Wir haben uns 2 Pizzen auf den Wohnmobilstellplatz liefern lassen. Hat super geklappt. Lieferant hat kurz vorher angerufen und wir haben am Eingang abgeholt. Pizza war gut und reichlich belegt

Vorbestellung für Kindergeburtstag lief super. Waren pünktlich, Pizza war heiß und vorgeschnitten. 👍

Sonntagabend bestellt, als es eigentlich überall ewig dauert. Giovanni war super fix! Pizza kam dampfend an, Sonderwünsche wurden alle beachtet (Extra Knoblauch war auch wirklich Extra Knoblauch, danke dafür! 😂). Bestellen hier mittlerweile am liebsten.“

Ich habe einen Hamburger, einen Milano Burger und eine Pizza bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch die Abholung erfolgte pünktlich und ohne Verzögerung. Um 12:00 Uhr war alles im Geschäft bereit. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, respektvoll und höflich im Umgang mit uns. Vielen Dank, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Das ist für mich der beste Lieferservice in Trier 5 Sterne langen nicht für eine Bewertung 👌👍👍👍👍

Absolut mega😋. Hatten die High Protein Pizza und den Big Boss Burger. Alles sehr lecker und die Pommes waren der Knaller

Schade. Lieferung im November hatte über 2,5h gedauert, da unsere Adresse nicht gefunden wurde. Bestellung damals über 120 EUR. Pizzen zur Geburstagsfeier waren alle kalt. Entschuldigung und Gutschrift über 30 EUR für nächste Bestellung. Heute nächste Bestellung, aber Wasserliesch ist zu weit, EUR 100 ist zu wenig, in Zukunft keine Lieferung mehr für diesen Bestellwert. Lieferung nach Wasserliesch für 7 EUR. Wurden angerufen, dass man uns in Zukunft für diese geringe Menge nicht mehr beliefern wird. Pizzen waren lecker, aber wir werden wohl in Zukunft nicht mehr hier bestellen.

Der Dounat war Tiefkühlware, noch kalt und trocken. Außerdem war es eine andere Sorte als die ich bestellt habe. Der Pizzabelag war extrem versalzen und der Teig lieblos. Das Eis war schon halb geschmolzen und die Verpackung roch muffig.

Sehr enttäuschender Service! Nie wieder! Wir haben gestern 2 Pizzen und eine Lasagne bestellt und leider war das echt eine schlechte Erfahrung. Lieferung kam schon 30 Minuten später als angekündigt, und die Pizzen waren dann auch noch kalt. Die Lasagne wurde komplett vergessen! Der Fahrer meinte, er informiert das Restaurant, aber es hat sich niemand bei uns gemeldet und die fehlende Lasagne wurde auch nicht nachgeliefert. Als wir dort angerufen haben, ging nur die Mailbox ran. Sehr enttäuschend und total unprofessionell. So etwas haben wir hier in Trier noch nie erlebt!

Total enttäuscht ! Bei meiner Bestellung wurde mir eine ungefähre Lieferzeit mitgeteilt. Diese war deutlich überschritten ,weshalb ich anrief um nach zu fragen wie lange es noch ungefähr dauert. Am Telefon ein sehr unfreundlicher/unprofessioneller Mitarbeiter der mir sagte das ich das nächste Mal bei Pizzamafia bestellen soll .Der Fahrer wäre jeden Moment da . Der Fahrer kam nicht ,weshalb ich 25 Minuten später nochmal angerufen habe und die Pizza abbestellt habe . Ca. eine halbe Stunde nach diesem Anruf stand der Pizzafahrer vor unserer Tür . Ich habe ihm die Situation erklärt und er hat die Ware wieder mitgenommen .

