I've been going to this kebab shop for over 10 years. Unfortunately, it's deteriorating. 1. The prices are completely exorbitant. There are other shops in Mönchengladbach that make good kebabs and are €1 to €2 cheaper. 2. If I order a kebab without salad, there's no discount, but if I want a little more sauce, it costs an extra €1. Regarding your response about "reducing the portion size or lowering the quality," I can only shake my head. In 50% of the kebab shops in Mönchengladbach, hygiene regulations are observed, the meat and salads are sourced from the same suppliers, and the quantity is equivalent to what you offer.

A very good and solid kebab 🥙 The bread was nice and crispy and the meat was very juicy and browned. All the ingredients and sauces were super fresh and I can also recommend the pepperoni to everyone. The kebab bag was more than full and I was very full. The service was extremely friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The only thing is that it was relatively loud in the store and the seating was ok. But in terms of taste and service, I would love to come back 👍

Best kebab of all I have ever eaten! The service is great and if you call ahead to pick it up you can get your food quickly. The service is nice and competent.

Since last year, the kebab shop has completely disappointed me because, firstly, the prices are very expensive, which is understandable due to inflation etc. but my kebab should be full for the amount I pay for, It can't be that I spend 10€ on a mega kebab and if at all it contains the mass of a normal one. I think it's a shame because Jasmin used to be the best. Nowadays I'd rather make my way into the city

Yasmin Döner is without a doubt the best place for kebab in the city. The prices are a bit higher, but absolutely justified for the quality you get. The kebab bag is the best in town – juicy, well seasoned and always fresh. The Lahmacun is particularly recommended, as it harmonizes perfectly with the fresh ingredients. Orders can be conveniently placed by phone and collection is quick and easy. If you prefer convenience, you can also use the delivery service, which is always punctual and reliable. Yasmin Döner really doesn't disappoint anyone and is always worth a visit!

This time I was disappointed, I hadn't been there for a while. I can remember very well that the service was much more empathetic and the order was correct. The salad pocket was with cocktail sauce, I made it clear that please without and no onion but they were there too. In addition, the side dishes in the salad bag should be finely chopped, for the eye and to be able to enjoy/eat it well. Based on my current experience here, I will definitely prefer the address in Holt for this. The price/performance ratio is right, which is what matters. 0

Ate there recently. But unfortunately the meat is once again extremely thin and when eaten it is dry like wood so even thinner then there is no meat at all!! The only thing that is good are the salads and sauces, but the meat urgently needs to be changed. In the past, when kebabs were cheap, this sort of thing wasn't noticed, but now you have to put down a lot of money and in return you expect good, juicy meat. I would still try it again at some point, but unfortunately never again if the condition was the same.

So the kebab is always super tasty, it's very difficult to get one because it's uncertain when the operators have only stated on Google that they are open and when they actually open. We have also had the problem several times now that people say it can be delivered and after placing the order they ask when they will pick up the food😫 and they can't even manage to at least have the food ready when they pick it up if they say so, no if When you come, the employees only start with the pre-order😮‍💨 Get a grip on this really bad service. We each ordered 1 mega kebab on a Saturday. Was delivered quickly... but was cold. We heated it in the microwave. That's not the point of it. We lost our appetite for a whopping 25 euros.

Unfortunately it has become too expensive!! With the additional costs you have to pay these days, it's clear that prices are rising, but the kebab used to cost €4 and now it should cost twice as much?! The prices didn't rise that bad. Even though we love the kebabs from there, buying one kebab for 5 people is no longer possible for a family!! Very unfortunate

The kebab is still really tasty, but when asked to have all the red sauces, only getting a mini dollop on the kebab and not just once is a real shame... Why have you become so stingy? The fact that the kebab is more expensive than before is okay, inflation is catered for. But the service used to be friendlier 😔🫤

We've been enjoying a kebab plate there for years, sometimes with salad and fries, sometimes just salad or just fries. We tried the delivery service, but it took too long. But when you pick it up yourself, everything always goes smoothly and you have fresh, hot food on the table at home. The kebab is one of the best in MG and the price is reasonable for the portions.

Guter Laden , leckeres Essen das einzige schlechte ist dass die Bestellung schon des Öfteren FALSCH gemacht wurde .

Aktuell (30.08.2023) wahrscheinlich in den top 3 der Döner in Mönchengladbach. Ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, saftiges Fleisch, frischer knackiger salat, scharf ist tatsächlich scharf, gutes Brot. Geschmacklich ganz weit vorne. RICHTIG guter Dönerladen in Neuwerk. Freitag abends 21:00 da gewesen, Laden einfach komplett voll gewesen bei 4°C und Regen. Da Neuwerk ein Kaff ist, wo einfach nichts abgeht, sprach das schon für den Döner. Sehr lecker, Personal fit und schnell, sah sehr frisch und gepflegt aus.

Wir sind bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Schmeckt sehr gut.

Von 4 Gerichten 3 falsch zubereitet, zum wiederholten Male (und dann meine ich echt schon mehr als 6 mal) . Vieleicht kann derjenige der zubeitet oder Bestellungen annimmt kein Deutsch verstehen!? Harte Stückchen im Fleisch die so hart wie Plastik oder Knorpel waren. Wir waren seit jaren Stammkunden aber in den letzten anderthalb Jahren hat die Qualität so abgebaut (das bestätigen mehrere bekannte die dort bestellt haben, mal abgesehen von den mittlerweile überteuerten preisen) da gehen wir lieber bei Maxim am Hbf essen. Der hat wirklich das beste Döner in MG. Peace ✌️

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Salate insgesamt sehr frisch. Gerne noch einmal.

Personal ist immer freundlich essen schmeckt super lecker und fals ein Problem mal aufgekommen sein sollte konnte man offen mit euch darüber sprechen. Macht weiter so.
