If you want cheap, bad, and frozen food, then you've come to the right place. The best place for guaranteed stomach cramps and diarrhea. Definitely not recommended. Not to mention the cleanliness and hygiene.

The kebab is okay, but there are leaves in the restaurant and lots of mosquitoes flying around. It's questionable whether the back kitchen is clean or if the trash is taken out on time.

The food was never delivered. The restaurant claimed a driver was there and delivered it. They then show you photos of other locations, and they show different items than what was ordered. A complete rip-off! Order from somewhere other than this crappy place.

We came here spontaneously, and the cheeseburgers seemed expensive at €8.50 at first, but I have to admit, the burgers were very tasty and huge. The meat was fresh and medium rare. As I said, very tasty, very polite, and really good value for money. We'll definitely be back. 08/30/25 We're back, and the burgers didn't disappoint. Again, very tasty and not quite packed, even though it was just the burger without fries. We'd be happy to come back.

Wow Never Seen a Place that had every dish in Perfect quality.

You really managed to get my 1-star review deleted, shame on you. But the photo shows: 24,000 people saw it. Here it is again for everyone else: I ordered from Pizza Team in Mainz 4 years ago when I still lived in Neustadt. They'd had delivery issues before, but they were the only ones who delivered at late hours. Better than starving, I thought... The food arrived over an hour late. What arrived was absolutely disgusting... You can see it in the one picture that they didn't manage to get deleted. It was half-finished and stank. I couldn't eat it, even though I was really hungry after all that partying. They simply forgot my drink. And they didn't have any change, even though I'd specified how I was paying on Lieferando. The driver was also really rude and considered the extra money his tip. Now, years later, I look at my reviews on Google, and what do I see? Only the photo remains (they apparently couldn't delete it), and the review with almost 26,000 views is gone. This is the worst. You're pouring money into removing reviews instead of simply improving your service and the quality of your food. My conclusion: The place should be closed for the poor quality and hygiene of the food. It's a disgrace, but you can see from the other reviews what you're letting yourself in for if mine isn't convincing enough.

Pizza was delivered quickly, pizza was ok.

We often order from Pizza Team via Lieferando and have been completely satisfied every time. No matter what we order, it always tastes amazing! The quality, taste, and service are simply top-notch here.

Ordered food online for 1.5 hours (1:45 a.m.) and waited five calls for delivery. Then a cheeky driver called and said he could take the food back home because he couldn't find the street, and forgot the Coke. I'll never order from there again, and everything hasn't been fresh for a long time. Absolute disappointment.

The food was nothing special and card payments are not possible.

I love fries and order them almost every time. The fries that came with it weren't completely fresh, there were also old (reheated) fries in there. I didn't want to say that, but I ordered again today and it's the same again: the fries aren't fresh and don't taste good.

I ordered a pizza, which was very tasty and rather unique. Not like other stanni pizzas, but with a different, good dough and ingredients. It tastes almost like a stone-baked pizza. The prices are reasonable, and a 30cm pizza is easily filling.

We ordered as a school (19 pizzas). We ordered these 19 pizzas from the pizza team at around 11:00 a.m. and said that they should be at our school by 2:00 p.m. (we gave them the address). At 2:06 p.m. we called the driver because he wasn't there. He said he was already there but at a different address, which was only 5 minutes from our school. Then we sent him the correct address after we tried several times. He said he needed 5 minutes. After 6 minutes we called him again and asked where he was. He got even angrier and hung up. When he finally arrived, he was doing at least 60 in a 30 zone and almost ran us and our teacher over. Then he slammed his brakes on the brakes in the driveway, slammed the door and started shouting at us. When we finally got our pizzas half an hour late, one was missing. Then he ended up demanding travel expenses. We called again that same evening and complained. The person we spoke to said we had only ordered 18 pizzas, but the driver had said when delivering the pizza that one was missing. A day later we called again to speak to the boss and this boss yelled and shouted at us again and then simply hung up. She said it wasn't her fault. In any case, we don't recommend ordering from there because, firstly, the pizza was cold, the cheese was like rubber and, secondly, a few of the wrong pizzas were delivered.

It's actually really great here. The pizza could be a bit better, but the kebab plate is really generous, especially when ordered, more than at any other restaurant in Mainz.

We often order from Pizza-Team via Lieferando and are always impressed by the taste. The burger is simply amazing for the price; it's huge and incredibly delicious. The kebab portion is also enormous. Special requests are ALWAYS honored. Whether it's asking for extra pasta sauce or, for example, adding or omitting certain ingredients to a dish. You can always rely on the team and their preparation!

DISASTROPHIC, DON'T ORDER HERE!! I requested a delivery and it was 60 minutes late, and they forgot the cutlery!! The apology was simply "Have a nice day." The pizza was extremely soggy and tasted like damp cardboard. Trust me: DON'T ORDER HERE.

The doner kebabs are simply fantastic: fresh ingredients, and in terms of taste, they're among the best I've ever tasted... And there have been a few. And when you get such friendly service like here, always with a smile on your face, I can only recommend this snack bar!

I had a €5 student kebab. It was good, but the sauce tasted like mayo.

