Yes, everything was ok so far. It just took a little long for fast food. I think the operation was still new.

We spontaneously visited the Jägerhof and received a friendly welcome. The service team was very busy, but they didn't let on. The drinks and food arrived very quickly, and it was delicious. The only annoying thing was the music. It was clearly audible in the back, but the bass sound we heard at the front was almost nonexistent.

Male conditions totally overwhelmed with their job. No proximity to customers. Were ignored when it came out that it was the wrong order. The two gentlemen hadn't spoken a word to customers, let alone found a solution. It happened in such a way that customers remained standing where they were and were not offered anything to drink. The employees (2 men) let it be known that they were now in a bad mood. The mistake wasn't the customer's fault, but rather an employee who didn't listen properly on the phone and kept getting distracted.

Ambiance may not be for everyone. Those who love Zorbas consider it to be a Gladbach institution with cult status. The food remained very tasty even after changing tenants twice. Service quick and good, without chi-chi.

We there on Valentine's Day. Ambiance very nice. Price performance doesn't fit. Piano too loud. The menu flow was catastrophic. Waiting for over an hour between 1st and 2nd course. Then the main course was followed immediately. It was probably cold, dumplings were dry and hard. It was a rip off. In addition to the menu price, the greeting from the kitchen was charged at €7!!!! A praline at the end was charged at €3. We weren't the ones who booked the table and kept a low profile. Probably not repeating.

A real highlight among the kebab shops! The quality of the meat is outstanding – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The selection of ingredients leaves nothing to be desired, from crunchy vegetables to delicious sauces, there is something for every taste. The friendly and fast service also impresses, making the visit an all-round pleasant experience. A kebab shop that sets standards and is definitely recommended!

Definitely try the spaghetti in a Parmesan loaf with truffles. Simply delicious!
