Nice restaurant, great atmosphere, delicious food, but the portion could have been a little larger. And so my recommendation!

A burger restaurant like many others. Friendly staff. We went here on a recommendation. There were probably fries included with the burger. We had to order them separately during our visit. The burgers tasted okay. But for the same money I can get more food elsewhere.

Super nice location right on the Rhine with a really good concept. Super nicely decorated, extremely friendly staff and a good selection of burgers. An all-round carefree package is definitely guaranteed here. The prices of the various products are absolutely fair. I can only recommend everyone to take a look there. I tried the Double Smash Burger once, which is super tasty in its basic idea, but it lacks a bit of acid as a component. I would recommend pickled onions in apple vinegar to provide a little contrast. The chicken burger was extremely convincing with its breading. I've rarely had such good chicken. Unfortunately, it is not in one piece and various parts fall out easily. But that doesn't harm the citizen. Basically it's the same thing here as with the Double Smashburger in that there's still one component missing. This could be topped with a little more, the ranch sauce for the burger is great!

Burgerheart Mainz is an amazing spot for a great dining experience! The beef in the burgers was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cheese was also top-notch, and the bread was a standout feature, really fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. It added so much to the overall taste, and I really loved it! The service, atmosphere, and interior design were all wonderful, enjoyable, peaceful, and thoughtfully done. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the river, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to sit by the window for the best view, it’s worth it! The only downside was when we went to pay the bill. The staff member who handled it wasn’t as friendly as we’d hoped. She seemed serious and lacked the warmth and kindness we experienced throughout the rest of the visit, which felt a bit out of place. Overall, though, Burgerheart Mainz is a fantastic restaurant, and I’ll definitely be returning many times. Everything else was truly excellent!

Ordered from Uber Eats. Food felt like it came straight from the fridge. Burger was almost frozen really disastrous. The chicken was raw from my salad. I can say from experience that the cocktails don't even taste good. We complained over the phone, criticism was not accepted and the service was rude on the phone. I definitely won't be ordering there again.

Burger was so good, the drink was even better, price is good, good service as well, it was busy so one staff forgot cutlery for the ice cream and made a bit mistake for the receipt, no problems, it‘s normal when it is busy and good thing is that they are well-mannered.

Burgerheart has a large selection of plant-based burgers. The Beyond-meet burgers are impressive in terms of taste, but are quite small overall. The taste of the pattie is almost indistinguishable from real meat and the sauces are spicy and well balanced. The side dishes were normal average. The price-performance ratio is a bit too high for this. The ambience is particularly beautiful outside with a view of the Rhine, especially when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, it can get a bit noisy inside with a lot of guests and you may have to wait a little longer. The service is nice and the selection of drinks is varied.

We had made reservations for 6:15 p.m. in the evening because we had planned to be at an event in the hall at 8 p.m. You would think that there would be enough time for eating. Yes, not if you have to wait over an hour for your food and don't get any information about it. When the food came, the fries (which themselves are absolutely standard frozen fries) were already quite cold. Another problem with my pulled pork burger was that there were paper pads on the fancy metal plates that served as plate replacements, which were soggy and weren't fun to eat. The fact that you have to pay so much for sauce and ketchup with your meal is also not pleasant. Btw. There are no menus on site, they are only available digitally.

The location is quite interesting, some of the places have a direct view of the Rhine. In my opinion, the prices are very high for the quality, just typical of Mainz.

Although the delivery time was very short, the food was almost cold. In any case, there was no longer any mention of warmth. Loaded fries are like a tragedy, guacamole is dismal, sour cream is tasteless and mild. Fries themselves served unseasoned. And now to the burger. I chose the NY Chili Cheese. There was talk of caramelized onions, of which there was ultimately no sign. Most of the jalapeños were already brown and I don't even need to start talking about the spiciness. Anas helped me from reservation until the time we have finished our event at the resto. It would be so difficult to reserve for us as we are 16 people then we became 18 in the end but Anas really found a way to give us a really good spot in the venue. That was really great. Burgers were amazing! Fries, onion rings etc made all happy as well as the drinks. It wasnt my first time at Burgerheart but it is one of those few locations that is with a good view (altho we were quite away from the windows but still we see the river), good ambiance and food. It really set our early christmas party mood. Happy we chose this as our venue for the last party of the year.

Very nice burger restaurant very near to Hilton hotel. Beautiful location on the river side. Great service and good food. Burger was very tasty and balanced. Maybe could had been a bit bigger dish. The french fries might had needed some little twist but the dip was again great. All in all, very good experience and I can warmly recommend.

The smash burger was really very good and so were the fries, but the price was a bit over the top. Dip for the fries €2.20 is really borderline. The Aperol was anything but good, more in one glass than the other and too many ice cubes in both. It's a shame but all in all not worth a second visit!

