A delicious smash burger with great fries. The vegan options are also delicious. The view of the Rhine completes the experience perfectly.

There are few restaurants on the Rhine where you can sit so comfortably. The food is also highly recommended.

Fries were cold, but we got new ones straight away.

Smash burgers would have been okay for under €10. They're "okay"—not bad, but there are two better ones in Mainz. Unfortunately, I guess the owner has to pay for the good location in the form of high rent. The fries were "okay." The cheese sauce was cold and from a packet—sorry, that's not acceptable! They could have had more fries and larger patties. The drinks were good.

Great location, delicious food and above all a really great team! I spoke to three different employees - all warm, attentive and professional. There were nine of us and we had been warned that the food might come staggered - but it came really quickly. Sorry for the picture of the empty plate – I was too hungry. See you next time!

Burgerheart has a great location, the staff is nice and quick, but I don't think the price-performance ratio is good. You have to buy everything individually, and the burgers are too expensive for their quality and size. I would only go there again with a discount otherwise it would be too expensive

Perfect burgers, all special requests catered for. Everything totally fresh. Mega selection of fries and totally delicious. Service was very friendly, everyone had fun and very quickly. It's been a long time since I've had such a good Long Island Ice Tea. If we could give 10 stars we would. We'll be back...

Always well attended, which speaks for the location and makes reservations sensible. Great view of the Rhine from above and from the outside area. For my personal feeling: Nice unemotionality, good quality, OK taste. Prices for burgers OK, very nice vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Prices for side dishes too high. Service attentive distanced. Toilet on the day of our visit was just ok. All in all, a nice location with potential for significantly more.

The burgers are pretty good, but honestly nothing exceptional. French fries and sweet potato fries are large portions. Many variations of vegetarian and vegan burgers.

Tried this restaurant a while ago because the pictures are very clear. The atmosphere is very colorful and modern. If you're lucky, you'll get a seat at the window and have a direct view of the Rhine. Unfortunately the food is nothing more than mediocre. The burgers are small and expensive. In terms of taste, nothing new compared to the other burger chains out there. The service is young and friendly. Unfortunately, that's not enough to ignore the food. I wouldn't visit the restaurant again, there are just too many burger shops and this one doesn't stand out.

For me personally, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here. However, the sweet potato fries tasted very good and neither of us were impressed with the burgers. But they were fine for us. We won't come again.

5 stars – absolutely deserved! The service from Valerie and Max at Burgerheart was simply outstanding! Both of them made us feel welcome from the first moment with genuine warmth, attentiveness and a smile on their faces. Despite the full house, they always remained friendly, courteous and always had an open ear for our wishes. This makes going out to eat really fun – thank you for a great evening! We'll definitely be back!

Good burger. Even without a reservation, even though it was full, we only had a short wait to get a table.

The location is absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time for service. Due to the “hype”, we perhaps had a little too high expectations and unfortunately were unable to understand them after eating. Price-performance ratio is somewhat higher.

Not a great store. Were sent up at 10pm even though he was open until 1am. We also had to wait 40 minutes in an empty shop for a café that tasted like water.

The store is really nicely decorated and the staff is also very nice. Unfortunately the food was super bad, the mushroom cream loaded fries were inedible and the double smash citizen was simply poor in quality. Overall the food wasn't justified for the price...

We were there for the first time and discovered it on the map by chance. Very friendly staff. Food was fresh and very tasty. You can't complain about the price because the burgers and the side dishes were great. Dessert was also very tasty, the hot chocolate cake with a peanut butter core was a dream.

I can't say anything about the food (yet), we just had something to drink. Great location, nice employees. On the next visit we will eat, everything looked very tasty!

Reservation recommended, it is very busy. Price/performance is okay (good portion, but it also costs a lot). Burger tastes good, but it's nothing special. Comparable to other franchises (extra sheet,...).

I'd come even if you only had loaded fries on the menu! But with Aperol, it's twice as much fun. I feel completely at home here and look forward to my next visit!

Nice staff, wanted to move us because we were a bit cold at the place. It was quick and uncomplicated. The waitress was nice. Order also came quickly. So we are regular guests and super satisfied.

Quite a nice location, located directly on the Rhine with a very nice view of the water. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. The burgers were good, but too small for the price. It was tasty, but nothing more. I will no longer visit Burgerheart. Service and ambience are really top notch.

Please do not order to go. The probability that something is missing from the burger or that there is something on it that isn't supposed to is apparently very high. When I called to ask, the person immediately knew which burger I was talking about, so I think it was clear when I picked it up that the burger wasn't right, but assumed it wouldn't be noticeable. When I picked up the replacement burger, there was a dry “sorry”. It was definitely something unique.

The food was disappointing. I felt like the ingredients were lower quality - the beef had a strange texture and the cheese had very little taste. Overall it seemed like they place an emphasis on presentation and atmosphere, but then serve low quality food.

