Little selection but great service will come again!

It's ridiculous what has become of Fuji. People save so much on salmon that it no longer tastes good. In contrast to before, it's a joke - the salmon is no longer coated but there is a mini piece on the roll. More rice than anything else, the rolls are so big that the customer is quickly full of rice. A cheeky thing for the price. There were 2 long hairs in the coconut tapioca. The owners' children ran through the store screaming as if we were in Kids Planet. The owners watch you as if you were a rare animal in the Krefeld Zoo. I paid over €50 for two people. Wasted money. Save yourself a visit

Were there for the first time today. Food was extra class. Very good service, food arrived in good time and was cleared away quickly. Ambiance also cozy. We'll be back.

Very good sushi all you can eat offer at saver prices

Some of the worst sushi I've ever eaten. The sushi is poorly rolled. The rice is very dense and doesn't taste good. The fish is of poor quality and too little in relation to the rice. All other dishes such as miso soup, edamame, fried rice, etc. are also not recommended.

We recently ate there and were very disappointed! When we reserved a table, we received a confirmation email saying that the table was reserved from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. I then called and politely asked if we only had 2 hours? This was denied by the waiter! When we arrived we asked again how long we had to eat. The waiter told us that we probably had until 10 p.m. We relied on it and ate relaxed! When we wanted to place our next order around 7 p.m., we couldn't fill it because the time was up! The food was good, but the service was rude and they also lied to you! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant at all!

Food okay. However, no change was given and this was viewed as a tip. impertinence.

We were there for the first time and really surprised. Friendly, fast and above all very good food. We'd love to come back. Ordering via tablet was initially unusual, but innovative. Nice restaurant with an innovative ordering system via trays. Once the order is selected using the tray, it is quickly at the table. Great selection for sushi lovers. There are also delicious cocktails with and without alcohol to accompany the soft drinks.

Since we were in the mood for sushi, we spontaneously went here to eat again after a long time. This time with friends who didn't know the concept of the tablet yet and wanted to try it out. The waitress was visibly annoyed, put the tray down and placed it on the table. Then drinks were taken and she was gone. There was no explanation of how to order. Since we knew the system, we took over the introduction and were able to order. In the meantime, the small children of the employees or owners rode happily around on their bikes (all evening) ringing bells and playing between the tables, making a relaxed dinner impossible. The sushi, when it came, was dry and didn't taste good. In fact, hardly any sushi that was ordered was delivered. When we asked, we were always put off and assured that everything we ordered would come. That wasn't the case. The grilled and breaded dishes that you get at every “buffet Chinese” came quickly and were ok. The chicken skewers, however, were inedible. There was no saving with glutamates either. We didn't have the “burn” (paper mouth, disproportionate thirst) during the evening or a day later either. Non-alcoholic beer was on the menu and could also be ordered, but was not delivered. Waiter's answer: We haven't had the beer for a while. The restaurant has declined significantly. Both in the quality of the food and the service. It could also only be paid in cash. We didn't get a receipt. There is no recommendation from our site here. The third star only made it because the price was limited.

Unfortunately not for us. Cleanliness in the restaurant and the hallways, well, when it comes to eating we would recommend fried foods. Unfortunately we didn't like it that much.

We had lunch today there and it was delicious. They have a quite good selection of sushi and a good price. Everything was fresh and brought to our table very quickly.

It was very tasty, the food was freshly prepared and the service was very accommodating. All around a great package. Definitely coming back. :)

Very disappointed, fried foods were very full of fat... Sushi types not a big difference. There was a foreign object in the ice.... No apology, no discount... We won't be coming back again.

We visti this place for mother's day, I'm really disappointed. The fried rice was spoiled with a sour odor. The sushi had huge pieces of carrots. No worth the money.

Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. One waitress seemed pretty annoyed, the other just completely ignored us. It wasn't full in the restaurant but we still had to wait a long time for each round and the food was always cold. The sushi was really tasty. But that was the only thing.

