Very nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Would come again and again

We got a table without a reservation and also took food with us. Friendly, not complicated and very pleasant.

Food tastes good, as usual at L'Osteria The service in Mönchengladbach was the worst I have ever experienced at L'Osteria. You have to wait a long time if you want to order something. If the person in charge doesn't come and you ask someone else to order, you'll be asked to do it via your smartphone and you'll get a condescending look when you say that you don't want to and the colleague in charge would like to come please. But this came quickly after we had already drawn attention to ourselves several times. If I go out to eat and pay the prices for a waitress to be there, then I don't want to do that on my smartphone either! The drinks were all slightly carbonated and tasted stale. The first plates of the starter were all dirty. L'Osteria would be happy again, but not in Mönchengladbach. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Not at rush hour.

We each had a pizza. I didn't know that these are huge and that you can share a pizza with different toppings. Corresponding information would have been nice. The pizzas were generally good. Thin dough, crispy edges and well topped. Just way too big for one person. As a result, they cool down quickly on the table. The assigned table with a disinfection station right near the table wasn't great. Service very nice. Taking leftovers wasn't a problem. Reasonably priced.

The food was great as always, but unfortunately the service wasn't so good this time. One had the impression that the service was overwhelmed by the number of guests. Then drinks were booked incorrectly, but this was corrected immediately upon request...an invoice is also only available upon request, which is necessary for both the bonus program and for checking purposes. And control made sense in our case.

Very friendly, fast and courteous service. Pizza was huge and super tasty, the salad was also great. Very attentive service. Everything was great, would love to come back.

We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday today and she really enjoyed it. The table was beautifully decorated and the service took care of everything straight away, the children had a lot of fun. As a small suggestion for improvement on our part, we would have liked the pizza preparation with the children to be more extensive.

A completely normal L'Osteria. Good service. Enjoy your meal. Ambience neat and tidy. Had the Zoodles Gamberetti for the first time. However, they were more like a soup and were floating in liquid. Either I was unlucky or the dish is just strange. Otherwise, always happy.

It was super busy and the staff handled it very well. The service was excellent from arrival to departure. Food was really tasty. What was striking was that it was on the table quickly, but that it was also delicious. The only downside I found was the level of the sound, try to mute it. That gives more peace and even more atmosphere. Finally, compliments to the service staff.

Today we celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday, the children were looked after by a super nice lady from start to finish. The table was decorated in a child-friendly way with painting supplies and all children each received a t-shirt and apron for baking pizza. They were allowed to top the pizza themselves and eat afterwards. At the end, the children were allowed to eat the cake they had brought with them on site. A very successful birthday party!

The food is delicious but the pizzas are too big. In addition, some officials sometimes bring e.g. B. a small instead of a large cola. And sometimes some waiters ignore you. The ambience is nice but it is very noisy and you often cannot find a parking space.

Apart from the organization, things generally went well. You need to allow 2-3 hours if you reserve in advance. We have never felt so poorly looked after. I actually expected something different. It's good that Lower Saxony is still good. Luckily half of the pizza was still edible.

Huge pizza, thin base that “bows” and fresh toppings. The pizzas here are definitely recommended and taste very good. Garlic oil is available upon request and brought to the table. So you can decide for yourself how much you want to have on it. The calzone is also large.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday, and the idea of the kids making their own pizza sounded wonderful! All the kids (and parents ;) ) were thrilled! Great consulting support as we were planning the event, ideal execution! Kids were bust all the time and, most importantly, enjoyed PIZZA MAKING!

At the company party, the waitress speaks to a customer who has NOTHING to do with the bill and asks for a tip and tries to top it off by saying that she would have to pay 3% of the bill and hand it over to the boss. I was there several years ago and the enthusiasm wasn't just limited, it wasn't there at all. Now we had Christmas dinner with the company, the pizza was worlds better! Many thanks to the charming service, not intrusive and always there at the right time. A heart ❤️ for you! The base of the pizza is no longer like puff pastry but rather crispy and really tasty. Brunch by registering and reserving a table. What little we were able to try was delicious. Despite registration, there was little supply available. No coffee, no pizza rolls, brushetta, scrambled eggs with or without tomatoes. Everything is teaching. Next time we'll go a little later and hope we have better luck. We just ordered something to eat and took it with us. Therefore it is difficult to write anything about the ambience. However, the first impression was good. Everything clean and tidy. For dinner we ordered a pizza 🍕, half salami, half champions. Plus pasta with Bolognese sauce. The pizza was a little cold after the trip but that didn't make any difference to the taste. The base was crispy, the topping was neat and well seasoned. Also the pasta with Bolognese sauce: We were thrilled that it was homemade pasta: we tasted that too! Never eaten such a good bolo outside! We sweetened our waiting time with a free drink at the bar. That surprised us, but we remember it as very positive. This speaks for an attentive and customer-oriented staff.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht, Tisch von den Vorgästen noch schmutzig, Gläser und Servierten lagen d noch . Die Bestellten Getränke kamen alle in Groß,selbst für die Kinder ,dieses reklamiert wurde dann abgeändert Abgerechnet wurden dann aber doch die großen Gläser. Der Salat war matschig und aus den Hänchenstreifen zusätzlich 5Euro wurden kleine Würfel. Spagettieis 2Kugel für fast 6 Euro🧐 Insgesamt macht das Team einen sehr unorganisierten Eindruck. Preisleistung sehr bescheiden. Dank der negativen Ergahrung fahren wir dort nicht mehr essen .

We kwamen van de Eifel in Duitsland, en dit was een spontane tussenstop omdat onze peuters onrustig werden in de auto. Er is een speelhuisje met glijbaan een klim elementen zodat kinderen kunnen bewegen, en het eten was fantastisch. 2 schattige pizza’s voor de kleintjes, en een heerlijke gnocchi, en een overheerlijke pizza voor mij. Zo ontzettend vers, dunne krokante bodem, en je kunt ook nog verse knoflook op de korst toevoegen. Het is echt heerlijk en onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt. Alexa heeft ons geweldig geholpen met onze keuzes.

Alles ausgezeichnet, vom Aperitif bis hin zum Dessert, Service und Gastfreundschaft top! Werden wir wieder kommen und bestimmt weiter empfehlen.

The pizza was very tasty. The base was nice and thin and crispy. Unfortunately we sat outside next to the main street. It's loud and not particularly pleasant there. Indoors, however, you can definitely sit very well.

As soon as we walked in we got the impression that we weren't welcome. Sadly, this was the manager... Sat down and waited and waited and waited again. Mind you, staff were constantly walking past and the store was anything but full. I would estimate 25-30% utilization. After a while the order was taken and everything was normal. Drinks and appetizers came reasonably quickly. We were a bit irritated that the manager brought the starter to the table and really didn't make a sound or a word. When we had eaten the starter and my drink was empty, we demonstratively put the things down so that they could be cleared away. There were actually 4-5 employees walking by, nobody cleared away or asked if I would like something more to drink. We were ignored again for 15 minutes. No food came at first. After waiting some more, the waiter came and ordered something to drink. Shortly afterwards the main courses arrived. The food was lukewarm and the request not to make the food spicy was ignored. My drink came after another 15 minutes. The ice cubes had already partially melted in the glass. So all in all one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. Very unfortunate EDIT: Were there again. This time everything was great. Accordingly, the recession improved.

Went there for the first time on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was to my satisfaction, we were very satisfied with the service, they had a lot to do and were still super friendly and still had a smile 😃 left and I have to say, they already had a few tables that were tiring. I was also completely satisfied with the food. Simply delicious and we were full. Please keep it up, it's just great. I'd love to come back.
