Can't share the euphoria. That was some of the worst food we've ordered in the area.
The boxes were already half soggy, the pizza was already tough because it had apparently been sitting for so long, the tiramisu had nothing to do with tiramisu and only consisted of cream - it only cost €5.50 “homemade”.
For €40 when ordering I would have expected more. In terms of quality, I get the same pizza at the Dönermann - with the difference that its core business is kebab and I pay maybe half as much for everything.
Disappointing!
The food was really great and delivered quickly. Adana, grill plates and börek were really good. Baklava was delivered to the house, a thumbs up for that 👍.
I've eaten there three times so far and I enjoyed it three times. Gyros pita was very tasty. Fries were super crispy and the currywurst was okay to good. The food was always ready quickly and the price was also completely okay. They don't have card payments but if you know, you can take money with you or you can go to the savings bank diagonally opposite (next to the hospital). Solid Greek fast food 👍
I used to go there a lot, I really liked it and the food was delicious. For a kebab there was a good selection of salads and the meat was tasty. But now prices are high everywhere, and the quality of products leaves much to be desired - unfortunately, this is the case almost everywhere.
It was my first time ordering from the pizzeria. I find the €9.90 delivery fee (unfortunately I saw it too late) quite steep. Almost 1.5 hours delivery time, and both pizzas were cold. There was also no double cheese, which you pay extra for. The burger was completely forgotten and it took another hour until it was delivered, cold of course! All in all, absolutely not recommended, and one star is still too much.
Annakirchstraße 59, Mönchengladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany , Nordrhein-Westfalen
Small pizzeria in MG-Nord with no real option to eat on site.
After the 3rd pickup within 18 months (I'm in MG every six months), I can now say that this pizzeria is not for me. I didn't like it the first time, but you can give the restaurant industry a second and third chance. I can't understand most of the reviews here, especially when it's supposed to be "best". Mmn. The taste is rather below average and absolutely atypical pizza, pasta and burger taste.
The people behind the counter were friendly, but guests who were fiddling around on their cell phones at the table without food and apparently just "hanging out" were a bit suspicious to me.
There's only one star because of the food.
Parking spaces are very rare; Of course, the owner is not to blame for this.
Have a pizza MILANO!!! ordered.
My husband brought the pizza home and unfortunately it was completely different than what I ordered.
I called and all I got was:
"No, our menu includes Milano with ham, mushrooms and onions"
I said that on your website about Milano it says: Parmesan, Parma ham, rocket and fresh tomatoes.
"no, that's really true, I'm sorry. Enjoy your meal"
Have you gained a satisfied customer who will order from you again in the future? NO.
Of course, I ate the pizza anyway because I don't waste food. That was okay.
For you in the future: I would have been happy if you had apologized even once.
1. We are sorry for the inconvenience, you are welcome to get a €5 voucher for your next order.
2. We are sorry, we would like to give you a cola as compensation.
3. or just apologize!!!
You have to work SOLUTION-ORIENTED. This is the only way to win a customer back from a situation like this. Mistakes happen, but you have to own up to them and not give the customer the feeling that they are lying.
We went there for brunch for the first time today and can say there was a really large selection of rolls, pizza, brushetta, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, muesli, waffles, salads, tiramisu soup, etc
We were all thrilled..:-). All thumbs up
