Have a pizza MILANO!!! ordered. My husband brought the pizza home and unfortunately it was completely different than what I ordered. I called and all I got was: "No, our menu includes Milano with ham, mushrooms and onions" I said that on your website about Milano it says: Parmesan, Parma ham, rocket and fresh tomatoes. "no, that's really true, I'm sorry. Enjoy your meal" Have you gained a satisfied customer who will order from you again in the future? NO. Of course, I ate the pizza anyway because I don't waste food. That was okay. For you in the future: I would have been happy if you had apologized even once. 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience, you are welcome to get a €5 voucher for your next order. 2. We are sorry, we would like to give you a cola as compensation. 3. or just apologize!!! You have to work SOLUTION-ORIENTED. This is the only way to win a customer back from a situation like this. Mistakes happen, but you have to own up to them and not give the customer the feeling that they are lying.

Extremely delicious pizza, top notch toppings. Pasta dishes excellent. Service was super nice, very attentive and always friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Very good pizzria il Genio . I think price-performance is okay. Large, well-filled pizzas, richly filled pasta plates. Super nice staff.

Was there today too, it has become dingy since the new owners, the cutting board in the kitchen was dirty, you could see it from the front, the pizza trays were wiped out with a piece of kitchen towel and then the shelf with it, the crumbs were just pushed towards the wall and the kitchen towel was placed on it. The pizza didn't taste good either

Absolutely bad food, everything tastes the same. The pizza rolls were first burnt and then still raw. No thanks ! ,Never again.

Es gibt es immer leckerer essen

lecker habe mir dort vor ca. 1 Monat das erste mal persönlich was geholt sehr freundliches Personal und schnelle bedienung und das beste die Pizza schmeckt auch noch italienisch Hmmmm

Die beste Pizzeria die ich kenne kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, man sollte da aufjedenfall Mal essen gehen wenn man ein pizza Liebhaber ist. Habe sowohl pizza wie Nudel und überbackenes gegessen alles ein mega gutes Geschmacks Erlebnis, habe da schon öfter gegessen und werde weiterhin dort essen. Freundlich, nett einfach perfekt.

Echt genial! Bin vom fach... wollte auch eine trattoria aufmachen... der macht es so wie ich es machen wollte... perfetto

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen kommt vorbei und probiert es aus

So ziemlich die beste Pizzeria in Mönchengladbach. Die Pizza / Pasta hebt sich Qualitativ definitiv von sehr vielen andere Pizza Geschäften ab. Man bekommt für den Preis eine gute Portion und das Personal geht immer auf Extra Wünsche ein.
