Ordered 3 water and 2 espressos. Unfortunately the glasses arrived very dirty and smelled like eggs. We complained and we gave full glasses back, but unfortunately the waitress (a blonde lady with long hair), who was also very unfriendly, didn't apologize and she simply gave us new empty glasses back, which also smelled. In protest I think because she laughed her head off with the bartender. Never again!!!!!

Very good for brunch. There is a lot to choose from including pasta dishes, pizza and tiramisu. The cold cuts are not run of the mill but Italian ham. The rolls are crispy like they come from a bakery and not like baked rolls like many other competitors. So we thought it was great and will come back. The waitress is also very sweet and pretty. Update on 8/25/24: Today we had brunch again after a few months and I was shocked at how much the price-performance ratio had decreased. 1. The rolls are no longer the same, a big minus!!! (Early fresh rolls now baked rolls) 2. strong smelling stench in the cash register area (like the smell of fish) 3. Scrambled eggs partially burnt and cold 4. no warm dish like pasta etc. 5. Tomato salsa not seasoned, no salt and tomatoes tasted soggy 6. Cold cuts were no longer refilled at 1 p.m 7. Latte Macchiato was so hot! that after 15 minutes it still couldn't be drunk 8. Price increase for brunch from €12.90 to €15.50 is totally unjustified due to poorer quality (in our opinion) The only positive thing is the friendly service for that two stars! You won't see me here any time soon!

I can't understand all the negative reviews, in my opinion it's a very good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and good value for money.

Be careful with this restaurant. It doesn't matter how many times you have been there and consumed, if they consider it a special day, you have to consume at least €20 per person, and if not, they will charge you €20.

Had dinner at Mio3 today. You could move from outside to inside without any problems (due to strong winds), but the staff didn't manage to process our second drink order after the meal. Pizza was well topped and tasty. The shop is empty but no one comes by to ask. Sitting on dry land for 45 minutes. Bad service. Will avoid the Mio3 from now on.

Yesterday my son wanted to invite 4 friends for a cocktail at the football event. The waiter pointed out that to watch the football, a minimum consumption of €20 was required. The waiter's arrogance is punished by getting up and leaving. Not recommended. In terms of food and drink, yes, but definitely not in terms of service.

We sat down during a European Championship game 4 hours before kick-off and ordered coffee as normal. When another friend came along 20 minutes later (wearing a jersey), the waitress suddenly informed us that there was "a minimum consumption of 20 euros per person" that day. Sometimes it was “recently decided” and sometimes it had “always been like this”. We didn't complain, but we pointed out that such a regulation should be in place somewhere. We also said that we didn't intend to watch the game there as it was very windy that day anyway. Here we learned about the stories of woe of the waiters who probably receive tips based on sales and on days when it is very busy the waiters do not reach their daily turnover and therefore there are no good tips. This is the case, among other things, “during the European Championship games”. I don't want this place to be busy so the waiters have more tips, so I'll avoid it in the future.

Just catastrophic! Had dinner there with my husband today Iced tea was just water with syrup and the talgiatelle with prawns and mushrooms was a complete disaster. Hours later we still had a strange aftertaste on our tongues. We will never visit this store again and would advise anyone not to. 1 star is for the nice waiter

I was at mio with my team and I have to say it was just great. From the condition to the food. The people who work there have fun working and also talk to customers. We'll be back, thanks for a great evening. LG PhysioPlus Wuppertal

A group of 6 friends we came here to watch the r16 euros. The beer prices are inline with other places. The burgers are really good as are the pizzas. The servers were all working hard, they struggled a little bit with English and we were surprised that when storms were forecast it meant they had to bring the patio umbrella down. Overall though a good place that we would recommend. Please nb though if ordering a pizza and you see Pepperoni it means something different in German (small picked green chilies) than what it means in English. Also you do not get chips with your burgers.

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and varied. When the weather is good you can sit outside very nicely. The service was very friendly and didn't keep us waiting long. Unfortunately there is no vegan milk and therefore a star deduction. Otherwise highly recommended. 😄👍

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse when it was a Sunday for brunch. The scrambled eggs and the bacon, for example, were not cooked through or fried, and the sausage unfortunately looked a bit pale. Unfortunately, the service is also poor. It's a shame, now we'll have to look for something new for brunch.

Bruschetta -Caprese bestellt und was kam? - Eine ca. 20cm Durchmesser - Pizza mit minimal belegter Tomate, Mozzarella und Rukkola-Salat! Knoblauch war wohl dran, aber kaum wahrnehmbar ebenso das übliche (Oliven)Öl. Man sollte sich hier mal schlau machen, was eine Bruschetta eigentlich ist! Jedenfalls kein als Pizza verkleidetes Irgendwas, das mir dann noch für über 11 Euro den Rest gab. Danke, aber hier werde ich nicht mehr einkehren, zumal das Personal auf meinen Hinweis nur mit den Schultern zuckte.