This evening we were at Fuji again after a long time and unfortunately we went home very disappointed. The quality of the sushi has deteriorated a lot. The rice in the sushi rolls was so crumbly that the sushi broke straight into its individual pieces when lifted with chopsticks. The rice also tasted very bland and not seasoned. Also, far too much rice was used for the sushi, so we had really thick chunks of rice on our plate. The sushi that we ordered filled with Philadelphia was brought without it, which made the whole thing very dry. The salmon on the sushi was also too thin and didn't taste like salmon, but like a substitute product. We think it's a shame that the sushi is only shown with a picture on the tablet. It would be nice if the owner would also write down the ingredients so that you can better decide what to order. If possible, the owner should consider changing the ordering system so that each guest at the table selects their 5 items (e.g. as guest A), the next guest as guest B, etc. This way everyone gets what they ordered on their plate and you don't have to figure out who gets what. Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we had to wait a long time for our food. The service was okay, the waitress wasn't very chatty and put the food on the table without saying a word. The warm food tasted okay, but the grilled salmon was unfortunately too dry. The dessert was very tasty, the baked banana, ice cream and tiramisu are recommended. For info: Cash payment is only possible in the restaurant, the service staff pointed this out to us directly!!! Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Quality of food has deteriorated but price has increased. The sushi consists of a lot of rice and the rolls are not partially broken. Fried meats such as chicken or duck breast often contain large amounts of fat. In some cases we didn't receive the food we ordered but rather what other tables had ordered. Service could be friendlier.

I had dinner here today with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. We had reserved a table but still had to wait. When we were at our table a tablet was brought to us without comment. This type of ordering was new to us so we asked how it worked. Every x minute you could choose 5 dishes, in our case 10 because there were two of us. Then the waiting really began. The food we ordered was brought to us piece by piece. At least part of it. We were hungry and at a restaurant you expect food. But one dish after another came with long pauses in between. The portions are also very small, which doesn't bother me, but it's very annoying when you have to wait after every bite until something new comes out. We mainly ordered sushi but not even half of it arrived. We tried several times but it was never brought to us. The makis we ordered at the beginning arrived after more than an hour. When we only had 15 minutes left, we decided to order a desert at the end. In the middle of it all came a small sushi plate, half of which we hadn't even ordered. This evening was very chaotic and really disappointing. You can't really call it All You Can Eat, and the price isn't justified if you're missing half of it and have an empty table in front of you half the time. A nice idea was the distribution of roses to each couple and the nice service also gets a star. Addendum: Had food poisoning the next day

We were there yesterday to try out the all you can eat. The meals were very tasty and fresh. The restaurant is very comfortable to sit in. What can and should be improved is the service. The waitress was in a bad mood and never had a word or a smile for us. In addition, the chef was very overwhelmed because he was alone, which meant that we sometimes had to wait a long time for food. The sushi sometimes came half an hour later than the rest of the food. That was a shame. We also had to wait a long time for a coke we ordered and it only arrived after we asked again. I don't know what was going on, probably stress due to a lack of staff? I would give the restaurant another chance another day, maybe we were just unlucky yesterday.

I've been a guest at Fuji for years, but after yesterday I was really disappointed. Shrimp skewers that had barely seen the grill, chicken skewers that weren't cooked through yet. Sushi that took a long time to arrive, even though it was practically empty. The sushi tasted quite good, but there was a lot of rice on it and almost all of them fell apart when I grabbed them with the chopsticks. I also think it's a semi-good thing that you can no longer pay with a card (even if you can select a card on the tablet).

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. I reserved a table for Valentine's Day via the website. I'm well aware that every restaurant is full on a day like that, but it took forever for the sushi from the respective rounds to be at the table. The pieces were way too big and everything fell apart when I picked it up. At the end, the sushi rice tasted really strange, which was topped by the dessert. The cream/mascarpone from the tiramisu was bad and tasted so sour/rancid 🤢 We've been there several times before and it was always great 🤷‍♀️ it's a shame...

Food came very quickly and has always been there at lunchtime :) The selection was absolutely sufficient and very tasty. The only thing we didn't like were the fries, but that's not something usual in a Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere was very cute and everything was clean! Unfortunately there is little choice for vegetarians. The products are also not labeled accordingly, so I often had to ask whether something was filled with meat or not

Overall quite good. Food sometimes came a little late but it was always tasty.

The place is very nice (a bit cold for the winter) and they are very attentive. The all you can eat system works very well, you can order with a tablet every few minutes and food is brought to the table, everything was delicious!

It's freezing cold there, so put on something warm. Sushi is quite good. In summer you can sit outside nicely.

The sushi is really decent for the price and you could even say good. The selection is also quite large. The service staff is often cold, although not rude. During my last visit the heating was turned down and it was far too cold! In addition, it is not appreciated if you don't arrive until 2 p.m.: "But we close at 3 p.m." Still a recommendation based on price/performance.

Der Service am Samstag Mittag ist ein bisschen langsam, aber sonst ist es sehr lecker und preiswert.

Essen war frisch, lecker und einfach toll. Auch die Getränke. Buffet können wir empfehlen.

