I've been there a few times and say the food is very tasty and the staff are very nice

After waiting for over an hour, I called and asked. Allegedly problems with electricity and gas. A quick call to provide information would have been nice. Ordered there for the first and last time. Order was canceled

The lasagna was outstanding – perfectly cooked, rich and full of flavor. The portion was generous and the atmosphere was cozy. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The ambience is nice. Unfortunately, differences are made between guests 😕 Regular guests are asked what they would like from the antipasti buffet, new guests apparently not. Vitello Tonnato was tasty, beef carpiccio was unfortunately rather average. We had empty glasses several times throughout the evening. My husband can cook the main courses (2 of them very oversalted penne with beef fillet) and the “Spaghetti dish Giorgio” (spaghetti, olive oil, garlic, chili, parmesan and a touch of rocket) better at home. The beef fillet with it was good. Unfortunately, the boss is very convinced that he is not one for having fun and even when asked, he didn't explain what was in a pasta dish (unfortunately it wasn't shown on the menu either) and just said it tasted good. Only after repeated questions from the boss (who was annoyed and we explained that a friend was a vegetarian, the eyes rolled) and the service employee confirmed that it was suitable for vegetarians, but they still didn't explain what was in it. Too bad for the money 💰

For a cafeteria, the selection of dishes is completely OK. Of course the price is also very reasonable. Vegetarian dishes are also on offer.

Have a pizza MILANO!!! ordered. My husband brought the pizza home and unfortunately it was completely different than what I ordered. I called and all I got was: "No, our menu includes Milano with ham, mushrooms and onions" I said that on your website about Milano it says: Parmesan, Parma ham, rocket and fresh tomatoes. "no, that's really true, I'm sorry. Enjoy your meal" Have you gained a satisfied customer who will order from you again in the future? NO. Of course, I ate the pizza anyway because I don't waste food. That was okay. For you in the future: I would have been happy if you had apologized even once. 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience, you are welcome to get a €5 voucher for your next order. 2. We are sorry, we would like to give you a cola as compensation. 3. or just apologize!!! You have to work SOLUTION-ORIENTED. This is the only way to win a customer back from a situation like this. Mistakes happen, but you have to own up to them and not give the customer the feeling that they are lying.

Sehr arrogant und eingebildet die zeihen dich ab ohne es zu merken bei Bezahlung natürlich Die sollen sich schämen. Also ich würde sogar einmal auf dem laden geworfen weil ich angeblich nicht reserviert hab.

The Pizzeria Belleni has good pizza and a lot of selection of different pizzas.

Schnitzel was okay, but I think it was a ready-made variant. The mushroom cream sauce was just plain cold and tasteless. Unfortunately not what I am used to in Germany.

Always a nice place to sit in the summer.
