Sehr arrogant und eingebildet die zeihen dich ab ohne es zu merken bei Bezahlung natürlich Die sollen sich schämen. Also ich würde sogar einmal auf dem laden geworfen weil ich angeblich nicht reserviert hab.

Das war sehr schön und Mitarbeiterin war auch sehr freundlich und das Essen war wirklich super lecker und auch sauber tisch war und alles war sehr schon mann muss wirklich Wahrheiten sagen und Dankeschön fur alles

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht, Tisch von den Vorgästen noch schmutzig, Gläser und Servierten lagen d noch . Die Bestellten Getränke kamen alle in Groß,selbst für die Kinder ,dieses reklamiert wurde dann abgeändert Abgerechnet wurden dann aber doch die großen Gläser. Der Salat war matschig und aus den Hänchenstreifen zusätzlich 5Euro wurden kleine Würfel. Spagettieis 2Kugel für fast 6 Euro🧐 Insgesamt macht das Team einen sehr unorganisierten Eindruck. Preisleistung sehr bescheiden. Dank der negativen Ergahrung fahren wir dort nicht mehr essen .

We kwamen van de Eifel in Duitsland, en dit was een spontane tussenstop omdat onze peuters onrustig werden in de auto. Er is een speelhuisje met glijbaan een klim elementen zodat kinderen kunnen bewegen, en het eten was fantastisch. 2 schattige pizza’s voor de kleintjes, en een heerlijke gnocchi, en een overheerlijke pizza voor mij. Zo ontzettend vers, dunne krokante bodem, en je kunt ook nog verse knoflook op de korst toevoegen. Het is echt heerlijk en onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt. Alexa heeft ons geweldig geholpen met onze keuzes.

Alles ausgezeichnet, vom Aperitif bis hin zum Dessert, Service und Gastfreundschaft top! Werden wir wieder kommen und bestimmt weiter empfehlen.

Alles einfach stimmig. Große Auswahl auch vegan. Service und Ambiente auch sehr gut. Hier wird an alles gedacht. Auch Hunde freundlich.

The pizza was very tasty. The base was nice and thin and crispy. Unfortunately we sat outside next to the main street. It's loud and not particularly pleasant there. Indoors, however, you can definitely sit very well.

As soon as we walked in we got the impression that we weren't welcome. Sadly, this was the manager... Sat down and waited and waited and waited again. Mind you, staff were constantly walking past and the store was anything but full. I would estimate 25-30% utilization. After a while the order was taken and everything was normal. Drinks and appetizers came reasonably quickly. We were a bit irritated that the manager brought the starter to the table and really didn't make a sound or a word. When we had eaten the starter and my drink was empty, we demonstratively put the things down so that they could be cleared away. There were actually 4-5 employees walking by, nobody cleared away or asked if I would like something more to drink. We were ignored again for 15 minutes. No food came at first. After waiting some more, the waiter came and ordered something to drink. Shortly afterwards the main courses arrived. The food was lukewarm and the request not to make the food spicy was ignored. My drink came after another 15 minutes. The ice cubes had already partially melted in the glass. So all in all one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. Very unfortunate EDIT: Were there again. This time everything was great. Accordingly, the recession improved.

Went there for the first time on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was to my satisfaction, we were very satisfied with the service, they had a lot to do and were still super friendly and still had a smile 😃 left and I have to say, they already had a few tables that were tiring. Apparently we were there for a shift change, because after we ordered our food, the waiters who were responsible for us afterwards weren't really that good. We wanted to order more drinks, but unfortunately we seemed to have been forgotten. After we had finished eating, we had to speak to 3 waiters until the waiter came to collect after over 20 minutes. He didn't exchange a single word with us and just said the price and then I said "with card" but didn't give the tip. I was too stupid to “reward” someone for poor service. There was no farewell, no question as to whether we liked it or anything else. It's a shame because the food was good and the decor is also very nice.

We were there with 7 people on Mother's Day and of course had reservations... the brunch is really great but of course it was super full... that was to the detriment of the staff and everything around it (no plates, no cups, no coffee spoons, At times there was no bread, no rolls, etc.) Nevertheless, efforts were made to deliver everything again as quickly as possible. Since I assume that everyone had reservations, you might want to consider not accepting too many guests if you can't manage it. We'll be back on a normal Sunday.