Ich bin im Krankenhaus und darf nicht aus dem Zimmer, der Bote hat meine Station gesucht und mir die Pizza vor mein Zimmer gebracht. Ich hatte eine super leckere Pizza mit Hollandaise und Brokkoli dazu ein Calzone Mit Schokolade und Banane, das hat wirklich meinen Tag gerettet. So lieb, der Chef hat mich extra angerufen. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Vielen Dank

Essen für einen Geburtstag liefern lassen. Alles Speisen waren warm und alle Gäste ware sehr zufrieden. Angemessene Preise und alles genau so wie bestellt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bislang haben wir die Bestellungen nur abgeholt. Nie enttäuscht worden. Personal selbst im Stress am 31.12. richtig freundlich und nett! Pizzaburger - perfekt! Danke und guten Rutsch. 🙌🏻❤️

I just called again to reorder drinks. Even though they were closing soon, they said they weren't in a hurry and that it was important to them that their customers' wishes were fulfilled. The food is, as always, excellent; I prefer ordering from there.

I just ordered through Lieferando. The food was absolutely delicious and the delivery driver was also very friendly! Really great service, I'll definitely order again :)

We were in town today and wanted to pick up two pizzas from Giovanni's on our way back. When the friendly gentleman on the phone told us that pickup would take 45 minutes, we were about to cancel the order. He said they would try again in 20 minutes. When we arrived about 15 minutes later, the pizzas were already ready. I also received a friendly and pleasant welcome at the restaurant. The high-protein and low-fat pizzas were very generously topped and absolutely delicious and filling. Highly recommended. All in all, we can definitely recommend Giovanni's. We'll be back.

An absolute joke! I ordered a pizza for delivery, and my order was accepted at first. After waiting for over 50 minutes, I called to ask when my order would finally arrive. The response: "There's no order and we're closing soon, so we can't deliver to you." Incredibly unprofessional! No call, no information, nothing at all! That's not how you treat customers. I waited for nothing and ended up being completely ignored. Never again! Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered 21 dishes for 12:00 on Tuesday, and everything arrived on time and fresh. The taste and quality were top-notch, too.

It's not a Giovanni, but an Achmed. :( The pizza was anything but pizza. There's no Italian selection either. No Arabiata, Capricciosa, Quattro Formaggi, Quattro Stagioni, or Boscaiola. It's a shame that Italians no longer run these restaurants.

Last night I ordered a party pizza with pineapple and ham with the message that ham should only be on one half. I was able to pick her up pretty much 15 minutes later. When I got home I saw that the ham had been forgotten. That wouldn't be a problem if it didn't cost almost €5 extra so I called. I thought maybe I would just get the money back, but no we got a second party pizza and very quickly. That wouldn't have been necessary, but it was really nice! THANKS

The pizzas are always delicious. I always order there and pick up a pizza every now and then when it's on the way. The stated waiting time for Lieferando is usually significantly lower. It can be assumed that the store wants to protect itself with this information. When you pick it up there, the pizza is ready almost immediately. I am extremely satisfied and would say that Giovanni's is one of the best delivery services in Trier!

Mega delicious food! Usually restaurants only put like 5 pepperoni or something on it. Not with Giovanni! The entire pizza was generously spread with sliced ​​pepperoni, so you could taste the perfect combination of the different components in every bite. This was also the case with the champions on my mother's pizza. Eating these pizzas was an experience and you can go to sleep feeling full. Full 5 stars from us and recommended. Yesterday we ate at a 4 star restaurant and it was nothing compared to these tasty pizzas. Also a good place for vegans with a very tasty Morzarella alternative.

Worst experience! I ordered a VEGAN pizza and emphasized several times that it was supposed to be vegan. After they realized that the first vegan pizza was wrong, I had CHICKEN instead of vegan mozzarella on the second vegan pizza. I really like Giovanni's pizza. The fitness pizza is often ordered. The staff is polite and orders mostly come on time. But unfortunately 4 out of 5 orders are incomplete. Instead of the 31 size ordered, only a 26 size comes, and toppings ordered on top are not available. However, we always charge the full price. Complaints are welcomed in a friendly manner and attempts are made to find solutions with vouchers for “next time”, but it’s not really satisfactory.

The salads and fitness pizzas are our favorites. Delicious. Delivery also reliable.

We order here more often and in our opinion it is the best delivery service in town. Great food, delivery on time, very friendly suppliers and also the boss. Special requests (pizza of a different size, etc.) are also accepted. There's nothing to complain about here.
