I ate a Wiener Schnitzel there. It wasn't fried in clarified butter as expected but came from the deep fryer. Wasn't worth the €28

Hello, it was very nice and funny. I was there with my girlfriend and a total of 3 children with strollers of course. We were able to order our food at the door even though it is a restaurant. So great. The waiter was very friendly. The fries and pizza Margherita were delicious. Next time we'll go in. We got hungry from so much playground 🤣 The fries were fresh and big and thick. Pizza was baked well. Thank you for the opportunity to order outside of the restaurant. Next time we'll come in. Keep it up 😃

We were invited to brunch, a birthday. :-) We were warmly welcomed, and that was about it for the positive. Oh yes, you were allowed to use your own decorations, which was really nice. The service decreased over time, there were only rolls and croissants. If you want bread, you're in the wrong place. It was slightly dirty. There was a puddle of coffee under a table and there was dirt at the entrance. It doesn't have to be that way, right? It smells very much like a toilet at the entrance. The small chocolate cake that was ordered cost a whopping 60 euros. Nothing would have been a problem if there had been Coppenrath and Wieso Torte. That seems a little bold, I have to say. There's still something going on and you can work on it, dear ones. Anyway, thank you for the birthday table. :-)

"Oven om Dönberg" is located on a country road, yet still idyllically situated, is the Landhaus Ewich. Just as it is in the Bergisches Land, slate-paneled under trees, with an inviting little garden in front of the house. We had ordered for 17 people and were greeted by a fully set Bergisches Land coffee table, where nothing was missing. Even the Indian blue of the dishes matched perfectly, as did the Dröppelminna (drinking mint) that sat decoratively in the middle of the table. Fast, friendly, and attentive service; everything was delicious. The waffles came as a "second round" and were complemented with cream and cherries upon request (for an extra charge). We were all thoroughly satisfied and felt at home, even though the "Schnäppsken" listed on the menu was missing.

The pizza was very good! Great both visually and tastefully!

The food, the service and everything else was, as always, good and friendly. We've been eating there for over 30 years. Nothing has changed qualitatively since then. Hence my clear recommendation.

The ambiance is beautiful and welcoming. The food is mediocre and nothing special, but it is a bit overpriced.

So I had never had such a disgusting experience, actually a case for the health department! I had ordered a pizza. The older lady (around 70-80) then asked me if I had 5-10 minutes. For me a pizza takes that long, so my answer was "yes, of course". Then she turned on the oven... well after 25 minutes she finally took out the pizza for the first time, the oven didn't seem to be really hot yet. This was confirmed when the lady lifted the pizza to the side, causing it to fold over... of course the cheese was completely stuck together. Wouldn't have been a problem for me, but then she grabbed the nearest rag!!, turned her back to me so I couldn't see anything and straightened the pizza and the cheese and quickly threw them back into the oven so that the melted cheese would spread again !!! I was flabbergasted... but kept watching... the lady took the pizza out 4 more times (!!) to see if it was done. As a result, it simply became tattered and looked like it had been put through a meat grinder. The cheese has already got a crust like a cheese roll from the bakery. Then I said that I had had enough and that I would definitely not accept such a pizza because I had never seen such a massacre before. The lady was totally horrified and showed me her great work up close and she had been baking pizza for 58 years... I felt a little sorry for the lady, but she was visibly overwhelmed and the rag thing is okay not. First wipe the counter with it and then put it on the cheese and hope it works again? So at some point a store should close... I then ordered a fries. At first it didn't seem like she wanted to give me the money back for the catastrophe - only when I asked nicely if I would get the money back... so that was a very scary experience and I can only warn against it eat... who knows what else will happen...

The pizzas are great, but their delivery drivers are very disrespectful. They yell at people.