It wasn't the first time and not the last time we ate there. It was very crowded for a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The service had their hands full but was still able to get everything to the table in a timely manner. It felt like we ordered the food and 5 minutes later it was on the table. 2 pizzas and a pasta dish. It was very tasty and sufficient. With 3 large soft drinks we had to pay 61 euros which is perfectly fine. Unfortunately the music got a bit too loud at times but I didn't report it because we were nearing the end of our stay.

What can I say? Many people already know L'Osteria. We ordered pizza and lasagna. Pizza as always great and huge. As you know it. The lasagna was a bit small for our taste but everything tasted great👍 always happy. You can't complain about the service. If we wished, we were also able to move around and everything was set up for us at the new table. Personally, music is too loud in most places for me. Here it was just Mexican all the time😅 I didn't quite understand that. But otherwise a very good visit.

Never experienced anything so outrageous in a restaurant! At the entrance it said, "Walk through, pick a spot." We sat down at one of the many tables that hadn't been cleared yet. The first employee cleared up and told us that someone would be coming to clean the table soon. Shortly afterwards, an unfriendly employee came running up and, without saying hello, approached us in a didactic and stroppy manner and asked rhetorically whether we had been assigned this table. I then replied that we should choose a seat. She then said in an unfriendly tone: "You don't sit down at a dirty table, don't you know that?!?!! She stared at us as if she expected an explanation. We were speechless and lost our appetite. I have worked in the catering industry myself for years and have to say that this way of dealing with customers, especially in this tone, is an absolute no-go! L'Osteria should invest in good skilled workers instead of annoyed, overwhelmed, unprofessional student assistants! And customers can't help disorganized communication between employees. Not recommendable!

We have been regular customers for years! We've always been very satisfied... but recent orders have dropped significantly, especially in terms of quantity. For €5 you only get five mini pizza rolls, the salad has also almost halved. When asked they just said “yes, that’s how it is now”. You understand that everything is becoming more expensive; But then you would have to increase the prices and not just halve the amount of food. We find it somehow strange. We were then tried to calm us down on the phone with a “coupon”. Of course, I haven't received one yet... we'll just order somewhere else now... what a shame!

Even without a reservation you can get a place for 4 people after 5 p.m. We were informed that we could dine for a maximum of 75 minutes without a reservation. We have enjoyed coming to L’Osteria for years. We went there today with the family for brunch for my partner's birthday, as we really liked and enjoyed it a few weeks ago. Let's start with the fact that the food was and is really tasty🥰 although some of the dishes and cutlery were still damp and dirty. What was noticeable today was that our tables and other tables were cleaned less or not at all of used plates etc. Our entire table of 13 people then independently moved the plates to another (staff) table. A fairly large puddle on the wooden floor was also not mopped up. The service staff was on site, but they talked to each other at the counter rather than taking care of such “banal” things. I didn't know that from the past and was quite surprised. Especially since the store wasn't really full this morning. Our entire family complained to us about the temporary lack of service, so I asked whether it was common for guests to have to clear the table themselves. I was then told by the blonde woman with a pigtail that the last time I walked around the table looked okay… We basically put everything together again and again! In the meantime, three additional glasses with candles were placed on the already full table, which were not even lit, but just stood there. We were also very rarely asked proactively whether we would like to drink something else. Another negative thing we noticed was that you could actually have paid with American Express, but unfortunately this didn't work with several devices. Of course the service staff can't do anything about that. However, as a customer it is annoying. The pricing on the flyers and on the internet is also a bit confusing when it comes to children. It says children up to 6 years old pay nothing and after that children pay half the regular price. The children present are six and eight years old. Nevertheless, the final bill shows two children's brunch for €9.75. When I asked again in the store, three employees at the counter explained it differently and told me that children aged six and over had to pay €9.75. Quite strange and misleading 🤨 A Facebook post from January 25, 2024 also states that children up to the age of six do not pay anything.

We ordered 2x mezzalune spinaci. You definitely can't complain about the taste, only one of these 2 portions might have been full, i.e. the portions are simply too small for what you want to spend.

