you take your main order. Once and never again.

Hello people, I ordered a pizza and I've had good experiences before, but today I ordered a pizza and I felt stressed about going in to order on a Sunday and the employee was unfriendly towards me due to stress. I wanted to buy 2 cool cans of cola Because of the heat and in a slightly unfriendly voice, the worker said, unfortunately he has to do everything in the restaurant at once. I should get 2 cans of Coke out of the fridge myself, even though the employee was standing right next to me. I can understand if it was due to stress when I went to the fridge It worked but there is the alternative city for 2.50 euros to buy a can in the store when it is in full operation to protect the workers and from the vending machine about 10 meters next to the bus stop for 1.80 euros to buy the same item. The cans in the vending machine are also refrigerated but pizza I will definitely continue to get it there and while you wait for it to be prepared you can go to the machine

For a few days visiting Trier, I needed a good pizzeria, there were many to choose from, but since I'm rather picky, the decision wasn't that easy for me... ultimately I decided to go to the Mafia 😂 my feeling told me it was the right decision 😌 .. when I arrived I met a nice service 😍 I love it when people can smile .. the nice, handsome man said it was the best pizza I should ever have eaten .. and of course I was even happier more excited... I quickly walked back to the hotel the way back was very tiring because the pizza smelled fantastic 😍 up to the room and I have to say 😍 WOW, not promising too much, crispy, not greasy, it tasted so fresh, and I was really surprised. Thanks for that 🙏🏽 If I come to Trier again I'll get my pizza from you 🥰 I'm sorry for the photo, I really wanted to take a photo of it but I was hungry 😅
