I got food here twice to go, since I was staying in a hotel nearby. You order and pay at a self-serve kiosk, then wait for your food. It came out fairly fast. I ordered the original, I think. It was your basic fries with gravy and cheese curds. Maybe it was called the Montreal? I can’t remember for sure. Whatever it’s called, it tasted delicious. I especially loved the flavor of the gravy.

This chip shop brought us out of our darkest time. Deutsche Bahn had let us down again. Thanks to these crispy, spicy and lovingly prepared fries, we were able to feel something like happiness again. I can't think of a better place to eat fries. No matter which branch: it is always clean. The costs are sometimes high, so unfortunately I can't eat there every day. Maybe a customer campaign would be cool. At 10* order, maybe a portion of free fries. Then I would have more motivation to spend my money.

For the "sculpture" made of real plants, even if it attracts a lot of dust due to its type and design, I can only say that even if it doesn't suit everyone's taste, the creativity of the decor deserves praise.

A new type of fast food and a new business for me. Type "fries with ... and free extras). I haven't been looking for fries lately, but I had to try them. It didn't particularly excite me in terms of taste, but it's the only normal food (apart from kebab) at stations full of bakeries and McDonald's, etc. Clever (especially for foreigners) ordering system via a PC screen with pictures. I was just surprised by the large number of offers with the word "vegan". But I did find meat. It's just a shame that at least they don't provide metal cutlery (hopefully a dishwasher would fit somewhere). The environment looks new and cozy.

I ordered a bowl and had a hit in 6 minutes. The employee was very nice and accommodating and the guys who made my food were very quick, so I managed my train easily. The food was very tasty! Today - Whitsun Sunday (2024) - I accompanied friends of mine to the train. Immediately afterwards - 1:30 p.m. - I had lunch here at the "Frittenwerk" in the Mz'er Hbf. The fact that I don't come here dozens of times a month is not a result of my daily structure. BUT... whenever I enjoy my beloved "French fries with mayo" here at the Frittenwerk, in the Mz'er Hbf, I ALSO enjoy the consistently friendly (!) service, the ambience, etc.!! I feel that it is not the daily euro profits that play a role here - i.e. only the daily € turnover!! NO... the atmosphere is also present here. It basically invites you to stay longer!! What always stands out to me: The tables where guests eat their food are always clean, so the wait staff also keeps an eye on it! The entire space is so well maintained... so it's cleaned properly here too. Therefore also a PRAISE to the cleaning service!! In short: As a FAN of "French fries with mayonnaise", I am VERY happy to take the "detour" to the "Frittenwerk" in the Mz'er main station, even if other fries providers in the city center are cheaper for me...!!! For me it has to be the "Frittenwerk" in the Mz'er main station!!!

Fast service, decent sized portion, friendly staff. If you like it hot and greasy, you'll get your money's worth. The only drawback: The take-away cardboard boxes are good for the environment, but they start to sag at the corners after just a minute. After 20 minutes the whole floor is soggy and the box is dripping. Take extra wipes with you and don't put the box on your pants, suitcase or anything else.

Unfortunately the food was totally inconsistent... I eat there once a week: Sometimes I have the best fries in town - sometimes I have the worst. With the latter, the normal home fries taste like they haven't been cooked properly and with the sweet potatoes you have the feeling that they are gone and only the last "fragments" that you could find are fried. Service is always very nice!