Really nice place to go have a deluxe burger! Located right beside the Rhine River and the Hilton Hotel. They have a beautiful patio looking over the water which is fun especially in the summer time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great with neon signs, little booths, dim lights, foliage everywhere and nice music playing. All the food we ordered was really good but the burger I ordered “Double patty smash burger” was so delicious. The prices are really decent for the quality food we ate. The service was really good, welcoming, polite and efficient. Highly recommend you try this joint! GOOD JOB 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A burger restaurant like many others. Friendly staff. We went here on a recommendation. There were probably fries included with the burger. We had to order them separately during our visit. The burgers tasted okay. But for the same money I can get more food elsewhere.

Super nice location right on the Rhine with a really good concept. Super nicely decorated, extremely friendly staff and a good selection of burgers. An all-round carefree package is definitely guaranteed here. The prices of the various products are absolutely fair. I can only recommend everyone to take a look there. I tried the Double Smash Burger once, which is super tasty in its basic idea, but it lacks a bit of acid as a component. I would recommend pickled onions in apple vinegar to provide a little contrast. The chicken burger was extremely convincing with its breading. I've rarely had such good chicken. Unfortunately, it is not in one piece and various parts fall out easily. But that doesn't harm the citizen. Basically it's the same thing here as with the Double Smashburger in that there's still one component missing. This could be topped with a little more, the ranch sauce for the burger is great!

Burgerheart Mainz is an amazing spot for a great dining experience! The beef in the burgers was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cheese was also top-notch, and the bread was a standout feature, really fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. It added so much to the overall taste, and I really loved it! The service, atmosphere, and interior design were all wonderful, enjoyable, peaceful, and thoughtfully done. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the river, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to sit by the window for the best view, it’s worth it! The only downside was when we went to pay the bill. The staff member who handled it wasn’t as friendly as we’d hoped. She seemed serious and lacked the warmth and kindness we experienced throughout the rest of the visit, which felt a bit out of place. Overall, though, Burgerheart Mainz is a fantastic restaurant, and I’ll definitely be returning many times. Everything else was truly excellent!

Ordered from Uber Eats. Food felt like it came straight from the fridge. Burger was almost frozen really disastrous. The chicken was raw from my salad. I can say from experience that the cocktails don't even taste good. We complained over the phone, criticism was not accepted and the service was rude on the phone. I definitely won't be ordering there again.

Burger was so good, the drink was even better, price is good, good service as well, it was busy so one staff forgot cutlery for the ice cream and made a bit mistake for the receipt, no problems, it‘s normal when it is busy and good thing is that they are well-mannered.

Burgerheart has a large selection of plant-based burgers. The Beyond-meet burgers are impressive in terms of taste, but are quite small overall. The taste of the pattie is almost indistinguishable from real meat and the sauces are spicy and well balanced. The side dishes were normal average. The price-performance ratio is a bit too high for this. The ambience is particularly beautiful outside with a view of the Rhine, especially when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, it can get a bit noisy inside with a lot of guests and you may have to wait a little longer. The service is nice and the selection of drinks is varied.

We had made reservations for 6:15 p.m. in the evening because we had planned to be at an event in the hall at 8 p.m. You would think that there would be enough time for eating. Yes, not if you have to wait over an hour for your food and don't get any information about it. When the food came, the fries (which themselves are absolutely standard frozen fries) were already quite cold. Another problem with my pulled pork burger was that there were paper pads on the fancy metal plates that served as plate replacements, which were soggy and weren't fun to eat. The fact that you have to pay so much for sauce and ketchup with your meal is also not pleasant. Btw. There are no menus on site, they are only available digitally.

The restaurant looks very modern and in summer you have a nice view. You won't be disappointed in terms of taste, but if you're hungry beyond the normal range, we recommend eating another pound of fries per person 😂

Although the delivery time was very short, the food was almost cold. In any case, there was no longer any mention of warmth. Loaded fries are like a tragedy, guacamole is dismal, sour cream is tasteless and mild. Fries themselves served unseasoned. And now to the burger. I chose the NY Chili Cheese. There was talk of caramelized onions, of which there was ultimately no sign. Most of the jalapeños were already brown and I don't even need to start talking about the spiciness. Salad is also very soggy (yes, I know it's also due to the delivery) and mostly brown. Not recommended

Anas helped me from reservation until the time we have finished our event at the resto. It would be so difficult to reserve for us as we are 16 people then we became 18 in the end but Anas really found a way to give us a really good spot in the venue. That was really great. Burgers were amazing! Fries, onion rings etc made all happy as well as the drinks. It wasnt my first time at Burgerheart but it is one of those few locations that is with a good view (altho we were quite away from the windows but still we see the river), good ambiance and food. It really set our early christmas party mood. Happy we chose this as our venue for the last party of the year.

The french fries might had needed some little twist but the dip was again great. All in all, very good experience and I can warmly recommend.

The smash burger was really very good and so were the fries, but the price was a bit over the top. Dip for the fries €2.20 is really borderline. The Aperol was anything but good, more in one glass than the other and too many ice cubes in both. It's a shame but all in all not worth a second visit!

The food was delicious and the service was very nice. The only point of improvement would be the avocado dip. This would have to be refined with lemon. Little tip: go to the toilet and press the red button ;)