The food was delicious and the service was very nice. The only point of improvement would be the avocado dip. This would have to be refined with lemon. Little tip: go to the toilet and press the red button ;)

If you're in the mood for crushed ice, you've come to the right place! After an event in the Rheingold Hall we went here again for a cocktail. The glasses were filled to the brim with crushed ice, the drink itself was more of a homeopathic dose. It was probably the first and last time we were here.

Tolles Essen, freundlicher Service und großartige Aussicht! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend in diesem Restaurant. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen kam unglaublich schnell. Wir bestellten Zwiebelringe, Pommes, sowie den Chuck Norris und White BBQ Chicken Burger – alles war hervorragend zubereitet und hat wirklich lecker geschmeckt. Besonders schön war es, draußen zu sitzen, denn man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Rhein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Die Burger waren gut, der Salat eher so lala, die Fritten sehr gut. Unser Platz war mittelmässig, der Tisch war eng bestuhlt, es gibt aber auch gute Sitzplätze in dem Laden, nur hatten wir keinen davon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, da kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Alles in allem ist der Laden absolut in Ordnung, das er jedoch so voll war, hat mich gewundert.

The price/performance ratio is not right. The burgers and the side dishes were good, but nothing special and especially the burgers were a bit too small for the price. The lemonade was very tasty. But when €6.50 is charged for a medium-sized glass that has been filled to at least 40% with ice cubes (see picture / some of it had already melted), something is wrong. The service was nice, but couldn't answer the simplest questions when ordering and skillfully ignored requests for changes. The ambience right by the window was great!

I never actually rate locations. But it was so great. The waitresses were super nice. The Burner's "New York Burger". The fries are as special as they used to be only at Burger King before they eventually became common there. And the “Chili Cheese Dipp” was also super tasty. Nachdem ich gestern so begeistert war musste ich heute gleich noch mal kommen 😃. Alles war wieder top. Ein riesen Lob an den Barista. Der Milchschaum beim Latte Macchiato war fest und weich zugleich. Strange to mysterious is probably the best way to describe our visit to Burger Heart. A completely confused employee on the phone couldn't do anything with our information that we would be arriving 10 minutes later, but promised to call back straight away, which didn't happen. We then easily got a seat on site (as reserved, on the first floor by the window). Card only with QR CODE on your cell phone? Well, I like to physically browse, but it's 2024, I get it. Burgers were really good (they come without a side dish, by the way), but the "Loaded Fries" were rather sprinkled with toppings and unfortunately only lukewarm. And only such small, thin Megges stems. At that price I expect more. Even though we hadn't finished eating yet, they tried to pull the tray out from under my arms three times. "Can I relieve her of the tray?" - "No.". "Can I also remove the tray for them? - "No!!". I liked the tray. It protected the table from falling french fries topping. Because the fries were still in the middle of the table. On the third attempt to clear them I gave up then beaten. That was kind of funny, but also disturbing. Likewise the 4 (!!) wasps that we bravely caught with glass and a card. Well the first one was grabbed by a waiter. Or was it the same wasp that kept making its way to the first floor? Kind of weird. Just like the interaction with the service staff. That was kind of funny too. All in all, the visit wasn't a good one, which gives me a well-intentioned 4 stars overall. But I believe that was an individual fate. If you want good burgers with a view of the Rhine and are prepared to pay just under €15 without fries, give it a try!

Ich bewerte eigentlich nie Locations. Aber es war so super. Die Bedienungen mega nett. Der "New York Burger" der Burner. Allerdings sollte man ggf. auf Menschenmassen gefasst sein, denn die Location ist groß und will gefüllt sein. Meine Schwester kann bezeugen das ich sonst jedesmal meckere, wenn ich irgendwo Burger gegessen habe. Diesmal war es jedoch das glatte Gegenteil. Ich war gestern Abend zwar erst im burgerheart, werde aber voraussichtlich heute bei Geschäftsöffnung direkt wieder kommen. Und das trotz der langen Anfahrt. Essen hier macht süchtig 💖👍🏻.

Food was good, selection especially vegetarian/vegan was good. Unfortunately the price is too expensive. The service wasn't good. The waiter turns away several times while ordering and therefore takes the order incorrectly. Ambience: Despite a reservation, we were seated at a place by the stairs and in the middle of the hallway. The plastic plants hang in your face. The waiters sprint past you. When other guests were seated, the waiter also came very, very close to us. After carefully asking whether we could go to one of the other free tables, we were told “everything was reserved”. It would have been ok if other people from below couldn't choose a table upstairs.

The places is fine, quite Instagrammable spot… burgers are nothing special … service is fast. The prices are a bit high to be served a burger on a metal tray.

