Not only did the delivery take over an hour, but the pieces of meat in the kebab were also raw...

If I order a doner kebab, it should taste good. I'm disappointed. The driver was nice, but the quality of the doner leaves much to be desired... What a shame!

If you have to choose your kebab based on the employee, something's wrong. From one employee, I get a kebab for my money, unbelievable. Afterward, I'm full for the rest of the day; from another colleague, I get a kebab for the same price... at other kebab shops, people would be embarrassed to charge for it. I used to go there so often. This kebab shop could be so good if it weren't for the employee in question. He's there, I'll go somewhere else. My money's too precious for that.

The pizza was really bad. I think the workers and owners don't eat at their own place. Then they'll desert the bad reviews, which I stupidly didn't read beforehand. Every ready-made pizza is 100 times better.

I came here for the first time to try döner. The döner is huge and filling, and the sauces are delicious. The staff is very friendly, and the döner is cooked perfectly.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a doner pizza with extras: cheese, meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. The pizza cost me a total of €16.29, which (A) meets the minimum order value and (B) is what I expect for a delicious, well-topped pizza. Unfortunately, you have to search for the meat in places, the onions are very subtle, at best a mushroom. The cheese is actually quite noticeable, so there's more cheese. You have to consider that I'm paying for extra and feel like I got a standard pizza :(.

Ordered there and it was delivered. The driver was super impatient and shouted “HELLO” at the front door because he wasn’t going fast enough. We ordered Dürüm. The meat was quite strange and wasn't tasty at all. Now a few hours later we are suffering from nausea and stomach pains... I absolutely cannot recommend it.

Very unfriendly after the change of ownership. They often go to another meat supplier - the food doesn't taste good, but the next week the meat is delicious again. Different prices every time for the same order - how does that work? Things used to be done with love, but now the employees barely understand you and just do things without listening.

Quite okay for Lamacun, I didn't think kebab was that good in comparison, but the shop is holding up and I think that's good.

Unfortunately no longer my case. I used to think the kebab was great... Today I was there again after a long time. When I was preparing it, I thought, “Oh, the sauce is very runny”. Well, as expected, the kebab with sauce soup unfortunately doesn't taste good... maybe an isolated case, but after the second disappointment it's my last visit there.

No one answers the phone for 20 minutes and then it's just busy. Even the dog didn't want to eat the kebab when it arrived cold. Meat quality very poor. Not recommendable!

Unfortunately, all of us (4 people) vomited immediately after eating it. Unfortunately the quality and cleanliness has deteriorated significantly. Absolutely no recommendation anymore.

Price-performance is good. We order there regularly when we don't have enough to cook for ourselves.

Delicious kebab of fresh and good quality. The bread is very good because of the many sesame seeds that give the kebab a special touch. The veal tasted very good and the salad was fresh. The employees are very quick, but you feel very comfortable as a guest. The cocktail sauce is highly recommended. For the price of 6 euros, this is a very good price-performance ratio. 2 kebabs and 2 cans of cola for 16 euros is very good 👍

The meat tasted like dog and was cold.

So we just ordered, I got my kebab plate of veal, well the meat wasn't dark and fatty, but light without fat and very cold, non-smoking fries got what is that, then I got it with tzatziki didn't get it, then they can't German, not everyone can speak that well, the salad tastes like dead and the sauce is very economical, well, I didn't like it, then my family, my mother, her friend and my brother got a pizza and both of the 3 pizzas were burnt and that others not even cooked through, not warm, etc... save your money and go to another shop, my sister's kebab is very dry, the meat also tastes like peanut meat

Habe seit längerem ,mal wieder ein döner gegessen mit pommes. bin total unzufrieden. Die pommes hart und hat geschmeckt wie Mikrowellen pommes 🍟 der döner ist noch roh gewesen nicht ausreichend erhitzt. Und ist beim Essen auseinander gefallen. Das Brot war hart ,glaube haben vergessen denn Strom einzuschalten. Oder sparen

Döner ist okay. Drehspieß mit 100% Hackfleisch. Daher nicht der beste aber ist ok. Der Preis ist dann für Lage und Qualität doch zu hoch mit 6 Euro.

Super leckere Döner schnell und sauber zubereitet. Bedienung hat immer einen witzigen Spruch auf Lager, nur zu empfehlen.

Der Döner ist frisch, lecker und sehr gut belegt. Beide Varianten (Hähnchen und Kalb) waren sehr lecker. Meiner Meinung nach lohnt sich auch ein längerer Spaziergang von der Innenstadt zum Side Döner.

Essen schmeckt nicht gut, nicht empfehlen

Geschmacklich war es sehr gut, kann man weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was mich persönlich stört, das man das Fleisch suchen musste, es war mehr Salat drin . Dies sollte man ändern.

Essen lecker aber vielleicht sollte man bei lieferando das liefern ab 12,99 ändern wenn man ab 15 Euro liefert. Wir bestellen im Wert von 15 Euro das reicht scheinbar nicht

Also keine Ahnung was hier passiert ist aber der Laden war Mal der beste in Mönchengladbach. leider hat es stark abgenommen und es gibt auch keine Nähe mehr zu den Kunden . Das Fleisch hat keine Hitze gesehen und auch auf Extrawünsche wird nicht eingegangen . Das neue Brot war ungebacken . Das einzige was OK war ist die Sauberkeit .

Lahmacun mit Hähnchen Fleisch das Fleisch war mega fettig die lahmacun war kalt und irgend eine Fertigteig Produkt mit nix dran nix drin nix drum und einfach nur in den Ofen schieben fertig und die Pommes schmecken nach alten Fett früher war das mal wesentlich besser ich gehe dort nicht noch mal hin

Seitdem das Personal gefühlt ständig wechselt wird das Essen immer schlechter und ohne Liebe nehe zu bereitet nach 5 Minuten weg nach Hause war mein Dürüm kalt und 90% war nur Fleisch

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben eine Thunfisch Pizza bestellt und einen Dönersteller beides war sehr lecker. Alles sehr freundlich wir bestellen gerne hier !

Die haben den Döner gleich um einen Euro teurer gemacht zu und anfangs war auch mehr drin.

Wir haben hier zum ersten Mal etwas zum Mitnehmen geholt. Leider waren bei 2 von 3 Gerichten das Fleisch kalt. Aber es waren alle sehr nett dort :)

Einfach der beste in Gladbach. Liebe dort den Dürüm, der wird vom Teig aus selbst gemacht und das fleisch ist einfach der Hammer. Liefert auch, aber das braucht immer ein bisschen Zeit. Ich empfehle einfach in den Öffnungszeiten hinzugehen, zum abholen oder dort essen bestellen.