Einen Stern weil der Fahrer sehr freundlich war und den zweiten weil es sehr schnell geliefert wurde. Ich hätte gerne länger gewartet aber dafür frisch zubereitet! Der Fisch schmeckt nach spüli und auch das scharfe Gemüse konnte es nicht überdecken! Das nächste Mal lieber wieder bei REWE!

Sehr leckeres Essen und vor allem zur Mittagszeit nicht zu voll un es besteht ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Die Einrichtung macht zudem auch was her.

Essen hat etwas nachgelassen. Die Bedienung hat sich sehr verändert, laufen jetzt teilweise mit angezündeten Zigaretten durch das Restaurant. Leider sehr verschlechtert.

Der Service war sehr nett, die Ambiente war schön, aber leider war das sushi fast nur aus einem riesen Klumpen Reis mit kaum Füllung. Die Auswahl ist zudem sehr mau. Klar man möchte Geld verdienen, aber wenn kaum was zur Auswahl gibt, kommt man auch nicht wieder.

Sehr lecker, gute Auswahl. Ein kleiner Abzug, da man nur bar bezahlen kann und die Nigiris hatten etwas zuviel Reis für meinen Geschmack.

"Fuji Sushi & Grill" ist ein hervorragendes asiatisches Restaurant, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann. Besonders innovativ finde ich die Möglichkeit beim all you can eat, alle 15 Minuten über ein Tablet seine Wunschgerichte zu bestellen, die dann zum Tisch gebracht werden. Die Qualität des Essens ist beeindruckend - von exzellentem Sushi bis zu köstlichem Fleisch, sei es Hähnchen oder Ente. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls überzeugend und mehr als fair. Für Liebhaber asiatischer Küche ein absolutes Muss!

Mein Mittagsbesuch in diesem Sushi Restaurant war wenig erfreulich. Die Auswahl an Gerichten war äußerst begrenzt, was mich enttäuschte. Das Essen selbst war nicht besonders ansprechend und geschmacklich unterdurchschnittlich. Das Ambiente im Restaurant war auch nicht einladend. Einziger Lichtblick war der erstklassige Service. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, was meinen Besuch etwas verbesserte. Dennoch kann ich aufgrund der begrenzten Auswahl und der Qualität des Essens nur eine niedrige Bewertung vergeben.

Für den Preis bekommt man sehr gutes Sushi. Je nachdem wie voll es ist, variiert die Wartezeit in der man wieder bestellen kann. Manchmal wird etwas zu viel Reis verwendet, aber ansonsten top. Kleiner und schöner Laden, man fühlt sich wohl!

Leider viel zu überteuert. sehr wenig auswahl und das meiste kostet noch extra dazu. ich wurde fett abgezogen, da ich an einem feiertag da war. nirgendwo standen feiertagspreise und auf nachfrage hieß es, dass die normalen preise gelten. musste schlussendlich statt 13,90€ genau 29,90€ bezahlen. wirklich schlecht geregelt.

All you can eat ist gut. 2 Sterne Abzug weil das tiramisu nach wasabi schmeckt.

Ein sehr schöner laden. Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es lohnt sich da essen zu gehen.

Habe gerade dort Essen bestellt. Bin überhaupt nicht begeistert von dem Essen. Habe schon einige Japanische Restaurants probiert und muss sagen das dieses hier absolut nicht empfehlenswert ist. Das Essen ertrinkt im Fett. Die Ente ist fettig und schmeckt nach Frittenbude. Die Wantan sind komplett vorbei an der Realität. Krosser als Kartoffelchips und absolut Geschmacksneutral. Das Sushi ist geschmacklich schlechter als das eines jeden Discounters. Die Nudeln sowie der Reis schmecken nach fett mit Zitrone. Wer das hier lecker findet der war noch nie Japanisch essen. Fazit: Besser einen Bogen drum machen und zu einem besseren fahren.

Das Mittagsmenü kostet nicht viel, ist aber auch nicht so üppig. Um satt zu werden, bestellten wir noch ein weiteres Gericht. Geschmacklich war alles gut. Die Auswahl auf einem Tablett-Bildschirm ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider sind die Mittagsmenüs dort nicht abgebildet.

Wir lieben dieses Sushi Restaurant. Kommen nur hier hin, da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist. Parken kann man entweder direkt an der Straße, bequem per Easypark App oder auch am Automaten, oder im Parkhaus direkt anliegend.

Das Essen beim 'All you can eat' wird bequem über ein Tablet bestellt und wird dann auch sehr schnell und frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung ist äußerst freundlich und ebenfalls flott. Das Essen schmeckt auch ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten hier einen super schönen Abend mit Freunden.

Preis-Leistung im Mittagsmenü könnte nicht besser sein! Perfekt.