All around a great restaurant, right on the Mainz promenade. Has a lot to choose from and everyone, whether Muslim or vegan, will find something. The service staff are also attentive and very friendly. My son wanted to eat burgers for his birthday. We thought the burgers were tasty, but the price-performance ratio didn't convince us. 5.5€ for a portion of fries is really expensive and then there isn't even a dip included. A small bowl of sour cream costs €2.20 wow, that's completely overpriced. For the price of fries, I would expect at least a dipping sauce to be included. Drinks are also quite expensive, so we'll probably look for another burger place next time

You pay €5.50 for a comparatively really SMALL portion of fries 😂😭 Sweet potato fries even €6.50. The burgers start at €11.50 and up. I'm a pretty short woman and didn't get full for the first time in a restaurant, so spending over €20 (without a drink) is unfortunately too much for me. And the burgers tasted really bad, the meat was dry and hard, the sauce tasted like one from the supermarket. I say anyone can do it better at home for less money! I won't go there anymore. Edit: Yes, of course I'm happy that your meat is so big and organic (i.e. 3x bigger than normal patties is a lie), but I was concerned about the absolutely outrageous prices for fries

Mein Veggie-Burger war okay, aber nicht herausragend. In den Pommes waren wohl Speckwürfel. Hatte ich übersehen. Ich fand es recht teuer für Burger.

Burgers are good, but smaller and fewer than 2-3 years ago. Drinks are too expensive. Homemade lemonade or iced tea for €6.50 is simply too expensive. We are thinking about whether we will go again. We no longer want to afford 110€ for 4 people with 4x burgers, 3x fries and 6 drinks.

Great location by the river. Young, fresh and definitely visit the ladies' toilet!

First of all: The food was super delicious. The burger was really juicy and hot when it came to the table, the fries (with topping) were delicious and crispy. I would definitely come back again for the food. The design of the store is also beautifully done. What I didn't like was the price-performance ratio of the drinks. The glasses are full of ice and as a result there is little drinkable content in the glasses. A non-alcoholic Caipi in a small (0.2l or 0.3l) glass, half filled with crushed ice and consumed in two sips, 8 EUR. That just doesn't fit. The service was nice, but no one thought to ask if they wanted anything else. You always had to try to call someone if you wanted something else and unfortunately the old, empty glasses weren't cleared away when new drinks were brought. Therefore not the full “score” for me. There is still room for improvement here (in a positive sense). Because the food is really great!

Das essen und auch die Getränke war lecker und schnell da. Der Service war die reinste Katastrophe, wir mussten lange auf Bedingungen warten. Es wurde mehrfach von verschiedenen Personen an unseren leeren Tellern und Gläsern vorbei gegangen und auch nach 20 Minuten waren diese noch immer nicht abgeräumt, geschweige denn wurden wir gefragt ob wir noch etwas möchten. die Bedienungen (verschiedene) ziehen eine Schnute und zeigen ihre Unlust mehr als deutlich!! Ja der Job ist stressig, aber sollte ein Gast mitbekommen und gezeigt bekommen? Wir haben einen Nachtisch bestellt, wie in der Karte Crème Brûlèe mit einem Espresso als Nachlass, dieses Angebot bekommt man, trotz Auszeichnung und Ansprache nicht!! Wir hatten den Kellner darauf angesprochen uns bekamen zu hören, er könne es nicht mehr ändern es ist jetzt im System das nächste mal sollen wir es vorher sagen. Ich wusste nicht das es meine Aufgabe als Gast ist, dem person die Angebote nahe zu legen?! Für das Essen, Getränke und die Aussicht würden wir wieder kommen, aber für den Service nie wieder!!

My friends and I ate here for the first time. The food is very disappointing for the price. The double smash burger tasted very neutral. The meat and burger sauce had no real taste. The size of the burger was also manageable and all for €15.50? My sweet potato fries were also over-fried and 80% of the time I only had very small pieces/snippets of fries and that for €6.50. Don't forget the normal mayo, for which you also pay 70 cents extra. All in all very disappointing and not recommended if you compare other self-made burger shops around Mainz.

It's nice to sit on the first floor, the service is friendly, but the size of the burgers is more than cheeky considering the price. A DOUBLE SMASH BURGER with two patties for 15.50 euros was smaller than a big Mac, the lemonade for 6.50 for 0.3l filled with ice and a coleslaw in a mini bowl is very bold. But apparently nobody cares, the restaurant is full, I can't understand the complaining of the restaurants. People come and pay for these mini portions. Too bad. ADDENDUM to the owner's comment: Of course I know that everything has become more expensive and that every employee is paid FAIR, you hear and read that all the time. Nevertheless, as a guest I would like to be full if I spend a total of 26 euros on a burger, coleslaw and a small soda. This wasn't the case and I left with my stomach growling. The three diners felt the same way.

Ambience on the Rhine is great, the rest is a flop, starting with the menu via QR code and cell phone, the burger is outrageously expensive and looks like a children's burger Pinocchio. All the best for your future, let's see if you're still around when we visit Mainz again.