6 better alternatives a stone's throw away

I had dinner there for the first time with a friend a few weeks ago. Due to the great weather we decided to sit outside. Despite the high capacity utilization that day, there was no waiting time. We felt very comfortable and our food was really tasty! We were served by a lady with medium-long brown hair, I remember her name was Leonie, who was super attentive, extremely friendly and accommodating. Simply great! Gladly again:)

I was outside about 15 times. Always good so far. Very bad on Father's Day!! The bottle of Prosecco was not uncorked and the champagne cooler was only brought when asked. Neither table had a good atmosphere. No beer mats for the champagne glasses...cutlery, etc. only came after the food was served...just terrible. This is how you lose your guests...

The food is always very good, whether pizza, pasta or burgers... except for the tarte flambée 😌 Service top 😃 but only on the right side where the nice waiter works...very attentive!!

Versatile breakfast buffet, nice outdoor atmosphere, difficult to park

Have eaten there several times, usually very good. Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to depend on the time of day and possibly changing chefs - sometimes excellent, sometimes not so good, but never bad! The large portions can be packed to take away upon request. The service is always great, courteous and attentive. The ambience is divided. I like to be outside, the inside is always clean and stylishly decorated, overall very modern and yet cozy. You'll enjoy sitting there! Unfortunately, as the number of guests increases (especially in the evenings/weekends), it gets very loud, which is probably due to the architecture (high ceilings, lots of reverberation). I can and would still highly recommend this location! We really enjoy being there, especially during off-peak times! We will come back. P.s. They also have a delivery service which is pretty good!

Restaurant great, cafe good. Very friendly, attentive and helpful service staff in the restaurant. In the cafe it would be nice if you could get coffee and cake at the same time and not 10-15 minutes apart. Four vegan milk alternatives to the cappuccino, which is very good by the way, but the cup should be full given the price. Delicious cakes, snacks etc. Good concept. The toilets are a small drawback. Nice facilities, unfortunately there was no paper in the toilet area and the sink and a little more care could be taken to make sure it looked tidy. Otherwise everything is good. We'd love to come back.

We spontaneously visited you today with 16 people. Everything was made possible so that we still had room for breakfast with this large group. When the children said quietly that everything was very tasty, except that the pancakes with Nutella were missing, the cook heard this and made some straight away and added them to the breakfast buffet! Very nice and really great service!! We've had breakfast with you several times and the food and selection was always great - at a good/reasonable price! Gladly again!

had reserved and waited politely at the entrance. the service staff did everything they could not to welcome us. Only one managed a grumpy “Hello.” from her lips. When we asked at the bar that we had made a reservation, we were rudely directed outside. and all this even though there were still free tables inside. After about 15 minutes of waiting, during which the waitress obviously noticed us but neither turned on the radiator next to our seat nor listened to our drink requests, we had finally had enough. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant, but we cannot rate the food either. It's good that there is a restaurant opposite that offered us a place inside without a reservation. GOOD SERVICE LOOKS DIFFERENT! 0/5 stars for this inadequate performance. definitely not recommended

The food was very tasty, it was a large noodle portion and it wasn't heavy on the stomach. Unfortunately there is a draft on the window side and that is probably structural reasons. It is therefore important to dress warmly so as not to freeze. I'm deducting a star for that.

Ich gehe sehr gerne immer mal wieder mit meiner Frau und meiner Schwiegermutter ins Mio 3, so spontan nach Feierabend oder auch nach dem Sport und Marcel ist immer sehr freundlich zu uns und macht einen sehr guten Service für uns 👍 In diesem Sinne weiter so Marcel liebe Grüße rings um Gerhard 👌

Gutes Essen und auch gute Portionen, bei der Vorspeise haben wir uns verschätzt, eine Vorspeise für 2 Personen reichen vollkommen aus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles gut ist, das Ambiente ist schön, war aber trotz weniger Gäste zu laut, sodass man sich fast wie in einer Kantine gefühlt hat.

Der Laden ist bestenfalls OK. Im Jahre 2023 gucken einen die Kellner:innen immer noch perplex an, wenn man zu seinem Kaffee gerne eine pflanzliche Milchalternative hätte. Enttäuschend bei einem so großen Laden. Die Auswahl beim Brunch ist für Vegetarier so gerade noch vertretbar, aber für Veganer ist es reine Geldverschwendung, da hier quasi nur noch Brötchen und Deko-Tomaten bleiben. Auch ich als Vegetarier werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch vom Brunch-Menü eher absehen. Die Bedienung kommt nur alle Jubeljahre mal am Tisch vorbei und auf ein Lächeln oder ein "Hat es Ihnen geschmeckt?" wartet man vergeblich. Und obwohl zahlreiche Babys an dem Tag anwesend waren, habe ich nicht einen Hochstuhl gesehen. Ob es die dort gibt? Möglich. Es wäre aber Aufgabe der Bediensteten gewesen uns diesen anzubieten und uns nicht mit dem zappeligen Kind auf dem Schoß einfach sitzen zu lassen, während man nur abwechselnd isst.

