Delicious, welcoming, and with a view – the Hasekasten impresses! After our exciting tour of the MEWA Arena, we had something to eat at the Hasekasten – and were completely thrilled! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The prices were absolutely fair, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is fantastic – the interior is modern and cool, with great attention to detail. But the outdoor seating on the terrace is also really nice, with a fantastic view over the fields of Mainz – perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. A big compliment also to the team: The service was very friendly, attentive, and cheerful. You immediately feel welcome. Bottom line: Whether after the game, after a tour, or just for fun – we'll definitely be back. The Hasekasten is a real insider tip for anyone who enjoys good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a beautiful view!

Main course wasn't cheap but delicious (minced steak stuffed with feta cheese). Portion was absolutely sufficient. Chef was a bit taciturn and definitely not the best in the crowd. An annoyance at the end - a fairground-quality espresso at a star-priced €3.30! That's insane. Therefore, only 3 stars and no return visit.

At €25 for this plate, the restaurant is priced in the upscale segment, making it a special experience for special occasions—definitely a place for indulgent moments to indulge in every now and then. Only the service outside could be a bit more attentive, but this hardly matters given the other qualities and the reasonable price-performance ratio. A place you'll gladly return to for special moments!

Really good stadium food, not just on match days but also during the week. You can get a really good bratwurst here, and everything is always quick. The restaurant is also right next to the stadium, which creates a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

You shouldn't order salad here. A large salad for 17 euros was as big as the appetizer salads, only with four turkey strips on top, a bland sauce, and little else other than a few lettuce leaves. I haven't experienced anything like it in years.

Eigentlich immer gerne da gewesen. Aber nachdem ich rausgeschmissen wurde (Hausverbot) , weil mich die Bedienung 3 x abkassieren wollte und ich eine Kritik geäußert habe (höflich und bestimmend). Und der Chef Situation noch nicht klären wollte. Ich sollte ruhig sein, mich hinsetzen und klappe halten. Kann ich nur jedem raten, meidet den Laden. Das kann jeden passieren. Ach übrigens, ich trinke nichts und habe ein Wasser und ein Schnitzel bestellt. War also nicht beleidigend oder gewaltbereit.

Für ein sehr kleines Cordon Bleue mit sehr überschaubaren Pommes ( statt der Ursprünglich bestellten Rösties) 23,50 € fanden ich und meine Freundin sehr , sehr viel Geld.Meine Freundin hst aufgrund der sehr hohen Preise für sehr kleine Portionen extra nur was kleines bestellt .Trotz Platzreservierung nur einen Gsrtentisch mit Nornslen Stühlen mitten in den Raum gestellt , hatte danach grosse Kreuzschmerzen , kann nur jedem davon abraten und sagen einmal und nie wieder.

The food was delicious, much better than expected at a restaurant near the stadium. The staff was friendly and cheerful. We were glad we had made a reservation because as soon as we arrived, all the tables were full. The surroundings are great, no annoying cars as the stadium/restaurant is surrounded by meadows and fields. Price performance is OK. You can get a quick glimpse of the stadium itself through the restaurant.

Modern ambience, beautiful outdoor area, food tastes good, price-performance ratio is right, staff friendly. Free parking in front of the stadium when there are no games.

The food was perfect. The service terrible. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, it took a long time before we could place an order. The food was very good for everyone. The fries for the table next door sat on the counter for minutes, ready to be served. 2 waitresses stood next to it and talked. The waitress went to the toilet without washing her hands. We were a larger group and didn't leave the restaurant at the same time or pay the bill separately. In the end, the service worker wanted to charge a dish twice. Luckily we were able to sort it out. That was my last visit to the bunny box for now!

At Mainz 05 away games you can always watch football together in a good atmosphere. Drinks prices are a bit expensive that's why only 4 stars otherwise very very good

I wanted to watch the 05 season finale there today - knowing full well that there will definitely be a lot going on. On Wednesday I asked if I could reserve a table. I was told that there were no reservations and that I should just show up. So today I was there 90 minutes before kick-off and some tables were still free. I wasn't allowed to occupy any of them, they all had a "reserved" sign on them. Next time just play with your cards open and say that you are only making reservations for regular guests or something similar.

I asked by phone how long it would be open today, given the upcoming DFB Cup game. The waiter replied in bad German that he was working until 10 p.m. I repeated my question and told him that I was told last week that the game would be broadcast and wanted to make sure. When asked, he replied that the boss wasn't there and he was working until 10 p.m. When I explained my request to him again, he told me not to be cheeky and hung up. Miserable behavior!

Haben nur etwas getrunken während der Konferenzschaltung Dortmund: Mainz

Man sitzt draußen sehr schön mit Blick auf die Felder -in Bretzenheim leider nicht so oft möglich- und in der Abendsonne. Die Küche ist sehr fleischlastig, ich habe nur ein Gericht ohne Fleisch auf der Karte gefunden.

Wer Sport Bars/Restaurants mag ist hier richtig. Das Essen ist gut, das Kuchenangebot groß und sehr gut. Schön ist es, wenn das Wetter mitspielt draußen im Biergarten.

Waren vor'm Länderspiel kurz auf ein Getränk hier. Das Personal dürfte gerne freundlicher sein....

Normale Fußball Kneipe, Laute Musik und Bier

Immer ein Erlebnis, Mainzer Originale zutreffen.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen dort, das wieder sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Aber die Preise sind bei aller Verständnis für den Ausfall in der Coronazeit zu hoch. Ein Schnitzelgericht beginnt bei 17,50 €; ein Spezi 4,50 € und ein kleines Wasser 2,80 €. Das ist unserer Ansivht nach für ein Sportlokal zu hoch. Ein Stück Kuchen wird für 4,00 € angeboten. Das Essen hat vier Sterne verdient, aber wegen der Preise können wir nur 3 plus -Sterne vergeben.

Wir waren mal wieder im HaseKaste zu Abendessen. Wir haben uns im Internet die Speisekarte angeschaut und wollten dann sofort bestellen. Die Antwort war das ist Internet dann stimmt alles nicht mehr. Im Internet wird das Hacksteak mit Schaftskäsefüllung, Zwiebeln, Ajvar, Salat und Reis für 12,50 Euro angeboten. Für 14,50 Euro gab es dann das Hacksteak mit Zwiebeln, der Soße und einer Handvoll Pommes. Ach ja ein ganz kleines vertrocknetes Salatblatt und eine einzige kleine Scheibe einer Möhre gab es auch noch. Sehr überschaulich das Essen auf dem Teller und zu teuer. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir haben im freien gesessen und konnten mit Kreditkarte zahlen.

Ein Stern hätten Sie auch nicht verdient. Für Glass Wasser hat man 3,50 € bezahlt für meine Tochter. Es ist Abzocker. Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Würde auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlen.

Nach dem Spiel ist vor dem Spiel - kehrten hier beim Spiel gegen den SCF ein und fühlten uns sehr wohl, was nicht nur daran lag, dass wir dank unseres Nachnamens unbedingt hierher mussten. Sehr sehr freundliche Menschen und sauberes Lokal.
