Very tasty food and very friendly service, we would love to come back!

Stubbe Brot beats every burger! Recommendation: without hollandaise sauce.

For the most part very friendly and attentive staff, food is freshly made and delicious.

Unfortunately, after yesterday's experience, we can no longer recommend the restaurant. The food is still good, but the price/performance ratio is no longer good. You feel ripped off. After complaining about two invoice items, service offered us the opportunity to bring the boss to the table, which we welcomed. But she didn't show up just as much as the boss. Our complaint was “dismissed” with the words “that’s just the way it is here”. We've eaten there a lot in the last few years, even with a larger group, and have always supported the restaurant even during the Corona period, but that's definitely over now. Too bad...

SERVICE, DISASTER, HAD TO MAKE ATTENTION THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO ORDER DRINKS. WAIT FOR A LONG TIME AND THEN IT WAS NOT OK. A GUEST HAD TO GO IN 3X TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOMETHING TO DRINK, HIS GLASS WAS THEN ONLY 0.4 INSTEAD OF 0 .5 L FILLED.THE PLACE WASN'T EXCESSIVELY FULL, SO YOU HAD TO DO SOMETHING Easily, BUT WE SAID, THE SERVICE WAS UNDERGROUND!!! FINALLY THERE WAS THE BILL FROM THE CALCULATOR, SINCE IT DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN THE CHECKOUT? THIS VISIT WAS A FAILURE, IT'S A Pity. WE WERE ALWAYS SATISFIED WHEN WE WERE THERE. PORTIONS OF SCHNITZEL VERY DIFFERENT IN SIZE?!

Always nice in the Stubb. You always meet someone, the innkeepers Jörg and Manu are always nice and in a good mood. I'd love to come here. Food delicious, beer and wine too😊

I really enjoy being there, it's such a familiar and great atmosphere. Great food and as pleasant as the service. I can only recommend it!

The food was quite ok. The drinks were only 3/4 full in places. In the guest room there is a relatively large dog running around among the guests, which is not possible at all. The waitress ripped us off, according to the card and receipt the meal was supposed to cost €16.90, but the good woman always wrote €18.90 on her note to add it up, which means €2 per person extra income plus the tip. Absolute disgrace, we won't be coming back here.

Great food, very friendly service, good price-performance ratio

So far we have enjoyed going to the SVW Stubb, but after today's experience that has become a long way off Service 0 stars: Absolute chaos, when friendly guests take over the serving, as the service is apparently tied up in the kitchen and therefore not available and they apologize to the other guests. We can't rate the food because after waiting 45 minutes we still couldn't order anything and left after paying for our drinks. This is unacceptable! Ambience 1* because of the friendly dog

Delicious food, cheap drinks. Atmosphere is ok. Just a “stub”. A Weisenau pub with good food.

Food is quite good and plentiful, although the owner's dog is always running around there, which is quite inappropriate in a restaurant. Interesting: the landlady has a voice like Clint Eastwood.

Chicken nice and juicy on the inside and outside Crispy. Very good. Worth recommending.

Wirklich sehr gute (neue) Kneipe/Restaurant am Vereinsgelände des SVW Mainz. Wirt und Bedienungen sind sehr nett und das Essen ist überdurchschnittlich gut. ☺️ Kleine Mankos: frühere Öffnungszeiten an Heimspieltagen am WE, etwas kalter, ungemütlicher Boden und der Außenbereich könnte aufgewertet werden! Ansonsten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Da eine andere Gaststätte wegen Corona geschlossen hatte, sind wir zufällig hier gelandet. Im Nachhinein eine glückliche Fügung, hier gab es leckeres Essen zu einem fairen Preis und der Service war auch super. Ich und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Allein müssen wir ja wieder kommen, um die, wie gesagt wird, besten Hühnchen der Stadt zu probieren.

Nettes Vereinslokal in Mainz Weisenau am Sportplatz. Innen - und Aussengastronomie auf der Terrasse. Speisekarte übersichtlich, Gut bürgerliche Küche ohne Schickimicki. Essen sehr lecker. Großzügige Portionen. Sehr nettes Personal. Weinschorle günstig. Aussen nur etwas laut, wenn nebenan Fussballtraining ist. Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Grillhähnchen am besten vorbestellen. Da gehen wir wieder hin. Empfehlung!

Super nette Bedienung und ein sehe toller und zuvorkommender Hausherr. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die preise sind durchschnittlich günstig. Wir kommen gerne noch mal hier essen .

Sehr nettes Personal. Obwohl es ein Sportlokal ist, ist es gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Essen ist auch besser als ich erwartet hatte. Die Schnitzeln für Senioren z.B. sind genau die richtige Portion für mich! Unser Chorstammtisch dienstags wird immer wieder gerne hingehen.