Seit Jahren sind wir immer wieder gerne in der L’Osteria. Wir waren heute mit der Familie, zum Geburtstag meines Partners zum brunchen dort, da es uns vor einigen Wochen sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt hat. Beginnen wir mal mit der Tatsache, dass das Essen wirklich lecker war und ist🥰 allerdings waren Geschirr und Besteck teilweise noch feucht und verschmutzt. Auffällig war heute, dass unser als auch andere Tische eher weniger bis gar nicht von benutzten Tellern etc. befreit wurden. Unser gesamter Tisch mit 13 Personen hat dann eigenständig die Teller auf einen anderen (Personal) Tisch ausgelagert. Eine recht große Pfütze auf dem Holzboden wurde auch nicht aufgewischt. Das Service Personal war zwar vor Ort, hat aber eher am Tresen miteinander geredet, als sich um solche „banalen“ Dinge zu kümmern. Das kenne ich so aus der Vergangenheit nicht und war ziemlich verwundert. Zumal es heute Morgen im Laden auch nicht wirklich voll war. Unsere gesamte Familie hat sich in unsere Richtung über den zeitweilig nicht vorhandenen Service beschwert, worauf hin ich mal nachgefragt habe, ob es üblich ist, dass die Gäste den Tisch selbst frei räumen müssen. Mir wurde dann gesagt, dass beim letzten Rundgang der Tisch noch in Ordnung aussah… Wir haben im Prinzip immer wieder alles zusammengestellt! Zudem wurden zwischenzeitlich auf dem bereits vollen Tisch noch zusätzlich drei Gläser mit Kerzen abgestellt, die nicht mal angezündet wurden, sondern nur rumstanden. Wir wurden auch äußerst selten proaktiv angesprochen, ob wir noch etwas trinken mögen. Für uns ebenfalls negativ aufgefallen, war auch, dass man eigentlich mit American Express hätte zahlen können, was aber mit mehreren Geräten leider nicht funktionierte. Dafür kann natürlich das Servicepersonal nichts. Dennoch ist es als Kunde ärgerlich. Auch etwas verwirrend ist die Ausführung der Preisgestaltung auf den ausliegenden Flyern und im Netz, zum Thema Kinder. Dort steht nämlich Kinder bis 6 Jahre zahlen nichts und danach zahlen Kinder die Hälfte des regulären Preises. Die anwesenden Kinder sind sechs und acht Jahre alt. Dennoch steht auf der Endabrechnung zweimal Kinder Brunch a’ 9,75 €. Als ich dann im Laden noch einmal nachfragte, wurde das quasi von 3 Mitarbeitern am Tresen gemeinsam anders dargestellt und mir mitgeteilt, dass Kindern ab sechs Jahren eben 9,75 € zahlen müssen. Ziemlich seltsam und irreführend 🤨 Auf einem Facebook Post vom 25. Januar 2024. steht nämlich ebenfalls, dass Kinder bis sechs Jahren nichts zahlen.

Almost 40€ for two pizzas and a salad, They often make mistake with the order,( happen often) and the margherita barely have presence of mozzarella and tomato on top.

Order delivery - food is delicious in itself, of course pizza doesn't arrive warm. What really annoys me is that I have to call almost every second order because something is wrong or missing. This time again and I'm tired of it! It doesn't get any cheaper to have a meal and a salad for €15 and then forget something every now and then (today the dressing, last time the chicken).. I understand to a certain point as we are all human, but people please just pay attention. Ultimately we pay for it and we also work hard for it! No matter whether it's during the week or on the weekend... Update: Called again and was apologized and comforted that a new delivery would be sent out. By the way, old pizza was taken back. And about the missing dressing on the salad - a small can of chicken was given and they said the dressing was now right at the bottom of the salad box. So I'm not blind - there's nothing more than missing! A nice and edible Ceaser Salad without dressing 👌🏼 Thanks for the 40€ money, I'd rather make something like this myself at home or eat somewhere else...

The pizza, especially the one with ham and mushrooms, is huge and delicious. A highlight is the monthly offer: Mousse Cioccolato Con Amarena. The prices are reasonable. Overall, a recommended address for pizza lovers! Of course, pasta fans don't miss out either.