Alles andere was nicht Sushi ist, ist durchschnittliches Asiatisches Essen, welches man sonst auch im typischen Buffet erhält. Zudem kam ein Teil des Essens durcheinander. Das heißt es kam das Eis vom 4. Gang und dann erst knusprige Ente vom 3.Gang.

Wir kommen sehr gern hierher. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Der Abzug erfolgt lediglich, weil z.B. manche Gerichte etwas kalt sind wenn sie an den Tisch kommen. Aber zugegeben ist dies wirklich nur ein kleines Manko, da die Vorteile überwiegen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich somit 4,5/5 Sternen für Essen geben. Ein Besuch lohnt sich ☺️

Das Fuji Sushi & Grill ist sehr familiär die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.. Selbst nach gefühlten 100 Fragen bezüglich der Bestellung via IPad waren die Bedienungen sehr freundlich... Das Sushi ist sehr frisch und seeehr schmackhaft. Es sind verschiedene Varianten wählbar. Diese werden frisch zubereitet.. Fazit: Fuji Sushi & Grill lohnt sich alleine sxhin wegen der Auswahl der Speisen.. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.. 😉

Ich war im Restaurant um etwas zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen und ich wurde bemerkenswert freundlich von den Arbeitskräften empfangen. Obwohl ich nicht im Restaurant gegessen habe, ist mir die heimische und authentische Atmosphäre schnell aufgefallen, was wahrscheinlich daran lag dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist. Das Essen war dabei, für die sehr gute Qualität, außergewöhnlich schnell fertig. Ich wohne leider nicht in der Nähe des Restaurants, würde ich dies aber tun, würde ich definitiv wieder kommen. Fünf Sterne von mir.

Waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder da und sehr enttäuscht. Leider war fast alles kalt, dicke Panade, wenig Fleisch, wenig Fisch, zuviel Reis im Sushi und nicht der Qualität die es sonst hatte. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir das ein Besitzerwechsel statt fand. Schade.

Essen ist ok, Auswahl nicht besser als woanders, kleiner als im Vorreiter Okinii. Unterirdisch war jedoch die Bedienung, mag es nicht Service nennen. Update 2023: Service und Freundlichkeit haben sich deutlich verbessert, Besitzerwechsel?

Die Lage vom Fuji Sushi ist wirklich top, mitten im Zentrum, und es gibt sogar einen Parkplatz direkt daneben. Wir haben das All-You-Can-Eat-Menü bestellt und noch drei weitere Male nachbestellt. Das Essen wurde immer superschnell serviert. Alle Gerichte waren richtig frisch und haben uns total gut geschmeckt. Allerdings fanden wir es etwas unangenehm, dass die Kellnerin die ganze Zeit direkt neben uns stand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat auch gestimmt. Wir geben jedoch einen Punkt Abzug aufgrund der Kellnerin, weshalb wir uns leider entschieden haben, für unsere Getränke in ein anderes Restaurant zu gehen.

Der Service und durch die Inhaber das Gefühl Teil der Familie zu sein ist etwas was ich als sehr positiv wahrgenommen habe. Von der Qualität der Zutaten war ich mittelmäßig zufrieden. Man kann hier ein vernünftiges Sushi zu einem Preis essen der völlig in Ordnung ist... mehr aber auch nicht

An sich fand ich es okay, allerdings empfand ich die Bedienung als nicht sonderlich freundlich und einige gegrillte/frittierte Gerichte kamen für meinen Geschmack, zu kalt an. Es wurde ausschließlich Barzahlung angeboten.

Ich habe das Restaurant zur Mittagszeit besucht und wurde von einem aufmerksamen, freundlichen und kompetenten Serviceteam begrüßt. Man kann mittags und abends zwischen einem all you can eat,sowie ein ala card Angebot wählen. Sushi,Temaki und Sashimi war optisch und geschmacklich vorzüglich und frisch und die Fuji Roll war absolut klasse. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu dritt zum Mittagessen im FuJi in Rheydt. Das Ambiente ist sehr Nüchtern und Modern gestaltet. Der Service könnte mit etwas mehr Enthusiasmus zu Werke gehen, war aber ansonsten okay. Das angebotene Konzept (all-you-can-eat) Bestellung mit Tablet ist uns schon aus anderen Restaurants bekannt und kommt immer gut an. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist für das Mittagsangebot mehr als Ausreichend. Qualität und Geschmack ist meiner Meinung nach Sehr Gut. Alles in Allem eine Runde Sache und für ein ausgiebiges Mittagessen sehr zu empfehlen. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!
