The food is absolutely okay in terms of price and quality. However, the (mostly younger) waiters often seem overwhelmed and stressed. It would probably be appropriate to give newcomers an introduction to their tasks and how various things work. The poor employees no longer know how to help themselves and you can really see their desperation. I wouldn't like to work there, everything seems pretty unfair and unorganized...

This is the best place in Koblenz, where you can find Delicious Pizza. Good service and care for customers. I miss that place.

The employees in this store are simply overwhelmed, even though there's nothing going on. They're too stupid to put the notices aside. I waited 25 minutes for three ice creams. The employees are just stupid. And there's trash and food scraps everywhere in the kitchen, and the toilets stink of fish. The store is just disgusting.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, if the displays don't work it's almost impossible to order something because the service isn't good. I've had much better experiences in other branches.

The spaghetti was far from the ordered item Aglio e olio They were gratinated with cheese and really bad. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Had meatballs with fries and sauce this was very salty and was spread over the fries which made everything even saltier. The meatballs looked completely gray and had a fishy aftertaste, all in all inedible.

I ordered two meals, it took over an hour to deliver and only one meal arrived, and it wasn't even one of the ones I asked for. I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone

The Nordsee app apparently doesn't work. Each dish is billed individually. Ms. Lezi yelled at me, saying I hadn't paid. That's not how you treat a customer. I don't think she understood what I was trying to say. I will never set foot in this branch again. Thank goodness there are two. I tried again to redeem my app points. When will these employees finally be replaced? The entire store is closed from 4:00 p.m.

Eating took 1 hour then I got the wrong food until the right food was there. I ate 3 schnitzels that weren't even cooked through with cold fries. It's a shame for 18€ I would have expected more But the dog liked it and it's no more than dog food

I ordered two pizzas for delivery and the lady on the phone didn't even ask for my address. Delivery should take 40 minutes (I live about 3 minutes away!). After an hour I asked. First it was said that it was busy, then that the wrong address had been noted. For 2 lukewarm, soggy pizzas, 28 euros is absolutely too much.