Die Pizza war ordentlich belegt und knusprig. Genau wie ich es mag.

Wir waren dort zum Frühstücksbuffet. Das Essen und die Auswahl waren gut. In unserer Familie hat jeder etwas gefunden und wurde satt. Der Preis war absolut angemessen. Mir wurde gesagt, 13€ pro Person. Es gab auch Getränke (Orangensaft) inkl. Zwar in extrem kleinen Gläsern aber das ist schon okay. Der Service war sehr gut. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist okay aber die Akustik hat schon beim Unterhalten etwas gestört. Auch die Musik war mir dafür etwas zu laut aber das ist sicherlich "Geschmacksache". Für mich eine Empfehlung. Alle waren sehr zu frieden.

Nirgends am Essen steht was es ist, es waren keine Gabeln oder Schüsseln da. Die Calzone war schwarz, der Bacon wie gekocht und klebte aneinander. Was auch nicht schön war mein 3 Jähriger Sohn bekam ein Glas wo der Rand abgesprungen war, absolute Verletzungsgefahr. In meinem Latte Macchiato war Papier von einer Zuckertüte die am löffel klebte. Die Butter die nicht von Gästen gegessen wurde wurde wieder zu den anderen gelegt. Deshalb sind. Alles in allem kann ich Mio nicht weiterempfehlen und ich war garantiert das erste und letzte mal hier. Zu dem gesammteindruck nehme ich noch Kopfschmerzen gratis mit nach Hause weil es hier übelst laut war, was aber auch durch den großen Raum kommt.

Mio3 ist einfach Mega. Richtiges tolles Essen, super freundliches Personal und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Ich bin mehrmals im Monat dort und ich bin immer sehr zufrieden.

Essen ok, Kellner flink und freundlich, ABER Wir hatten einen barrierefreien Tisch bestellt und zweimal telefonisch nachgefragt, weil einer von uns im Rollstuhl sitzt. Der Tisch war auf einer Empore und wir mussten die Person mit Elektrotollstuhl dorthin hoch hiefen. Eine barrierefreie Toilette ist zwar vorhanden, aber die Schiebetür ließ sich weder zuziehen noch verriegeln, sodass der Rollstuhlfahrer im völlig offen WC urinieren mußte. Zudem funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht. Das ist gewiss nicht behindertenfreundlich.

Freundlicher Service und nettes Ambiente. Wir waren nur auf ein Weinchen dort.

Wir waren zum Samstags Brunch hier. Das Essen war okay, aber die Auswahl war für den Preis zu klein. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, hat sich aber leider selten zum Teller abräumen oder zum Getränke bestellen blicken lassen. Mein Chai Latte war auch nicht ganz heiß. Ich denke, wir kommen so schnell nicht wieder

Wir waren zum erstellst im Mio 3 und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war schönes Wetter und wir haben draußen gesessen. Schnelle, freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Essen war top. Wir haben uns nur an Vorspeisen gehalten, abwendig waren top. Bruschetta (Vorsicht, das ist reichlich, könnte für einige eine komplette Mahlzeit sein)! Brot mit Aioli, wie eine kleine Pizza! Antipasti-Teller, mit Salami, Oliven, Käse usw. Alles sehr lecker. Die Getränke kamen schnell! Für mich top, das Restaurant ist mit einer Rampe versehen und daher für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Stufe im Restaurant zu den Tischen lässt sich eigentlich ganz gut bewältigen. Es gibt auch eine Behindertentoilette!!!

Nicht empfehlenswert! Service inakzeptabel und Sauberkeit der Toiletten auch. Wir warteten trotz weniger Kundinnen etwa 40 Minuten auf unser Frühstück wo in der Zwischenzeit andere nach uns kommende Personen schon lange ihr Frühstück bekommen hatten! Ich spreche hier von einem ganz einfachen Brötchen und Rührei. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr besuchen.

Byłam na ofercie śniadaniowej w sobotę, ale również w niedzielę. Rewelacyjne pieczywo, miła obsługa, szeroki wybór produktów do skomponowania swojego śniadania- otwarty buffet. Zimna płyta, ale również ciepła jajecznica czy świeżo pieczona pizza 👌 ubolewam, że to miejsce jest tak daleko ... zdecydowanie korzystałabym częściej 🧡

Wir waren mit 15 Personen dort und hatten einen schönen Abend. Der Service war gut und das Essen lecker. Die Portionen sind ausreichend groß, von der Vorspeise wäre ich schon satt gewesen, Gott sei Dank haben wir sie auf 4 Personen aufgeteilt 😂. Die Preise sind wirklich gut. Nicht zu warm anziehen es wird gut geheizt.

