Super nice ambiance. The food is also delicious, and the owners are super friendly. I'd love to come back! :)

Unfortunately, it was very greasy. Even the farmer's salad. The sauce for the hunter's schnitzel was very floury. The gyro was bland and, unfortunately, very greasy. Too bad. It could be better.

The owners changed hands unexpectedly a while ago, which unfortunately hasn't done the place any good. While the new owners are friendly, they're still ineffective. If there are more than two customers at the counter, everything takes a very long time, and orders are often incorrect. The quality of the meat (schnitzel) has declined significantly, as have the portion sizes, while prices have risen; the salads are also just "so-so." It's a shame to lose a Neuwerk staple that my wife and I have visited regularly for decades. We'll probably avoid this snack bar in the future, though; there are certainly alternatives nearby.

The atmosphere is cozy, a bit noisy, but there are a lot of customers picking up food. The food is always very good for a takeaway, but the prices are unreasonably high for that kind of place. The service is very fast and attentive – the ladies are quite friendly. Overall, recommended.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. Cold bratwurst. Fries aren't cooked through. It's gone down considerably, and you need a lot of patience if you want to take something with you.

I visited the new owners for the first time yesterday. Very friendly. 😁 Arrived home. The food was hot and delicious 😋 and plentiful. I'll be going again.

The owners seem to have changed. The prices have also gone up since my last visit. Instead of the two meatballs I ordered, I only got one. The fries were hotter than the meatballs. So, a small deduction for the service. The food was good, but I'm used to better.

We used to be regular customers and we'll continue to be. The new owners are nice, and the food is still great. We'll be back!

We were there today at 7 p.m. and almost everything was empty, there were no more gyros, fries tasted weird, my wife didn't eat the burger, you can't even take it out, the burger was so soggy and the currywurst was inedible, all in all very bad. Above all, people keep running into the kitchen from outside, even the server goes outside and back in again, washing hands is a luxury and there's no need for it. I then pointed out to him that he had forgotten a fry and he immediately became aggressive, we will not be going into this place again.

Been back for a long time and very disappointed. Food was a complete disaster. Been a customer for years, probably not anymore.

I'm so disappointed in the new owners. We've been customers for decades, and it's always been great. The gyro plate is a joke for €11, and the plate with the small schnitzel on it was melting by the time we got home. I'm not just angry, I'm disappointed. In the future, we'll save ourselves the trip from Viersen.

So today, for the first time, it's with a new owner! We won't be going there again. We always drove there from Viersen because it was so delicious, but today 🤦‍♀️ no thanks, what a pity ☹️

The best meat roll special with delicious fries at fair prices! I've been going there for years and will continue to go! It's also in a great location: right across from Neuwerk Hospital.

I've eaten there three times so far and I enjoyed it three times. Gyros pita was very tasty. Fries were super crispy and the currywurst was okay to good. The food was always ready quickly and the price was also completely okay. They don't have card payments but if you know, you can take money with you or you can go to the savings bank diagonally opposite (next to the hospital). Solid Greek fast food 👍

Currywurst with fries, 4 times the whole thing to take away. 5 minute walk home, result: Completely over-seasoned currywurst plus a pound of mashed potatoes. Why on earth wrap it in aluminum foil????

I was there for the first time today because I work in the hospital across the street and forgot my food and unfortunately the Italian restaurant is closed on Mondays so I rushed over there. Condition is nice and the place is clean. Let's talk about the food in general. I had a gyro plate with fries. Unfortunately, the fries weren't cooked all the way through and had little to no seasoning or salt Unfortunately you can't call the meat gyros because it actually has nothing to do with it Unfortunately for me personally, the tzatziki was a total failure, whatever that was, it had nothing to do with a tzatziki I can't judge what the other products in this restaurant are like. But I can't give a recommendation. You can only mourn the money

The food was very tasty, However, it is really very unsavory when the younger employee takes off her shoes and socks in front of all the eating guests in the restaurant in order to pick something off her foot 🤢. You really don't want to see something like that while eating. For me it was the first and last visit and I actually wanted to recommend it to my work colleagues, but this was unnecessary.

Very nice welcome! Everything attractive and clean! Nice selection! Price-performance is very good, although one has to assume that there may be a slight price increase given the quality. In any case, the half chicken was absolutely great! Thank you for having this grill snack!

The chickens are a poem, so delicious...small but mighty

Wir waren heute mal wieder unterwegs um etwas neues Auszuprobieren. Hier sind wir dann im Efem Grill gelandet. Zunächst ist keine Karte Zahlung möglich,nun gut. Die Auslagen sieht sehr Sauber und gut sortiert aus,das Ambiente im Lokal ebenso Sauber und recht schön. Das Personal freundlich und Kompetent. Nun zum Essen 🤔. Noch nie aber wirklich noch nie waren wir so enttäuscht vom Essen wie dort. Wir hatten einen Grillteller ein Halben Hänchen ein Gyros Teller und chicken nuggets,Plus 1 Flaschen Cola macht 47,30 Euro. Keiner von uns hat seinen Teller auch nur Halbwegs auf gegessen. Komplettes Essen war nicht Gewürzt, Gyros hat den Namen Gyros nicht verdient und auch das übrige Fleisch war fast eine Zumutung. Tut mir leid für ein solch tolles Lokal. LG

Pommes und Bedienung top! Leider wird das Fleisch mit einem elektrischen Döner Messer geschnitten danach hat man das Gefühl eher Pellet pork anstatt gyros zu haben!

Die Gerichte sind gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Wer eine gute "Pommesbude" sucht, ist hier sicherlich gut versorgt.
