Anyone who likes their chicken and fries raw and unseasoned. With a sauce that is more liquid than a glass of water, you get your money's worth. I wouldn't recommend it
I ordered from this restaurant and they ran out of what I ordered so they sent something completely different without confirming with me. Not happy with the order and didn’t have great service to remedy the issue.
I can’t speak to the atmosphere
The dishes there are very tasty and fresh. The service is really very good. Everyone is friendly, polite and customer focused. The owner changed and everything has been great since then. Always recommended. Hopefully it continues like this.

I explained the situation once. No interest. I'd rather be banned from the house. I didn't do anything at all, it wasn't Incorrectly, 2 folders have been able to clarify my water in retrospect. , it is for me an attempt at fraud. Mistakes happen, but please clarify. The stay-at-home order is not the type of clarification.
Always friendly, good pizza selection, fresh dishes from the table and always very tasty. Family atmosphere...but suffered a bit after Rosario left, unfortunately.
Unfortunately disappointing – no feedback, no food, money gone
I placed a pickup order from Hans im Glück in Mainz via Uber Eats on Rose Monday. The amount was debited directly from Paypal and I made my way to the restaurant - only to find a note on the door saying the restaurant was closed due to technical problems.
I was unable to get my money back through either Uber Eats or PayPal - both refer to the respective provider. I then contacted Hans im Glück twice by email and asked for a refund, but have not received any response to date.
Conclusion: I paid but did not receive my food or experience any form of customer service. This is not the way to treat paying guests - especially if you are responsible for the mistake. Very disappointing.
I was there with my partner and didn't make a reservation on Valentine's Day and the great operator still had a nice place for us, so great service.
Condition also super nice.
Nice place, you feel right at home there.
The food is priced right and everything is also very tasty.
At the end there was also an uzo which was very tasty.
And it was a great romantic evening there with candlelight.
And we will eat there more often, especially since we are now celebrating our anniversary.

There were four of us eating, the atmosphere was great, the food was wonderful, but unfortunately the old waiter didn't fit. Slow, unkempt, not motivated...and deodorant wouldn't do him any harm...what a shame