Wir sind Mittags öfters im Mio3 und essen meist Pizza und Pfannkuchen, beides sehr lecker und frisch. Bisher hatten wir - anders als einige hier - kein einziges Mal ein Problem.

Mio3 is a restaurant with an attractive design in a well-frequented area of Wuppertal with very friendly service. Its terrace is quite appealing HOWEVER, the food is quite mediocre. Not that it isn't edible, but the pasta we ordered (2 main dishes) resembled a thick mass, that wouldn't allow you to roll-up the noodles. Normally the tomato sauce with gambas also has a winy taste to it - here it didn't. The salads were ok, although covered with a think balsamico vinagrette that had a pudding appearance, although you could blend it with the rocket salad, etc. A balsamico vinagrette tends to be lighter, even if it comes as a cream. The dressing's color looked less like the dark balsamico and seemed to suggest that it was enriched with something to lighten the color. The panacotta dessert comes with an extremely sweet red fruit sauce. Once you mix it with the panacotta, the dessert only tastes like the sauce, the panacotta completely disappears. It would definitely be tastier if fresh red berries, a lighter red sauce and MUCH less sugar were added allowing the panacotta to still add some flavor to the dessert. Not sure if we will return. Plenty of room for improvement.

Meine Frau und ich waren nach langer Zeit (lockdown) mal wieder im Mio3. Zu trinken hatten wir eine Flasche Chardonay. Wir bestellten eine Pizza mit Garnelen. Schon eine Glanzleistung, wie man so ein Gericht Geschmacksneutral herstellen kann, - sie können es-. Der einzige Geschmack kam von der aufgestreuten Rucula. Klasse! Als meine Frau es wagte zu sagen, dass die Garnelen nicht eine Spur von Knoblauch hatten, und der Teig überhaupt nicht gewürzt sei, sagte der Kellner, Ihr habt aber auch immer was zu Meckern. Wir müssen ja einen prägenden Eindruck bei dem guten Mann hinterlassen haben, nach fast einem Jahr Abstinenz. Ich hoffe er hat keine Spätfolgen zu erleiden. Auf jeden Fall, das war unser letzter Besuch hier.

Leider total miserabler und unverschämter sowie lahmer und überforderter Service. Wir haben nach 1,5 Stunden warten auf das Essen unsere Getränke bezahlt und sind gegangen. Nach Auskunft des Services haben alle anwesende Gäste bereits weit über eine Stunde auf ihre Verpflegung gewartet!!! Der Kellner meinte dann noch kluge Sprüche äußern zu müssen, nach dem Motto, man könne es uns ohnehin nicht Recht machen.

Voller Freude wollten wir das Essen dann genießen, jedoch waren alle Teller verdreckt. Auf unsere Reklamatuon hin wurde geantwortet vom Kellner " Ich Pack echt das Essen ein aber zahlen müsst ihr es trotzdem " EINE BODENLOSE FRECHHEIT! Hätten nicht bekannt von uns das Essen bezahlt, wäre die Situation eskaliert ! Nie wieder MIO3

Mein Mann und ich gehen seit Jahren ins Mio und waren bisher sehr zufrieden. Aufgrund Corona erhält man jetzt bei zwei Personen einen Tisch am Ende des Raums, mitten im Gang und eingepfercht von drei weiteren Tischen. Die größeren Tische wurden für eventuelle Gäste mit größerer Anzahl freigehalten. Diese Gruppen kamen aber nicht. Hinzu kam, dass die Pizza lieblos angerichtet und der Kellner unaufmerksam war. Beim Kellner lag es wahrscheinlich daran, dass man uns nicht sah. Gäste behandelt man nicht so! Sie werden uns sehr sehr lange nicht mehr sehen.

Mein Mann und Ich hatten telefonisch Reserviert. Dort angekommen, bekamen wir einen Tisch, mitten im Gang, es war total Laut in dem Lokal. Die Stimmung überhaupt nicht schön. Mein Mann Fragte ob wir uns an einen anderen freien Tisch setzten könnten, daraufhin verneinte der Kellner. Das würde nicht funktionieren da andere vor uns reserviert hätten. Woher sollen denn die Gäste wissen, wann wer reserviert hat? Service ist schlecht gewesen. Ambiente ist ungemütlich. Die Speisekarte hat zu wenig zu bieten. Alles in einem, sieht das Restaurant besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Nie wieder dort hin!

Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und klein. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und das Essen war hervorragend. Es war nicht zu teuer sondern in einem angemessenen Preisrahmen. Das Essen wird mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet und das schmeckt man auch! Allerdings haben wir auf die Hauptspeise 1h gewartet. Alles in einem waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden.Wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen!
