Die besten Restaurants in Düsseldorf

We wanted to have lunch here today, October 16, 2024, as we had already heard good things about the quality of the food, but that never happened. The store was completely empty and we were turned away because we came to the snack bar with our 10-year-old child. And we were informed that families with children will no longer be served in the snack bar with reference to a notice that I have attached here. It's unbelievable that in 2024 you'll be banned from a snack bar if you come over with children. Unfortunately, this is possible in Germany, as children's rights are not included in the Basic Law. It says: No one may be disadvantaged or favored because of their gender, their descent, their race, their language, their homeland and origins, their faith, their religious or political views. Nobody should be disadvantaged because of their disability. Unfortunately there is nothing in it about the age, and that's why this is legal, but unbelievable. I would like the owners to reconsider their decision and I would like to ask every family with children to stop ordering there as long as this letter is hanging in the snack bar.

One of my preference eateries in Düsseldorf. My personal favorite is prawn garlic oil.

We spontaneously went to eat there and it was everything we've heard over the years. Delicious food, good wine, very nice service.

We were looking forward to the goose and were bitterly disappointed: everything was warmed up except for the chestnuts, which were cold. The goose leg had a soft skin, not crispy. Red cabbage was not freshly cooked, the apple and the toilet were undetectable. Nothing was recommended, only the service was, as usual, very accommodating and competent.

Cute little pizzeria. The employees are all very nice and accommodating. The pizza (Tonno) and the salmon pasta were very, very good. We will definitely come back when we are nearby.

I have no idea what has happened lately, whether the business has been sold to someone else or something similar... but the pizza has changed completely. Unfortunately, it's much worse and more expensive. Now we have to look for another pizzeria.

Sehr exquisite delikate Küche. Anrichtung der Teller eine Augenweide. Jeder Bissen eine Gaumenexplosion. Kleines gemütliches Restaurant.

Very very friendly lady behind the counter. The food is super tasty and the portions are large. I like to eat here. The gyros is particularly recommended.

The staff seemed annoyed when ordering and asking questions, which made the atmosphere unfriendly. Our order was mixed up twice, a sandwich was forgotten, and the wrong product was listed on the receipt. Unfortunately, the food was also below average and overpriced for a delivery service. Overall a disappointing experience.