I ordered my food around 10:30 p.m. and didn't receive it until around 12:50 a.m. According to Lieferando, the delivery was incorrectly marked as delivered at 11:03 p.m. I've never experienced anything like this before. There was no apology from either the restaurant or the driver - on the contrary, the driver was unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. The delivery service actually deserves minus points, and the taste of the food is 1-2 stars at best. Really disappointing.

The Napoli pizza bread and the pizza rolls tasted surprisingly good, although the latter cannot be enjoyed without garlic dip. I would always order it. The food was delivered quickly, but unfortunately delivery costs of €3.50 were above average. The portions were large and you will be full. The food is of course not of particular quality, but it is definitely okay.

The order came on time. 1 deserved star for that. The Caesar salad was just disgusting. The chicken was so tough and hard that you could hardly swallow it. Pizza with cheese was burnt on the bottom (black spots) and just extremely salty and sticky on top. Way too expensive for the quality. Never again!

Pizza dough mostly crispy, hot on the table. Ingredients quite good. For the price I absolutely recommend it. Come again. (Neighbouring table schnitzel plate was huge)

Review for Pizza Team in Mainz I regularly order from Pizza Team in Mainz and am usually very satisfied. The burger in particular is always excellent - great size, good portion size, and great taste. The fast delivery and fair prices are also a big plus. However, this time I was disappointed with the tiramisu. The ground was unusually solid, it looked strange at the top and didn't seem fresh. Unfortunately, today wasn't a good day and I felt a bit sick afterwards. It's a shame because I always really liked tiramisu. Apart from that, Pizza Team remains a reliable address with good quality for me - I just hope the dessert is better next time.

Probably the most disgusting döner i had my entire life! Food was delivered sooner than my scheduled time. They forgot my sauces. And somehow there was raw meat in my Döner sandwich! Lost appetite two bites in. Never ordering again.

I'm really disappointed with the quality. The last time, a few months ago, there were exactly the same problems. The pizza was floppy and undercooked - I had to bake it at home so that the raw dough no longer tasted good. The taste was okay, but that alone just wasn't enough. The tiramisu is an absolute disgrace, it has nothing to do with what it once was. It seems as if it's all about maximizing profits instead of quality. For 26 euros I really expect better food, and not something so disgusting. That was definitely the last time I ordered here.

I just ordered 4 burgers from Lieferando and then called immediately and wanted to cancel 2 burgers. On the phone he said the order was already ready, which can't be because I called 1 minute after ordering and the Lieferando said delivery will be delivered in 30 minutes, so unfriendly didn't even say hello and hung up right on my face and was still talking. So I'll never order anything there again. I ordered a pizza back then and it arrived almost raw. I even had to put my pizza back in the oven so that the dough was cooked through.

After a long day at work, I ordered a pizza bread and squid rings with rice. The pizza was burnt and the squid rings were old and hard, almost like stones - clearly not fresh. The garlic sauce was curds with herbs instead of what I expected. In addition, the cheesecake we ordered didn't come. The driver said he would catch up, but I didn't get a call back or a message. For 36 euros there was only burnt, expired food and no cheesecake. I've never written such a bad review before, but this experience was just too bad.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We used to love ordering from Pizza Team, but unfortunately we no longer do so. We had a gypsy schnitzel, a kebab plate with rice, pizza rolls with sucuk and a margarita. The gypsy schnitzel tastes like warm curry and ketchup. The meat on the kebab plate is mushy and the rice isn't salted. The margarita is as thin as a sheet of paper. The only thing that was okay was the pizza rolls. The delivery man was very nice, but the food took forever to arrive.

I ordered, so you can't expect hot food after 45 minutes. Nevertheless, the Sucuk pizza with chicken was rather lukewarm. The pizza tastes cheaply made. Tomato sauce tastes like ready-made sauce from the supermarket. Overall, the pizza tasted more like a frozen pizza with ready-made ingredients. The kebab with house sauce was okay. Overall, the filling was too inhomogeneous, so that you come across huge islands of red cabbage, but then a huge mountain of meat without sauce. The bread was partly soggy and the meat was rather semi-seasoned. Therefore only a 3/5

Fantastic food and great portions! I've been to the pizza team in Mainz several times and I'm thrilled every time! The food is simply fantastic - the pizzas are perfectly prepared, the ingredients are fresh and the portions are really generous. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault! The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The service is top! I always look forward to my next visit and can only recommend the pizza team to everyone. I always enjoy coming here!

Good prices and fast delivery, even late at night

Very good meat, very fresh salad and very good bread. Only the distribution in the kebab was a bit strange and it didn't taste very consistent. The whole salad on top and the meat on the bottom. There was also a lot of staff there, few customers and still a very long waiting time.

1 kebap not delivered enough, didn't receive the right drinks, didn't want to correct it or return money, the food wasn't tasty either, a shame.

Unfortunately it's always a disappointment. The last 5 times I've been there, none of the food was really well done. Neither the meat from the kebab nor the dough from the pizza. The meat is very fatty. Anyone who has ever bitten into cold ham knows what to expect in terms of taste. Even after asking to throw the dough back into the oven, it still doesn't come back through. There's also a new bell that rings excessively loudly every time someone calls. You almost have a heart attack every time (especially in connection with the fatty food). You just want to get away.
