It's not without reason that L'Orchidea wins awards. Absolutely delicious, and the people are incredibly friendly. Pro tip: Pizza bread with garlic and extra cheese. 🫠

Unfortunately there was no visit. I reserved a table for 4 people via an online portal and received a reservation confirmation including a reservation number. Reservation times outside of opening hours are displayed. Unfortunately the place was closed. We went out to eat "In the Heart of Africa" ​​at short notice and had a wonderful experience.

Pizzeria Jelapi is run by an older Italian couple. As soon as you enter, after a short while of finding your way around, you are quickly greeted by a German-Italian atmosphere. Despite being slightly confusing, the menu has a wide variety of food. The prices - apart from the pizza - are more than reasonable. The Pizzeria Jelapi impresses with its Italian charm when ordering. While you are welcomed, you quickly feel at home. The food tasted authentically Italian, the dishes were fresh and beautifully prepared. The service took great care of us and served us courteously. The owners seemed personable, nice and very welcoming. All in all, an Italian restaurant that I would happily go to again.

Very cozy little sushi shop :) Owner is very friendly, prices are reasonable and food is tasty. Overall, it's not a place to eat on-site, but rather to pick up or order. Gladly again!

After over an hour, they sent me two apple strudels instead of two tiramisu, and I don't eat apple strudel, just like I ordered a regular Fanta but got a Fanta Light. The pizza was delicious, though!

The service is particularly attentive and courteous. There were playing cards, but unfortunately only small decks. The table was a bit full and there was a bowl with three Tuc cookies in which there were as many cookies as there were crumbs. Yugoslavian music was playing on YouTube music and unfortunately often with long commercials. We were there for two hours and had to leave because there was so much cigarette smoke in the room that our eyes burned.

Lokal etwas versteckt. Jedenfalls nicht leicht zu finden. Bedienung freundlich. Bemängeln kann man die Sauberkeit der Tische. Eingetrockneter Vogelkot zeugt nicht von großem Interesse an einladener Atmosphäre. Der Spargel war unterschiedlich gegart, teils fest, teils noch hart. Bei den Schnitzeln war die extra bestellte grüne Sauce ziemlich fest. Einen Löffel gab's nicht gleich dazu.

I was there for the first time, but certainly not the last. The pizza was excellent as was the salad. The service was very friendly and you really felt very familiar, even though you didn't know each other - that's how good service should work! And the prices are absolutely right too!

I didn't know about the restaurant until recently. I find the restaurant simple but beautiful. The terrace invites you to linger. The food is very tasty, the portions are generous and the conditions are very friendly. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. I'd love to come back.

There are few restaurants on the Rhine where you can sit so comfortably. The food is also highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location with incredible breakfast. There is also two restaurants in the hotel, including a Michelin star. The jacuzzi and spa on the top floor has an incredible view and is very relaxing. Perfectly located by the park in a very quiet part of Mainz.

One of the best Asian restaurants in Mainz. Fresh food, good curries. Greek vegetables.
