Woodfire in Mainz

We ordered through Lieferando. The food was reasonably priced. Although the delivery time was a bit longer than other pizzerias at an hour, they were very punctual, and the pizza tasted like it was fresh out of the oven. Simple and delicious.

Delicious pizza, but unfortunately, I subsequently had a rather unfriendly phone call with an employee due to a misunderstanding regarding an over-delivered pizza. After an initial Google review, the employee in question called again and apologized, but barely let me get a word in during the 10-minute conversation. As hard as the restaurant business is, the customer should always be king and not have to suffer from the stress or frustration of the employees...

Ordered from Lieferando, after confirmation and a stated delivery time of 60 minutes. He only had 62 minutes to cancel the food.

Ordered several pizzas via Lieferando and paid directly. The delivery time was advertised as 15 - 25 minutes. When 30 minutes passed, the timer suddenly increased to over 55 minutes more waiting time. When that had passed, I called to say that I no longer needed the pizza. I was just barked at that I had to expect longer delivery times at the weekend and that I wouldn't get my money back. Besides, the driver would be there soon. 2 hours! After placing the order, the driver contacted me. Weekend or not, that's incredibly bold.

I ordered mixed cheese pizza here, but I still get a pizza with the least amount of cheese, strangely enough :) Then yes, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza, the name and description in the app do not correspond to reality :) but Lieferando was very nice and polite, he placed the order on time.

Expensive, neither salad tasted good. It was sold as a salad variation, but we got cheap iceberg lettuce. We ordered a salad with corn and peppers, but instead we (vegetarians) got tuna and ham. The sauce for the overpriced pasta was watery, and even adding more seasoning several times didn't help much. Since there's no phone number listed, which I've never experienced before, we couldn't report our incorrect delivery, which has now resulted in a bad Google review.

Very good pizza. The price is a little more expensive than other pizzerias, but the pizza tastes better and has good toppings. Delivery takes a long time, but if you know that you can adjust to it. Driver was friendly and reliable.

Long delivery times and an unfriendly driver. Driver became abusive after complaining about late delivery. Pizza itself was ok but was only luke warm. It's a shame, but never again, thank you.
